엘리베이터 사고예방을 위한 승강기 부품의 최적 수명 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimation of the Optimum Lifetime of Elevator Components for Elevator Accident Prevention)

  • As of December 2016, there are 608,828 elevators in operation in Korea and 179,790 elevators in more than 15 years. 30.4% of all elevator are aging. Improved maintenance of the elevator and proactive replacement of the parts of the elevator can extend the lifetime of the elevator and ensure safety. An unclean environment reduces the lifetime of elevator parts. If you do not clean the environment and prevent preventive parts replacement, eventually shortening the lifetime of the parts connected to the failed part or causing more damage will result in greater economic loss. Also, the risk of elevator safety accidents due to failures of elevator parts will be increased accordingly. The study of optimum replacement time of elevator parts will contribute to prevention of safety accident of elevator and prolongation of lifetime of elevator through preventive replacement of elevator parts.

건축재료 LCI DB 기반의 공동주택 부위별 환경영향 평가 프로그램 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구 (The development and application of environmental impact assessment program for apartment building element based on building materials LCI DB)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop and apply an environmental impact assessment program for apartment building elements, based on the building materials of the LCI DB, which can link the LCA results of building materials and buildings. Method: For this purpose, a framework for building elements was established, and several building material combinations were developed. In addition, the LCA method for quantifying environmental load emissions from the building materials of each site was applied to establish an environmental impact database of the building materials of the LCI DB. Result: An environmental impact assessment program, based on a Microsoft Excel worksheet, was developed for apartment building elements. This program can link the environmental impact assessment of building materials and building units. To validate the program evaluation results that were obtained in this study, a comparative analysis was carried out using the results of existing evaluation methods. The error rate was estimated to be 5% for environmental impact assessment using existing evaluation methods.

온천관광지 개발실태 조사연구 (Study on the Development Status of Korean Hot Springs)

  • Hot springs development will be more activated with the five-day work week system than before. Nevertheless, investment and development achievement of hot springs has not resulted in a successful performance to foster townships, and this calls upon locals to build a guideline to develop hot springs. This study intends to analyze laws on hot springs, which influence mostly on the hot spring development, to gather up the information on the present state of the development, and to suggest considerations for further development plans. Features of the hot spring development are as follows: One is that metropolitan cities will discover hot spring resources more than small cities. Therefore the development will be twofold : one for resort tour and the other for one-day rest and recreation. In addition, Korean laws on hot springs are more site development-oriented to support tourism and recreation than to protect environment and discover unused resources. This makes hot spring development easier and efficient being supported by hot spring law, law on territory development and use, and tourism promotion law. On the other side, planned landscape trimming can be uniformized and unharmonized in terms of local identity and environment-friendliness. This is why careful considerations such as goods and bads of the local resources, local history and culture are needed in hot spring development. A long-term development project should include remodeling based on local identity and development trends. The third point indicates that Korean hot springs development has recorded relatively low performance due to difficult private capital attraction, and a high fence on land purchase and development approval. It is essential to release restrictions on the hot spring development-especially on those whose development performance has not been successful so that best practice can be supported by the government in remodeling and marketing. New plans on hot spring development should be also examined based on developer's capacity and local authorities' volition on the plan. Last point shows that most hot springs development plans have been designed only based on territory utilizing plan and facilities arrangement, not considering much on fund-raising, operational plan or feasibility analysis. Therefore the tourism promotion law should reinforce guidelines on tourist site approval system by supplementing criteria. At the same time, an education on tourism development planning is necessary to deepen developers' understanding, since most developers are experts more on city development, landscape architecture, designing, constructing and engineering than tourism development.

