미래모빌리티를 위한 차세대 경량구조복합재료 검토: 자기강화복합재료의 적용 가능성 (Next Generation Lightweight Structural Composite Materials for Future Mobility Review: Applicability of Self-Reinforced Composites)

  • 미래모빌리티의 발전 기대에 따라 에너지 소비 절감에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 경량구조용소재는 온실가스 배출 감소 및 에너지 효율 향상을 위한 방안으로 알려져 있다. 특히, 섬유강화복합재료(FRP, fiber reinforced polymer composite)는 뛰어난 기계적 특성 및 낮은 무게로 인해 기존 합금을 대체할 수 있는 소재로 주목받는다. 본 논문에서는, 탄소섬유강화복합재료(CFRP, carbon FRP) 및 자기강화복합재료(SRC, self-reinforced composite)의 산업 적용 및 연구 동향을 강화재, 고분자 매트릭스 및 공정에 기반하여 검토하였다. 항공분야에서 주로 활용되는 에폭시 수지 기반 오토클레이브 공법의 높은 공정단가 및 긴 제조시간을 극복하기 위하여, 속경화성 에폭시 수지를 이용한 고압수지이송성형 공정으로 CFRP가 적용된 전기자동차의 양산을 보고하였다. 또한, 탄소섬유복합재료의 재활용 이슈를 해결하기 위한 열가소성 수지 기반 CFRP 및 계면 향상 방안들이 재료 및 공정 측면에서 검토되었다. FRP의 우수한 기계적 특성을 유도하는 주요한 요인으로 알려진 완벽한 매트릭스-강화재 계면을 형성하기 위하여, 고분자 섬유에 동일한 매트릭스를 함침시킨 SRC에 대한 연구들이 보고되고 있다. 다양한 열가소성 고분자에 기초한 SRC의 물리적 및 기계적 특성들을 고분자 배향 및 복합재료 구조 측면에서 검토하였다. 또한, 고연 신 폴리프로필렌 섬유 기반 SRC의 공정창 확장을 위한 공중합체 매트릭스 전략이 논의되었다. 경량구조용소재의 CFRP 및 SRC 적용은 미래모빌리티의 에너지 효율 향상에 대한 잠재적인 선택을 제공할 수 있다.

인공사료로 사육한 뒷흰가는줄무늬밤나방(Mythimna loreyi ) (밤나방과)의 발육과 생식 특성 (Developmental and Reproductive Characteristics of Mythimna loreyi (Noctuidae) Reared on Artificial Diets)

  • 열대거세미나방(Spodoptera frugiperda)(밤나방과) 유충 사육을 위해 이전에 개발된 두 인공사료(N4와 N6)가 뒷흰가는줄무늬밤나방 (Mythimna loreyi)(밤나방과) 사육에도 적합하였다. 실험실 조건[25℃, 15:9 h (명:암) 광주기]에서 알기간은 4.9-5.2일, 유충기간은 22.3-23.2일로 두 사료 집단 사이에 큰 차이가 없었다. 한 사료 집단 내에서 번데기 기간은 암컷이 약 12.6-12.8일, 수컷이 14.1-14.5일이었고, 번데기 무게는 암컷이 약 345 mg, 수컷이 약 380 mg로, 암수 사이에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 유충의 용화율과 용의 우화율은 각각 91-94%와 91-95%로 두 사료집단 사에의 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 성충 산란전 기간은 3.4일, 산란기간은 약 4.7-4.8일 이었다. 성충 수명은 암컷이 8.2일, 수컷이 10.3-12.4일로 수컷의 수명이 길었다. 암컷당 부화한 총 자손 수는 724-847마리였고, 최대 약 1,400마리였다. 생명표 분석에서 개체군 내적자연증가율(N4 집단 0.1181, N6 집단 0.1253)은 두 사료집단 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 한 사료집단 내에서 유충 영기가 5령 혹은 6령까지 발육하는 개체변이가 발견되었다. N4 사료집단의 5령 개체 비율(약 22%)은 N6 사료집단의 5령 개체비율(약 7%)보다 높았다. 6령 개체들의 평균 유충기간이 5령 개체들보다 더 길었다. 유충의 영기별 두폭은 1령의 약 308 ㎛부터 6령의 약 3,065 ㎛까지, 몸길이는 1령의 약 2.0 mm부터 6령의 약 29.1 mm까지 측정되었다. 2020년 6-7월 중에 옥수수 포장에서 뒷흰가는줄무늬밤나방 유충이 동속종인 멸강나방(M. separata) 유충과 함께 발견되었다.

