조립재가 흙의 역학적 성질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Coarse mateflal on the mechanical properties of Soil)

  • The study was carried out for the strength parameter of coarse grained Soil and slope stability analysis of earth dam. The test samples were taken fifteen kinds of soil from cohesive soil to coarse gravel. The degree of compaction of test samples for shear test and permeability test was chosen 95 percentage of maximum dry density. The results of this study are as follows ; 1.The maximum dry density(Yd) of coarse grained soil increase in proportion to coarse particles(P) with the relation of Y d= 1.609+0.0043P. 2.The coefficients of permeability(k) decrease by the increase of fine particles(n) with the relation of k=0.0426e-0 185n. 3.The cohesions of soil decrease by the increase of coarse particles, but internal friction angles are more increased in same condition. 4.The internal friction angles(${\Phi}$) decrease in inverse proportion to void ratio(e) with the relation of ${\Phi}$ = 73.068 - 69.268e. 5.The strength parameters( Ct ${\Phi}$t) by triaxial compression test are clearly smaller than that (Cd, ${\Phi}$d) by direct shear test in fine grained soil, but the differences between both parameters are a little in coarse grained soil.The relations of both parameters are as follows; Ct = O.544Cd + 0.04 ${\Phi}$t= 1.282${\Phi}$d-2306 6.In cohesive soil, the strength parameters( Cl ${\Phi}$l) by large size shear test apparatus are similar to the strength parameters(Cs , ${\Phi}$s) by small size shear test appratus, but Cs and ${\Phi}$s values are larger than Cl and ${\Phi}$l values from 10 percentage to 20 percentage in coarse grained soil. 7.The fine grained soil is inappropriate to high dam more than 20 meters and it must be taken coarse grained soil with high internal friction angle for high dam.

저수지 수온성층 해석능력 제고를 위한 적정 EFDC 매개변수 선정 (Estimation of Proper EFDC Parameters to Improve the Reproductability of Thermal Stratification in Korea Reservoir)

  • 본 연구에서는 대표적 3차원 수리 수질해석모형인 EFDC의 수온성층해석 능력 제고를 위해 적정 매개변수를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 태양복사 분포, 하상 초기온도, 활성 하상 수온층 깊이, 열전달계수 등 태양에너지와 관련된 5가지 매개변수에 대하여 용담호 수온성층해석 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 모의기간은 2005년 6월부터 12월까지였으며 수온 성층 재현성 수행 결과는 통계 지표인 AME, RMSE, $R^2$을 적용하여 비교하였다. 그 결과 IASWRAD는 하상으로 분포하는 경우, 활성 하상 수온층 깊이는 10m를 사용하는 것이 타당할 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 EFDC 모형의 수온성층모의시 적용 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Evaluation of Reciprocal Cross Design on Detection and Characterization of Non-Mendelian QTL in $F_2$ Outbred Populations: I. Parent-of-origin Effect

  • A simulation study was conducted to evaluate the effect of reciprocal cross on the detection and characterization of parent-of-origin (POE) QTL in $F_2$ QTL populations. Data were simulated under two different mating designs. In the one-way cross design, six $F_0$ grand sires of one breed and 30 $F_0$ grand dams of another breed generated 10 $F_1$ offspring per dam. Sixteen $F_1$ sires and 64 $F_1$ dams were randomly chosen to produce a total of 640 $F_2$ offspring. In the reciprocal design, three $F_0$ grand sires of A breed and 15 $F_0$ grand dams of B breed were mated to generate 10 $F_1$ offspring per dam. Eight $F_1$ sires and 32 $F_1$ dams were randomly chosen to produce 10 $F_2$ offspring per $F_1$ dam, totaling 320 $F_2$ offspring. Another mating set comprised three $F_0$ grand sires of B breed and 15 $F_0$ grand dams of A breed to produce the same number of $F_1$ and $F_2$ offspring. A chromosome of 100 cM was simulated with large, medium or small QTL with fixed or different allele frequencies in parental breeds. A series of tests between Mendelian and POE models were applied to characterize QTL as Mendelian, paternal, maternal or partial expression QTL. The overall detection powers were similar between the two mating designs. However, the proportions of paternally expressed QTL that were declared as paternal QTL type were greater in the reciprocal cross design than in the one-way cross, and vice versa for Mendelian QTL. When QTL alleles were segregating in parental breeds, a significant proportion of Mendelian QTL were spuriously declared POE QTL, suggesting that care must be taken to characterize imprinting QTL in a QTL mapping population with a small number of $F_1$ parents.

