상황 인지 시스템에서 개선된 역전파 알고리즘을 사용하는 진보된 학습 메커니즘을 위한 프레임워크 (A Framework for an Advanced Learning Mechanism in Context-aware Systems using Improved Back-Propagation Algorithm)

  • 본 논문에서는 상황인지 시스템의 작업 부하를 줄이고 추론 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 개선된 역전파 알고리즘을 사용하는 진보된 학습 메커니즘을 위한 새로운 프레임워크를 제안한다. 학습 메커니즘은 상황인지 시스템의 전체 성능을 좌우하는 매우 중요한 부분이지만 현재까지 사용자들의 상황 정보를 대상으로 학습 메커니즘의 개선을 통한 상황인지 시스템의 성능을 향상하려는 연구는 많이 진행되지 않았다. 역전파 알고리즘은 상황 인식 시스템의 학습 메커니즘을 위한 가장 적합한 알고리즘 중에 하나로서 제안된 프레임워크는 기존의 역전파 알고리즘을 개선하고, 시스템 캐싱을 이용하여 작업 부하를 효율적으로 관리함으로써 추론 성능을 향상시켜 상황인지 시스템의 전체 성능을 향상시킨다. 성능평가를 통하여 제안된 프레임워크가 상황인지 시스템의 전체 성능을 향상시키는 것을 보인다.

  • 21세기 지식 기반, 정보화 기반 사회는 수학을 단순히 적용하는 능력이 아닌 실생활이나 다른 교과 영역에서 수학적 지식을 사용하여 문제를 구성하고 해결하는 문제 해결력 등의 수학적 힘(Mathematical power)을 필요로 한다. 수학적 힘을 기르기 위해서는 수학의 기본 지식, 추론 능력, 문제 해결력, 수학적 아이디어의 표현 및 교환능력, 그리고 사고의 유연함, 인내, 흥미, 지적 호기심, 창의력을 길러 주는 다양한 교수 학습 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 학습 매체를 이용한 실생활 중심의 교수 학습 지도안을 개발하고 이를 통하여 학생들의 수업에 대한 반응과 수학에 대한 인식 변화를 분석하였다.

리더십 교육훈련 프로그램 학습의 현장 전이 비교 연구 : 병원 의사와 기업 관리자를 중심으로 (Comparison Study for Learning Transfer Factors of the Leadership Training Program in Different Types of Job : Focused on Physicians in Hospitals and Managers in Firms)

  • This paper is a comparison study about leadership training transfer factors between physicians working in large scale hospitals and managers working in firms. To fulfill this purpose, this study conducted a regression analysis on 101 managers and 59 physicians who had attended similar leadership training programs more than 16 hours recently in order to identify the differences on the learning transfer factors. 6 factors such as Learner readiness, Performance self-efficacy, (so far as Trainee Characteristics group), Organization Culture, Supervisor's tangible incentives and Supervisor's intangible support, (so far as Work environment group), Content Validity & Transfer Design (so far Training Design group) were used as independent variables while the personal Managerial Capability Increase and Leadership Capability Increase were used as dependent variables. And also we used 5 factors as control variables ; Job style (Manager or Physician), Age, Gender, Working years and Organization size. Here are the summary of major findings ; first, there were statistically significant differences between the learning transfer factors in leadership training programs for managers and those of physicians. Second, there were also statistically significant differences among trainees' working years and their organization size factors while age and gender do not affect the learning transfer factors. Third, for the physician's leadership training the practitioners should focus on two factors ; Organization Culture and Learner readiness.

지역아동센터 종사자의 전문적 능력, 심리적 자본, 지속경력학습이 직무수행에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Professional Capability, Psychological Capital and Career-Related Continuous Learning on the Job Performance among Practitioners of Child Welfare Centers)

  • 지역아동센터는 지역사회 최일선에서 아동을 보호할 뿐 아니라 지역사회의 다양한 자원연계를 통해 아동지원 체계를 구축하여 체계적인 서비스를 제공하는 지역사회 방과 후 돌봄의 중심기관으로 발돋움하고 있다. 이제 지역아동센터가 양적으로 성장하면서 질적 체계적 전문적으로 운영하도록 요구받고 있는 것이다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문적 능력, 심리적 자본, 지속경력학습이 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2016년 3월 2일부터 3월 25일까지 부산 경남의 지역아동센터 총 460개소에 근무하는 시설장과 실무자를 대상으로 우편 설문을 실시하였다. 그리고 회수된 설문 가운데 성실히 응답한 550부를 최종 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역아동센터 종사자의 직무수행에는 심리적 자본이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 시설장 집단에서는 전문적 능력을 갖출수록 직무수행도가 높아지지만 생활복지사 집단에서는 전문적 능력이 직무수행에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지역아동센터 종사자의 직무수행도를 향상시키기 위해서는 심리적 자본을 확충하는 것이 가장 선행되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 지역아동센터의 조직관리를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

