In this paper a study on the characteristics and the reduction method for the ground vibration due to traveling tilting car is carried out. The transmitted load which induces the ground vibration is computed through a study oil the interaction between tilting car and the line. Then, this lead is applied into the numerical model, which is not only designed considering the diverse ground conditions hut also verified by the ultrasonic experiment. Through the numerical analysis according to the conditions, the characteristics and the reduction method for the ground vibration by tilting car are studied.

Primary tracheal amyloidosis (PTA) can lead to airway obstructions, and patients with severe PTA should undergo bronchoscopic interventions in order to maintain airway patency. Focal airway involvements with amyloidosis can only be treated with mechanical dilatation. However, the PTA with diffused airway involvements and concomitant cartilage destructions requires stent placement. Limited information regarding the usefulness of silicone stents in patients with PTA has been released. Therefore, we report a case of diffused PTA with tracheomalacia causing severe cartilage destruction, which is being successfully managed with bronchoscopic interventions and silicone stent placements.

A 10-year-old, intact female, Maltese dog was presented with a two weeks history of vomiting, anorexia and weight loss. Hematologic analysis revealed mild leukocytosis and increased liver enzyme. Gaseous dilation of small intestine and hyperechoic nodules of hepatic lobes were revealed on the imaging studies. Liver biopsy was performed through laparotomy and histopathologic results revealed liver cirrhosis with precancerous lesions. Two days later, endoscopy was performed and histopathologic results of the specimens taken by endoscopic biopsy showed gastric adenoma. The gastric surgery was not performed by the owner's request. The patient died after 60 days of diagnosis of gastric adenoma. This case describes clinical features, imaging studies, endoscopic features and histopathologic characteristics of gastric adenoma in a Maltese dog.

Stone cultural properties, exposed in natural environment, is deteriorated by many weathering reasons for a long time. It is necessary to treat of consolidation and water-repellent on the surface because of the conservation of stone cultural properties. We was treated the specimen [granite(Hwangdung-suk), sandstone, marble(in JeongSeon)] by synthesis resin of DWR-Ⅲ, SI2121 and fluoropolymer, and tested on the durability, water-repellent, color stability and luster generation etc. In the result of this study, DWR-Ⅲ and fluoropolymer is superior to the waterrepellent, durability of salt and acid rain. SI2121 is superior to the penetration because of lower viscosity, but the water-repellent is inferior to the others. After the treatment of chemicals, the color-variation make an appearance but luster-generation doesn’t. With the passage of time, the color of specimen was got better because of the ‘washing’ phenomenon for ultra-violet, salt etc.

In this paper, flow stress of Al6061 is obtained by compression test in the range of temperature from $300^{\circ}C$ to $550^{\circ}C$ and effective strain-rate from 0.1/s to 20.0/s. The flow stress information is used to simulate an aluminum hot forging process. Non-isothermal simulation is carried out by a rigid-thermoviscoplastic finite element method. The predictions are compared with the experiments in terms of the deformed shape of material.

The Ballast Track has been widely applied in traditionally due to low initial cost and abundant elastic property. But the disadvantages of Ballast track are; labor-intensive and costly maintenance, weak in high-speed and heavy axial load, in additionally need wide cross section of tunnel and massive substructure in viaduct. Therefore, recent applications tend to more and more towards slab track such as Gyeungbu high speed rail and existing line. The slab track increased the stability, resistance and durability of track, and save maintenance cost compare to the Ballast Track. But the slab track have weakness of track elongation by sub-ballast differential settlement and that threat safety of train operation. Therefor the slab track need to prevent cracks in concrete ballast for insure the durability of slab track. In this paper, review main items and its expected effects of the slab track maintenance standards that control sub-ballast settlement and concrete ballast cracks.

Vermiculite-silica composites with a layered structure were fabricated by adding cellulose fibers as a pore former and by a simple uniaxial pressing and subsequent sintering process. Three different combinations of additives were used and their effects on the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the composites were investigated. Both compressive strengths (42-128 MPa) and thermal conductivities (0.75-1.48 $W/m{\cdot}K$) in the direction perpendicular to the pressing direction (T) were higher than those (19-81 MPa and 0.32-1.04 $W/m{\cdot}K$) in the direction parallel to the pressing direction (S) in all samples. The anisotropy in both properties was attributed to the microstructural anisotropy, which was caused by the layered structure developed in the composites.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술의 발전과 함께 많은 기업들이 관련 기술 연구를 통해 여러 플랫폼들을 제안하고 있다. 이러한 상황은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 플랫폼 발전에 도움이 되지만, 통합되지 않은 다수의 플랫폼으로 인한 문제점도 존재한다. 왜냐하면 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 대해 처음 접하는 사용자의 경우, 플랫폼 선택시 합리적인 선택을 하기 어렵기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가장 많은 업체들이 제공하고 있는 오픈소스 기반의 플랫폼인 OpenStack, Eucalyptus, CloudStack, OpenNebula를 비교 및 분석한다. 분석 결과에서 알 수 있듯이, 각 플랫폼은 지원 가상화 기술, 스케줄링 기법, 배치 기법, 호환성 등 여러 가지 특성들 차이로 인한 장단점이 존재한다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로, 사용자들은 플랫폼들의 특성을 파악해 상황에 맞는 플랫폼을 합리적으로 선택할 수 있다.
