A major purpose of management or occupational safety is a significant decrease in safety accidents. With this view, the establishment of occupational safety culture and the building of occupational communication network stand out as being more important than the past. This study has analysed the positive effects of occupational safety communication on safety consciousness and action of the employees in workplace. And it is confirmed that the occupational safety communication in workplace is the essential mechanism, through which the workers internalize safety consciousness and act safely. The safety consciousness and action of the employees are formed in safety culture, which is not only legal regulations, but a daily communication network in workplace. In these sense, the building of the occupational safety communication network is decisive for the establishment of safety culture. For these reasons, this study makes the proposition that a firm promotion of occupational communication network is necessary, which connects the safety culture and a effective safety management in workplace.

We study confirmed the effect of corporate social responsibility activities on organizational trust and job performance of organizational members and mediating effects of organizational trust among 351 members of the organization in the metropolitan area and Chungcheong area. For this, the SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical packages were used to produce the following results. First, as a result of analyzing the impact of CSR activities on organizational trust of organizational members, factors of economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, and charitable responsibility showed significant effects on organizational trust. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the effects of CSR activities on the job performance of members of the organization, it showed a direct effect on job performance, which is a factor of economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, and charitable responsibility. Third, organizational trust of organization members was analyzed as a positive factor in job performance. Fourth, it showed the mediating effect of organizational trust on the effect of corporate social responsibility activities on job performance. As a result of this study, the organizational performance and job performance of organizational members showed a direct effect on CSR activities. Therefore, the CSR activity is important as it is a key factor to advance the organizational trust and job performance, which is the company's sustainable management system.

The purpose of this study was to examine the post-purchasing behavior focusing on dissatisfaction and complaint behavior. There were some studies concerning dissatisfaction in on-line shopping related to satisfaction and intention to re-buying, but did not focus the relationship with complaint behavior, or identified the factors specifically related to consumer's dissatisfaction. In this study, it was examined to minimize the consumer's dissatisfaction and complaint behavior by investigating the detailed factors relating dissatisfactions and complaint behaviors after shopping apparel goods on the internet. Two hundred fifty five customers who had purchased fashion products in internet shopping had participated in this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, regression analysis using SPSS program. As the result, first, product, delivery, returning and price factor were extracted as factors of dissatisfaction, and as factors of complaint behavior, legal action, private action, remedial action were investigated. Second, dissatisfaction was significantly effected on complaint behavior. Specially, returning factor and price factor had effect on legal action, product, delivery factor had on private action and returning factor had affected remedial action. Third, more purchasing frequency, less dissatisfaction. Also, female had more dissatisfaction than male. Finally, more dissatisfaction and compliant behavior, less repurchasing intention. Based on these results, internet shopping fashion marketing strategies were suggested.

The article studies the discourse and a legal uncertainty of the popular and generally understandable concept of cybercrime. The authors reveal the doctrinal approaches to the definition of cybercrime, cyberspace, computer crime. The analysis of international legal acts and legislation of Ukraine in fighting cybercrime is carried out. The conclusion is made about the need to improve national legislation and establish international cooperation to develop the tools for countering cybercrime and minimizing its negative outcomes. The phenomenon of nicknames is studied as a semantic source, which potentially generates a number of threats and troubles - the crisis of traditional anthroponymic culture, identity crisis, hidden sociality, and indefinite institutionalization, incognito style, a range of manifestations of loneliness - from voluntary solitude to traumatic isolation and forced detachment. The core idea is that it is the phenomenon of incognito and hidden name (nickname and other alternatives) that is the motivational stimulus for the fact of information trouble or crime.

The Korean government has recently invigorated the activities of public diplomacy. It is based on the Public Diplomacy Act enacted in 2016. However, there is a widespread concern that it was belatedly enacted and showed necessity to a revision. We believe that this paper contains three contributions which were not sufficiently addressed before. First, we identify the current state of public diplomacy-related legislation in Korea. Second, we argue the necessity to critically review the legal adequacy of Public Diplomacy Act with a consideration of rapidly changing external environment. Lastly, we propose several ways of revision for the future development of public diplomacy in Korea. When revising the Act, it is necessary to make clear a legal connection between the general law and the special law as in the case of the Korea Foundation Act and the Public Diplomacy Act. In this regard, it is worth examining the relationship between the Framework Act on International Development Cooperation and related norms. In addition, the role of the private sector and subnational governments should be expanded. For this purpose, a method and level of cooperation with the private sector should be clearly defined.