프로젝트 조직자원이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Project-Based Organizational Resources on the Business Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of project-based organizational resources on the business performance in the resource-based view (RBV) and dynamic capability one and analyze their relationship through an integrated model. The RBV argues that firms get competitive advantages when they have VRIN characterized resources but dynamic capability view argues that RBV has its limitation under volatility so it enables them to obtain competitive advantages in ever changing environments. This study analyzes data collected from 270 survey questionnaires on the project management related staff at the project-based organization among major companies in Korea. The result demonstrates that two project organizational resources on strategic and executional management with VRIN characteristics are found to bring positive effects on the organizational dynamic capabilities and also the dynamic capabilities such as integration & reconfiguration, organizational learning are verified to bring meaningful positive effects on the business performance. On the other hand, unlike previous studies, ambidexterity has quite a weak effect on the business performance. Therefore, we expect that the resources of the project-based organization with VRIN lead to strengthen the firm's business performance through organizational dynamic capabilities and produce high performance through the integrated model of RBV and dynamic capability one. The study has academic meanings that widely confirm the effects and characteristics of main elements of VRIN project organizational resources on the business performance of competitive advantage through the dynamic capabilities of the organization by the regression on the precedent studies regarding the project management resources and their relationship with the VRIO characteristics. The practical implication is that it is preferentially necessary for the organization to obtain VRIN resources and organizational dynamic capabilities, especially organizational learning to have sustainable competitive advantages.

A LEARNING SYSTEM BY MODIFYING A DECISION TREE FOR CAPP

  • Manufacturing environs constantly change, and any efficient software system to be used in manufacturing must be able to adapt to the varying situations. In a CAPP (Computer-Aided Process Planning) system, a learning capability is necessary for the CAPP system to do change along with the manufacturing system. Unfortunately only a few CAPP systems currently possess learning capabilities. This research aims at the development of a learning system which can increase the knowledge in a CAPP system. A part in the system is represented by frames and described interactively. The process information and process planning logic is represented using a decision tree. The knowledge expansion is carried out through an interactive expansion of the decision tree according to human advice. Algorithms for decision tree modification are developed. A path can be recommended for an unknown part of limited scope. The processes are selected according to the criterion such as minimum time or minimum cost. The decision tree, and the process planning and learning procedures are formally defined.

Additional Learning Framework for Multipurpose Image Recognition

  • We propose a new framework that aims at multi-purpose image recognition, a difficult task for the conventional rule-based systems. This framework is farmed based on the idea of computer-based learning algorithm. In this research, we introduce the new functions of an additional learning and a knowledge reconstruction on the Fuzzy Inference Neural Network (FINN) (1) to enable the system to accommodate new objects and enhance the accuracy as necessary. We examine the capability of the proposed framework using two examples. The first one is the capital letter recognition task from UCI machine learning repository to estimate the effectiveness of the framework itself, Even though the whole training data was not given in advance, the proposed framework operated with a small loss of accuracy by introducing functions of the additional learning and the knowledge reconstruction. The other is the scenery image recognition. We confirmed that the proposed framework could recognize images with high accuracy and accommodate new object recursively.

창작로봇(UCR) 기반 친환경 r-러닝 서비스 실천방안 (Action Plans of Green r-Learning Services based on UCR(User Created Robots))

  • Expectation for improvement of creativity and problem-solving capability has increased the creative robotics classes in the form of after-school activity in more than half of total elementary schools. While Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has promoted 'Green IT Guidelines' as a part of 'Eco-friendly Green School Development Project', the Green issues have not been considered enough in those creative robotics classes. In this paper, we would like to address the Green issues, especially in the r-Learning services based on UCR (User Created Robots). First, trend of green IT education, r-Learning services and UCR are reviewed. And the current status of eco-related operations and teachers' perception in the robotics classes of elementary schools is investigated. Examples of Green UCR are also searched and green programs based on the three kinds of UCR, UC-TR, UC-AR, UC-CR, are explored. Finally, we propose action plans to promote the UCR-based r-Learning service reflecting green issues.

조직구성원의 자기주도학습능력이 흡수능력과 정서적 몰입 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 (Enhancing organizational commitment and job involvement through self-directed learning and absorptive capacity)

  • As organization's success depends on how much employees are active in recognizing new knowledge and transform into organization's value, this study is to examine the influence of employees' self-directed learning capacity on organizational absorptive capacity, organizational commitment and job involvement. The study has shown that managerial level employees have high level of self-directed learning capacity, and employees who have such high level capacity also shown to have high level of absorptive capacity and organizational affective commitment and job involvement. There were static correlations between all the variables, and absorptive capacity has a complete meditated effect on each variables. Hence, in order to enhance absorptive capacity, organizations should put their effort to develop employees' self-directed learning capacity, which will not only improve individual competency but also lead to organization's success in this competitive global market.

  • Intelligent walking modeling of humanoid robot using learning based neuro-fuzzy system is presented in this paper. Walking pattern, trajectory of the zero moment point (ZMP) in a humanoid robot is used as an important criterion for the balance of the walking robots but its complex dynamics makes robot control difficult. In addition, it is difficult to generate stable and natural walking motion for a robot. To handle these difficulties and explain empirical laws of the humanoid robot, we are modeling practical humanoid robot using neuro-fuzzy system based on the two types of natural motions which are walking trajectories on a t1at floor and on an ascent. Learning based neuro-fuzzy system employed has good learning capability and computational performance. The results from neuro-fuzzy system are compared with previous approach.
