Relaxed Static Stability(RSS) has been applied to improve flight performance of modern version supersonic jet fighters. Flight control systems are necessary to stabilize an unstable aircraft and to provide adequate handling qualities. Also, flight control systems of modern aircraft employ many safety measure to cope with emergency situations such as a pilot unknown attitude flight conditions of an aircraft in night flight-testing. This situation is dangerous because the aircraft can lose if the pilot not take recognizance of situation. The system called the "Pilot Activated Recovery System" or PARS, provided a pilot initiated automatic maneuver capable of an aircraft recoveries in situations of unusual attitudes, speed and altitude. This paper addresses the concept of PARS with AARS(Automatic Attitude Recovery System), ATCS(Automatic Thrust Control System) and MARES(Minimum Altitude Recovery Estimation System), and this control law is designed by nonlinear control law design process based on model of supersonic jet trainer. And, this control law is verified by real-time pilot evaluation using an HQS(Handling Quality Simulator). The result of evaluation reveals that the these systems support recovery of an aircraft unusual attitude and speed, and improve a safety of an aircraft.

Purpose : Analyze the types of hospitalization for mental illness of mental health law, and the contents of hospitalization for legal guardians. Method : Review the previous studies from the provisions and academia of the current legislation such as the Mental Health law and the Habeas Corpus law conducting research. Result : Mental health law and habeas corpus law appears the problem in terms of current legislation. The problem of the scope and priorities of legal guardians, and the period of hospitalization, and economic issues appear in the mental health laws. Conclusion : must a lively discussion for the development of hospitalization for legal guardians. also necessary to switch the social awareness for mental illness patient.

일본에서는 2002년 1월 5일 흔히 "자동차재활용법"이라고 알려진 '폐자동차 재활용에 관한 법률'이 시행되었다. 본 고에서는 이 법의 특징들과 제정된 배경 및 이 법이 향후 일본 자동차 산업에 미칠 수 있는 영향들을 살펴보고자 한다. 이 법에 따라서 현재 일본의 자동차 재활용 시스템은 2005년 1월 1일부터 새로운 형태로 바뀌었다.

항공법 개정에 따라 군용항공기의 운용에 관한 입법의 필요성이 제기 되어 군용항공기의 특정에 부합하는 입법 방향의 설정이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 현행 군용항공기지법의 문제점을 분석하고, 외국의 군관련 입법현황을 소개하며, 군관련 항공법의 제 개정시 필요한 내용을 제시함으로써, 군용항공기의 운용에 대한 입법적 지원과 전반적인 개선방향을 연구 검토해 보고자 한다.

This paper presents a landing controller and guidance law for net-recovery of fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles. A linear quadratic controller was designed using the system identification result of the unmanned aerial vehicle. A pursuit guidance law is applied to guide the vehicle to a recovery net with imaginary landing points on the desired approach path. The landing performance of a pure pursuit guidance, a constant pseudo pursuit guidance, and a variable pseudo pursuit guidance is compared. Numerical simulation using an unmanned aerial vehicle model was performed to verify the performance of the proposed landing guidance law.

The trend of payment terms of an international trade has been changed from letter of credit to open account. In this regard factoring has come out to support SMEs in terms of financing on a without recourse basis. However, factoring is in Korea is not workable softly due mainly to legal system affecting smooth assignment of receivables. Therefore this study suggest the following solutions : Korean Civil Law shall be modified to protect factor's position as a right creditor to debtor and protect factor's position when perfection among several creditors are incurred. However, formal modification to this end would not be easy in short run and it is suggested that a special law be established in case a commercial receivable assignment both domestic and internationally happens between seller and factor.

In this paper, a feedback linearizing anti-sway control law, using a 2-D model for container cranes, is investigated. The equations of motion are first derived from Lagrange's equation. Then, by substituting the sway dynamics into the trolley dynamics, a reduction of variables from three (trolley, hoist, sway) to two (trolley, hoist) is pursued. The anti-sway control law is designed based on the Lyapunov stability theorem. The proposed control law guarantees the uniform asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system. The simulation results of the derived control law, using MATLAB/Simulink, are compared with those of the sliding mode control law, noted in previous literature. Also, experimental results using a 3-D pilot crane are provided.

The paper is based on data collected from the Amazon website (specific in the Handmade's Category) to understand and analyze Vietnamese artisans' business context. Data analysis is also applied to determine the factors that bring success Handmade products and compare products of the same industry among competitors to find out potential products. By collecting data from Amazon and analyzing the data, we extracted useful information for online business developers. Besides, the list of potential products in Handmade sector can be referred to improve the business and compete with competitors. This paper also proposes solutions to help Vietnamese products become more appealing to international customers on the Amazon website.

The article analyzes the regulations of current criminal law, which ensures the protection and protection of information relations, offers the optimal model of the system of norms of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which establishes liability for violation of information. The subject of the article is protected information, which should include information or data, the procedure for access to and distribution of which, regardless of the method of submission, storage or organization, are subject to legal regulation in accordance with laws and regulations. For the purposes of criminal law, information as an object of criminal law protection should be classified on the following grounds: depending on the content: personal or family secrets; information constituting a state secret; data included in the official secret; information that constitutes a professional secret; information that constitutes a commercial, tax, banking secret, and, depending on the medium - documented and undocumented.
