본 연구는 작은도서관 문화프로그램 현황 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구를 하고자 서울시 소재 142기관을 대상으로 도서관 일반현황과 문화프로그램 현황을 설문조사하였다. 도서관에서 현재 수행하고 있는 기능은 공 사립 모두 자료대출반납, 문화프로그램 운영 순으로 조사되었으며, 문화프로그램 또한 공 사립 모두 과반수 이상 운영하고 있으며, 운영하지 않는 기관들은 운영의 필요성을 인식하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 정기적으로 운영하는 문화프로그램 수는 공 사립 모두 1~3개이고, 그 유형은 문화교양과 독서관련 프로그램으로 나타났다. 문화프로그램 운영 담당자는 공립은 행정직원, 사립은 도서관장이라고 응답한 비율이 높았으며, 문화프로그램 운영 시 어려운점은 공 사립 모두 예산과 인력확보로 조사되었다.

본 연구는 도서관의 다문화서비스 현황과 문제점을 파악하기 위하여 외국도서관과 우리나라의 다문화서비스 현황을 조사하였다. 외국도서관의 다문화서비스 현황은 다문화주의 모델, 동화주의 모델, 배제주의 모델로 구분하여 다문화 가정 대상 교육프로그램과 도서관 서비스 사례를 분석하였다. 우리나라 도서관의 다문화서비스 현황은 공공도서관의 다문화 프로그램 담당 사서, 다문화프로그램 강사, 다문화 프로그램에 참여한 이주민들과 어린이들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이를 통해 다문화 가정 프로그램의 문제점 및 요구사항을 분석하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 복합문화시설로서 도서관의 라키비움 도입 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 복합문화시설로서 도서관의 공간구성과 프로그램의 문제는 라키비움, 메이커 스페이스 관점에서 논의되고 있으며, 디지털 라키비움 관점에서 유로피아나, GLAM, DPLA 등 다양한 측면에서 연구되고 있다. 복합문화공간으로 최근의 메이커 운동을 반영한 라키비움 구축을 위한 전략으로 정보와 문화, 예술을 향유하는 라키비움 구축과, 새로운 아이디어를 탐구하고 이용자의 능동적 참여를 유도하는 메이커 스페이스, 자연과 건강, 호기심 지극 등의 키워드로 생태적 개념을 적용한 매력적인 공간의 구축 전략을 제시하였다. 라키비움 구축을 위한 절차와 방안은 크게 공간구성과 서비스 및 프로그램, 운영 규정 3가지로 구분하고, 12개의 세부사항으로 정리하여 미래형 도서관으로서의 라키비움 구축 절차와 방안을 도출하였다.

In Alvar Aalto's designs, important factors of complex building designs including Wolfsburg cultural center are that they insinuate how to develop each architectural type and how to combine them in a building. The humane and physical background studies, and wholistic and systematic approaches are adopted to fulfill research purposes. Comparison with other buildings are necessary to reveal true meaning of this building. The result of analysis show characteristics of Wolfsburg cultural center as follows; hybrid composition of mass and elevation, spatial effect using level difference and light, massing variation of roof, and creating space for various activities. Wolfsburg cultural center designed in late 1950s has greatly affected Aalto's later works through various architectural experiments because it is the first cultural complex project that combined various architectural types. Especially library in the cultural center has shown transitional characteristics to famous fan-type libraries of 1960s while maintained features about Viipuri library. Wolfsburg cultural center act as an another type which present new principles of clustering, massing and exterior design. Its true meaning lies in forming a humanizing place beyond spatial configuration.

이 논문은 오늘날 변화무상한 정보환경 하에서 사서들이 어떤 역할을 수행함으로서 전문직업집단으로서 사회적 가치를 계속 유지, 발전시킬 수 있을 것인가에 대해 분석하고 있다. 이 분석의 전제로서 사서직의 역할이 시대를 거쳐 변천한 양상을 고찰하고, 최근의 정보환경 특히 인터넷과 가상도서관이 현실화되는 새로운 환경을 분석함으로서 사서의 역할변용에 대한 단위성을 찾았다. 마지막으로 새로운 정보환경 하에서 사서들이 수행해야 할 새로운 역할모델로서 교육전문가, 상담전문가, 탐색전문가, 정보중재자, 주제전문가, 문화기획자 등의 6가지 모델을 제안하였다.