금강유역의 하천유지유량 산정 (stimation of River Maintenance Water in the Geum River Watershed)

  • 본 연구는 금강유역의 주요수위표 지점에서 하천유지유량을 산정하는데 그 목적이 있다. 하천유지 유량을 산정하는 방법에는 수요적인 측면과 공급적인 측면 두가지로 분류할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 하천유지유량의 개념은 평균갈수량과 환경보존유량중 큰 값으로 결정하였다. 하천유지유량의 산정에서 대청댐 상류지역은 평균갈수량으로, 대청댐 하류지역은 평균갈수량과 QUAL2E 모형으로 산정된 수질보전유량값 중 큰 값을 하천유지유량으로 결정하였다. 그 결과 대청댐 하류인 공주와 규암지점 모두 평균갈수량 값이 크게 나타났으며 그 값은 공주지점에서 33.82$m^3$/sec, 규암 지점은 51.51$m^3$/sec 이였다. 그러므로 금강유역의 하천유지유량의 산정은 평균갈수량으로 결정하는것이 타당하다고 판단되었다.

GRACE 월별 중력장모델을 이용한 양자강유역 및 삼협댐 지역 저수량 변화 분석 (Analysis of Water Storage Variation in Yangtze River Basin and Three Gorges Dam Area using GRACE Monthly Gravity Field Model)

  • 2002년 3월에 발사되어 현재까지 임무 수행중인 GRACE위성의 관측자료는 극지방 빙하의 융해, 빙하 지각균형 조정, 해수면 변화, 하천유역의 저수량변화, 대규모 지진 등 지구시스템의 질량재분배에 대한 연구에 활발히 이용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 GRACE위성의 Level-2 월별 중력장 모델을 이용하여 2002년 8월부터 2009년 1월 사이 양자강유역의 육지저수량 변화를 분석하였으며, 특히는 2003년, 2006년 및 2008년에 수행된 삼협댐의 3단계 저수과정에 의한 삼협댐 지역에서의 중력변화를 등가수분두께로 계산하여 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 연구기간 내의 양자강유역은 뚜렷한 연변화와 계절변화를 나타내었으며, 연변화의 진폭은 2.3cm로 계산되었다. 또한, 실제 수자원통계자료 및 수문관측자료와의 비교를 통하여 GRACE위성자료 이용 가능성을 확인하였으며, 이는 향후 위성중력자료를 이용하여 하천유역 내에서의 물의 이동 및 주기적인 변화 연구에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

대청호와 하류하천 연속시스템의 2차원 수리·모의 (Two-Dimensional Hydrodynamic and Water Quality Simulations for a Coinjunctive System of Daecheong Reservoir and Its Downstream)

  • Most of our rivers are fragmented by the presence of at least one large dam. Dams are often the most substantial controller of the flow regimes and aquatic environments of natural river system. The quality of downstream water released from a stratified reservoir is highly dependent on upstream reservoir water quality. Thus, an integrated modeling approach is more efficient, compared to fragmented modeling approach, and necessary to better interpret the impact of dam operation on the down stream water quality. The objectives of this study were to develop an integrated reservoir-river modeling system for Daecheong Reservoir and its downstream using a two-dimensional laterally averaged hydrodynamic and water quality model, and evaluate the model's performance against field measurement data. The integrated model was calibrated and verified using filed data obtained in 2004 and 2006. The model showed satisfactory performance in predicting temporal variations of water stage, temperature, and suspended solid concentration. In addition, the reservoir-river model showed efficient computation time as it took only 3 hours for one year simulation using personal computer (1.88 Ghz, 1.00 GB RAM). The suggested modeling system can be effectively used for assisting integrated management of reservoir and river water quality.

