This paper presents adaptive learning data of evolvable neural networks (ENNs) for time series prediction of nonlinear dynamic systems. ENNs are a special class of neural networks that adopt the concept of biological evolution as a mechanism of adaptation or learning. ENNs can adapt to an environment as well as changes in the enviromuent. ENNs used in this paper are L-system and DNA coding based ENNs. The ENNs adopt the evolution of simultaneous network architecture and weights using indirect encoding. In general just previous data are used for training the predictor that predicts future data. However the characteristics of data and appropriate size of learning data are usually unknown. Therefore we propose adaptive change of learning data size to predict the future data effectively. In order to verify the effectiveness of our scheme, we apply it to chaotic time series predictions of Mackey-Glass data.

Machine learning is a field of artificial intelligence (AI), and a technology that collects, forecasts, and analyzes securities data is developed upon machine learning. The difference between using machine learning and not using machine learning is that machine learning-seems similar to big data-studies and collects data by itself which big data cannot do. Machine learning can be utilized, for example, to recognize a certain pattern of an object and find a criminal or a vehicle used in a crime. To achieve similar intelligent tasks, data must be more effectively collected than before. In this paper, we propose a method of effectively collecting data.

3D-CNN is one of the deep learning techniques for learning time series data. However, these three-dimensional learning can generate many parameters, requiring high performance or having a significant impact on learning speed. We will use these 3D-CNNs to learn hand gesture and find the parameters that showed the highest accuracy, and then analyze how the accuracy of 3D-CNN varies through input data changes without any structural changes in 3D-CNN. First, choose the interval of the input data. This adjusts the ratio of the stop interval to the gesture interval. Secondly, the corresponding interframe mean value is obtained by measuring and normalizing the similarity of images through interclass 2D cross correlation analysis. This experiment demonstrates that changes in input data affect learning accuracy without structural changes in 3D-CNN. In this paper, we proposed two methods for changing input data. Experimental results show that input data can affect the accuracy of the model.
Recently, there is an increasing movement to increase the value of AI learning data and to secure high-quality data based on previous research on AI learning data in all areas of society. Therefore, quality management is very important in construction projects to secure high-quality data. In this paper, quality management to secure high-quality data when building AI learning data and improvement plans for each construction process are presented. In particular, more than 80% of the data quality of unstructured data built for AI learning is determined during the construction process. In this paper, we performed quality inspection of image/video data. In addition, we identified inspection procedures and problem elements that occurred in the construction phases of acquisition, data cleaning, labeling, and models, and suggested ways to secure high-quality data by solving them. Through this, it is expected that it will be an alternative to overcome the quality deviation of data for research groups and operators participating in the construction of AI learning data.
In this paper, a basic machine learning model learning and utilization education curriculum for non-majors is proposed, and an education method using Orange machine learning model learning and analysis tools is proposed. Orange is an open-source machine learning and data visualization tool that can create machine learning models by learning data using visual widgets without complex programming. Orange is a platform that is widely used by non-major undergraduates to expert groups. In this paper, a basic machine learning model learning and utilization education curriculum and weekly practice contents for one semester are proposed. In addition, in order to demonstrate the reality of practice contents for machine learning model learning and utilization, we used the Orange tool to learn machine learning models from categorical data samples and numerical data samples, and utilized the models. Thus, use cases for predicting the outcome of the population were proposed. Finally, the educational satisfaction of this curriculum is surveyed and analyzed for non-majors.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the nursing student's e-Learning status. Method: The 48 nursing students were subject to this study. They were introduced to use 'understanding of ABGA' site. And the web log data was analysed. Result: General learning status in nursing education, difference of learning status in each learning type, and 'quiz' area learning status were analysed to see the nursing student's e-Learning status. The result of study showed that the participants didn't get learning that site designer had in mind to give them. Conclusion: It is important to figure out students' actual learning behaviors and reactions of feedbacks. Also, web log data could provide useful data that affect student's behaviors. Based on this study result, the following is suggested. The way to give them effective learning should be considered by the instructor who knows the unsincere type students through web log data.

3D data can be categorized into two parts : Euclidean data and non-Euclidean data. In general, 3D data exists in the form of non-Euclidean data. Due to irregularities in non-Euclidean data such as mesh and point cloud, early 3D deep learning studies transformed these data into regular forms of Euclidean data to utilize them. This approach, however, cannot use memory efficiently and causes loses of essential information on objects. Thus, various approaches that can directly apply deep learning architecture to non-Euclidean 3D data have emerged. In this survey, we introduce various deep learning methods for mesh and point cloud data. After analyzing the operating principles of these methods designed for irregular data, we compare the performance of existing methods for shape classification and segmentation tasks.
Multi-view learning considers data from various viewpoints as well as attempts to integrate various information from data. Multi-view learning has been studied recently and has showed superior performance to a model learned from only a single view. With the introduction of deep learning techniques to a multi-view learning approach, it has showed good results in various fields such as image, text, voice, and video. In this study, we introduce how multi-view learning methods solve various problems faced in human behavior recognition, medical areas, information retrieval and facial expression recognition. In addition, we review data integration principles of multi-view learning methods by classifying traditional multi-view learning methods into data integration, classifiers integration, and representation integration. Finally, we examine how CNN, RNN, RBM, Autoencoder, and GAN, which are commonly used among various deep learning methods, are applied to multi-view learning algorithms. We categorize CNN and RNN-based learning methods as supervised learning, and RBM, Autoencoder, and GAN-based learning methods as unsupervised learning.

Sentiment Analysis has become very important field of research because posting of reviews is becoming a trend. Supervised, unsupervised and semi supervised machine learning methods done lot of work to mine this data. Feature engineering is complex and technical part of machine learning. Deep learning is a new trend, where this laborious work can be done automatically. Many researchers have done many works on Deep learning Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Shor Term Memory (LSTM) Neural Network. These requires high processing speed and memory. Here author suggested two models simple & bidirectional deep leaning, which can work on text data with normal processing speed. At end both models are compared and found bidirectional model is best, because simple model achieve 50% accuracy and bidirectional deep learning model achieve 99% accuracy on trained data while 78% accuracy on test data. But this is based on 10-epochs and 40-batch size. This accuracy can also be increased by making different attempts on epochs and batch size.