농촌생활경험에 따른 귀촌자의 귀촌방식 및 주택마련 - 충북지역 귀촌자를 중심으로 - (The Patterns of Return and Getting Housing of Returners-to-village according to Their Experience of Rural life - Focused on Returners-to-village in Chungbuk Area -)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide practical data for proposing the housing environment support policy, fit for returners-to-village. For the purpose, this study focused the patterns of returners-to-village according to their experience of rural life, and their ways of settlement like planning and getting land and house. The questionnaires were answered by 91 persons who were living in Chungbuk area, and were analyzed chi-analysis on their socio-demographic characteristics according to experience of rural life, preparation of settlement and construction. The ANOVA were used to analyze their pattern of return according to experience, the period for getting house, and their satisfaction level of house size. The results were as follows. First, the returners showed differentiated tendency according to their experience of rural life, in their age, family life cycle, education level and income source after return. The experience of rural life explained the purpose of return and the living pattern after return. Direct experience group was mostly occupational farmer; indirect experience group mostly pursued good health & green life; non experience group mostly pursued green life. Second, the experience of rural life also explained differentiated tendency of returning preparation. In raising money, direct experience group mostly raised it privately but indirect or non experience group mostly used bank loan. Third, the returners mostly constructed new houses; non experience group almost constructed newly, but there were cases to utilize existing or vacant house in direct experience group, and indirect experience group favored existing house or remodeling of vacant house.

주변환경 변화에 따른 어린이공원 이용 활성화방안 - 대전시 서구 어린이공원을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Revitalization of Children's Parks by the Transition of the Surrounding Environment in Seogu, Daejeon)

  • This study is targeted on children's parks in Seogu, Daejeon with the goal of maximizing the usage and versatility of existing parks in the area by the survey and analysis of the general status of children's parks, land use near the parks, population, users, and traits of usage. For the purposes of this thesis this study has selected 65 of the children's parks in the Seogu District to monitor. It also focused on a number of these parks located in areas which underwent a lot of changes and needed an increase in usage and versatility. Based on the selection criteria, the four target parks, Wojeong, Meongwhack, Dosan and Wicdunjimi children's park were selected. The Survey shows that 55.9% of park visitors visited a park to 'rest and take a walk' and used 'main facilities' meaning resting facilities like pergola and benches. In the nighttime, the number of park visitors is so few because of safety problems. 50% of users were satisfied with parks. It shows that there are many respondents who want to recompose these parks as places for light exercise, resting, meeting, and as community symbols. Generally, these target parks don't reach their full potential and they also do not play their proper roles because they are hampered by the constriction of the law. These stick to an outdated idea of what a park should be like without considering the actual and practical needs of city dwellers. When it comes to the remodeling and refurbishing of these parks we have to rethink the planning process so that these parks may be more versatile and practical in order to accommodate the radical changes of users and patterns of usage.

제주 농촌지역의 에너지사업 유무에 따른 경관색채 분석 연구 (A Study on the Landscape Color Analysis of the Energy Industry in Jeju Rural Area)

  • The objective of this study is to propose a color plan for rural villages that seeks harmony between natural and artificial environments in consideration of the fact that as new and renewable energy businesses increase drastically, problems of landscape color occur in rural areas. To this end, the current color conditions over the target regions are examined in context of energy businesses; a land simulation is developed; a survey on the preferences is conducted with the result analyzed; and finally, a color plan for villages where energy businesses and non-energy businesses are conducted. For the survey, 40 photos including simulation photos and original photos of villages were used: the photos before and after the simulation was applied were shown to village residents. The validity of the selected colors was then evaluated accordingly. The survey was conducted among 15 residents in villages where energy businesses were conducted and 15 in villages where non-energy businesses were conducted. As new and renewable energy methods such as solar energy panels are utilized over rural villages in the future, selecting artificial environmental colors that can better represent the region's identity and that are in harmony with natural environments will be an important factor in community center or housing remodeling projects, local community development projects, and so forth. It is expected that the present study can be utilized as the basis for village color plans that seek to consider actual local conditions based on objective data rather than selecting colors uniformly or based on subjective judgment.

발사체 개발 시험시설의 형상관리 방법론 개발 (Development of Configuration Management Methodology for Rocket Development Test Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 본격적인 우주 경쟁 시대에 중요 국가시설로 부각되고 있는 발사체 개발 시험시설의 변형, 폭발, 개조 등 형상변경 발생 시 효율적이고 체계적인 관리를 위한 형상관리 방법론을 개발하기 위한 연구이다. 형상관리 국제기준 분석을 통해 발사체 개발 시험시설에 적용할 형상관리 프로세스 프레임워크를 추출하고, 발사체 개발 시험시설의 라이프 사이클 엔지니어링을 수행한 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 발사체 개발 시험시설의 운영·관리에 최적화된 형상관리 방법론을 제안하였다. 발사체 개발 시험시설에 대해 형상을 식별하고, 설계 요구조건에 의해 구축이 완료된 상태 이후에는 형상관리 담당, 형상관리 조직, 형상관리위원회를 통해 형상변경 사항에 대해 승인, 처리함으로써 발사체 개발 시험시설의 형상을 통제된 상태로 관리하고자 한다.

