Recently, domestic leisure boats have been actively researching eco-friendly product development to enter the global market. Since the hulls of existing leisure boats are mainly made of fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) or aluminum, design techniques for securing structural safety by applying related materials have been mainly studied. In this study, an initial structural design safety assessment of a trimaran pontoon leisure boat with a modular hull structure and eco-friendly high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material was conducted, and sensitivity evaluation and optimization analysis for lightweight design were performed. The initial structural design safety assessment was carried out by creating a finite element analysis model and applying the loading conditions specified in the ship classification regulation to check whether the specified allowable stresses are satisfied. For the sensitivity evaluation, the influence of stress and weight of each hull structural member was evaluated using the orthogonal array design of experiments method, and an approximate model based on the response surface method was generated using the results of the design of experiments. The optimization analysis set the thickness of the hull structural members as the design variable and considered the optimal design formulation to minimize the weight while satisfying the allowable stress. The algorithm of the optimization analysis applied the Gradient-population Based Optimizer (GBO) to improve the accuracy of the optimal solution convergence while reducing the numerical cost. Through this study, the optimal design of a newly developed eco-friendly trimaran pontoon leisure boat with a weight reduction of 10% was presented.

Since the five-day workweek has implemented and the spare time increased, the tourist industry has been showing the growth with quality. The tourist industry takes center stage as the twenty-first century higher value-added business on the strength of electronic communication development. Especially as being surrounded by water on three sides and national income has incremented, people have the interest in marine leisure industry. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries carries out a plan to promote marine tourism promotion plan through the significant policy support. Also, they makes an effort to lure the tourist through blending cultures. Therefore, through the 360 degree camera, the activity that mobilizes the policy fund can be monitored rightly and the application strategy that is useful to promote a higher value-added tourist industry can be suggested.

This study is a study on the change of life and leisure satisfaction caused by the reduction of working hours of office workers, summarizing the results of the analysis as follows: First, the change in the working hours of office workers was found to be men (42.4 percent), but women (54.7 percent) had a high increase in personal satisfaction, monthly income of 2 to 3 million won 96.1 percent, and personal satisfaction increased in small and medium-sized cities and towns. Second, leisure satisfaction due to shorter working hours was somewhat high in monthly income of 3 million won to 4 million won (43.6%) and more than 6 million won (39.1%), but there was no change in leisure satisfaction by gender, age, academic background, number of family members, marital status, worker status and region. The revitalization of leisure is a very important task in personal life, but it is meaningful in that it provided implications for socializing leisure as leisure satisfaction is positively spreading in life changes.

The purpose of this study was to verify the influence of stress upon life satisfaction and the mediating effects of leisure activities participation in terms of this relationship. The results of this study are as follows. First, out of the elderly stress, the family stress, economic stress and health issues stress had a significant negative effect on life satisfaction. Second, out of the elderly stress, the family stress, economic stress and health issues stress had a significant negative effect on leisure activities participation. Third, the leisure activities participation had a meaningful positive impact on life satisfaction. Lastly, the leisure activities participation appeared to have a significant mediation effect in the influential relationship between elderly stress and life satisfaction. Through the results of this study, the leisure activities participation was indicated to mediate the influential relationship between elderly stress and life satisfaction, thereby having been able to be confirmed significance as alternative resource. Hence, the elderly's leisure activities participation alleviates a negative impact on stress, thereby seeming to be likely capable of being used as an intervention measure to improve elderly people's life satisfaction.

