  • Recently, in a field of cadastre, a computerization of cadastral map is in progress with great growth of GIS field. Also, the needs for the integration of land and building information are widely increasing for integral-management and its application of various land related information. In this study, it is constructed a 3D information cadastral map model that can make the integral management of land, building, connecting land recorders, building management ledgers, building titles, building pictures, and related attribute information.

  • The improved accuracy of the Land Cover/Land Use Map constructed using Hyperspectal Satellite Image and the possibility of real time classification of Land Use using optimal Band Selective Factor enable the change detection from automatic classification using the existed Land Cover/Land Use Map and the newly acquired Hyperspectral Satellite Image. In this study, the effective analysis techniques for automatic generation of training regions, automatic classification and automatic change detection are proposed to minimize the expert's interpretation for automatic update of the Land Cover/Land Use Map. The proposed algorithms performed successfully the automatic Land Cover/Land Use Map construction, automatic change detection and automatic update on the image which contained the changed region. It would increase applicability in actual services. Also, it would be expected to present the effective methods of constructing national land monitoring system.

  • The information about land use presents future development and vision being the basis of nation development; therefore, it is necessary to more active research that can detect wide land use and changes for the information and efficient management about land use. In this study, we wished to analyze effectively land use changes to Ansan city that is fast changing land use by the latest national land development and urbanization. this study executed land-cover classification using 4 year's Landsat TM images including Ansan city, and efficiently could manage the result of land-cover changes through Arc/Info GRID analysis. Especially, by using change detection system that is developed in this research, we could variously detect land-cover changes, and query and search easily past land-cover changes of pixels that correspond to specific region.

  • Numerical cadastral surveying method has advantages of higher accuracy and less individual error than planetable surveying method if we consider the result of surveying at the same area. Now in the areas where they use numerical cadastral records, coordinate is the basis when the boundary location is registered in numerical cadastral re-cords or is reconstructed on land surface, and this coordinate represents simply the absolute locational relationship with respect to origin point. But when we register the cadastral boundary location in cadastral or reconstruct it on land, relative relationship with respect to traverse point is more advisable basis than absolute relationship with respect to orgin point. This study contributes to the numerical cadastral surveying by discussing the problems to be improved that the principle of coordinate based boundary location registration and reconstruction has.

  • The aim of this study is propriety review for underground facility surveying on development area of land for housing and efficient management. Because of integration information administration system construction of the nation and development of information technology, construction of Urban information system(UIS) to manage systematically city space is increasingly necessary We manage systematically attribute information for each lot in the development area of land lot housing that it Is connected with NGIS in order to drive gradual computerization of underground facilities and arrange the base of facility management. Review arrangement methods on development area of land for housing makes it to check safety accident of urban and to leading base of urban information. Thus, this study draw the most suitable way through analysis of driving methods and expectation effect from above facts.

  • As a result of establishing the regional self-government system, regional residents came to take more interest in their land ownership rights and relevant areas. The administrative bodies in South Korea are trying their best to meet the complicated and diversified demands of the residents regarding land and construction administration. However, governmental agencies are having difficulties identifying land characteristics on the field as part of standard lands change every year. Also, the vague boundaries of agricultural and mountainous land areas are causing surveyors problems in spotting the right areas. Thus, this study intends to provide information and guidance on an accurate land price calculation system in connection between the land information system and PDA technology for distribution of accurate information regarding lands and their management.

  • In this study, acquired time series Landsat TM/ETM+ image to extract land surface temperature for wide-area region and executed geometric correction and radiometric correction. And extracted land surface temperature using NASA Model, and I achieved the first correction by perform land coverage category for study region and applies characteristic emission rate. Land surface temperature that acquire by the first correction analyzed correlation with Meteorological Administration's temperature data by regression analysis, and established correction formula. And I wished to improve accuracy of land surface temperature extraction using satellite image by second correcting deviations between two datas using establishing correction formula. As a result, land surface temperature that acquire by 1,2th correction could correct in mean deviation of about ${\pm}3.0^{\circ}C$ with Meteorological Administration data. Also, could acquire land surface temperature about study region by relative high accuracy by applying to other Landsat image for re-verification of study result.

  • The Land Use Suitability Assessment System was recently introduced by the $\ulcorner$Act on Planning and Utilization of the National Territory$\lrcorner$ to use, manage, and develop the national territory, which integrated the National Land Use and Management Act and the Urban Planning Act. It provides a guideline for classifying land use into 5 classes according to locational characteristics, usability, and developmental conditions of land in the vicinity. The database is constructed with LMIS cadastral data, posted land price data, and data of related agencies such as the Korea Forest Service, the Ministry of Environment, and the Korea Water Resources Corporation etc. After the database construction, individual parcels are analysed by steps and classified into 3 sub areas - conservation, agriculture, and development using GIS. In this paper we evaluate land use suitability for individual parcels by constructing the Land Use Suitability Assessment System for Jinju city. Therefore, we suggest that this system provides vital data in the urban management planning process.
