회수수를 사용한 3성분계 경량 골재 모르타르의 공학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Engineering Characteristics of Ternary Lightweight aggregate Mortar Using Recycling Water)

  • 본 연구는 콘크리트의 운반 과정 중 발생하는 레미콘 회수수의 재활용율 증대 및 온실가스 저감을 위한 연구의 일환으로 회수수를 배합수 및 인공경량골재 프리웨팅수로 사용하고 고로슬래그 미분말 및 플라이애시를 시멘트 대체재로 사용한 3성분계 경량 골재 모르타르의 공학적 특성을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 3성분계 경량 골재 모르타르의 플로우, 기건단위질량, 압축강도, 건조수축, 중성화 깊이, 염화물 이온 침투 저항성을 측정하였으며 측정 결과 회수수를 사용할 경우 높아진 알칼리도에 의해 시멘트계 재료들의 반응성이 높아졌으며 3성분계 배합과 함께 사용할 경우 고로슬래그 미분말 15 %, 플라이애시를 5 % 사용할 시 모르타르의 압축강도 및 내구특성 향상에 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문에서는 의류 디자인 도면 이미지의 글자 검출을 위한 경량화된 딥러닝 네트워크를 제안하였다. 최근 의류 디자인 산업에서 Digital Transformation의 중요성이 대두되면서, 디지털 도구를 활용한 의류 디자인 도면 작성이 강조되고 있으며, 디지털화된 의류 디자인 도면의 활용 가능성을 고려할 때, 도면에서 글자 검출과 인식이 중요한 첫 단계로 간주된다. 이 연구에서는 기존의 글자 검출 딥러닝 모델을 기반으로 의류 도면 이미지의 특수성을 고려하여 경량화된 네트워크를 설계하였으며, 별도로 수집한 의류 도면 데이터 셋을 추가하여 딥러닝 모델을 학습시켰다. 실험 결과, 제안한 딥러닝 모델은 의류 도면 이미지에서 기존 글자 검출 모델보다 약 20% 높은 성능을 보였다. 따라서 이 논문은 딥러닝 모델의 최적화와 특수한 글자 정보 검출 등의 연구를 통해 의류 디자인 분야에서의 Digital Transformation에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

  • Al2017 is typical Duralumin of self-hardening aluminum alloy. It is lightweight, formability and machinability so throughout the industries have widely used automobile, electronics, semiconductor and aircraft as material. A variety of CNC machine tool processing technology, scientific principles and experience have been studied in order to increase accuracy and productivity. Using a machining center is to constant amount of side step and cutting characteristics studied changing depth of cut, revolution per minute and feed rate.

  • Currently, wind power has become a major research field in the area of sustainable development. As one important component of a wind turbine transmission system, most instances of downtime due to a gearbox failure are caused by bearing failures. Gearboxes for wind turbines must have the highest levels of reliability over a period of approximately 20 years, withstanding high dynamic loads. At the same time, a lightweight design and cost minimization efforts are required. These demands can only be met with a well-thought-out design, high-quality materials, a high production quality and proper maintenance. In order to design a reliable and lightweight gearbox, it is necessary to analyze methods pertaining to the bearing rating lifetimes of the standard and of different companies, also including calculation methods for modification factors. This can determine the influence of the bearing lifetime.

EEIRI: Efficient Encrypted Image Retrieval in IoT-Cloud

  • One of the best means to safeguard the confidentiality, security, and privacy of an image within the IoT-Cloud is through encryption. However, looking through encrypted data is a difficult process. Several techniques for searching encrypted data have been devised, but certain security solutions may not be used in IoT-Cloud because such solutions are not lightweight. We propose a lightweight scheme that can perform a content-based search of encrypted images, namely EEIRI. In this scheme, the images are represented using local features. We develop and validate a secure scheme for measuring the Euclidean distance between two descriptor sets. To improve the search efficiency, we employ the k-means clustering technique to construct a searchable tree-based index. Our index construction process ensures the privacy of the stored data and search requests. When compared with more familiar techniques of searching images over plaintexts, EEIRI is considered to be more efficient, demonstrating a higher search cost of 7% and a decrease in search accuracy of 1.7%. Numerous empirical investigations are carried out in relation to real image collections so as to evidence our work.

