내륙물류의 생산성 향상 및 친환경적 체계 구축을 위해 많은 국가에서 블록 트레인 서비스(Block Train Service) 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 철도부문의 정부 독점 운영 상황과 대부분의 물류정보가 기업의 영업기밀에 속하는 물류산업의 특성 등으로 인해 BT 서비스에 대한 일반의 이해와 연구적 접근이 쉽지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 BT 운용에 필요한 학습 및 전략적 판단을 지원하는 BTS 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 국내 대표 BT 운영사인 K사의 실무자들을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰와 관련 자료의 분석을 진행하였다. 본 시뮬레이터는 K사의 부산신항-의왕 구간 사례를 참조하였으며, BT 운영에 관한 시나리오 생성 및 분석 기능을 지원한다. 본 연구는 새로운 형태의 BT운영 학습 및 전략 분석 지원 기술을 연구하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

최근 헬스케어 분야는 다양한 산업 분야의 요구사항을 반영하여 서비스 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 모델을 개발하려고 노력하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헬스케어 서비스 향상을 위해서 5G 환경에서 사용자의 헬스케어 정보를 실시간으로 처리할 수 있는 행동인터넷(IoB, Internet of Behavior) 환경 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 사용자의 헬스케어 정보를 딥러닝을 통해 분석한 후 건강 상태를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 하는 것이 목적이다. 이때, 사용자의 생체 정보는 휴대용 의료 장비에 부착된 통신 장비를 통해 전달되며, 사용자 인증은 부착된 IoB 장치에 사전 입력된 정보를 통해 수행된다. 기존 IoT 헬스케어 서비스와의 차별점은 사용자의 습관 및 행동 패턴을 분석해서 디지털 데이터화 하는 점과 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 사용자의 헬스케어 서비스 향상을 위한 사용자 특정 행동을 유도할 수 있다는 점이다.

시대적 디지털 환경변화를 반영하는 지능정보사회는 개인적인 삶의 변화 가능성으로 기대되는 반면, 지능정보기술에 익숙하지 않은 정보취약계층의 디지털 격차는 활용 불가능의 불편함을 넘어 지능정보사회에서 누릴 수 있는 사회적·경제적 불평등이 야기되는 현실이다. 본 연구는 지능정보사회의 디지털 포용 실현을 위한 노인 미디어교육 분야의 과제를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 '제6차 국가정보화 기본계획(2018~2022)'과 '2022 교육정보화백서(2022)'를 통해 지능정보사회와 관련되는 국가정보화 비전, 목표, 전략 및 과제를 살펴보았으며, '2022년 디지털 정보격차 실태조사' 결과를 통해 취약계층으로 분류된 노인층의 디지털 격차 현황을 통하여 디지털정보화 역량(54.5%)과 디지털 정보화 활용수준(72.6%)은 낮은 것으로 파악하였다. 지능정보사회에서 노인층의 디지털 정보격차를 완화하기 위해서 노인 미디어교육 분야에서는 지능정보기술을 활용한 지능형 미디어교육 서비스 개발, 늘배움 온라인서비스 채널을 통한 노인 미디어교육 서비스 제공, 노인층을 위한 디지털 지능형 미디어 교육 지원 등이 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.

최근 인구가 급격히 증가하면서 음식물의 부족 및 낭비의 심각성이 대두되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 다양한 국가 및 기업에서는 소비자의 식재료 구매 패턴 연구 및 IoT 기술이 적용된 스마트 냉장고 제품개발 등의 시도를 진행 중에 있다. 그러나, 현재 판매되고 있는 스마트 냉장고들은 기존에 비해 상당한 가격대를 형성하고 있으며, 복잡한 구성으로 인한 오작동 및 파손으로 또 다른 낭비를 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 음식물 부족 및 낭비 해결과 가정 내 원활한 식재료 관리를 위한 저비용의 IoT 기반 스마트 냉장고 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 QR코드, 이미지 인식, 음성 인식을 통해 식재료를 인식하여 등록하고 이를 바탕으로 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 이미지 인식의 정확도를 높이기 위해 우리는 딥 러닝 알고리즘을 사용한 모델을 활용하였으며 정확한 식재료 등록이 가능함을 검증하였다.

This study investigated how learning motivation affects satisfaction with training and employment services and its performance for participants in government-supported job skill development program of the clothing industry so as to provide fundamental data for developing a training program that fosters professionals and relieves the labor shortage in the clothing industry. 180 copies of questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSSWIN 21.0. Most trainees were low-income citizens in their 40s and 50s. They were divided into highly educated or low-educated. The results of the research are as follows: when the trainees were motivated by the goals of getting a certificate or a job, employment service satisfaction levels were influenced meaningfully. Secondly, educational satisfaction levels and occupational ability development also scored highly. Therefore, it is important to strengthen instructors' competency. Instructors must be required to have onsite experience so that they can provide authentic education that can be applied to the work field. The government should establish a compulsory training session for the trainers along with an incentive program so that they can catch up with up-to-date technology and trend. Third, the research shows that supporting business startup and job placement is important. Follow-up management systems should be provided in cooperation with relevant institutions of employment and business startups. Either outsourcing or placement of professional advisors is also needed.

