뇌 해마의 콜린성 신경분포는 학습과 기역에 연관성이 있는 것으로 알려져 있으며 이의 작용제인 carbachol 투여 시 장기기억 저하가 유도됨이 알려져 왔다. 그러나 이러한 콜린성 자극에 의한 해마 신경세포의 시냅스 내 변화기작은 완전히 알려지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 아세틸콜린 수용체의 활성에 의하여 유도되는 장기기억 저하 현상에 있어 alpha-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methylisoxazole-4-propionate (AMPA) 수용체가 후시냅스 표면으로부터 사라지는 현상과 이의 조절기작에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 쥐 해마의 일차세포를 추출하고 체외에서 배양한 성숙 신경세포에 carbachol 을 투여하여 장기기억 저하를 유도 하였으며, 후시냅스의 표면으로부 터 AMPA 수용체의 아단위체인 GluA2가 M1 무스카린 수용체의 길항제에 의하여 저해 되었다. 또한 콜린성 자극 에 의한 GluA2의 내재화 현상의 작용기작 연구를 위하여 쥐 해마 절편에 carbachol 투여 후 GluA2와 직접적인 상호작용을 하는 Glutam내재화 되었음을 확인하였다. 이러한 현상은 ate receptor-interacting protein 1 (GRIP1) 과 clathrine 단백질이 매개하는 세포내이입 작용을 하는 adaptin-α 단백질의 결합 변화를 관찰하였다. GluA2는 carbachol 자극에 의해 세포내이입 과정에서 adaptin-α 와의 결합이 증가하였으며 반대로 GRIP1과는 해리되었다. 이는 아세틸콜린의 수용체의 자극에 의하여 GluA2의 내제화 작용이 수반되며, 이의 작용기작으로 GluA2의 후시 냅스 표면 발현시에 결합하고 있는 GRIP1과 해리 되면서 장기기억 저하 현상이 유도됨을 의미한다.

이 연구는 소비자 만족 관점에서 대학부설 평생교육원의 학습자를 대상으로 교육만족도를 파악하고자 서울, 경인, 충남지역 소재 4년제 대학부설 평생교육원의 성인학습자 1,067명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 교육만족도는 전반적인 만족도, 강사, 교육내용, 교육방법, 교육시설 및 환경, 담당직원서비스로 구성하고 연령별, 지역별, 성별 교육만족도, 교육만족도 변인 간 상관관계 분석, 교육만족도에 영향을 주는 변인들의 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 대학부설 평생교육원 교육만족도는 보통 수준 이상으로 나타났으며 강사 관련 만족도가 가장 높고 담당직원서비스 관련 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인은 강사, 교육내용, 시설 및 환경 순으로 나타났으며, 3개 변인의 설명력은 약 36%였다. 성인학습자를 위한 대학부설 평생교육원은 이들 영역에 대한 고려를 우선시 하여 경영해야 함을 의미한다.

컴퓨팅 환경의 발전에 따라 IT 기술이 의료, 산업, 통신, 문화 등의 분야에서 사람들에게 제공해주는 혜택이 늘어나 삶의 질도 향상되고 있다. 그에 따라 발전된 네트워크 환경을 노리는 다양한 악의적인 공격이 존재한다. 이러한 공격들을 사전에 탐지하기 위해 방화벽, 침입 탐지 시스템 등이 존재하지만, 나날이 진화하는 악성 공격들을 탐지하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 기계 학습을 이용한 침입 탐지 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만, 학습 데이터셋의 불균형으로 인한 오탐 및 미탐이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 침입 탐지에 사용되는 UNSW-NB15 데이터셋의 불균형성 문제를 해결하기 위해 랜덤 오버샘플링 방법을 사용했다. 실험을 통해 모델들의 accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, 학습 및 예측 시간, 하드웨어 자원 소모량을 비교 분석했다. 나아가 본 연구를 기반으로 랜덤 오버샘플링 방법 이외에 불균형한 데이터 문제를 해결할 수 있는 다른 방법들과 성능이 높은 모델들을 이용하여 좀 더 효율적인 네트워크 침입 탐지 모델 연구로 발전시키고자 한다.

