비내진 상세를 가진 1:12축소 10층 R.C.골조의 비선형 거동에 관한 실험 연구 (Experimental Study on Nonlinear Behaviors of A 1:12 Scale 10-Story Reinforced Concrete Frame with Nonseismic Details)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 비내진 상세를 가진 고층 R.C골조의 탄성 및 비탄성 거동을 실험적으로 살펴보는 것이다. 따라서, 국내의 내진 설계규준에 따라 설계 및 시공된 건축물이 선정되었으며, 상사법칙에 따라 1:12의 축소율의 평면 골조모델이 제작되었다. 실험방법은 옥상층의 변위제어에 의해 반전횡하중 실험과 일방향 가력 실험을 수행하였다. 지진효과를 나타내기 위하여, 횡력은 휘플트리를 이용하여 각층에 역삼각형 형태로 분포되었다. 실험으로부터 밑면전단력, 균열양상, 주요부재 단부에서의 국부 회전각 및 층간변위와 층전단력과의 관계를 얻을 수 있었다. 실험결과로부터 비내진 상세를 가진 고층 철근콘크리트 골조의 탄성 및 비탄성 거동에 대해 살펴보았다.

철골 모멘트골조로 보강된 철근콘크리트 건물의 내진성능 평가 (Seismic Performance Evaluation of Non-Seismic Reinforced Concrete Buildings Strengthened by Perimeter Steel Moment Frame)

  • This paper is to investigate the retrofitting effect for a non-seismic reinforced concrete frame strengthened by perimeter steel moment frames with indirect integrity, which ameliorates the problems of the direct integrity method. To achieve this, first, full-scale tests were conducted to address the structural behavior of a two-story non-seismic reinforced concrete frame and a strengthened frame. The non-seismic frame showed a maximum strength of 185 kN because the flexural-shear failure at the bottom end of columns on the first floor was governed, and shear cracks were concentrated at the beam-column joints on the second floor. The strengthened frame possessed a maximum strength of 338 kN, which is more than 1.8 times that of the non-seismic specimen. A considerable decrease in the quantity of cracks for the strengthened frame was observed compared with the non-seismic frame, while there was the obvious appearance of the failure pattern due to the shear crack. The lateral-resisting capacity for the non-seismic bare frame and the strengthened frame may be determined per the specified shear strength of the reinforced columns in accordance with the distance to a critical section. The effective depth of the column may be referred to as the longitudinal length from the border between the column and the foundation. The proposed method had an error of about 2.2% for the non-seismic details and about 4.4% for the strengthened frame based on the closed results versus the experimental results.

터널 축소모형실험을 통한 이방성 암반내 록볼트의 보강효과 검토 (Evaluation of Reinforcement Effect of Rock Bolts in Anisotropic Rock Mass Using Tunnel Scaled Model Tests)

  • 본 연구에서는 터널의 축소모형실험을 통해 이방성 암반에 설치되는 록볼트의 보강효과를 검토하였다. 이를 위해 터널규격, 암석강도, 이방성 경사, 측압계수를 달리한 두 가지 터널사례를 실험하였다. 구슬달린 자수용 시침핀을 사용하여 전면접착식 D25 이형봉강 록볼트를 모델링하였고 이들을 모형터널의 천반과 측벽에 체계적으로 설치하였다. 첫 번째 사례에서, 무지보 모형은 터널 천정부에서 초기균열이 발생하였지만 록볼트 설치 모형은 록볼트가 설치되지 않은 영역인 터널 바닥부에서 초기균열이 발생하였다. 또한, 록볼트 설치 모형은 무지보 모형에 비해 균열개시압력과 최대압력이 각각 11%, 7% 더 컸고, 이방성 암반의 불연속면이 터널의 파괴거동에 미치는 영향은 작아져서 록볼트의 보강효과를 실험적으로 검증할 수 있었다. 지보패턴을 달리 적용한 두 번째 사례에서는, 록볼트의 길이와 수량이 큰 모형일수록 균열개시압력이 크고 하중에 따른 터널면적 축소비율은 작게 나타나, 록볼트의 길이와 수량을 증가시킬수록 록볼트의 성능이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • Fatigue behavior of shear joints between combined reinforced concrete(RC) and reinforced steel fiber concrete(RSFC) specimens has been experimentally investigated. Experimental parameters used are the amount of steel fiber and the type of shear joint. 6 specimens have been tested under static load, and 8 specimens have been subjected to the fatigue load in a range of 50% and 5 % of the ultimate static load. The purpose of this research is to propose an empirical formula for fatigue shear behavior of combined RC and RSFC structures on the basic of experimental result. It can be observed from experimental result that addition of steel fibers to concrete specimen increases the static ultimate load by approximately 25%, enhances the fatigue behavior, and also reduces vertical and lateral displacements at the shear joint for a given load cycle after the occurrence of first crack.