휴대용 포도자동결속기 개발연구 (Development of the paper bagging machine for grapes)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 식용포도 재배농가의 보호봉지 결속작업이 주로 고령의 부녀자에 의존하고 있어 향후 이들 노동력을 대체하기 위하여 기계적인 포도보호봉지 결속장치를 개발하여 생산비를 절감하고자 얻어진 결과 는 다음과 같다. 1. 포도 보호봉지 및 포장봉지 결속기 개발 가. 자동결속기 설계는 CATIA V12/AUTOCAD 2000으로 하였다. 나. 자동결속기는 포도보호봉지를 기계적으로 묶어주는 장치로 소형, 경량이어야 하며 작업 시간, 노동량을 줄어 젊은층에서부터 고령자까지 작업할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 다. 자동결속기의 총 무게는 350g이하 초경량으로 제작될 수 있도록 하였다. 라. 결속성공률은 99%이상이 되도록 하였다. 마. 자동결속기의 결속롤과 커터, 배터리, 모터 등의 구조를 스테플러와 같은 가트리지형태로 개발하였다. 바. 카트리지 핀은 C-ring 28mm형으로써 길이는 500mm정도로 포도보호봉지 및 제과·제빵포장봉지를 결속할 수 있도록 제작하였다. 사. 작업시 포도나무 포도넝쿨 등 장애물의 영향을 받지 않도록 디자인을 설계, 제작하였다. 2. 포도보호봉지 결속작업시스템 포장실증시험 가. 자동결속기 시작기를 이용한 포도 보호 봉지결속으로 시기별 과병장, 과식품질이 무처리에 비하여 현저히 높았다. 나. 포도보호봉지 결속작업은 숙련자의 경우 1일 3,000개내외 씌우는 반면 초보자는 1,200개(37%)정도로 크게 떨어졌다. 다. 포도 보호봉지 자동결속기를 이용한 작업효율성은 102%로써 숙련자의 노동력을 대체할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. ∘ 1단계 : 232.5%(앞치마에서 보호봉지를 꺼내어 포도에 씌움) ∘ 2단계 : 60.7%(씌운 보호봉지 주름을 잡음) ∘ 3단계 : 104.7%(주름이 잡힌 상태에서 결속) ∘ 4단계 : 102% 라. 포도 보호봉지 결속부위의 둘레(크기)를 조사한 바 관행보호봉지결속작업(수작업)에서는 손으로 철사핀을 감기 때문에 평균 4.6cm이었으며 자동결속기의 결속롤(핀)은 5.3cm가 되어 다소 줄이는 것이 정밀성이 높을 것으로 판단되었다. 마. 수확시 과실 품질(과중, 과방크기-과장, 과폭, 가용성고형물, 산함량)을 조사한 결과 처리한 차이가 인정되지 않았다. 바. 자동결속기를 이용한 포도보호봉지 결속작업처리에서 포도의 열과(터진포도)와 이병율 차이에는 관행방법과 차이가 없었다.

롤투롤 스퍼터링 증착을 통한 납(Pb) 대체용 방사선 차폐필름 개발 (Research on Radiation Shielding Film for Replacement of Lead(Pb) through Roll-to-Roll Sputtering Deposition)

  • 현재 의료방사선 분야에서 차폐를 목적으로 주로 사용되고 있는 납(Pb)소재는 방사선 차폐 기능은 뛰어 나지만 납 자체가 가지고 있는 인체 유해성과 무거운 무게에 의한 불편함 때문에 지속적으로 직, 간접적으로 방사선 피폭 위험을 차단함과 동시에 납 소재를 대체할 수 있는 인체 친화적인이며 가벼우면서 사용편의성을 가진 차폐소재의 연구는 지속적으로 진행되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반적으로 사용되는 PET(polyethylene terephthalate) 필름과 실제 방사선 방호복 사용되는 원단소재를 기재로 하여 방사선을 차폐할 수 있는 금속물질인 비스무트, 텅스텐, 주석을 스퍼터링 진공증착 방식을 통한 다층박막을 구현하여 차페필름을 제작하여 방사선 차폐소재로의 적용가능성을 평가하였다. 차폐필름을 제작하기 위한 인가전압, 롤 구동속력, 가스공급량을 제어하면서 차폐물질별 최적화된 조건을 확립하여 방사선 차폐필름 제작하였다. 모재와 차폐금속박막간 밀착력 확인은 Cross-cut 100/100으로 확인하였고 시간에 따른 박막의 변화를 측정하기 위해 내열탕 테스트 1시간을 통하여 박막의 안정성을 확인하였다. 최종적으로 구현된 차폐필름의 차폐성능은 한국방사선진흥협회를 통한 실제 방사선 차폐성능을 측정한 결과 시험조건(역넓은 빔, 관전압 50 kV, 반가층 1.828 mmAl)을 설정하여 감쇠비 16.4 (초기값 0.300 mGy/s, 측정값 0.018 mGy/s)와 감쇠비 4.31(초기값 0.300 mGy/s, 측정값 0.069 mGy/s)의 결과를 얻었다. 추후 제품화를 위한 공정효율성을 확보하여 가벼우면서 차폐성능을 보유한 필름 및 원단을 활용하여 방사선 방호복이나 차폐기능을 가진 건축자재로의 필름적용을 위한 초석을 마련하였다.

