밀폐형 식물생산시스템 내 새송이 버섯과 상추의 혼합 재배 비율에 따른 CO2 농도 변화 및 균형 분석 (Analyses of CO2 Concentration and Balance in a Closed Production System for King Oyster Mushroom and Lettuce)

  • 버섯은 배양과 생육과정을 거치면서 다량의 $CO_2$를 배출하므로 식물을 생산하는 식물생산시스템에서 $CO_2$ 공급원으로 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 버섯과 상추의 생육시기에 따른 $CO_2$ 발생 속도와 흡수 속도를 측정하고, 혼합식물 생산 시스템에서 두 작물의 재배 비율에 따른 $CO_2$ 농도를 분석하는 것이다. 새송이 버섯과 상추 아시아 흑로메인 품종을 실험에 사용하였으며, 각각 $18^{\circ}C$, $22^{\circ}C$로 내부온도가 유지되는 밀폐형 아크릴 챔버($1.0m{\times}0.8m{\times}0.5m$)에서 $CO_2$ 발생 속도와 흡수 속도를 측정하였다. 상추는 PPF $340{\mu}mol{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$의 광도와 EC $1.2dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$의 양액에서 재배하였고, 다이아프램(diaphragm) 펌프를 이용하여 주기적으로 버섯 챔버와 상추 챔버 사이의 공기를 순환시켰다. 버섯의 $CO_2$ 발생 속도는 균 긁기 후 15일차까지 증가한 후 다시 감소하였으며, 생육 온도가 높아질수록 $CO_2$ 발생 속도가 증가하였다. 특히 솎음 처리에 의해 버섯의 자실체 생체중 당 $CO_2$ 발생 속도가 약 3.1배 증가하였다. $CO_2$ 균형 관점에서 보면, 균 긁기 후 9, 12, 14일차 버섯 1병(950mL)의 $CO_2$ 발생 속도는, 정식 후 7, 10, 12일인 상추 3, 4.5, 5.5 개체 $CO_2$ 흡수 속도에 대응하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 두 작물의 적합한 재배 비율의 설정을 통하여 밀폐형 혼합 식물생산시스템 내 $CO_2$ 농도 균형을 이루는 것이 가능하다.

자외선 B 조사 마우스에서 피부손상에 대한 분죽 (Phyllostachys nigra var. henenis Strapf)잎 추출물의 효과 (The Effect of Bamboo (Phyllostachys nigra var. henenis Strapf) Leaf Extract on Ultraviolet B-induced Skin Damages in Mouse)

  • SKH1-hr 및 ICR 마우스에서 자외선 B(UVB) 조사에 의한 피부 일광화상세포(SBC) 및 ATPase 양성 표피 가지세포(DC)의 변화에 대한 대나무(분죽, Phyllostachys nigra var. henenis Strapf) 잎 추출물 (BLE)의 효과를 관찰하였다. 실험동물은 UVB ($200mJ/cm^2$) 조사 후 24시간에 희생시켰으며, BLE는 체중 kg당 50 mg의 용량으로 자외선 조사전 36시간, 12시간 및 조사 후 30분에 3회 복강내 주사하였다. 피부도포군은 0.2%의 용량으로 BLE 크림을 제조하고 자외선 조사전 24시간, 15분 및 조사후 즉시, 총 3회 도포하였다. 정상대조군 등쪽 피부에서는 길이 cm당 0.3개의 SBC가 관찰되었고, 자외선 조사에 따라 급격히 증가하였다. BLE 복강내 주사군(59.0%) 및 피부도포군(31.8%)에서 UVB에 의한 SBC의 발생은 유의성 있게 감소하였다. 정상대조군에서 귀등쪽 피부의 DC수는 $mm^2$$628.00{\pm}51.56$ 또는 $663.20{\pm}62.58$개 였으며, UVB 조사후 1일에 복강내 부영제 투여군에서는 39.0%, 부영제 피부 도포군에서는 27.1%감소하였다. 자외선 B조사에 의한 DC의 감소는 부영제를 처리한 UVB 조사군에 비하여, BLE 복강내 투여군에서는 25.7%, 피부도포군에서는 3.2%의 감소억제 효과를 나타냈다. 이상의 결과에서 BLE 투여가 UVB에의한 피부손상을 경감시킴을 알 수 있었다.