가청화를 이용한 댐 수차 발전기소음의 저감효과 평가 (Evaluation on Reduction Effect about Noise of Hydraulic Turbine Dynamo in Dam using Auralization)

  • Multipurpose Dam, it produces electric energy by converting the potential energy into kinetic energy utilizing its head and quantity of the water. However, in this process, since during the time when the turbine connected to the hydraulic turbine generator revolves, there occurs a ceaseless loud noise, and due to this condition, it is true state that those people who work at inside of the power plant are damaging as hard as they are unable to concentrate on their work. Not only this, because the hydro-electric power generator room that locates at middle section between the hydraulic turbine room and the office is very large space volume, also since it was constructed chiefly by the reflecting material, it is functioning of amplify the noise when operating the generator, the soundproof measure against this condition is necessitated. On such viewpoint, I have presented the problem point of the relevant Hydraulic turbine dynamo and Hydraulic turbine dynamo room, and after improve such problem point, this study has ever investigated the satisfying degree about the noise-reduction at before and after of the improvement of soundproof measure, using the Auralizational technique that can experience virtual acoustic field. It is considering that such result could be utilized usefully as the fundamental material hereafter for the acoustic performance of the hydro-electric power generator room in dam and when its construction.

표토침식에 따른 내륙습지 훼손 가능성 평가 (Potential damage assessment of inland wetlands by topsoil erosion)

  • 본 연구는 강우로부터 나타나는 표토침식과 퇴적의 영향을 고려하여 습지 훼손에 대한 정량적인 평가가 가능한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 용담댐 상류에 위치하고 있는 천천유역은 16개의 습지가 존재하며, 습지훼손 가능성에 대한 평가는 호수형습지와 소택지를 대상으로 이뤄졌다. 2002년, 2003년에 발생한 태풍사상을 적용한 결과, 벽남제습지의 경우 상류유역에서 유입되는 토사량은 저수용량의 2.30%(22,548 ㎥)로 가장 높았다. 산지영역에 위치하고 있는 소택지의 평균 유입토사량은 저수용량의 0.03%로 나타났으며 비교적 넓은 유역을 가지는 호수형습지보다 훼손가능성이 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 넓은 면적이 농경지로 사용되고 있는 호수형습지는 모형의 결과에서 토사유입량이 높은 것으로 나타나 토양침식에 의한 습지훼손 가능성이 높을 것으로 판단된다.

기후변화에 따른 미래 극한호우사상이 소양강댐 유역의 유량 및 유사량에 미치는 영향 (Potential Impacts of Future Extreme Storm Events on Streamflow and Sediment in Soyang-dam Watershed)

  • The objective of this study are to analyze changes in future rainfall patterns in the Soyang-dam watershed according to the RCP 4.5 scenario of climate change. Second objective is to project peak flow and hourly sediment simulated for the future extreme rainfall events using the SWAT model. For these, accuracy of SWAT hourly simulation for the large scale watershed was evaluated in advance. The results of model calibration showed that simulated peak flow matched observation well with acceptable average relative error. The results of future rainfall pattern changes analysis indicated that extreme storm events will become more severe and frequent as climate change progresses. Especially, possibility of occurrence of large scale extreme storm events will be greater on the periods of 2030-2040 and 2050-2060. In addition, as shown in the SWAT hourly simulation for the future extreme storm events, more severe flood and turbid water can happen in the future compared with the most devastating storm event which occurred by the typhoon Ewiniar in 2006 year. Thus, countermeasures against future extreme storm event and turbid water are needed to cope with climate change.

GIS기반 지형수문유역모의 모형의 개발 및 적용 연구 (The Developmet and Application of GIS-Based Geomorpho-Hydrological Watershed Model (G2WMS))

  • 본 연구는 비선형 단위도인 지형형태-기후학적 단위도(GCUH)와 하도추적을 포함한 GIS기반 지형수문유역모의 모형 ($G^{2}WMS$)을 개발하고 실강우사상과 계측 산악유역에 적용함으로써 미계측 산악유역의 적용가능성을 검토하는 것이다. 대상유역을 소유역은 설마천, 중유역은 안동댐 유역으로 선정하여 실측단위도 비교, 실측홍수사상 비교를 단일유역과 분할유역으로 구분하여 검정 및 분석에 이용하였다. 결과적으로, 중유역 안동댐은 비선형 GCUH기법과 하도추적이 적용된 분할유역이 선형 전통적기법만 적용된 단일유역보다 산악유역 강우-유출 특성을 잘 반영함을 확인하였다.