위그선 설계단계에서의 안전성 평가 (The Functional Safety Assessment of WIG Craft in Design Stage)

  • WIG crafts are high speed vessels with the features of a dynamic supported craft. These crafts, which are predominantly lightweight and operate at substantially greater speeds than conventional craft, could not be accommodated under traditional maritime safety instruments. WIG crafts inherently possess more hazard factors than conventional ships because of their relatively high speed, lightweight, and navigational characteristics, and an accident is likely to cause damage to the ship and a high loss of life. Because WIG crafts are composed of many systems and subsystems, the safety assessment of a WIG must use a commercial software system in the design stage. This paper reviews a safety assessment process and methodology proposed by the IMO interim guideline, which were developed in view of the configuration of WIG crafts. This safety assessment system was developed to fit the WIG's safety assessment process using a reliability analysis system widely used in commercial systems. The FHA was performed on the functional hazards of systems in the conceptual design stage.

  • The transportation is almost dependent on a single fuel petroleum with transportation energy dilemma. Hybrid Electric Vehicle(HEV) technology holds more advantages on efficiency improvements for petroleum consumption at the transportation. And bearing is recognized as the important component of gearbox. Gearboxes for HEV transmission have been ensured the highest reliability over some years in withstanding high dynamic loads. At the same time, the demands of lightweight design and cost minimization are required by thought-out design, high-quality material, superior production quality and maintenance. In order to design a reliable and lightweight gearbox, it is necessary to analyze bearing rating life methods between standard and different bearing companies with calculation methods for modification factors. In this paper, the influence of life time of bearings will be pointed out. Bearing contact stress and load stress distribution of HEV gearbox are obtained and compared with Romaxdesigner and BearinX. And the unequal wear of the left bearing for the gearbox intermediate shaft is investigated between simulation and test.

반응표면법을 이용한 마그네슘 암레스트 프레임의 최적설계 연구 (A Study of Optimal Design for Mg Armrest Frame by using Response Surface Method)

  • Magnesium has a long tradition of use as a lightweight material in the field of automotive industry. This paper presents the design optimization process of Mg armrest frame to minimize its weight by replacing the steel frame. formerly, the analysis of steel armrest frame was peformed to determine the design specifications for Mg armrest frame. The initial design of Mg armrest frame was carried out by topological optimization technique. After six types of design variables and four types of response variables were defined, DOE(Design of Experiment) and RSM (Response Surface Method) were applied in order to measure sensitivity of design variables and realize optimization through regression model. After design optimization, the weight of the optimized Mg armrest frame was reduced by about 3% compared to the initial design of the Mg frame and was decreased by 41.7% in comparison with that of the steel frame. Some prototypical armrest frames were also made by die casting process and tested. The results were satisfying for its design specifications.

  • In order to respond to environmental regulations and increased demand for fuel economy, the demand for lightweight car bodies has grown. Hydroforming of aluminum is one possible solution as it eliminates the need for additional welding to develop closed cross-sectional parts. However, the low formability of aluminum is a limitation of its application. On the other hand, the ductility of materials can be improved at higher temperatures, and hot metal gas forming has been widely applied in the production of lightweight vehicle parts. In this study, aluminum alloy for pipe extrusion was developed by controlling the Mg:Cr:Mn ratio based on AA5083. Mechanical properties of the developed material were examined by tensile test and were applied to a forming simulation. Cold forming simulation for preforming and non-isothermal hot forming simulation for hot metal gas forming were carried out to validate process conditions. A prototype of the sidemember was manufactured under the given process condition. Finally, thickness distribution was compared with finite element analysis results.