인공사료로 사육한 뒷흰가는줄무늬밤나방(Mythimna loreyi ) (밤나방과)의 발육과 생식 특성 (Developmental and Reproductive Characteristics of Mythimna loreyi (Noctuidae) Reared on Artificial Diets)

  • 열대거세미나방(Spodoptera frugiperda)(밤나방과) 유충 사육을 위해 이전에 개발된 두 인공사료(N4와 N6)가 뒷흰가는줄무늬밤나방 (Mythimna loreyi)(밤나방과) 사육에도 적합하였다. 실험실 조건[25℃, 15:9 h (명:암) 광주기]에서 알기간은 4.9-5.2일, 유충기간은 22.3-23.2일로 두 사료 집단 사이에 큰 차이가 없었다. 한 사료 집단 내에서 번데기 기간은 암컷이 약 12.6-12.8일, 수컷이 14.1-14.5일이었고, 번데기 무게는 암컷이 약 345 mg, 수컷이 약 380 mg로, 암수 사이에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 유충의 용화율과 용의 우화율은 각각 91-94%와 91-95%로 두 사료집단 사에의 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 성충 산란전 기간은 3.4일, 산란기간은 약 4.7-4.8일 이었다. 성충 수명은 암컷이 8.2일, 수컷이 10.3-12.4일로 수컷의 수명이 길었다. 암컷당 부화한 총 자손 수는 724-847마리였고, 최대 약 1,400마리였다. 생명표 분석에서 개체군 내적자연증가율(N4 집단 0.1181, N6 집단 0.1253)은 두 사료집단 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 한 사료집단 내에서 유충 영기가 5령 혹은 6령까지 발육하는 개체변이가 발견되었다. N4 사료집단의 5령 개체 비율(약 22%)은 N6 사료집단의 5령 개체비율(약 7%)보다 높았다. 6령 개체들의 평균 유충기간이 5령 개체들보다 더 길었다. 유충의 영기별 두폭은 1령의 약 308 ㎛부터 6령의 약 3,065 ㎛까지, 몸길이는 1령의 약 2.0 mm부터 6령의 약 29.1 mm까지 측정되었다. 2020년 6-7월 중에 옥수수 포장에서 뒷흰가는줄무늬밤나방 유충이 동속종인 멸강나방(M. separata) 유충과 함께 발견되었다.

롤투롤 스퍼터링 증착을 통한 납(Pb) 대체용 방사선 차폐필름 개발 (Research on Radiation Shielding Film for Replacement of Lead(Pb) through Roll-to-Roll Sputtering Deposition)

  • 현재 의료방사선 분야에서 차폐를 목적으로 주로 사용되고 있는 납(Pb)소재는 방사선 차폐 기능은 뛰어 나지만 납 자체가 가지고 있는 인체 유해성과 무거운 무게에 의한 불편함 때문에 지속적으로 직, 간접적으로 방사선 피폭 위험을 차단함과 동시에 납 소재를 대체할 수 있는 인체 친화적인이며 가벼우면서 사용편의성을 가진 차폐소재의 연구는 지속적으로 진행되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반적으로 사용되는 PET(polyethylene terephthalate) 필름과 실제 방사선 방호복 사용되는 원단소재를 기재로 하여 방사선을 차폐할 수 있는 금속물질인 비스무트, 텅스텐, 주석을 스퍼터링 진공증착 방식을 통한 다층박막을 구현하여 차페필름을 제작하여 방사선 차폐소재로의 적용가능성을 평가하였다. 차폐필름을 제작하기 위한 인가전압, 롤 구동속력, 가스공급량을 제어하면서 차폐물질별 최적화된 조건을 확립하여 방사선 차폐필름 제작하였다. 모재와 차폐금속박막간 밀착력 확인은 Cross-cut 100/100으로 확인하였고 시간에 따른 박막의 변화를 측정하기 위해 내열탕 테스트 1시간을 통하여 박막의 안정성을 확인하였다. 최종적으로 구현된 차폐필름의 차폐성능은 한국방사선진흥협회를 통한 실제 방사선 차폐성능을 측정한 결과 시험조건(역넓은 빔, 관전압 50 kV, 반가층 1.828 mmAl)을 설정하여 감쇠비 16.4 (초기값 0.300 mGy/s, 측정값 0.018 mGy/s)와 감쇠비 4.31(초기값 0.300 mGy/s, 측정값 0.069 mGy/s)의 결과를 얻었다. 추후 제품화를 위한 공정효율성을 확보하여 가벼우면서 차폐성능을 보유한 필름 및 원단을 활용하여 방사선 방호복이나 차폐기능을 가진 건축자재로의 필름적용을 위한 초석을 마련하였다.

