자동차 懸架裝置의 최적설계에 관한 연구 (A study on the optimal design of automobile suspension system)

  • 본 연구에서는 승차감을 향상시키기 위해 원전석의 진동을 고려한 평면 5자 유도 모델을 사용하여 확정적 노면과 무작위 노면에 대한 시간영역, 주파수영역 해석 과 이에 따른 최적설계를 수행하였다. 최적설계시 목적함수는 주파수영역에서의 운 전석의 가속도 PSD를 구하여 여진동력(absorbed power)을 계산한 다음, 이를 최소화하 면서 차체의 안정성을 제한조건으로 하였다. 또 최적설계의 결과인 운전석의 가속도 rms값과 ISO경계값을 비교하였다. 시간영역에서는 결과를 해당된 운전석의 최대절대 가속도 및 상대변위에 대한 한계치와 비교하였다. 한편으로는 실제 노면 형상을 컴 퓨터로 시뮬레이션하고, 속도에 따른 최적치들 중에서 전체최적치 결정법을 제시하였 다.

흡착포집 및 열탈착/GC 분석에 의한 공기 중 휘발성 유기화합물의 측정방법론 평가 (Evaluation of Methodology for the Measurement of VOCs in the Air by Adsorbent Sampling and Thermal Desorption with GC Analysis)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the performance of a sampling and analytical methodology for the measurement of selected volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the ambient air. VOCs were determined by the adsorbent tube sampling and automatic thermal desorption coupled with GC/FID and GC/MSD analysis. Target analytes were aromatic VOCs, including BTEX, 1,3,5-and 1,2,4,-trimethylbenzenes(TMBs), and naphthalene. The methodology was investigatedwith a wide range of performance criteria such as repeatability, linearity, lower detection limits, collection efficiency, thermal conditioning, breakthrough volume and calibration methods using internal and external standards. standards. Stability of samples collected on adsorbent tubes during storage was also investigated. In addition, the sampling and analytical method developed during this study was applied to real samples duplicately collected in various indoor and outdoor environments. Precisions for the duplicate samples and distributed volume samples appeared to be well comparable with the performance criteria recommended by USEPA TO-17. The audit accuracy was estimated by inter-lab comparison of both duplicate samples and standard materials between the two independent labs. The overall precision and accuracy of the method were estimated to be within 30% for major aromatic VOCs such as BTEX. This study demonstrated that the adsorbent sampling and thermal desorption method can be reliably applied for the measurement of BTEX in ppb levels frequently occurred in common indoor and ambient environments.

사고전류 제한형 고온 초전도케이블의 한류부 특성평가 (Evaluation on the Properties of the Current Limiting Part for Fault-Current-Limiting Type HTS Cables)

  • Inside the existing superconducting cables, the superconducting wire carries a loss-free current, and the cable former (the stranded copper wire) bypasses the fault current to prevent damage and loss of the superconducting cable when the fault current is applied. The fault-current-limiting-type superconducting cable proposed in this paper usually carries a steady current; but in a fault state, the cable generates self-resistance that makes the fault current lower than a certain width. That is, the superconducting cable that transmitted only a low voltage and a large capacity power repetitively limits the fault current, as does a superconducting current limiter. To complete this structure, it is essential to investigate the mutual resistance relationship between the superconducting wires after applying a fault current. Therefore, in this paper, one kinds of superconducting wires (a wire without a stabilization layer) were connected parallel 4 tapes, respectively; and after applying a fault current, the current, voltage, resistance and thermal stability of the HTS thin-film wires were examined.

  • Cloud computing technologies are utilized and merged in various domains. Cloud computing technology-based personal cloud service technologies provide mobility and free access by using user centered storages and smart devices such like smart phones and table PCs. Therefore, we should overcome limits on the storage by solving the capacity problems of devices to provide security services in the personal cloud environments It can be addressable to provide the convenience of various security technologies. However, there are some security threats inherited from existing cloud environments and the possibilities of information leakage when devices are lost or stolen. Therefore, we designed a framework for providing secure cloud services by adding objects, such as user authorization, access tokens, set permissions by key generation, and key management assignments, for user management in personal cloud environments. We analyzed the stability of the proposed framework in terms of irreverent use and abuse, access to insiders, and data loss or leakage. And we evaluated the proposed framework in terms of the security with access control requirements in personal cloud environments.

도시철도 운행소음 저감용 훼어링시스템 연구 (A study on Fairing System for Traveling Noise Reduction in Urban Subway)

  • As the density and height of the buildings nearby subway lines get higher, the unprecedented residents' appeals for noise are on the rise. Furthermore, in accordance with the revision of enforcement regulations on the Noise and Vibration Control Act, the night time noise standards have been reinforced by 5dB effective on January 1st 2010 and the appropriate measures shall be taken accordingly. For the settlement of the public grievances against noise and vibration generated on tracks in at-grade and elevated section, the installation of continuously-welded-rail, rail lubrication system, improved fastening system and higher noise barrier is currently executed. Nevertheless, the noise and vibration levels in some areas are still exceeding the limits required in the regulation. Among the measures, an installation of higher noise barrier or noise tunnel seems to be the most effective way; however, it has limitations owing to the structural stability of existing elevated structures. The paper in consideration of the local conditions and foreign practices discusses the installation of fairing system under the train body as an noise insulation panel in order to reduce the rolling noise and under-carriage noise. Based on the result of this study, a performance verification test during actual train operation is in progress for further study.

