건강정보의 품질평가 연구 : 인터넷 금연 정보 사이트 서비스 품질 평가를 중심으로 (The Evaluation Study of Service Quality of Tobacco Cessation Information on the Internet Web Sites in Korea)

  • In this study quality of tobacco cessation information provided through Internet web sites was evaluated in terms of retrievability, easy of use, user-supportiveness, feedback, and continuity. This study limited to those internet web sites developed and delivered by Korean public health service organizations or their related institutions or associations. This study analyzed 8 internet web sites and evaluation criteria developed by Chung, Yong Chul (2002) and Yoo, Sarah (2001) were used. Study results indicated that retrievability was evaluated low except search-speed of data: the easy of use was evaluated moderately: user-supportiveness was evaluated moderately: feedback, and continuity of those sites were evaluated low. The quality of tobacco cession information of those sites are needed to be improved. The development of guidelines for standardized health information on Internet web sites is necessary, too.

  • With the development of medical field, many kinds of operations have been performed on human articulation. Arthroscopic surgery, which has Irrigation Pumping System for security of operator vision and washing spaces of operation, has been used for more merits than others. In this paper, it is presented that the research on a reliable control algorithm of the pumping system instrument for arthroscopic surgery. Before clinical operation, the flexible artificial articulation model is used for realizing the model the most same as human's and the algorithm has been exploited for it. This system is considered of the following; limited sensing point, dynamic effect by compliance, time delay by fluid flow and so on. The system is composed with a pressure controller, a regulator for keeping air pressure, an airtight tank that can have distilled water packs, artificial articulation and a measuring system, and has controlled by the feedback of pressure sensor on the artificial articulation. Also the system has applied to Smith Predictor for time delay and the parameter estimation method for the most suitable system with both the experiment data and modeling. In this paper, the pressure error that is between an air pressure tank and an artificial articulation was measured so that the system could be presumed and then the controller had developed for performing State-Feedback. Finally, the controller with a real microprocessor has realized. The confidence of system can be proved by applying this control algorithm to an artificial articulation experiment material.

  • In industrial production-distribution systems, production and purchasing rates, associated inventories, and sales are very critical for the profits of each component in the system. The objective of this study is to investigate an effective information control scheme for a production -distribution system by automatic feedback control techniques. In this work, a dynamic control scheme that has an integrated -error with state-feedback and filtering (ISFF) is proposed as a new algorithm for a dynamic controller. Generalized formulations of the dynamic control are proposed in the continuous-time and discrete-time cases. A methodology for an evaluation of ISFF controller gains using the eigen structure property is presented. When an upper-limit is imposed on the production capability by available factory space and capital equipment, supervisory control is provided to avoid integrator-windup and deterioration of system performance.

다중 송신안테나 통신시스템에서 송신 안테나의 위상 조절 기법 (Phase Control of Transmit Antennas in SIMO Systems)

  • 다중 송신안테나 통신시스템에서 송신 안테나의 위상을 제어하는 두 가지 방법을 제안한다. 첫 번째 방법은 첫 번째 안테나의 위상을 기준으로 나머지 송신안테나들이 최대한 첫 번째 안테나와 위상을 가깝게 조절하는 기법이다. 두 번째 방법은 특정한 섹터를 정한 다음, 그 섹터로 모든 송신 안테나들의 위상을 일치시키는 기법이다. 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통하여 첫 번째 위상 조절기법이 두 번째 위상조절기법보다 우수하다는 것을 보일 수 있다. 그리고 첫 번째 위상 조절기법이 송신안테나 갯수가 4개일때 직교 시공간부호의 성능보다 1.2 dB 우수함을 알 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 다중사용자를 위한 OFDMA/FDD(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access/Frequency Division Duplex) 시스템에서 가변적인 전송율로 전송하기위한 무선 채널의 피드백 정보를 감소하는 방안을 제시한다. 제한된 상향링크 제어채널을 통해 기지국으로 무선 채널 정보를 전송하기 위해서, 제안된 알고리즘은 인근 클러스터간의 무선 채널의 유사 정도를 나타내는 정보로 채널 변화 수준(channel variation level)을 사용하며, 모든 클러스터에 대해서 하나의 MCS(Modulation & Coding Scheme)을 사용한다. 시뮬레이션은 하나의 셀 내에서 수행되었으며, 기존의 알고리즘의 피드백 정보와 유사한 오버헤드로 대역 효율 및 outage probability에서 더 좋은 성능을 나타내었다.

  • This paper presents a study of low frequencies volume velocity vibration control of a smart panel in order to reduce sound transmission. A distributed piezoelectric quadratically shaped polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) polymer film is used as a uniform force actuator and an array of 4$\times$4 accelerometer is used as a volume velocity sensor for the implementation of a single-input single-output con rot system. The theoretical and experimental study of sensor-actuator frequency response function sho vs that this sensor-actuator arrangement provides a required strictly positive real frequency response function below about 900Hz. Direct velocity feedback could therefore be implemented with a limited gain which gives reductions of about 15㏈ in vibration level and about 8 ㏈ in acoustic power level at the (1, 1) mode of the smart Panel. It has been also shown that the shaping error of PVDF actuator could limit he stability and performance of the control system.