오늘날 대학은 지식 및 정보혁명에 대응하여 새로운 가상학습모델(가상대학, E-Learning)의 도입과 같은 교육 패러다임의 변화기에 놓여 있다. 이러한 변화기에 가상대학은 분명 대학에게 새로운 기회와 위협을 주고 있다. 만일 대학이 가상학습모델의 지원을 위한 가상대학시스템을 구축하고, 이를 미래의 중요한 전략적 요소로 인식한다면 가상대학시스템은 대학의 입장에서 볼 때 중요한 전략적 정보시스템이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 가상대학시스템을 대학의 중요한 전략정보시스템으로 인지하고 이에 대한 체계적인 전략계획수립을 위한 하나의 프레임웍을 제시하며, 가상대학시스템 전략수립에 있어 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 집단인 교수자의 의견과 요구사항을 분석하여 이들의 요구가 가상대학 전략수립에 어떻게 반영되어야 할 것인지를 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 학교도서관 Information Commons(IC)의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구로서, IC에 대한 문헌조사와 선행연구를 통하여 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인(IC시설, 콘텐츠 접근성, 자기주도적 학습 성취도, 인적서비스)을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 세부항목을 각 요인마다 4~9개, 총 29개의 세부항목을 추출하여 설문지 작성한 후 서울 시내 학교도서관에 IC가 도입되어 있는 3개의 고등학교에 재학 중인 이용자 412명의 응답을 대상으로 분석하였다. 설문 분석결과 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 IC시설, 인적서비스, 자기주도적 학습 성취도 순으로 나타났다. 또한, 콘텐츠 접근성보다는 시설 및 공간을 이용하는 데 더 큰 의미를 두는 것으로 나타났다. 학교도서관 IC이용자들의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 개선방안으로는 IC시설 및 공간 확보, 자기주도적 학습을 위한 활용 도구 도입, 지속적인 이용자 교육이 실시되어야 한다.

Recently many companies began to realize their visions for the sustainable growth with the advent of CSV(Creating Shared Values). Michael E. Porter, a Harvard Professor, claims that placing social value creation at the core of business strategy has the potential to uncover big opportunities for individual companies and that shared value can play a significant role in increasing competitive advantages while fostering social prosperity. In consequence, the various researches have illustrated how to get the opportunity for competitive advantages from building a social value proposition into corporate strategy, and considerable studies have been promoted heavily from the managerial perspective. However, due to the lack of capability converging information technology with business strategy, any research effort to identify technological or Internet-related issues and to link the issues to CSV does not exist. With Korean being a Internet leading country, the demands of researches analyzing core technology, information, and service utilizing Internet are rapidly growing. The study aims to find out Internet-related enablers for CSV. This paper describes the concepts and features of CSV, identifies emerging Internet-related issues toward the opportunity for competitive advantage, and then depicts the rigorous research endeavors in the areas of Internet information, technology, and services. As a result, 11 papers presented and selected as the outstanding papers at APIC-IST 2014 handle the issues to be brought together, which include: Wireless and Sensor Network, Image Processing and HCI, Big Data and Business Intelligence, Security & Privacy in Internet, SNS & Communication, Smart-Learning and e-Learning, and Internet Business Strategy. The study finally recommends indispensible terms for substantially vitalizing CSV.

최근 농업 분야에 IT를 접목시킨 농업-IT 융합 기술에 대한 연구가 주목 받고 있다. 특히, 공간 데이터 마이닝(spatial data mining, SDM)을 이용한 농작물 관련 예측 서비스들을 통해 자연재해에 대한 피해를 줄이고 농작물의 생산성을 높이고자 하는 연구들이 있어 왔다. 그러나 예측 서비스를 위한 SDM에 필요한 학습 데이터는 분산되어 있는 데이터간의 이질성으로 인해 데이터 변환과 통합과정에 많은 비용과 시간이 발생한다. 또한 공간 데이터와 비공간 데이터 간의 공간적 이웃 관계를 연산하기 위해 대용량의 데이터에 대한 복잡한 연산과정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 각각의 데이터 소스를 하나의 서비스 단위로 취급함으로써 분산된 이질적인 데이터를 효과적으로 통합 관리할 수 있고 SDM을 위한 학습 데이터의 생산성을 향상시켜 최적의 예측 서비스의 발견을 지원해 주는 SOA 기반의 데이터 통합 프레임워크를 제안한다. 실험을 통해 경기도 이천시의 복숭아나무의 동해 피해지역에 대한 최적의 예측 서비스의 발견을 위해 제안 프레임워크를 효과적으로 적용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Each roles of school community members as principals, assistant principals, head teachers, teachers, parents of pupils, and persons of regional society by questionnaire method. The opinions of 805 subjects of school members in Pusan city by stratified random sampling are analyzed. The results of analysis are as follows : The major roles of principals in school community are considered as (1) converging various schools members' opinions and reflecting them to school management (2) setting manifest educational goals of school and projecting visions of school development in the future (3) managing efficient, rational school. The major roles of assistant principals in school community are defined as (1) mediating and co-ordinating relation between principal and teachers (2) combing and harmonizing school members (3) dividing and co-ordinating school members' roles. The major roles of head teachers are defined as (1) driving departmental services and acting teaches' professional competency (2) mediating relation between school managers and teachers (3) converging teachers' opinions, delivering and reflecting them to the school managers. The major roles of teachers are defined as (1) supporting pupils' growth (2) completing teaching-learning activities (3) devoting pupul discipline. The major roles of pupils in school community are (1) believing schooling and teachers (2) self-initiative, positive learning activities (3) comprehending, caring, co-operating others. major roles of parents of pupils in school community are (1) believing schooling and teachers (2) The participating schooling (3) supporting schooling. The major roles of persons of regional community in school community are defined as (1) concerning and believing schooling (2) supporting and co-operating schooling (3) comprehending and loving schooling.
