This study provides basic data for the cost operating strategy of forest welfare infra facilities. We use the Price-Sensitivity Measurement technique (PSM) for a forest welfare infra facility (healing forest, wood camping, forest leisure sport, etc.). In addition, we conduct a survey in the four target locations (Kyung-gi, Kyung-sang, Chung-cheong, and Jeolla) and receive answer from 390. The results show that higher the price of present infra facilities, higher the price sensibility. The forest welfare infra facilities we include are healing forest 1,894 won, wood camping 5,625 won, mtb park 9,530 won, mountain horseback riding 14,556 won, paragliding 20,252 won, mountain ski 3,075won. However, we investigate zip-lines at lower than current price levels.

This study conducts the horse industry, which shows how country has implemented structural adjustment policies in order to cope with the economic shocks that an FTA brought about. Among the FTAs that Korea has made, Korea-EU and Korea-US FTAs have been regard to bring relatively big impact on korean agricultural sector. The horse industry is a very large and important part of our national and local economies. It is diverse, involving agriculture, business, sport, gaming, entertainment and recreation. The enactment of the 'Horse Industry Promotion Act' can be a turning point for the recovery of the livestock industry. The Act is meaningful in that it can be expand the horse industry as a driving force of rural growth and contribute to people's leisure life. In this context, this study aims to draw policy implications for the Korean government to promote the horse industry.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Comparative Study to extract the spatial factor of Hydro-therapy complex in the health spa facilities that was composed of the Hydro-therapy space, sport space, leisure space, lodging space, adminstration space. The results of this study were as follows ; the hot spring complex in korea can be converted into the hydro-therapy complex. The spatial factor of functional replacement must include to the consultation room, medical cure room, inspection room and the exercise consultation pool as the consultation space.

본 연구는 레저스포츠타운 이용자 특성과 이용만족도를 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 모집단은 춘천시에 위치한 송암 레저스포츠타운을 이용하는 이용자를 대상으로 설정하였으며, 표본은 목적표집 추출방법을 통해 표집하였다. SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t검증(t-test), 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis), 빈도분석(Frequency analysis), 확인적 요인분석(Confirmatory Factor Analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적 특성 요인에 따라 이용만족도에는 차이가 있다. 둘째, 레저스포츠타운 이용자 특성에 따라 이용만족도에는 차이가 있다.

A modern industrial society is presently considering not only cultural life but also health promotion to enhance the quality of life. There are many ways to enjoy the wellbeing life. Especially, ice-skating has been focused on as leisure sports with many remarkable advantages. Even though ice-skating was recognized as winter sport, nowadays people enjoyed skating are increased more and more because of indoor ice link. So, construction of indoor ice link has been boomed up. However, The techniques of ice link freezing system are insufficient because the ice link freezing system on the local construction was designed by advanced country techniques. So, this study has been conducted to analyze the air conditioning and refrigeration system in existing local ice link to suggest the design method of ice link.

Today diving activity and technology are indispensable for underwater technology and offshore engineering. And then diving business is still more important to business of subsea. This study surveyed the issue of diving activity in Korea as for compared foreign diving activity. This paper analyzed the status of diving business that include commercial and sport-leisure diving business and development of commercial divers in Korea. This paper reputed the object, the necessity and the character of commercial divers. For the purpose of this study is considered in order to analyze the environment of commercial divers and propose the planning for industrial diving business. Under the present circumstance in Korea this development planning study may be restricted. but the effective planning to activate Korean commercial diving business is abstracted as follows; First, establishment of new course, grade, certificate and licence test for diver is a pre-requisite factor for the successful enactment. Second, the political assistance of concerned government authority is needed. Third, establishment of Korean diving school and medical center for divers are strongly required. Forth, setting up the department of diving activity in university.

The purpose of this study was to analyze basic conditions for the demand estimation erection of lifetime sports facilities. This is described the whole concept of lifetime sports(sport for all) for helping the understanding of its concept correctly. Firstly, second chapter was examined the significance, function and role of lifetime sports in modern society. Secondly, third and forth chapter was examined demand and participation of lifetime sports activities for demand estimation of lifetime sports facilities. Participation rate is on the rise by the increase in income and leisure time to some extent, but after that it stops rising. In other words, the same participation rate persists without additional increase in participation by the changes in time deepening and in the patterns of demand for lifetime sports activities.

This paper presents an electric scooter development using blushless DC motor. In recent scooters was to develop for sport leisure and short transportation. Most of scooter are used petroleum gas. This gas scooter has disadvantage to pollute the air. Some of scooters have developed by DC motor which require a brush. However brushless motors have higher maximum speed and greater capacity, save maintenance labour and produce less noise. There is also greater freedom in planing the usage of brushless motors. In this paper we develop an electric scooter driving BLDC motor for design smart system and control speed of scooter with current reference signal to apply voltage to motor by means of three phase inverter. Using accelerator device we generate current reference to control speed and send the current to a MICOM by A/D converter. This MICOM produces the voltage signal and hall sensors signal and PWM controller drive three phase inverter to minimize error between the reference and an actual current.

Confronting with series of environmental problems. caused by urbanization and the constantly improving consciousness of the entire society towards environmental protection, it has become an inevitable trend to develop parks and green space planning that guided by the principle of 'respecting nature, preferring ecology' and integrate function, arts and culture of landscape design. Aiming at specific project, humanized design should be laid stress on. With fundamental functional construction serving as the base, the reflection of cultural content and regional landscape as the characters, using various landscape gardening elements reasonably to enrich space design as well as highlighting leisure and sport function and following the concept 'human-centered', parks and green space filled with natural vitality and cultural spirit can be constructed, people, city and the nature could develop together in harmony.

The notion of leisure has changed with industrial development and improvement in life quality. Bicycling is a healthy sport; it is an exercise performed while enjoying nature. There have been many changes in the materials that are used to manufacture the bicycle frame. Iron and aluminum have been mainly used in bicycle frames. However, carbon-based materials are lighter and stronger than metal frames. The bicycles made of carbon composite changes frame rigidity depending on the direction of the carbon sheet sacking angle. We study the direction of composite material and how they affect the stiffness of frames based on the stacking angle.