  • 本文研究共同特性对于无选择权的影响, 并涉及到了调节焦点理论. 本文主要着眼于这三个因子以及他们之间的关系. 之前的研究已经广泛涉及到这三个方面. 第一, 共同特性影响已经被广为研究. Tversky (1972) 开创了这个理论, EBA 模型: 通过消除方面. 根据这个理论, 消费者在比较的过程中更易于注意特殊的特性, 而忽略共同特性. 最近, 更多的研究开始针对于此模型对于消费者行为的影响. Chernev (1997) 认为增加共同特性可以减少选择距离. 但是, 随后Chernev (2001) 的研究指出共同特性可能是消费者认知上的负担, 所以他们更喜欢启发式的过程而不是系统式的过程. 这些研究提出了一系列问题: 共同特性是否影响顾客选择? 如果是的话, 这些影响是什么样子的? 第二, 一些研究指出没有选择的状况是消费者最好的选择, 他们在犹豫不决时用这种方法回避选择. 其他关于这一理论的研究是时间的压力, 消费者自信, 以及可供选择的数量. 第三, 调节聚焦理论在目前非常流行. 消费者有两个焦点目标: 促进和制止. 促进聚焦主要和希望, 野心, 成功, 获得等有关; 而制止聚焦和责任, 职责, 安全, 规避等有关. 调节聚焦理论预测了顾客的感情, 创造, 态度, 记忆, 表现, 和判断. 而这些都是市场营销研究的领域这些文献为本文的研究提供了一些理论支持. 特别是增加共同特征而不是忽略他们可以增加选择过程中克制消费者的没有选择状况的比重, 其对于促进消费者的作用确实相反的. 本文通过两个试验进行验证. 第一个是2 X 2 组间的设计(共同特性X调节聚焦), 数码相机作为相关的客体. 特别的是, 调节聚焦变量是从11个问题中取得的. 共同特性包括焦距, 重量, 记忆卡, 电池, 而像素和价格作为独特特性. 结果证明了我们的假设, 那就是增加共同特性增加了克制消费者的无选择比重, 而对促进消费者没有作用. 第二个试验被用来复制第一个实验的结果. 这个实验和之前的基本相同, 只有两个方面不同—主要控制和研究客体. 在促进的前提下, 研究对象必须一些词例如: 利润, 野心, 高兴, 成功, 发展等. 在克制的前提下, 他们必学写下坚持, 安全, 保护, 规避, 损失, 责任等词. 实验证明我们假设是成立的. 本研究说明了共同特性对于顾客选择的二重效果. 增加共同特性可以提高或者降低无选择状况. 本文对于理论研究和实践上都有着贡献. 对于市场营销人员来说, 他们可能需要根据顾客的划分来考虑产品的共同特性. 理论上, 研究结果支持共同特性和无选择状况的调节变量. 最后, 本文也有一些不足, 例如过于强调态度的重要性等. 我们希望本文能够为未来的研究做出抛砖引玉的作用.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N.
