In this study, the intellectual property rights of digital contents (creations) are protected by using block chain technology that cannot be damaged or forged. So, we build a blockchain-based content sales revenue tracking system and platform that activates the transaction and distribution of digital content (creation). We developed an API server that can be used for content registration and revision history management smart contract, license management smart contract according to content purchase, content inquiry function through files and hashes, and web and APP services. Through this, it is possible to prove the relationship between the rights of the creators of digital content creations and protect the rights of the creators.

In this study, an improvement plan was derived by statistically analyzing the system and current status of tests in Korea and survey of seafarers perception in order to improve the expertise of the Korean fishing vessel officer examination. Recently, about 70% of marine accident occurs from fishing vessels. Therefore, it's necessary to improve the examination to reduce marine accidents. As a result, it was identified that an average of 29,265 applicants have applied over the past four years, and among them, 1,833 people have applied for fishing vessel licenses, accounting for 6.3% of the total. According to the result of explanation and response of 115 people, they responded that practical utilization was low, each operation waters has different requirements and it's necessary to improve the contents of the questions for the specialty subject. In addition, inappropriate questions were found in previous exams. To reduce marine accidents caused by human error and to improve the professionalism of fishing vessel officers, it is necessary to adjust the test criteria and ratio with characteristics of fishing vessels and in the long run, institutional improvements such as the distinction between test subjects and licenses are needed.

In this study, a direction for deregulation that can increase the use of drones in the field of spatial information is presented. Regulations and administrative procedures for drone operation showed similar procedures in Japan, the United States, and Korea, such as reporting flight equipment, driver's license, and prohibition of flying within a specific flight zone. In the United States, policies to encourage the use of commercial drones have been implemented, and Japan has slightly tightened regulations on drone operation to protect the Olympics and important national facilities. As a result of the study, in the area where drone operation is restricted for geospatial data construction, Korea was setting the largest area, and GIS analysis showed that Korea's drone flight restricted area was more than 19.4% of the country's land area. In order to increase the utilization of drones in the construction and utilization of spatial information in the future, it is necessary to reset the drone flight restriction zone and reduce the area of the drone flight restriction zone. In addition, it was found that Korea is the only country that has formal and specific regulations on geospatial information security management. In order to increase the construction of geospatial information using drones, it is necessary to ease GSD (Ground Sample Distance)regulations.

본 논문에서는 딥러닝 영상인식 기술을 활용한 객체검출 모델인 YOLOv4를 활용하여 차량의 모델과 번호판인식 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 실시간 영상처리기술인 YOLOv4를 사용하여 차량모델 인식과 번호판 영역 검출을 하고, CNN(Convolutional Neural Network)알고리즘을 이용하여 번호판의 글자와 숫자를 인식한다. 이러한 방법을 이용한다면 카메라 1대로 차량의 모델 인식과 번호판 인식이 가능하다. 차량모델 인식과 번호판 영역 검출에는 실제 데이터를 사용하였으며, 차량 번호판 문자 인식의 경우 실제 데이터와 가상 데이터를 사용하였다. 차량 모델 인식 정확도는 92.3%, 번호판 검출 98.9%, 번호판 문자 인식 94.2%를 기록하였다.

The Digitalia MUNI ARTS - a local node of the LINDAT/CLARIAH-CZ research infrastructure at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University constitutes a repository in the Islandora system. It is used for long-term preservation of research data together with their research environment in the form of digital platforms. We transfer the digital outputs of humanities scholars research to the repository according to a set plan, which is based on best practice recommendations for project management and digital curation. In this paper, we present how the results of interviews with platform developers and infrastructure stakeholders translate into the curation workflow, and a resulting model for migrating digital platforms to the repository. Reflecting on three types of problems we encountered during the implementation of platforms into the repository - communication problems, problems of external dependence, and management problems - we describe a modification of the migration process. We present six recommendations for repository administrators and curators in an academic setting - holding an introductory meeting with developers, researching significant and relevant theories of knowledge domain, consulting license experts, prioritizing requirements, and preparing handover protocol and progress reports.

