The purpose of this study is to compare the laws and policies relating to work-family balance with foreign cases, and to analyse the problems in implementing those laws and policies. For these purpose, this study compares family leave policies, working hams policies, public care policies in other countries. And these laws in Korea are shown. This study also analyse the policies for work-family balance in labor policy, family policy, gender policy and saeromaji plan. The results are as follows; policies for work-family balance are limited to child care and family leave. Laws for family leave are various and proper. But implementing rate of policy goal is low and a few people can benefit by those laws and policies. So, wide-range policies for work-family balance which all the families can benefit are needed.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to understand the role of specialists in child studies by analyzing child-related laws and policies and their service systems. Methods: We analyzed the aims, background, history, and related 5-year-plans in child-related laws and policies and their service delivery systems. Results: There were many difficulties in enforcing consistent policies. First, there was no unified age for implementing child and youth policy. Second, there was no comprehensive long-term policy. Third, many departments were involved. Conclusion: The study findings suggest the future role of specialists in child studies. First, they must take steps to introduce a monitoring system for the proper implementation of the first master plan for child policy. Second, they need to put effort into improving treatment of child-related workers. Third, they have to expand the academic area of child studies by reforming university curricula in a more pragmatic way. Fourth, the procedure to acquire different certifications in child studies and youth studies needs to be affiliated.

최근 4차 산업혁명이 화두로 등장하면서 자율주행자동차에 대한 관심과 함께 상용화를 위한 연구개발이 활발히 이루어지면서 자율주행자동차의 중요성과 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 미국, 영국, 독일을 포함한 여러 국가들은 이러한 추세를 반영하여 자율주행자동차의 상용화에 따른 법제들을 마련하거나 기존 법률을 개정하고 있는 상황이다. 국내의 경우도 자율주행자동차의 상용화를 위한 임시운행과 연구개발이 이루어지고 있으나 자율주행자동차 상용화에 따른 법제들은 미비한 상황이다. 본고에서는 자율주행자동차 법률 체계에 기반 하여 미국, 영국, 독일의 법제 현황과 국내 법제 현황을 비교하여 자율주행자동차 상용화를 위한 법제와 정책과제를 제시하여 자율주행자동차 법률 체계 완성을 위한 단계별 추진방향을 제시한다. 또한 자율주행자동차 상용화에 따른 산업 발전을 위한 법제 정비 방향에 대한 방안을 제시한다.

This paper will clarify in a practical way how the strategies and agenda of an Islamic state and the superior law (the primary sources of Sharia law) affect the mechanism of enacting laws and creating policies in an Islamic government. 본 연구는 적용기준에 따라 큰 변화를 수반하는 주택시장관련 법률 및 정책의 문제점 분석과 개선 방안을 제시한다. 그 대상은 주택청약종합저축 소득공제, 주거안정월세대출, 고가주택기준, 부실공사벌점제, 부동산중개보수이다. 이들은 특정 값에 따라 적용기준이 달라진다. 경계부근에서 작은 값의 증감에 의하여 적용구간이 달라져 기존의 혜택, 제재 내용이 크게 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개선방안으로 선형 혹은 곡선형태로 증가하는 경사로 형태를 제시한다. 이 개념은 적용구간에 따라 큰 변화가 있는 다른 법률 및 정책의 개선에도 적용 될 수 있을 것이다.

This study includes definitions and major issues relating to product safety, and reviews about product safety laws of Korea and of other countries. In addition, this study suggests several ideas for a future governmental policy concerning product safety and the government policies to guide in securing consumers' safety of products. First, we need to set up consumer safety policies and laws dealing with complex consumer safety issues and to integrate existing laws for the safety of products. Second, opening a consumer safety agency and training workers who have relation to the safety policy, as a profession, are necessary. Third, it is required to redefine the product safety guidelines, strengthen the safety policy and to minimize safety regulations by the government directly. Fourth, each product of the safety management policies must be regularly evaluated and given feedback for improving its effectiveness. Fifth, information gathering, disclosing, and having a feedback system related to product safety should be rebuilt for the effective management of unsafe products. In addition, laws and the aims of product safety management being changed to focus on the consumers, control on imported products, collaboration with network and mutual-assistance systems of product safety-related agencies including international organizations and major countries and taking leading roles in the world are essential.

Companies make a great effort for saving costs because a rise in logistics costs weaken trade companies competitive position in the international market. Therefore it is important for companies and government to enhance logistics competitive. This article focus on the logistics laws and policies to improvement companies competitiveness and save logistics costs. It has researched from the point of view rather government basis than company basis. Korean Logistics policies have some fundamental problems that the law and policies are spreaded to several administrations such as, Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs etc. We propose the solutions as follows; First of all, we review the laws and policies on logistics and point out the problems. Second, setting up the principle of Korean Logistics Policies according to the changes in international logistics paradigm and circumstances. Third, adjustment of systems and tasks of administrations related to logistics. Fourth, innovation plan for logistics policies. The plan can carry out two ways demonstration business and diffusion business in order.

In China, environmental noise policies are composed of correlated laws adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and promulgated by the President of the country, regulations promulgated by the State Council and/or local government, standards issued by the Standardization Administration Committee (SAC) under the State Council. The laws mainly include the 'Environmental Protection Law' and the 'Law on Prevention and Control of Pollution From Environmental Noise' Regulations are often applied to a special noise pollution phenomenon of wide influence. They are generally only effective in a given area and/or a specific period. Tens of correlated standards specify the noise level limits of different functional zones of land use and of different equipment, machines, devices, appliances etc., and the measurement methods. In this presentation, a brief introduction to these policies and their operations is given and discussed. The conclusion is that the policies supply an effective legislative basis for environmental noise prevention and control in China, but still a lot of work should be conducted and completed to strive for a quiet society.

There are so many related policies to design and construct building mechanical system. Therefore, preferentially in this study, purposes and major contents of related laws are summarized briefly. Subsequently, some points at issue and ways to improve laws and codes for energy conservation are suggested. From the results of this study, some points at issue are as follows : (1) Inconvenience in the application due to dispersion of similar codes. (2) Lack of systems and tools to verify and to evaluate the effect of energy conservation by any policy (3) Lack of the incentive Policy for Participator to conserve of energy.