This study investigates the change of everyday's labor and leisure time in South Korea during the last two decades in which her economy has been changed from manufacturing-oriented industry to services or technology and knowledge-oriented industry. Generally speaking, the changing patterns of everyday's labor and leisure time in South Korea from 1981 to 2000 are very complex and dynamic. So it is very careful for us to simply assert the fact that everyday's labor time is decreased and everyday's leisure time is increased due to the deindustrialization of a capitalist country. Specifically, the changes of everyday's labor and leisure time in South Korea are varied in terms of socio-economic and spatial perspective. The labor time of all kinds of occupations has been increased at the weekday during the last two decades, but the leisure time of those except technical occupation has been decreased at the weekend. The socio-economy of South Korea after the 1990s became dependent on more educated workers than less ones. Also the more educated people work hard at the weekday, but they get more leisure time at the weekend. In terms of spatial perspectives, the South Korean economy has become dependent on the workers in cities, particularly large ones more than those in rural regions because of the rapidly established industrialization and urbanization after the early 1980s. The time of people's spatial movement is directly proportional to the levels of education both at the weekday and the weekend during the last two decades.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between sensory processing feature, leisure participation type, perception of occupational participation, and quality of life (QoL) for life care in university students. The survey was conducted from February 2019 to March for 169 university students. The author used the Adolescent / Adult Sensory Profiles (AASP) for sensory processing, and used the leisure activity questionnaire to find out the type of leisure participation, and used the Occupational Self Assessment (OSA) for perception of occupational participation, and the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) for QoL. Pearson correlation analysis was used for the relationship between sensory processing feature, leisure participation type, perception of occupational participation, and QoL. Among the sensory processing feature, there was a positive correlation between low registration and sports. And there was a positive correlation between sensory seeking and sports, social activities, tourism. There was a negative correlation between perception of occupational participation and low registration, sensory sensitivity, sensory avoiding. Hobbies, appreciativeness and social activities showed a significant positive correlation with perception of occupational participation. And also there was a positive correlation between perception of occupational participation and QoL (p <.05, p <.01). Sensory processing feature correlated with leisure participation type, occupational participation perception, and QoL. Future research should develop evaluation tool for leisure activities, occupational participation and QoL based on sensory processing.

The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the structural relationship among golf participants' enjoyment factors, leisure satisfaction, and psychological well-being. Three hundred twenty-two surveys were used as the final data, and the results using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 program are as follows. First, enjoyment factors of golf participants all effected positively on leisure satisfaction. Second, only interest displayed a positive relationship with self-realization. Third, leisure satisfaction increased self-realization, but did not have a statistically significant effect on hedonic well-being in this study.

Recently, research and development of high-value leisure vessels has been carried out in Korea to revitalize the marine leisure industry and tap into the global maritime leisure market. FRP composite materials, which have excellent physical properties and are available for the manufacture of light hulls, are used widely. One of the most important design technologies is to secure structural safety of leisure vessels made from FRP composite materials. In this study, the structural strength was assessed for the design of an 8-meter high-speed planing leisure boat made from FRP composite materials. The design loads to verify the structural safety were calculated according to the rules for the classification of high speed light craft (KR, 2015), and structural analysis was conducted using a finite element model composed of an isotropic shell element, which has equivalent bending rigidity with the FRP sandwich panel. The analysis results were compared with the results of the strength test for fabricated specimens, and all internal structural components are sufficiently satisfied with the structural strength.

This study examines female consumers' purchasing behavior of outdoor wear based on their leisure activities and life style using the questionnaire method. SPSSWIN was used for data analysis. The results are as follows: first, there is a significant difference in demographic characteristics of outdoor wear consumers depending on life style types. Second, outdoor wear purchasing behavior by lifestyle types showed no significant correlation between lifestyle types and the extent of interest in outdoor wear. Consumers valuing private leisure time are more engaged in searching for commercial information compared to other groups and a significant difference was seen in the standard for selecting products, functional materials, colors, and comfort depending on life style type. Third, there is no significant difference in demographic characteristics of outdoor wear consumers based on the extent of leisure activity. Fourth, there was significant correlation between the extent of leisure activity and interest in outdoor clothes. Therefore, this study shows that the life style of female consumers and the extent of leisure activity are significantly related to purchasing behavior. Hence this study can be effectively used by the outdoor wear industry to analyze characteristics of female consumers and plan and establish a suitable marketing strategy.