Third, protection martial arts official certificate and license system must organize in order to training and manage of protection martial art master, Match director(First Second), life physical director(First, Second, Third) is systematically manage by Ministry of Culture & Tourism Republic of Korea. Like this protection martial arts also classify the certificate by scholarship and experience. Fourth, In union to university, private security service company, public institution, police and system that possible leaning to protection martial arts certificate course important. In addition, destroy the commercial character of present martial arts and cultivate the pure martial arts mind, should develop to martial arts in order to improve the humanism and temperament of right body guard.

The LPG engine technology in Korea has made significant advances with the mass production of LPG vehicle with liquid phase LPG injection system, and have reached to satisfy the SULEV emission regulations. As of now, domestic production of LPG fuelled vehicles in Korea have reached more than 2.4 millions, which is the best in the world. But in the technical point of view, the key technologies for fuel injection system of LPG fuelled engine are mainly dependent on foreign license. Especially, fuel injector in the liquid phase LPG injection system has been imported from C company, which supplies LPG injector worldwide in the name of model D. In the context, it is quite urgent to develop the LPG injector technology in Korea. In this study, WCC coating which is key technology to develop LPG injector by reducing the fuel leakage was developed and tested. Considering the fuel leakage of 0.06cc/min in commercial LPG injector, fuel leakage was reduced down to 0.04cc/min with WCC coating technology and optimization of injector structure.

In 1990s with the increasing of consumers' standard of life and change of life style, there has been an increase of import from overseas license brands and a new participation of big enterprises, as well as small and medium enterprises in local fashion market. As a leading fashion company with a long tradition and technique, the INDIAN brand of Sejung Inc. needs to establish a new image to preoccupy relative superiorty in the competition with other brands and satisfy future consumers in the present situation of 1990s. Therefore, for developing of its image, we made an investigation of three-dimentional marketing about business environment, and after setting up the B.I concept, we initiated to express a visual image. Through a made-up question after the completion of those works, we decided our logo mark and completed the entire design system, including the basic and applied elements of main design items of INDIAN B.I Finally, to maximize the effect of the brand identity, it is necessary for us to keep the principles in making the shape of design, to take care of them thoroughly, to make all the members' thinking and behavior unite concerned with the brand, and to execute continuous educational programs for practice of B.I. conciousness with the public relations when B.I. will be appeared on the market.

Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the education, certification system, and extent of duty of dental hygienist between Korea and five developed countries including United States, Canada, England, Australia, and Japan. Methods : Internet based access to five developed countries was made and the analysis was done for the definition of occupation, main duties, similar occupations, education policy, job descriptions, license certification system, standards of duty, Q & A management, current status of obtaining certification, and scope of work. Results : United States has a two-year associate degree(AS) and a four-year bachelor degree(BS). Canada has two to three years degree and a two-year course is accepted in england and Australia. In the meanwhile, Korea and Japan have two-year and four-year educational courses. The duty of dental hygienists includes the prevention education for dental health and continuing dental health care. Most of the dental hygienists in Korea and Japan play the assistant roles for the dental surgeons. United States has national board examinations including written examinations, practical examinations, and computer assisted examination. Written and practical examinations are also conducted in Korea. England and Australia have the recognized educational organizations for qualification. Conclusions : Problem based and problem solving skills are the most important in dental hygienist education in Korea. The training of highly competent dental hygienists must be done for the improvement of dental hygiene in Korea in the near future.

In this paper, we proposed the DRM(Digital Rights Management) system that allows to redistribute contents safely based on home domain. This DRM system for contents redistribution within home domain can solve the restriction and the inconvenience occuring in using contents and at the same time protect the right of contents producer and provider as well. To play contents using home digital device, we must build home domain for contents redistribution among devices. That is to say, devices that are registered with home domain can redistribute contents to other devices at same domain. The domain must send redistribution-specifics to DRM server, so that user can pay reasonable amount for using the contents. Futhermore, by restricting within domain the right of contents redistribution, one can strictly prohibit the illegal redistribution.
