본 논문에서는 한글의 자소간 흘림의 연속 필기를 허용하는 원고 작성기의 구현을 연구하였다. 이러한 온라인 한글 필기의 응용에서는 신속한 인식속도를 갖는 인식방법이 요구되며, 인식중에도 계속적인 필기가 가능하도록 하여 사용자에게 편의를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이와같은 요구사항을 만족시키기 위하여 스트링 정합방법에 기반한 신속한 인식 방법을 사용한다. 또한, 글자인식과 필기데이타 수집이 병행적으로 처리되도록 구성됨으로써 원고작성시에 자유로운 필기동작이 가능하도록 하였다. 실험결과 50명이 쓴 21,076자에 대하여 88.96%의 인식률을 제공하였으며, 제안하는 구현 방법이 원고작성 응용에 적합하게 동작함을 알 수 있었다.

This study aimed to develop an ontology for Thai country songs by using the seven steps of an ontology development process. Hozo-Ontology Editor software and Ontology Application Management Framework were tools used in this study. Nine classes of ontology were identified: song, singer, emotion, author, language used, language type, song style, original, and content, and it was found that the song class had a relationship with all of the other classes. The developed ontology was evaluated by seeking opinions from experts in the field of Thai country songs, who agreed that the ontology was highly effective. Additionally, the evaluation employed the knowledge retrieval concept, and the precision, recall, and overall effectiveness were measured, with a precision of 92.59%, a recall of 86.21%, and an overall effectiveness (F-measure) of 89.28%. These results indicate that the developed ontology is highly effective in describing the scope of knowledge of Thai country songs.

최근 자연어 생성 연구는 딥러닝 기반의 사전 학습 모델을 중심으로 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 하위 분야 중 하나인 텍스트 확장은 입력 텍스트를 출력에 잘 반영하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 기존 한국어 기반 텍스트 확장 연구의 경우 몇 개의 개념 집합에 기반해 문장을 생성하도록 한다. 그러나 이는 사람의 실제 발화 길이에 비해 짧고 단순한 문장만을 생성한다는 문제점이 존재한다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 개선하면서 문학 스타일의 문장들을 생성하는 모델을 제안하였다. 또한 동일 모델에 대해 학습 데이터의 양에 따른 성능도 비교하였다. 그 결과, 짧은 요약문을 통해 문학 스타일의 여러 문장들을 생성하는 것을 확인하였고, 학습 데이터를 추가한 모델이 성능이 더 높게 나타나는 것을 확인하였다.

텍스트 분류는 입력받은 텍스트가 어느 종류의 범주에 속하는지 구분하는 것이다. 분류 모델에 있어서 좋은 성능을 나타내기 위해서는 충분한 양의 데이터 셋이 필요함을 많은 연구에서 보이고 있다. 이에 따라 데이터 증강기법을 소개하는 많은 연구가 진행되었지만, 실제로 사용하기 위한 모델에 곧바로 적용하기에는 여러 가지 문제점들이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 증강을 위해 스타일 변환 기법을 이용하였고, 그 결과 기존 방법 대비 한국어 감성 분류의 성능을 높였다.

Art grows with the development of human civilization. Many art forms exist to connect the past and the future. Oil painting, a form of western painting, has flourished in China since its entry into China. In the continuous exploration of artistic language, Chinese artists have formed art forms with Chinese characteristics, permeated Chinese painting ideas and techniques, and formed specialized painting language. Through the oil painting works, the Chinese oriental aesthetic, national spirit, local customs and other times of humanistic features. As one of the many practitioners of oil painting in China, the author starts from the ego and continuously explores and studies in the practice of art. This paper mainly discusses the embodiment of Chinese oil painting modernity in the oriental art context and analyzes the spiritual temperament and painting materials, so as to expand the creative thinking of Chinese oil painting modernity in the oriental art context.

텍스트 스타일 변환은 문장 내 컨텐츠는 유지하면서 문장의 스타일을 변경하는 것이다. 스타일의 정의가 모호하기 때문에 텍스트 스타일 변환에 대한 연구는 대부분 지도 학습으로 진행되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 병렬 데이터 구축이 되지 않은 데이터를 학습하기 위해 비병렬 데이터를 이용하여 스타일 변환을 시도한다. 트랜스포머 기반의 문장 생성기를 이용하여 문장을 생성하고, 해당 스타일을 분류하는 판별기로 이루어진 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델을 통해, 감정 변환의 성능은 정확도(Accuracy) 56.9%, self-BLEU 0.393(긍정→부정), 0.366(부정→긍정), 유창성(fluency) 798.23(긍정→부정), 1381.05(부정→긍정)을 보였다. 본 연구는 비병렬 데이터에 대해 스타일 변환을 적용함으로써, 병렬 데이터가 없는 다양한 도메인에도 적용가능 할 것이다.

본 논문은 전역 스타일 토큰(Global Style Token)을 기준으로 하여 감정의 세기를 조절할 수 있는 방법을 소개한다. 기존의 전역 스타일 토큰 연구에서는 원하는 스타일이 포함된 참조 오디오(reference audio)을 사용하여 음성을 합성하였다. 그러나, 참조 오디오의 스타일대로만 음성합성이 가능하기 때문에 세밀한 감정 조절에 어려움이 있었다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 전역 스타일 토큰의 레퍼런스 인코더 부분을 잔여 블록(residual block)과 컴퓨터 비전 분야에서 사용되는 AlexNet으로 대체하였다. AlexNet은 5개의 함성곱 신경망(convolutional neural networks) 으로 구성되어 있지만, 본 논문에서는 1개의 신경망을 제외한 4개의 레이어만 사용했다. 청취 평가(Mean Opinion Score)를 통해 제시된 방법으로 감정 세기의 조절 가능성을 보여준다.

생성 모델은 최근 단순히 기존 데이터를 증강 시키는 것이 아니라 원하는 속성을 가지도록 스타일을 변화시키는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 스타일 변화 연구에서 필요한 병렬 데이터 세트는 구축하는데 많은 비용이 들기 때문에 비병렬 데이터를 이용하는 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 이러한 방법론으로 이미지 분야에서 대표적으로 cycleGAN[1]이 있으며 최근 자연어 처리 분야에서도 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 많은 논문들이 사용하는 데이터도메인은 긍정 문장과 부정 문장 사이를 변화시키는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 한국어 영화리뷰 데이터 세트인 NSMC[2]를 이용한 감성 변화를 하는 문장생성에 대한 연구로 자연어 처리에서 좋은 성능을 보여주는 BERT[8]를 생성모델에 이용하였다.

A 2D comic model, a comic-style line drawing model having only eyebrows, eyes, nose and mouth, is much easier to generate facial expressions with small number of points than that of 3D model. In this paper we propose a 3D emotional editor using a 2D comic model, where emotional expressions are represented by using action units(AU) of FACS. Experiments show a possibility that the proposed method could be used efficiently for intelligent sign-language communications between avatars of different languages in the Internet cyberspace.

The aim of thesis is to analyze dress phenomena, the semantic function and meaning of clothing were respectively on the basis of Semantics and Society by Geoffrey Leech and mentalistic semantics. To comprehend the actual clothing behaviour better, the pictures taken on the streets were used, including all kinds of the western-style and the traditional Korean costumes in Korea. The followings are the findings of the analysis. A in language, the semantic functions of the clothing are the informational, the expressive, the directive, the aesthetic, and the phatic functions. They communicate operating simultaneously. The clothing is the mentalistic semantics.