급성사혈이 저온견의 심폐동태에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Acute Hemorrhage on Cardiopulmonary Dynamics in the Hypothermic Dog)

  • This experiment was carried out to study the effect of rapid hemorrhage on cardiopulmonary hemodynamics of the cooled dogs. Hypothermia was induced by means of body surface cooling with ice water. Lowest esophageal temperatures ranged from 24 to 26 degree. Dogs were bled via the femoral artery into a reservoir in amount of the equivalent blood volume of 3% of body weight of the dogs. Some dogs were reinfused with the same amount of blood which they lost and others infused with 5% dextrose solution. Fourty adult mongrel dogs were divided into three groups: group I[15 dogs]; dogs were bled in normothermic state. Five dogs had no further treatment, but five dogs were reinfused with blood and five infused with 5% dextrose solution 30 minutes after bleeding. GroupII[10 dogs]; dogs were bled as group I after having been cooled. Five dogs were reinfused with blood as group I. Group III[15 dogs]; dogs were first bled and then cooled. Reinfusion procedures were the same as in group l Results were as follow: 1. The heart rate showed a slight decrease after bleeding in group I and then increased over the control level after 60 minutes. After reinfusion and infusion, the heart rate was also increased gradually and after three hours almost returned to the control level. In group II and groupIll, the heart rate decreased remarkably and after reinfusion showed a light increase but after infusion tended to decrease cotinually. 2. The stroke volume showed remarkable decrease after bleeding in group I., and recovered to control level after reinfusion and infusion,and then gradually decreased again. In group III, the stroke volume showed no remarkable change after hypothermia, and tended to decrease after reinfusion. In group III, the stroke volume decreased remarkably after bleeding and hypothermia,and clearly increased after reinfusion and infusion and then returned to control level. 3. Femoral mean pressure declined very rapidly and significantly right after bleeding and showed a remarkable prompt rise after reinfusion and infusion in group I [67% recovery]. On the other hand, it declined remarkably after hypothermia and bleeding and showed a slight rise after reinfusion and infusion in group II[46% recovery] and III [41% recovery]. 4. Venous pressure declined slightly after bleeding and tended to return to the control level after reinfusion and infusion,in group I. In group II, it did not change significantly during hypothermia but showed a slight decline after bleeding and returned toward control level after reinfusion. In group III, it declined slightly after bleeding and showed no significant change after hypothermia and rose over the control level after reinfusion and infusion. 5. Right ventricular systolic pressure decreased markedly after bleeding and then increased progressively after 30 minutes. It increased after reinfusion and infusion as well, approaching the control level in group I. In group II, it showed no significant change during hypothermia, but decreased remarkably after bleeding and then returned to near control level after reinfusion. In group III, it was decreased markedly after bleeding but did not change significantly during hypothermia and showed a slight increase after reinfusion. 6. The respiratory rate increased gradually after bleeding and decreased gradually after reinfusion but did not return to the control level, whereas it decreased near to the control level after infusion,and tended to increase in group I. In group II, it decreased significantly after hypothermia and bleeding but returned near to the control level after reinfusion. In group III, it showed a remarkable decrease after hypothermia and increased slightly after reinfusion and infusion but did not returned to the control level. In group I, the tidal volume decreased slightly after hemorrhage, and increased gradually to near the control level after 3 hours following reinfusion.