고속도로 터널에 대한 전단면 발파 설계방안 연구 (Design guide for full-face blasting in highway tunnel)

  • In tunnel blasting, rock damage and overbreak at excavation limits are strongly related to stability of the tunnel and cost for rock support, and also affect to maintenance after tunnel construction. In this study, many field tests and measurements have been carried out in highway tunnels so that discordance between blast design and practical production blasting could be settled and actual methods of over break control could be proposed through the understanding of the problems in existing blasting patterns. Test blasting in tunnel was carried out many times in two tunnel sites. Also, long hole blasting longer than existing blasting pattern was executed for good grade of rock mass whose RMR value is more than 60. Using the results of test blasting, new standard blasting patterns for two lane tunnel were proposed. As a result of profile measurement after blasting, drilling is a major factor of overbreak. And then the methods for minimizing overbreak were adapted in new blasting patterns.

MLCC용 유전체 소재의 연구개발 동향 (Recent Progress in Dielectric Materials for MLCC Application)

  • With the recent increase in demand for electronic devices, multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) have become the most important core component. In particular, the next-generation MLCC with extremely high reliability is required for the 4th industrial revolution and electric vehicle applications. Therefore, it is necessary to develop dielectric ceramic materials with high dielectric properties and reliability. During the decades, electrical properties of BaTiO3 based dielectric ceramics, which have been widely used in MLCC industrial field, have been improved by microstructure and defect chemistry control. However, electrical properties of BaTiO3 have reached their limits, and new types of dielectric materials have been widely studied. Based on these backgrounds, this report presents the recent development trends of BaTiO3-based dielectric materials for the next-generation MLCCs, and suggests promising candidates to replace BaTiO3 ceramics.

  • 폴리프로필렌 다공성 분리막은 산, 알칼리에 대한 내화학성이 좋고, 기계적 성질이 우수하며 높은 열적 안정성을 가지고 있으나, 막의 소수성 때문에 일부 영역에만 사용이 제한되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소수성 막의 성능을 향상시키기 위해서 방사선 조사에 의한 그라프트 중합법을 사용하여, 친수성 작용기 (-COOH, -OH)를 갖는 acrylic acid (AAc)와 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (MEMA)를 도입하였다. 이때 반응시간, 반응온도, 조사량, 간의 첨가 효과, 팽윤현상에 의한 그라프트율의 변화를 조사하였다. 분리막의 기공크기를 분석하는 방법으로 행한 가스투과 실험에서 단량체의 종류와 관계없이 그라프트가 증가함에 따라 가스 투과속도가 감소함을 보였고, 오일 에멀젼 투과실험에서 미개질 폴리프로필렌 막의 오염현상은 크게 발생하였으나, 그라프트 중합 후, 높은 투과속도를 유지하여 막의 친수화 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

최소자중 프리캐스트 프리스트레스트 게르버 U형보의 최적화 (Optimization for the Least Weight, Precast Prestressed Gerber′s U-Beams)

  • 프리캐스트 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 보의 크기와 자중은 그 운송과 조립에 드는 비용을 결정한다. 본 연구에서는 단면 최적화에 의하여 휨 응력의 구속을 받는 단면의 크기와 초기 긴장력의 크기 등을 결정하여 부재의 자중을 최소화하여 운송 및 시공의 편리성을 극대화하려한다. 프리캐스트 부재는 각 시공단계별 강도, 처짐, 그리고 부재 상, 하단에서 응력검토가 필요하다. 각 단계별 응력 제한치를 만족하는 최소자중 프리캐스트 U형보를 최적설계에 의하여 제안하였다. 최적설계에 의해 제안된 U형보는 기존의 직사각형 단면보다 39~50%까지의 자중감축이 가능할 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서 두 개의 대표적인 실물크기 U형보를 실험하였다. 이 실험에서 U형보는 설계하중과 공칭강도를 상회하는 휨강도에서 종국 파괴되었다.

  • 연약지반 계측에 있어, 원거리 측량에 의한 지표침하 측정 및 수동 방식의 층별침하 측정 방식을 탈피하고 기존 자동 침하 계측기술의 한계를 극복하고자, 디지털 홀센서를 이용한 자력감지 시스템 및 원위치 지반침하 자동 계측시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통한 개발 시스템은 지표침하와 다수 층별침하를 NX 규격의 단일 시추공내에서 동시에 측정할 수 있다. 개발 시스템의 실제 연약지반 개량현장 적용 및 기존 수동계측 결과와의 비교, 분석을 통해 그 기술검증 및 안정성을 확인할 수 있었다.
