  • To prevent energy waste in buildings used heat insulator. Heat insulator materials can be classified inorganic and organic. The organic material is be toxic gas emission, when a fire occurs. And it has lower water resistance. The inorganic material is heavy and worse thermal performance than organic materials. This study focused on thermal conductivity and density of inorganic foam material for using industrial by-products materials.

  • This paper describes the development of the 3DDAC mk.4 system, which is a brand new implementation on the research program. The 3DDAC is a fatigue-less stereoscopic display system that is provided with a compensating function of accommodation for binocular disparity 3D image representation. The mk.4 system also features a light-weight HMD style.

  • In this experimental study, we aimed at the improvement of compressive strength of artifitial light weight aggregate concrete by using the micro powders of mudstone for concrete admixture. By it's result, there was about 10% increase of compressive strength in concrete adding the 10% amounts of powders for cement contents than that of plain concrete.

  • The capability of automotive suspension system depends on steering safety of knuckle and lower control arm. In this study, light weight is applied with lower arm by the material of aluminium alloy. Distributed stress, fatigue life and proper vibration are analyzed with multiple loads happened by automobile. The durability of lower arm can be verified by the result of structural analysis.

  • Honeycomb structures have advantages in weight reduction with stiffness increment. As far as noise is concerned, however a light aluminum structure, instead of a steel frame, should have an equivalent mass density in order to maintain sound insulation performance. In this paper, an evaluation of a material effect on noise has been examined.

  • Normally, Structural light-weight aggregate concrete(LWC) has been main used in high rise building with the object of wight loss. In spite of LWC have the advantage of light-weight, limit the use of strength restrictions by reason that explosive spalling in fire. Especially, LWC is occurred serious fire performance deterioration by explosive spalling. Thus, this study is concerned with fire performance of LWC for the purpose of using PP fibers prevent to explosive spalling. From the experimental test result, LWC is happened explosive spalling.
