사회적 네트워크는 하나의 문화적 현상으로 자리매김하였다. 단절된 고객들을 위해 새로운 매체가 필요한 시대에 많은 사람들이 이러한 사회적 네트워크들이 전통적인 광고와 마케팅 툴의 강력한 대안이 될 수 있다고 믿고 있다. 본 연구는 사회적 네트워크 안에서 구성원들의 무형의 가치를 계량화함으로써 고객가치 평가에 대한 새로운 시각을 제공하고자 하였다. 고객들의 유형의 가치만을 평가하는 것은 고객들 간의 상호 연결성을 고려하지 않는 것이므로 어떤 고객들이 중요한 고객인가에 대해 부분적인 설명만이 가능하다. 따라서 고객들의 가치를 제대로 파악하기 위해서는 고객생애가치(CLV: Customer Lifetime Value)와 같은 금전적인 유형 가치뿐만 아니라 사회적 네트워크 안에서 고객들이 다른 구성원들에게 미치는 영향과 같은 무형의 가치까지를 포함하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 고객생애가치라는 금전적인 가치와 네트워크 내에서 한 고객이 얼마나 중요한가를 나타내는 무형의 가치에 근거하여 고객을 평가할 수 있는 프레임웍을 제시하였다. 고객무형가치 즉 고객들의 네트워크 가치를 측정하기 위해 사회학의 기존 연구에 기초한 중심성(Centrality)지표를 활용하였다. 중심성(Centrality) 지표들을 통해 고객무형가치에 대한 금전적 가치까지 계산하기는 어렵지만 낮은 고객생애가치를 가지면서 높은 무형가치를 가지고 있는 고객 혹은 반대 경우의 고객들을 파악할 수 있다. 낮은 고객생애가치를 가진 고객들에게 기업이 많은 자원을 할당해서는 안 된다고 제안하고 있는 전통적인 고객생애가치 모델과는 달리, 이러한 양 방향적 가치접근은 고객생애가치는 낮을지라도 높은 네트워크 가치를 가지고 있다면 기업에게 중요할 수 있는 고객임을 제안하고 있다.

A brake disk in railway vehicle is safety part. Requirements not only in performance but also in comfort, serviceability and working lifetime are high and rising. In this study, we carried out fatigue test and thermal stress analysis. To determine a pressure distribution, contact pressure analysis precede thermal stress analysis. Especially, characteristics of the brake disk were analyzed in considering intial velocity, and thickness of a frictional plate. Form the comparing the results of experiment and FEM analysis, fatigue characteristic and fatigue life assessment ok a brake disk of railway vehicle were performed.

The objective of this paper is to discuss the stochastic analysis and the statistical inference of a three-states semi-Markov reliability model. Using the maximum likelihood procedure, the parameters included in this model are estimated. Based on the assumption that the lifetime and repair time of the system are gener-alized Weibull random variables, the reliability function of this system is obtained. Then, the distribution of the first passage time of this system is derived. Many important special cases are discussed. Finally, the obtained results are compared with those available in the literature.

In general, glass has proven to be an effective glazing material, exhibiting extended service lifetime and high solar transmittance while remaining opaque to long wave thermal reradiation. Plastics, which possess higher solar transmittance than commercial glass, are lightweight and also cost competitive with glass. In this paper a survey of various glazing materials is presented, and the comparative analysis of their properties are perform ed in detail with special emphasis on double glazing materials, which can be adaptable to various passive solar systems.

In this work, transient characteristics of NPT(Non Punch Through)-IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) have been studied with different temperatures analytically. Power losses are caused by heat generated in MIT-IGBT for steady state and transient state conditions. We therefore have focused on the analysis of excess carrier concentration and excess charge injected into N-drift layer with different temperatures and have obtained anode voltage drop during turn-off with lifetime of 2.4[${\mu}$s].

Study of electric vehicle is popular with automobile company. However, battery cooling problem has delayed development of electric vehicle. Lifetime of electric vehicle's battery depends on the cooling effect for the battery tray. One model was simulated by 3-D, steady state, incompressible, k-e turbulent model simulation. It is found that flow inlet, outlet and inlet position are very important design parameters.

This paper is concerned with the method of estimating lifetime distribution for field data in warranty period and for a situation where some additional field data can be gathered after the warranty period. Implementing the proposed methods in this paper will result in obtaining the more precise product life time estimation and product improvement.

We present both a theoretical analysis and experimental data to show that electrophosphorescent top-emitting organic light emitting-devices (TOLEDs) with a reflective anode and a transparent cathode can be more efficient than the equivalent state-of-the-art bottom-emitting electrophosphorescent OLEDs (PHOLEDs$^{TM}$). The lifetime of devices with transparent cathodes are shown to approach that of the corresponding bottom-emitting devices.