A model-based adaptive control method for real-time hybrid simulation

  • Real-time hybrid simulation (RTHS), which has the advantages of a substructure pseudo-dynamic test, is widely used to investigate the rate-dependent mechanical response of structures under earthquake excitation. However, time delay in RTHS can cause inaccurate results and experimental instabilities. Thus, this study proposes a model-based adaptive control strategy using a Kalman filter (KF) to minimize the time delay and improve RTHS stability and accuracy. In this method, the adaptive control strategy consists of three parts-a feedforward controller based on the discrete inverse model of a servohydraulic actuator and physical specimen, a parameter estimator using the KF, and a feedback controller. The KF with the feedforward controller can significantly reduce the variable time delay due to its fast convergence and high sensitivity to the error between the desired displacement and the measured one. The feedback control can remedy the residual time delay and minimize the method's dependence on the inverse model, thereby improving the robustness of the proposed control method. The tracking performance and parametric studies are conducted using the benchmark problem in RTHS. The results reveal that better tracking performance can be obtained, and the KF's initial settings have limited influence on the proposed strategy. Virtual RTHSs are conducted with linear and nonlinear physical substructures, respectively, and the results indicate brilliant tracking performance and superb robustness of the proposed method.

Resource Allocation in Full-Duplex OFDMA Networks: Approaches for Full and Limited CSIs

  • In-band wireless full-duplex is a promising technology that enables a wireless node to transmit and receive at the same time on the same frequency band. Due to the complexity of self-interference cancellation techniques, only base stations (BSs) are expected to be full-duplex capable while user terminals remain as legacy half-duplex nodes in the near future. In this case, two different nodes share a single subchannel, one for uplink and the other for downlink, which causes inter-node interference between them. In this paper, we investigate the joint problem of subchannel assignment and power allocation in a single-cell full-duplex orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) network considering the inter-node interference. Specifically, we consider two different scenarios: i) The BS knows full channel state information (CSI), and ii) the BS obtains limited CSI through channel feedbacks from nodes. In the full CSI scenario, we design sequential resource allocation algorithms which assign subchannels first to uplink nodes and then to downlink nodes or vice versa. In the limited CSI scenario, we identify the overhead for channel measurement and feedback in full-duplex networks. Then we propose a novel resource allocation scheme where downlink nodes estimate inter-node interference with low complexity. Through simulation, we evaluate our approaches for full and limited CSIs under various scenarios and identify full-duplex gains in various practical scenarios.

H.264 동영상 부호기를 위한 Feedback 버퍼 제어 방식 (A Feedback Buffer Control Algorithm for H.264 Video Coding)

  • H.264 부호화 기법은 단방향 및 양방향 예측 모드를 채택하고 있으며, 가변 길이 부호화를 사용하기 때문에 비디오 부호기에서 발생되는 데 이터량은 시간에 따라 변한다. 전송채널 용량이 제한된 고정 비트율 부호기에서는 출력 비트량을 제어하기 위해 버퍼가 사용되는데, 버퍼가 넘치거나(overflow) 고갈되는 것(underflow)을 막기 위해 발생 비트량을 적절한 영역 내에서 제한해야 한다. 기존의 비트량 제어방법 에서는 영상데이터의 왜곡 값과 양자화 계수간의 $\lambda_{MODE}$가 정규 값을 벗어나기 때문에 화질이 열화 된다. 본 논문에서는 H.264 동영상의 왜곡 값에 대한 새로운 양자화 계수론 도출하여 피드백 함으로써 버퍼의 넘침이나 고갈을 방지할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 기법을 6개의 실험데이터에 적용한 견과 PSNR 값은 기존 방법에서와 비슷하면서도 비트율은 최대 8%까지 감소하였다.

쉐도우 라이시안 페이딩 채널에서 M-ary DPSK 신호의 다중 차동 궤환 검파 (Multiple Differential Feedback Detection of M-ary DPSK Signal in Shadowed Rician Fading Channel)

  • M-ary DPSK는 대역 효율이 우수한 디지탈 변조 기법이고, 최큰에는 이용 가능한 무선 대역폭이 제한된 이동 위성통신 시스댐 분야의 응용에서 관심이 모아지고 있다. 동기 검파 방식은 잡음 환경에서 우수한 오류 성능을 제공하지만 페이딩 환경에서는 낀 포착 시간을 필요로 한다.본 논문에서는 라이시안 페이딩과 쉐도우 라이시안 페이딩 채널에서 다중 차동 궤환 검파 기법을 사용한 M-ary DPSK 신호의 오류 성능을 분석하였다. 다중 차동 궤환 검파 기법은 일반적인 차동 수신기의 복잡도를 증가시켜서 차동 수신과 동기 수선 사이의 성능 차이를 줄일 수 있는 효율적인 기법이다. 다중 심볼 최대 우도 검파 기법과 비교할 때 다중 차동 궤환 검파 기법은 H/W 구현상에서 매우 간단한 구조를 갖는다. 특히 이 기법은 잡음과 빠른 페이딩 채널 사이에서 시간과 공간에서 변할 수 있는 육상 이동위성 채널에 적용할 수 있다.