논·밭 전환 시 수수(sorghum bicolor L. Moench)는 뛰어난 내습성으로 콩과 함께 안정적인 생산이 가능하여 국내 식량작물의 자급률 향상과 쌀 수급 불균형 문제를 해결할 수 있을 것으로 기대되는 작물이다. 그러나 수량 추정을 위한 재배면적과 같은 기본적인 통계조사는 많은 인력을 투입하여도 오래 걸리는 전통적인 조사 방식으로 인해 잘 이루어 지지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 무인기 기반 RGB 영상에 U-Net을 적용하여 수수 재배지 비파괴적 분할가능성을 확인하였다. 2022년에 7월 28일, 8월 13일, 8월 25일에 각각 영상이 취득되었다. 각 영상취득 날짜에서 512 × 512 영상크기로 훈련데이터셋 6,000장과 검증데이터셋 1,000장으로 나누어 학습을 진행하였으며 수수 농경지(sorghum), 벼와 콩 농경지(others)와 비 농경지(background)로 구성된 세 개 클래스와 수수 농경지와 배경(others+background)으로 구성된 두 개 클래스 기반으로 분류모델을 개발하였다. 모든 취득 날짜에서 세 개 클래스 기반 모델에서는 수수 재배지 분류 정확도가 0.91 이상으로 나타났지만 8월 데이터셋의 others 클래스에서 학습 혼동이 일어났다. 대조적으로 두 개 클래스 기반 모델에서는 8월 데이터셋의 안정적인 학습과 함께 모든 클래스에서 0.95 이상의 정확도를 나타내었다. 결과적으로 8월에 두개클래스 기반 모델을 현장에 재현하는 것이 수수 재배지 분류를 통한 재배면적 산출에 유리할 것으로 판단된다.

다산 정약용(1762~1836)은 유배시기에 크나큰 위기와 고통을 겪으면서 많은 트라우마가 있었지만 그것을 성공적으로 치유하고, 어려움 속에서도 행복을 구현하였다. 이 논문은 다산의 자기치유 방법과 행복관을 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 다산은 "주역" 연구를 통해 사물의 변화 법칙에 대해 달관함으로써 현재의 어려움이 영원하지 않고 즐거움으로 반전될 수 있음을 알고 마음의 여유를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 글쓰기와 저술을 통해 경세에 대한 관심을 저술로 표현함으로써 간접적으로나마 자신의 경세에 대한 꿈을 실현하여 자기치유에 기여하였다. 그리고 많은 시련을 겪은 역사적 인물의 삶을 돌아봄으로써 유배지에서 자신의 고통을 상대화 객관화 시켜서 조망함으로써 고통스런 시련을 자기 단련의 계기로 이해하였다. 또한 다산은 유배시기에 주위의 아름다운 자연을 완상하는 것을 통해서 자연의 아름다움으로 마음의 트라우마를 치유하기도 하였다. 그리고 상제는 언제나 어디서나 마음속에서 대화를 통해 다산의 상처를 위로하고 희망을 갖게 한 존재였다. 다산에 있어서 진정한 행복은 도심(道心)에 따라서 살아가는 도덕적 삶이다. 도덕적 삶은 의무이기도 하지만 진정한 기쁨을 가져다주고 행복으로 인도한다. 그 외에도 독서나 학문적 탐구를 통한 지적 만족, 자연의 아름다움을 즐김도 행복의 중요한 원천이다. 다산은 복을 열복(熱福)과 청복(淸福)으로 나눈다. 열복은 세속적 부귀와 영화를 누리는 복이고, 청복은 자연과 전원 속에서 자유로움을 누리는 복이다. 다산은 청복이 더 가치 있다고 여긴다. 실학자로서의 다산은 백성을 위한 공공의 행복에 깊은 관심을 가지고, 백성의 행복을 위한 제도적 구조적 개혁의 필요성을 강조하였다.

기술의 발전으로 다양한 부품의 개발 및 상용화는 가능 하였으나, 이에 따라 부품의 단종 주기는 단축 되었다. 이는 수천 품목 이상의 부품을 활용하여 개발하고, 장기간 운영하는 무기체계의 수리 부속 보급을 어렵게 하였으며, 무기체계 운용 가용도 저하의 주요 원인으로 작용하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 미국 등은 전담 기구를 만들어 대응하고 있으며, 국내에서는 상용 부품단종 예측도구를 활용하여 단종을 예측하고 관리하고 있다. 하지만 상용 부품단종 예측도구에서 단종 정보가 제시되지 않는 부품에 대한 대응 및 관리는 부재한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상용 부품단종 예측도구에서 제공하는 부품에 대한 정형, 비정형 빅데이터를 수집하고, 데이터 전처리 및 Embedding 과정을 거쳐, 신경망 학습 알고리즘을 적용하여, 상용 부품에 대한 단종 정보 (LC Risk, YTEOL)를 예측하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 제시된 모델의 예측 성능을 데이터 기술 통계량과 비교 평가 하여, 본 연구에서 제시한 학습 모델의 타당성을 검증 하였다. 결론에는 본 연구의 활용 방안과 한계점 및 발전 방향에 대하여 기술 하였다.

