Application field of third dimension graphic is becoming diversification by the fast development of hardware recently. Various theory of details technology necessary to design game such as 3D MMORPG (Massive Multi-play Online Role Flaying Game) that do with third dimension. Cyber city should be absorbed. It is the detection speed that this treatise is necessary in game engine design. 3D MMORPG game engine has much factor that influence to speed as well as rendering processing because it express huge third dimension city´s grate many building and individual fast effectively by real time. This treatise nay get concept about the collision in 3D MMORPG and detection speed elevation of game engine through improved detection method. Space division is need to process fast dynamically wide outside that is 3D MMORPG´s main detection target. 3D is constructed with tree construct individual that need collision using processing geometry dataset that is given through new graph. We may search individual that need in collision detection and improve the collision detection speed as using hierarchical bounding box that use it with detection volume. Octree that will use by division octree is used mainly to express rightly static object but this paper use limited OSP by limited space division structure to use this in dynamic environment. Limited OSP space use limited space with method that divide square to classify typically complicated 3D space´s object. Through this detection, this paper propose follow contents, first, this detection may judge collision detection at early time without doing all polygon´s collision examination. Second, this paper may improve detection efficiency of game engine through and then reduce detection time because detection time of bounding box´s collision detection.
A distribution method of limited budget for rail line facility improvement is to use investment priorities of rail line segments based on their deterioration. In this paper we present an evaluation method of rail line segment deterioration which can be used to distribute limited budget. Rail line facilities include rail track, crossing, road bed, bridge, tunnel. These facilities deterioration and line shape can affect line segment deterioration. Deterioration evaluation method we present is a weighted sum of each component deterioration scores. The component weight can be obtained from experts using analytic hierarchy process.

Aspects of modelling, performance monitoring, control and optimisation are discussed, with particular reference to the application of SPEEDUP. A new facility is described which allows SPEEDUP to operate in conjunction with other systems and several examples are briefly given of its power and flexibility. In particular, its use in on-line applications alongside plant management and distributed control systems is described and how it can be used in scheduling/sequencing problems in investigating batch and cyclic problems.
We study externality costs of capital investment under limited commitment. We solve for the constrained efficient allocation with a limited commitment environment and find positive externality costs of capital investment provided that full-risk-sharing is not feasible. In a decentralized version of limited commitment environment, a one unit increase of capital investment by an agent increases all individuals' autarky values in the economy and generates externality costs in the economy. This externality cost provides a rationale for positive capital taxation even in the absence of government expenditure. In order to internalize this costs, the government use a positive rate of linear capital tax in the decentralized economy.
While the demand for energy has shown a sharp increase recently, the supply seems to be limited by the fact that the conventional fossil fuel energy or nuclear energy has its own environmental problems such as, for example, global warming or nuclear waste disposal. To overcome such limited supply of energy, the utilization of natural thermal energy such as river water and seawater as well as treated sewage can be a substantial supplement. The potential use of the unused energy has become more and more feasible these days as the heat pump technology has been advanced. In the present study, the unused energy resources are estimated on regional and monthly basis for each resource by the method proposed here in order to establish the fundamental data for its utilization. The potential use of the unused energy is a1so discussed.

In practical control systems, the capacity of actuators is limited and this degrades the system performances and it is often a source of instability. To use full capacity of actuators, we adopt the gain scheduled control permitting the over saturation in controls. The basic idea of gain scheduled control is to use a higher gain control when the state variables are smaller and a lower gain control when the state variables are larger. First, we derive a constant H control and a reachable set while satisfying the degree of over saturation. Next, we divide this set into nested subsets and find $H_{\infty}$ controls at rack subsets while satisfying the degree of over saturation. Finally, the control gain is applied according to the status of states. Note that all procedures are done by solving linear matrix inequalities(LMI). Finally, we show the validity and applicability of our proposed control using the simulations of a six-story building subjected to the earthquake excitation.

The number of connected computers in the Internet, which has reached a state in which its address space is becoming insufficient is exponentially increased. Also nowadays modern Laptops and Mobile terminal are being used more and more. As hewn, the number of available IPv4 address is limited and many organizations have limited budget to use the global address. So the way to overcome such problems is using private addresses in their networks. In addition, the use of private address makes the system more secure. Moreover, we have considered about supporting of the scalability of data forwarding processes of nodes in their network especially Mobile IP data communication. Thus, we propose the integration of MPLS and Mobile IP network. Also we propose the security services of a constrained LSP for the MPLS payloads.
This study presents a new approach for expert opinion elicitation process to assess an uncertainty inherent in accident management. The need to work with rare event and limited data in accident management leads analysis to use expert opinions extensively. Unlike the conventional approach using point-valued probabilities, the study proposes the concept of fuzzy probability to represent expert opinion. The use of fuzzy probability has an advantage over the conventional approach when an expert's judgment is used under limited dat3 and imprecise knowledge. The study demonstrates a method of combining and propagating fuzzy probabilities. finally, the proposed methodology is applied to the evaluation of the probability of a bottom head failure for the flooded case in the Peach Bottom BWR nuclear power plant.

Exterior beam-column joint is typically the weakest link in a limited-ductile reinforced concrete (RC) frame structure. The use of diagonal haunch element has been considered as a desirable seismic retrofit option for reducing the seismic demand at the joint. Previous research globally has focused on implementing double haunches, while the use of single haunch element as a less-invasive and more architecturally favorable retrofit option has not been investigated. In this paper, the key formulations and a design procedure for the single haunch system for retrofitting RC exterior beam-column joint are developed. An application of the proposed design procedure is then illustrated through a case study.
Organic farming excludes any use of the herbicide. The present paper reviews what can be done for effective weed control with existing weed control technology by farmers crop-ping paddy rice, field crops, vegetables, and fruit trees. If condition of the crop-land-al-lows diversified rotational use of the paddy land as paddy and upland field would minimize weed problem. Practising this is limited in acreage due to extremely limited governmental investment to the land for the purpose. Secondly, rotation of crops in the upland field breaking life cycles of various weeds adapted to each crop should reduce the weed problem. This is also limited as only a few crops are making the farmer profitable. In addition climate and tolerance of crops to high and low temperature. Monsoon rains and poor drainage restrict the freedom of choice. For any crop land year-round multiple cropping in denser planting shall lessen the weed problem, this multiple cropping practiced by 1960s has been abandoned due to laborshortage and increased production cost. Deep flooding the rice is impractical at present in Korean. Mulching crop with transparent, black , or combinated polyethylene sheet, hs been in-creasingly used. Progresses in development and use of mulch with allelopathic crop residues. inexpensive paper mulch, allelopathic crop residues, inexpensive paper mulch, allelopathic crop cultivar development, recently developed ex-perimental weeding machinaries, flamers, microbial herbicides, biological control organisms, soil sterilization techniques have been critically reviewed for their adoption into existing in-tegrated weeding system. Unfortunately, information on cost-benifit, and labor-benefit, for the various methods above mentioned are lacking. Urgent need for the research on rational weeding in organic farming, and herbicide low-input farming is emphasized.
