  • The purpose of this study is to suggest practical experience to develop small sized e-Learning system. The system is designed to help lecturers can arrange interface, organize contents, submit examinations and assess learner's score with no professional computing skills. The system has three advantages. First, it reduced implementation period through the use of GUI. Second, it is ordered to be personalized to construct format of the whole interface. Third, it has operational convenience which can be implemented on PC based system. These personalized features are enabling Learning on Demand. Also, there is comparatively low cost and high effectiveness on e-Learning implementation which facilitating quick adoption of e-Learning in its lectures.

  • The existing e-learning systems have short functions for learners to lead their self-directed learning activities because those systems have not been integrated with functions supporting activities of learners, instructors and operators. Therefore, we designed and implemented an efficient e-learning system having fully integrated functions to let learners induce their active learning, instructors teach learners effectively and evaluate their learning activities, and operators handle curriculum affairs and system environments.

  • 본 논문에서는 국내에 산재한 생물다양성정보를 e-Learning에 활용하기 위하여 KISTI에서 구축한 생물다양성 데이터베이스 현황과 e-Learning의 기술요소 등을 조사하였으며, 기존에 구축된 생물다양성정보 데이터베이스를 활용하여 일반인과 학생을 위한 e-Learning 생물다양성 학습 콘텐트를 기획하고 설계하였다. 본 설계를 바탕으로 생물다양성 콘텐트를 개발한다면, 국토가 좁고, 네트워크 인프라가 잘 갖추어져 있는 우리나라의 실정에 맞는 사이버공간상의 학습의 장으로서 일반인과 학생들에게도 양질의 e-Learning 학습 콘텐트를 제공할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

  • 최근 지상파 서비스에도 양방향 데이터방송 TV 서비스 기능이 본격화되면서 t-learning(TV learning) 콘텐츠 개발도 활성화 되고 있다. 학습자가 데이터방송을 통해 콘텐츠를 학습할 때, 적절한 시기에 적절한 상호작용이 활성화되어야 한다. 현재 제공되는 데이터방송은 VoD(Video on Demand)의 패키지 기반이기 때문에, 프로그램이 처음 시작한 시간에 의지한 상대적인 시간으로 재생되는 방식이다. 그러나 학습자가 t-learning 콘텐츠를 시청하는 시점이 다양하기 때문에 VoD 방송으로는 적절한 시점에 적절한 데이터를 제공하기 어려운 동기화 문제가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 학습자가 t-learning 콘텐츠의 어느 시점에 접근하더라도 적절한 시점에 학습자와 콘텐츠 간의 상호작용이 가능한 동기화 메커니즘을 제시한다.

  • "e" 시대로 대변되는 21세기는 정보화라는 짧은 과도기적인 사회변화 상태를 지나 지식이 새로운 국가 경쟁력으로 평가되는 지식기반사회로 급속하게 이전하고 있다. 이와 같은 현실은 언제(Any-Time), 어디서 (Any-Where), 누구나(Any-One) 지식을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 수단으로 e-learning이 교육의 새로운 패러다임으로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 현재의 e-learning은 기존의 오프라인의 교육 운영 형태를 그대로 답습함으로서 전문가에 의해 매뉴얼화 된 프로세스 정보를 매개로 학습활동이 이뤄지고 있으며 서비스제공환경의 제약으로 인해 개인의 참여와 사용자간 참여의 한계에 직면해 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 e-learning의 문제점을 개선하고자 상호 작용성을 통한 사회적 실재감(Social Presence)을 느낄 수 있도록 차세대 Web인 Web2.0의 적용을 통해 e-learning 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

  • While youth unemployment has recorded the lowest level since the global COVID-19 pandemic, SMEs(small and medium sized enterprises) are still struggling to fill vacancies. It is difficult for SMEs to find good candidates as well as for job seekers to find appropriate job offers due to information mismatch. To overcome information mismatch, this study proposes the fine-turning model for bidirectional HR matching based on a pre-learning language model called BERT(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers). The proposed model is capable to recommend job openings suitable for the applicant, or applicants appropriate for the job through sufficient pre-learning of terms including technical jargons. The results of the experiment demonstrate the superior performance of our model in terms of precision, recall, and f1-score compared to the existing content-based metric learning model. This study provides insights for developing practical models for job recommendations and offers suggestions for future research.

  • The article discusses the features of the use of distance technologies to intensify the learning process of students. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning are shown. The role and functions of the teacher in distance learning have been adjusted. Information and methodological support for distance learning of students is proposed. Analyzed pedagogical, psychological, methodological and philosophical literature, educational standards, charters of higher educational institutions and other documents. Studied foreign experience in conducting classes using information technology.

The Effects of Learning Methods on the Capability of Information Retrieval and Synthesis in Web (웹 환경에서의 학습 방법이 정보검색 및 정보종합 능력에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of learning methods on students' information retrieval and information synthesis capability in web. This is an experimental study comparing the two different learning methods as task-based learning and technic-based learning. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The task-based learning was more effective than the technic-based learning in information achievements as information retrieval capability (t= 3.59, p〈.05). 2. In the 1st retrieval (recall ratio t=1.81 precision ratio t=.61) of Naver Korean Web Retrieval, there was no significant difference (p〉.05). In the 2nd retrieval (recall ratio t=2.93 precision ratio t=2.45) and 3rd retrieval (recall ratio t=3.48 precision ratio t= 2.50), the task-based group was more effective than the technic-based group (p〈.05). 3. There was no significant difference in students' information synthesis capability between the task-based learning and technic-based learning (t= 1.95, p〉.05). The findings of this study suggest that the task-based learning approach is more effective to improve students' information literacy, and that professionals should consider better instructional principles for the improvement of instructional quality.