The fisherman has been playing the roles of forming the fisheries village and surviving the fisheries production. Therefore, we should understand the nature of the fisherman's successor-cultivation which has been performed in order to maintain equlibrium between the fisheries economy and the national economy. Thesedays, fisherman's successor-cultivation mainly has been undertaken by the government in order to facilitate forming the economic foundation of fisherman's successor who has intended to choose "fisheries" as his own occupation in the future. From the above-mentioned, we find the meaning of the undertaking as both securing the foundation of living permanently and having the worth-while life of a professional fisherman by the survival and growth of his own business. And then, choosing the "fisheries" as an occupation, the successor should be satisfied with the requisites of occupation: 1) maintaining one's living, 2) working out one's individuality, 3) fulfilling one's social role-through engaging in the fisheries. Therefore, in order to have these requisites satisfied, I intend to suggest the followings : Firstly to maintain one's living, the environment of fisheies village should be kept in good condition to facilitate the successor's economic performance. Secondly to work out one's individuality, the fisheries' educational system should be adjusted to improve fisherman's ability. 1 hope to institute "the course of regional fisheries management" in fisheries high school and junior vocational collage, and "the school of fisheries management" for the learning of advanced fisheries knowledge. Thirdly to fulfill one's role, the opportunity actively participating in decision-making of the village's affair should be prepared more sufficiently, and the present fishing-centered fisheries system should be reformed into the fish-farming-centered fisheries system. To do this, the long-perspective vision is necessary. These three suggestions are come out from the macro-view point. Meanwhile the fisherman as an individual to improve his business is from the micro-view point. That is, the public aid, financial and legal, should be prepared. The above-mentioned suggestions are necessary to equalize fisherman's social status with other professional's especially from the result of improving the successor's economic force. Therefore, the principle of cultivating the fisherman's successor should be the principle of social equilibrium. be the principle of social equilibrium.

조직의 가치는 구성원의 신뢰를 형성하고 참여를 활성화한다. 따라서 전통적인 도서관 가치인 접근성과 지원 이외에 학교도서관의 새로운 핵심 가치를 찾는 활동이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국제적인 학교도서관 기준의 사명과 비전의 중심 단어를 분석하고 교육, 협동, 접근성, 문화적 소양, 민주시민 등 5개 영역의 핵심 가치를 도출하였다. 그리고 미국, 호주, 영국, 캐나다 학교도서관 기준의 사명과 비전을 분석한 결과 공통적으로 평생학습능력과 물리적 접근성 그리고 사회적 책임감을 강조하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 최근에 학교도서관 기준을 개정한 영국과 미국은 정보공학기술과 다중 정보활용능력 그리고 통합 정보활용교육과정 운영을 강조하고 있다. 궁극적으로 이러한 핵심 가치는 국내 학교도서관의 사명과 비전을 수립할 때 방향 설정과 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity, selection, organization and management of Must Books List in middle schools. A great book can change a person's life and future. Especially, reading in the juvenile period is important because of their intellectual curiosity and sensitivity. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The necessity of Must Books can be considered in two perspectives : One is the cultivation of emotion and sense of value and the other is the development of information abilities. 2. The general criteria for the selection of Must Books are whether a book is su n.0, pportive of learning activities, of extracurricular activities, and of activities for school festivals. And whether a book is contributing to the building of good characters of students or not should be considered, too. 3. The special attention should be given to such matters as the organizational and distributional ratio among subjects of the Must Books, the degree of difficulties, the ratio of books for both male and female students, the ratio of foreign books to domestics, the possibilities of further reading and the bibliographical matters. 4. The points to be duly considered for the management of Must Books List are the educational considerations, clearness of objectives, the elimination of commercialism and authoritarianism in the book selection. The Must Books List should be managed autonomously, depending on the characteristics of each school and be updated annually. However, the most important thing is that the teacher should be a good reader himself. 5. It is better to include short stories than the long one in the Must Book List. Students should be guided to read explanatory text first and then to move to the original text. And they should be exposed to books in various subjects and not to be too dependent on the Must Books List. They should be able to develop the problem solving ability through the reading of the Must Books. 6. Finally, the Must Books selection committee should be composed of both teacher librarian and subject teachers. It is desirable that books for the cultivation of emotion, for the establishment of sense of value, and for the development of information ability should be selected by consulting the various reading lists compiled by the Ministry of Education, the Board of Local Education and other authorities concerned.

Recently, by the popularization of computers and the development of many kinds of information transmission software, the living pattern in business offices and in home-life have changed rapidly. Because of the great progression of today's science technology, the influence of social education on the children is larger than that of the traditional school.. By a rapid change in the social atmosphere, there are some people who insist the traditional school education system is of no use any more. There have been many calls for reform of traditional schooling and in particular there has been major rethinking of school mathematics. The initial demand for change in elementary school mathematics is because of the poor achievement of students. There are even more compelling reasons for change. For example today's science technology society requires a different mathematical literacy for its citizens than that of the past. The importance of problem-solving based on interest and progress is more important than just paper-pencil computation in elementary schools. And also the increasing information wave of today's society demands that the school accept the long-distance education which could not be imagined in the past. Taking account of this variety, school education in the future should willingly introduce and apply the open education system to keep pace with today's society. To accept society demands actively, today's schools are going to accept and apply the idea of the open education. In this viewpoint, the purpose of the paper is to analyze the causes of under-achievement in mathematics teaming, the directions of school mathematics education, the system of textbooks and the problems of teaching-learning programs and paper-pencil test.