공작기계의 4차 산업혁명에서 특수한 형상 포켓 곡면가공을 위한 초정밀 소형 앵글 스핀들 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Ultra-precision Small Angle Spindle for Curved Processing of Special Shape Pocket in the Fourth Industrial Revolution of Machine Tools)

  • 오늘날 자동차의 연비 향상 과 동적 거동 향상을 위해서 자동차 부품의 경량화 및 간소화 시대가 형성되고 있다. 설계와 제작의 간소화를 위해 제품 형상을 다양한 부품의 일체화로 진행되고 있다. 예를 들어 3개의 제품을 1개의 제품화 시키기 위해서 아주 협소한 부분까지 제품 가공하는 일이 발생되고 있다. 기존의 부품의 경우 가공의 편의성을 위해 정밀 다이캐스팅 또는 주물 생산으로 가공 후 조립하는데 다중 조립체(multi-piece) 방식은 공정수가 많이 필요로 하며, 부품의 정밀도와 강도를 저하시키는 요인이 된다. 가공 공정을 단순화 시키고 부품의 강도를 확보하기 위해서 일체형으로 제작하는 것이 단점을 극복하는데 매우 유리하지만 깊고 좁은 포켓 부분을 가공 할 경우 장비 자체 스핀들로는 가공이 불가능하다. 문제점을 해결하고자 절삭가공에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 다축 복합가공 기술은 이러한 문제점을 해결할 뿐만 아니라, 지금까지 하나의 공작기계로 여러 공정에 따른 유연한 절삭가공이 어려웠던 복합 형상에도 절삭가공이 가능하다는 등 많은 장점을 가지고 있다. 하지만 고가의 장비로 인하여 제조경비 상승과 기계를 운영할 수 있는 기술자가 부족한 것이 현실이다. 5축 절삭 가공기에서는 깊고 협소한 구간의 제품을 생산할 때 공구의 간접으로 제품 생산에 사이클 타임이 늘어남은 물론 가공상에 문제점들이 많이 발생된다. 따라서 전용 공작기계 및 다축 복합가공기를 사용해야 한다. 그 대안으로 3축 머시닝센터에서 5축 이상의 다축 복합가공을 할 수 있는 특수 공구로서의 앵글 스핀들(angle spinde)이 사용될 수 있다. 앵글 스핀들 사용함으로 가공 진동 흡수, 낮은 열 발생과 작동 안정성, 우수한 치수 안정성, 강도 확보와 같은 분야에서 다양하고 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

