e-learning 환경에서 대학도서관 강의지원 서비스운영방안 연구 (A Study on the Service Management of Libraries for Academic Courses in e-learning Environment)

  • 본 연구는 e-learning으로 변화된 대학의 강의환경을 반영하여 대학도서관 강의지원 서비스의 의의와 현황을 분석하고, 현재 환경에서 요구되는 서비스운영방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대학도서관 강의지원 서비스와 대학의 e-learning 환경의 개념 및 특성을 밝히고, 국내외 대학도서관의 강의지원 서비스 현황 및 사례를 조사하여 분석하였다. 국내 현황 파악을 위해 현재 강의지원 서비스를 제공 중인 국내 48개 대학도서관을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 32개 관(67%)이 설문에 참여하였다. 조사결과를 바탕으로 강의지원 서비스운영방안을 인력 및 조직, 자원과 서비스, 정보기술, 커뮤니케이션과 홍보 측면에서 제안하였다.

딥러닝 기반의 국토모니터링 웹 서비스 개발 (Development of Deep Learning-based Land Monitoring Web Service)

  • Land monitoring involves systematically understanding changes in land use, leveraging spatial information such as satellite imagery and aerial photographs. Recently, the integration of deep learning technologies, notably object detection and semantic segmentation, into land monitoring has spurred active research. This study developed a web service to facilitate such integrations, allowing users to analyze aerial and drone images using CNN models. The web service architecture comprises AI, WEB/WAS, and DB servers and employs three primary deep learning models: DeepLab V3, YOLO, and Rotated Mask R-CNN. Specifically, YOLO offers rapid detection capabilities, Rotated Mask R-CNN excels in detecting rotated objects, while DeepLab V3 provides pixel-wise image classification. The performance of these models fluctuates depending on the quantity and quality of the training data. Anticipated to be integrated into the LX Corporation's operational network and the Land-XI system, this service is expected to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of land monitoring.

Customization using Anthropometric Data Deep Learning Model-Based Beauty Service System

  • As interest in beauty has increased, various studies have been conducted, and related companies have considered the anthropometric data handled between humans and interfaces as an important factor. However, owing to the nature of 3D human body scanners used to extract anthropometric data, it is difficult to accurately analyze a user's body shape until a service is provided because the user only scans and extracts data. To solve this problem, the body shape of several users was analyzed, and the collected anthropometric data were obtained using a 3D human body scanner. After processing the extracted data and the anthropometric data, a custom deep learning model was designed, the designed model was learned, and the user's body shape information was predicted to provide a service suitable for the body shape. Through this approach, it is expected that the user's body shape information can be predicted using a 3D human body scanner, based upon which a beauty service can be provide.

  • e-Learning이란 기술기반 교육을 의미하며, 교육용 CD-ROM이나 교육용 소프트웨어를 이용하는 컴퓨터 기반 교육, 웹 기반 교육, 가상 학습 디지털상의 교육과 협업을 포함하는 개념이다. 자기주도학습을 전제로 하고 있는 e-Learning의 학습 성과를 평가하기 위해서는 정보시스템 측면과 학습자 자신의 컴퓨터 사용능력과 같은 학습자 특성을 동시에 고려한 모형을 필요로 하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 정보시스템성과 모형과 자기효능감을 기반으로 e-Learning 학습 성과 평가 모형을 제시하고 실증 분석하였다. 216명의설문 응답 결과 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 서비스 품질과 컴퓨터 자기효능감으로 나타났고. 사용자만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 시스템 품질, 정보 품질, 서비스 품질, 컴퓨터 자기효능감으로 나타났다. 또한 사용 의도와 사용자 만족은 학습 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

온라인 교육 서비스의 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 : 사회자본과 서비스품질을 중심으로 (Determinants of Successful Online Education Services : Focusing on Social Capital and Service Quality)

  • Although online education service markets are growing fast, previous studies have been limited to the studies on media types or system qualities of online education. In order to provide timely implications for online education service providers to maintain and increase the number of users, other factors such as interactivity and community perspectives should be considered. In this study, social capital and service quality were adopted as antecedents of learning motivation. Also, service quality dimensions, as well as learning motivation, were chosen to examine its impact on intention to repurchase of online education services. Research findings show that structural and cognitive dimensions of social capital are proved as antecedents of relational capital; structural and relational social capital positively influence on learning motivation; tangibility positively makes impact on learning motivation; and intention to repurchase is positively influenced by responsiveness and learning motivation. Practical implications based on the research findings are presented.