Researching behavior of users in public library is very important processing and their activities can be judged with the regard of required inner spaces and related those functions. The subject of this study is to examine the organization of inner spaces in public library and to propose the prototype of space composition in public library on the future. Not only the relation of space program of each library but also the network among public libraries are not connected efficiently. That's why the public library is not used as local cultural place. Usually, the organization of inner spaces has not been recognized and approached satisfactorily. As the result of the above researching, the function of the culture facilities should be connected to the open study-room which now using just for study. It will make users to recognize and approach public library easily.

본 연구는 국내외 1인 가구 대상 공공서비스 및 도서관서비스 운영 현황과 도서관 이용자 및 전문가 대상 인식조사 결과를 분석하여, 서울시 공공도서관의 1인 가구 대상 도서관 서비스 방향 및 프로그램 제공 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 그 결과로 제시된 1인 가구 대상 도서관 서비스 방향은 1인 가구의 삶과 밀착된 정보자원을 확보하여 제공하고, 서비스를 담당할 지원센터를 설립하여 자치구 도서관과 함께 인적자원을 효율적으로 활용하고, 자료 중심 도서관에서 벗어나 1인 가구를 포함한 이용자 중심의 시설 인프라를 조성하고, 1인 가구의 특성과 분포에 따른 권역별 특화와 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 것을 제안하였다. 그리고, 1인 가구 대상 독서문화프로그램으로는 취약한 1인 가구를 위한 사회적 활동지원, 사회적 유대, 돌봄, 봉사활동, 여가 및 문화활동 분야가 무엇보다 필요하다고 보고, 청년, 중장년, 여성 1인 가구 대상의 특화된 도서관 서비스 및 프로그램을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of specialized services and the overall satisfaction of the operation of the specialized services for the librarians and users of the specialized libraries, and based on the ISA method, compare the specialized theme data, specialized service place, specialized program, specialized theme area facilities and environment, and derive issues of the specialized library operation and improvement measures. Consequently, first, when developing the program, the specialized library needs to develop programs in possession of unique characteristics specific to the areas of the differentiated themes from the cultural and educational programs run by the existing libraries. Second, it is necessary to focus on the specialized theme area information services for the users, and to this end, it is necessary to improve librarians 'professionalism. Third, it is necessary to secure the budget for the specialized services and secure space. Since the scope of the services which may be provided as per the budget intended for providing specialized services may be limited, it would be necessary to secure and operate the budget systematic to this end. Fourth, the specialized library needs to proceed with activities in connection with local residents for the purposes of facilitating specialized services.

최근 들어 다양한 분야에서 VR 기술을 활용한 콘텐츠가 점차 증가하고 있으며 기술 또한 급속도로 보급되는 추세이다. 이러한 배경에서 공공도서관 또한 시대의 흐름에 따라 VR 기술을 활용한 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공도서관의 교육적, 문화적 기능을 고려한 VR 기반 교육문화프로그램을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 VR 프로그램이 진행되고 있는 국내·외 공공도서관 및 산업군 사례 조사 그리고 선행연구, 이론분석을 통해 적용점 및 시사점을 도출하였으며 이를 종합, 검토하여 공공도서관에서의 VR 기반 교육문화프로그램을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 VR 기반 교육문화프로그램은 향후 공공도서관에서 VR 기반 교육문화프로그램 기획을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구에서는 대구광역시의 공공도서관과 문예회관에서 운영하는 문화교육프로그램에 대한 수강자들의 인식과 만족도에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 도서관 수강자들은 전반적인 만족도와 충성도, 프로그램 내용 및 강사 품질을, 문예회관 수강자들은 기관의 지원 및 제반서비스와 시설 및 환경에 대해 더 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 도서관 수강자의 고객만족도(LCSI)는 78.02점으로 나타났으며 문예회관 수강자의 고객만족도는 77.22점으로 산출되었다.