Human rights problem of refugee is the most important task to be solved in the international society. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) was established in 1950, with the need for cooperation in the face of the European refugee crisis. In 1951, 'The 1951 refugee convention' was signed for the protection of all refugees. Since the 1951 Refugee Convention, a legal framework has been established for responding to refugees. However, the discrimination and persecution of refugees are still lingering. The interest and the political will of many people in the world are needed to solve this problem. This article analyzes what efforts should be made with respect to human rights issues. This article concludes that, when comparing refugee acceptance and Korea, Korea needs to look at the common denominator of refugee law, human rights law, and international humanitarian law while looking at the treatment of refugees and displaced people from an inclusive approach, and reorganize law and policy. Since Korea is expected to gradually require inclusive policies, Korea should also supplement the legal system and take an inclusive approach. Although Korea as a member of the Refugee Convention, the Geneva Convention, and the Supplementary Protocol, has an obligation to enact domestic implementation laws, it does not reflect all of the obligations required by these conventions, so reorganization is needed.

Today, as the number of audio files submitted as legal evidence increases with the proliferation of smartphones, the integrity of audio files has become an important issue. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to explore whether the metadata and file structure of audio files recorded on Samsung smartphones can be manipulated to be identical to the original. This study was based on Samsung smartphones, the most widely used in Korea, and conducted experiments on the built-in voice recording app and the 'Easy Voice Recorder' app, which is the most popular recording app. Through the experiments of this study, it was proven that the metadata and file structure of audio files can be manipulated. Therefore, this study reveals that metadata and file structure analysis have limitations in proving the integrity when audio files are analyzed for adoption as legal evidence. They also argue for the need to develop new voice file forgery technology that does not rely on metadata and file structure analysis.

This paper analyzes the technological advancements of military drones and their subsequent effects on modern warfare and international relations. It first examines the historical development of military drones and analyzes the key features and advantages of contemporary military drones. The paper then explores the changes in warfare tactics and military strategies brought about by drone technology, along with discussing the legal and ethical issues related to drone usage. Finally, recent war cases and country-specific responses are reviewed to evaluate the current operational status and impact of military drones. This study offers recommendations for the development of drone operations within the South Korean military and addresses the legal and ethical challenges posed by drone warfare on the international stage.

Legal deposit is a system that a person who publishes in the country a work shall deposit a certain copies of publications in designated libraries or institutions in order to preserve and transfer national knowledge and culture heritage. Under "Libraries Act" and "National Assembly Library Act", depositors shall present books to the Library and the Library shall properly compensate him/her for such copies presented. This study focuses on presentation and proper compensation of books. This study has reviewed laws and regulations about them in major countries and our country, and analyzed the current status and some problems of our country. This study has analyzed the constitutionality of legal deposit, the refusal of copies presented, and the meaning of proper compensation through analyzing cases on legal deposit. Based on these analyses, it has proposed the modification of regulations on presentation and proper compensation of books, the establishment of specific rules on proper compensation, and the penalties on unfair presentation.

The Korean Buddhism has been an effect on the Korean culture from the spipitual culture to the living culture. The Korean Buddhist costume, as an external form of the Buddhist culture, symbolizes the Buddhist ideas, the status difference of the general public, and keeps the traditional structure. The purpose of this study was to examine the monk's costume of Jokye sect and Taego sect among 47 sects,. In this study, it selected Jokye sect and Taego sect, because they are occupying important positions in the Korean Buddhism. The methods of this study depended on the documentary records, existing remains, the wearing clothing, the interviews with monks. In a changeful times, It is needed to study the actual condition of the Buddhist costume and keeps records about it. The results of this study may be stated as follows: The Buddhist costuem is composed of Chogori, Baji, Haengjon(leggins), Durumagi, Jangsam, kasa, hats, rubber shoes, Jori and Gelmang, etc. Chogori, Baji, Haengjon, Durumagi as the everyday dress are found in the Korean traditional costume. The forms and kinds of the everyday dress were the same between two sects, but the colors were different. Jangsam and kasa are the formal robe. In regard to Jangsam, two sects ere dressed in gray. But there were differences of design between two sects. Kasa was different in the forms, patterns, colors, and kinds according to the legal system of the monk and the sects.