무령왕릉보존에 있어서의 지질공학적 고찰

  • 무령왕릉의 보존대책을 수립하기 위하여 누수 현상, 고분구조 벽체거동 상황 및 구조안전점검, 고분 내에 서식하는 조류의 제거, 고분내 습기 및 결로현상 제거를 위한 공기조화시설 등을 포함하는 종합 정밀저사를 1996년 5월 1일 부터 1997년 4월 30일 까지 1년간 수행하였다. 이러한 연구를 수행하기 위하여 기초 지반에 대한 정밀측량, 고분 내외부의 년중 온습도 모니터링, 지반의 내부물성 파악을 위한 지구물리 탐사, 시추 자료에 대한 각종 물성실험, 지반의 투수계수 측정 및 지구화학적 분석을 실시하였다. 고분 내외부에 대한 정밀측량 결과 봉분 중심의 현실 중심보다 북동쪽으로 5m 이격되어 있다. 무령왕릉의 경우는 발굴 당시에도 유사한 분포를 하였으나, 이로 인하여 불균형적인 토압을 발생시키는 원인이 되고 있다. 벽돌깨짐 상황 조사결과 무령왕릉의 조사 대상 벽돌 6025장중 1972년에는 435장 파손되었던 것이 1996년 조사결과 1072장이 파손된 것으로 밝혀져 파손율이 2.5배로 증가하였다. 6호분의 경우는 이보다 더 심하여 벽돌 파손율이 2.9배로 증가하고 있다. 1972년 상황은 약 1450년간 진행된 것이고 1996년의 상황은 불과 24년간 진행된 것임을 감안할 고분이 발굴된 이후 벽돌의 균열은 상당한 가속도로 진행되어 온것이 사실이며 이대로 진행된다면 더욱 더 가속화될 것으로 판단된다. 고분벽체의 거동상태를 계측한 결과 무령왕릉 동측벽의 경우 우기와 건기에 각각 2.95 mm/myr및 1.52 mm/myr의 거동을 보여 우기에 지하수 유입에 의한 지반의 약화로 인하여 건기보다 2배정도 거동하는 양상을 보인다. 한편, 연도 입구의 호벽은 건기에 전실쪽으로 0.43 mm/myr, 연도쪽으로 2.05 mm/myr의 거동을 보여 무령왕릉에서는 가장 심한 거동을 보이고 있다. 6호분의 거동현황은 건기에만 측정된 바, 현실의 동측벽과 서측벽이 각각 벽체 뒤쪽으로 7.44 mm/myr, 현실안쪽으로 3.61 mm/myr의 거동을 보여 조사대상 5호분, 6호분, 7호분, 중 가장 심한 거동을 보이고 있다. 이는 고분 벽돌의 깨짐이 6호분이 가장 심하다는 사실과 무관하지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 봉분내부의 토양층구조에 대한 지오레이다 영상단면을 분석한 결과 무령왕릉 연도상부의 누수지방지층이 심하게 균열되어 있음을 발견하였다. 이 곳은 고분내부로 직접누수가 발생하는 곳이다. 직접누수와 지하수 형태로 유입된 침투수는 고분군 주위의 지반의 함수비를 증가시켜 지반의 지지력을 약화시키고 또한 고분내로 서서히 유입되어 고분내부의 습도를 100%로 유지시키는 주된 원인이다. 이러한 높은 습도는 고분내의 남조류의 번식을 가져왔으며 남조류의 번식은 현재 6호분이 가장 심각하고 7호분이 우려되는 수준이며 5호분은 문제가 없는 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같이 고분군의 발굴후 인위적인 환경변화와 지속적인 강우침투 및 배수 불량의 영향은 고분군의 안정성에 상당한 위험을 초래하였으며, 현 상태는 각 고분에 대한 보강이 불가피한 것으로 판단된다. 고분 벽돌의 깨짐, 고분 벽체의 거동, 조류의 서식등을 포함하여 송산리 고분군에서 발생되고 있는 보존상의 제반 문제점들을 일차적으로 누수 및 침투수에 의한 결과이다. 그러므로 무엇보다도 고분군 내부 및 고분 주변으로의 강우 및 지하수 침투를 막는 차수 대책이 시급한 것으로 판단된다. 또한 이미 발생한 변위가 더 이상 진행되지 않도록 하중을 경감하고 토압의 균형을 이루는 보강대책이 시급한 실정이다. 고분군의 보존대책으로는 고분의 구조안전에 관하여 근본적인 구조변경이 불가피한 직접 보강대책보다 간접적인 보강대책이 바람직한 것으로 판단된다. 간접적 보강대책으로서는 현 봉분규모의 축소, 불균등토압의 조정, 강우침투 방지를 위한 최종복토시스템, 유도배수구의 설치 및 능선 상부로부터의 지하수 차단시설을 포함한다. 이러한 차수대책은 고분군의 제문제를 해결하는 가장 근본적인 대책이라 할 수 있다. 고분내 결로현상 및 습기 제거를 위하여 항온항습장치를 전실에 설치하고 덕트를 통하여 고분내 현실로 순환시키는 방법을 제안하며 외부 온도의 영향을 덜 받게 하기 위하여 전실상부 토양을 현재보다 두껍게 하고 전실의 천정마감재를 열전도도가 낮은 목재로 교체하며 출입문의 이동등을 제안하였다. 금번 조사 연구를 통하여 얻어진 각종 보수 및 보존대책은 고분구조 자체에 가능한 한 최소의 변화를 주면서 가장 시급한 문제점부터 해결하도록 제시되었다. 설계 및 시공단계에서는 보수의 경중을 가려 순서에 입각하여 이루어져야만 하며 설계 및 시공단계에서 고분의 구조안전에 영향을 주지 않도록 각별한 주의가 요망된다. 끝으로, 상기의 보수대책이 실시된 후 이에 대한 평가 및 향후의 영구 보존을 위한 벽체경사 계측, 함수비 및 지하수위 계측, 온습도 측정 등을 포함하는 사후계측시스템은 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 각종 계측자료를 이용한 장기적이고도 세심한 분석을 통하여 완벽한 보존 관리가 이루어져야할 것으로 사료된다.로 사료된다.

Sensory Information Processing

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. The system based on PC-486DX was designed to acquire medical images produced by medical imaging instruments and related audio information, that is, doctors' reporting results.