서비스 기반의 e-러닝 평가관리시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of e-Learning Evaluation Management based on the Service Science)

  • e-러닝 분야에 두가지 흐름이 있다. 첫째는 정보시스템을 포함한 제품들이 서비스와의 연계를 통해 새로운 가치 창출을 시도하고 있다. 둘째는 서비스를 체계화하기 위한 방법으로 서비스 시스템과 서비스 프로세스로 사용한다. 서비스 시스템은 사람, 기술, 가치명제, 내/외부 서비스 시스템(네트워크), 공유정보로 구성되어 있다. 서비스 프로세스는 설계, 개발, 운영, 평가의 4가지 단계로 구성될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-Learning 학습평가관리를 위하여 서비스 기반의 e-Learning 서비스 평가 체계를 설계하고 구축하였다. 평가관리시스템의 구성은 크게 평가유형관리, 총평관리, 수상관리, 평가지관리, 평가결과지관리로 되어있다. 본 논문의 특징은 학습자, 보호자, 평가자의 서로 다른 평가기준에 맞춰 평가를 설계할 수 있도록 서비스 할 수 있다는 것이다. 연구의 중요한 가치는 평가업무를 쉽게 체계화 시키고 명확하게 평가 결과를 제공할 수 있는 서비스 지향 환경을 구축하였다는데 그 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다.

Proposal of Database Design for Construction of Service for Skill Learning

  • In this paper, we propose the database design for skill learning service through the internet from the viewpoint of service engineering. This paper we describe the outlines for a design theory for skill learning service, which can lead to the satisfaction of both learner and instructor. Compared to other services, motion control learning takes a considerable amount of time, and this leads to a difficulty for learners to rate the quality of the service as well as for the instructors to provide consistent quality and standard of teaching. To solve these problems, we use a relational database with MongoDB which is an unstructured database allowing to flexibly incorporate the demands of both learner and instructor into the database itself.

워드 임베딩과 CNN을 사용하여 영화 리뷰에 대한 감성 분석 (Sentiment Analysis on Movie Reviews Using Word Embedding and CNN)

  • Reaction of people is importantly considered about specific case as a social network service grows. In the previous research on analysis of social network service, they predicted tendency of interesting topic by giving scores to sentences written by user. Based on previous study we proceeded research of sentiment analysis for social network service's sentences, which predict the result as positive or negative for movie reviews. In this study, we used movie review to get high accuracy. We classify the movie review into positive or negative based on the score for learning. Also, we performed embedding and morpheme analysis on movie review. We could predict learning result as positive or negative with a number 0 and 1 by applying the model based on learning result to social network service. Experimental result show accuracy of about 80% in predicting sentence as positive or negative.

A Study on Priority for Success Factors for Chatting Service of Cyber University and Implementation of Chatting Service

  • As the competition of 21 cyber universities in Korea has been on a continual increase, they are focusing on improving the quality of the e-learning education in cyber universities. In this study, we intended to derive the failure factors of the previous chatting system in the 2010s and the success factors from previous studies. Next, we identified priorities among five factors(Reliability, UI Convenience, Usability, Network effect, Operational policy) using AHP and the practical ways to implement the chatting service. We applied the chatting system to all the curriculums of S cyber university. Our study finds that the chat service affects the satisfaction of education. Finally, we propose the utilization plan to improve the e-learning education of cyber university through the findings of this research.

자기효능감과 서비스 품질이 e-학습 시스템의 사용용이성과 유용성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Efficacy and Service Quality on Ease of Use and Usefulness of an e-Loaming System)

  • The objective of this study is to explore the effects of e-teaming users' self-efficacy and perceived service quality for e-teaming staffs such as instructors or teaching assistants on two main perceptions for e-learning systems in a view of information technology - perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness which have been considered as important antecedents for acceptance of information technology so called in Technology Acceptance Model. For this purpose, we suggest a research model and test it empirically by sampling in students of virtual universities. In result, all hypotheses except the relationship between academic self-efficacy and perceived usefulness are accepted. This result implies that self-efficacy for computers and service quality for staffs such as instructors or teaching assistants should be considered as important ones for success of e-learning systems in addition to those related with information technology.