  • The purpose of this study is to find inelastic behavior and ductility capacity of reinforced concrete bridge columns under earthquake. Material nonlinearity is taken into account by comprising tensile, compressive and shear models of cracked concrete and a model of reinforcing steel. The smeared crack approach is incorporated. In boundary plane at which each member with different thickness is connected, due to the abrupt change in their stiffness local discontinuous deformation can be taken into account by introducing interface element. Also an analytical model is developed to express the confining effects of lateral tie which depend on the existence or nonexistence and the amounts of transverse confinement, etc. The proposed numerical method for inelastic behavior and ductility capacity of reinforced concrete bridge columns will be verified by comparison with reliable experimental results.

  • In this paper, elastic and inelastic behavior of exterior joint of moment-resisting R.C frame with non-seismic detail subjected to reversed cyclic lateral load such as earthquake excitations was investigated. 1/2-scals subassemblage exterior beam-column joint including slab was manufactured based on similitude law. Then, pseudo static test under the displacement control was performed. The results of 1)crack pattern and failure mode, 2)degradation stiffness and strength, energy dissipation capacity from load-displacement hysteresis curve, 3)strain of steel were analysed.

  • It is well known that the thermal load in PSC(prestressed concrete) box-girder bridge is the principal cause of detrimental crack. The longitudinal stress caused by the lateral stress from the temperature gradient in slab of PSC box-girder bridge has a considerable influence on the durability and economy of bridge structures. As the basic study for the rational consideration of thermal load and the derivation of design guide, the inverse thermal analysis program for PSC box-girder bridges using field measurement data is developed. In this paper, thermal analyses are performed using field monitoring data for the sample PSC box-girder bridge. It is proposed that the link between monitoring program and the inverse analysis program is available.

  • Reinforced concrete shear wall is composed of wall, horizontal and vertical flanges. Due to the abrupt change in its geometry, it is difficult to predict the ultimate behaviour of shear wall in the action of lateral forces. For the better understanding of ultimate state, the propagation of crack and inelastic compressive zone are simulated reasonably. In this study, for the improvement of analysis result for shear wall with flanges, analyses are fulfilled with the application of some modelling methods including various material and geometrical models and numerical methods. The results from various modelling methods are compared and the advisable model is proposed.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the inelastic behavior of reinforced high-strength concrete bridge columns. A computer program, named RCAHEST (Reinforced Concrete Analysis in Higher Evaluation System Technology), for the analysis of reinforced concrete structures was used. Material nonlinearity is taken into account by comprising tensile, compressive and shear models of cracked concrete and a model of reinforcing steel. The smeared crack approach is incorporated. The increase of concrete strength due to the lateral confining reinforcement has been also taken into account to model the confined high-strength concrete. The proposed numerical method for the inelastic behavior of reinforced high-strength concrete bridge columns is verified by comparison with reliable experimental results.

  • 내부공사 및 유지관리 기간 중 발생 가능한 충돌시나리오를 설정하여 갑문 및 교각의 충돌해석 및 손상도를 구조해석 하였다. 또한, 충돌해석은 재료비선형을 고려하여 시간이력해석을 수행하였으며 충돌해석에서 교각에 전달되는 충돌하중을 산정하여 구조해석한 후 손상도를 평가하였다.