여객자동차 터미널 이동편의시설 BF 실태 및 개선방안 연구 (Study on Status of Barrier Free Certification & Improvement Strategies)

  • 본 연구는 지난 2007년 도입된 장애물 없는 생활환경(Barrier Free) 인증제도의 확산과 정착을 위하여 불특정 다수가 이용하는 다중이용시설로써 인증제도의 확산효과가 클 것으로 예상되는 여객자동차 터미널을 대상으로 편의시설 실태를 파악하고, 인증가능성을 평가하여 인증 확산 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 전국 여객자동차 터미널 349개소에 대하여 편의시설 설치 수준 현황조사를 시행하였다. 현황조사 결과 인증가능시설이 217개소, 인증불가시설이 58개소로 평가되었고, 인증가능성이 높은 29개 시설은 소규모 리모델링 공사를 통하여 인증을 획득할 수 있는 시설로 평가되었다. 실태조사 결과, 여객자동차 터미널의 BF수준은 40~55% 수준이며, 평가분야별로는 내부시설이 90% 이상으로 수준높은 반면, 매개시설, 위생시설, 안내시설 등은 절반 수준에도 미치지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 여객자동차 터미널의 편의시설 수준제고를 위해서 BF 인증 시범사업을 제안하였다. 인증가능성이 높고, 지자체 지원의지와 사업주의 편의시설 개선의지가 높은 시설을 대상으로 시범사업대상으로 선정하고 편의시설개선을 추진하여 BF인증을 추진하고 모니터링하는 방안이다.

군사시설 이전부지 공원화 사례분석을 통한 시사점 도출 (Implications of a Case Analysis of a Public Park Project at a Former Military Facility Site)

  • 군사시설 이전부지는 근본적으로 공공 시설적 성격을 띄고 있어 공공 복리를 위한 활용 요구도가 높아지고 있으며, 이로 인해 공원으로 조성하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 군사시설 이전부지에 대한 공원조성 사례를 분석한 결과 몇가지의 시사점을 도출하게 되었다. 공원조성의 목표는 도시재생의 개념 및 지역활성화 차원에서 접근할 필요가 있다. 이전부지를 전면 개조하는 방식보다는 기존 시설들을 최대한 재활용하여 경제적 이득을 취하고 동시에 지역정체성과 역사성을 재현할 필요가 있다. 공원의 규모가 대형화 되고 있어 단일시설 및 프로그램 보다는 복합공간으로 조성해 줄 필요가 있으며, 공원조성에 막대한 비용이 소요되므로 단계적으로 공원을 조성하는 방안을 고려할 필요가 있다. 군사시설이 지니고 있는 특수한 상황으로 공원조성 과정에서 현장조사가 미흡하여 설계변경 또는 오염처리에 막대한 비용이 소요되므로 사전에 이를 고려할 필요가 있다. 또한, 민간사업자에게 일부 부지에 대해 개발권을 위임하고 개발이익으로 공원조성과 운영관리비를 충당하는 방안도 검토가 필요하다. 군사시설 이전기지는 다양한 이해관계에 놓여 있으므로 사업추진과정에서 민관협치의 의사결정기구를 운영하는 방안을 고려할 필요가 있다. 다양한 재원조달과 수익사업 확대, 봉사 및 후원 활성화, 트러스트 및 비영리 단체의 공원운영 관리 참여 확대 등을 위해서는 도시공원 관련제도의 보완이 요구된다.

20년 이상 경과된 노후건축물의 단열재 성능평가에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on a Performance Evaluation of Internal Insulation of Buildings Over 20 Years Old)

  • 최근 국제사회는 지구온난화 방지를 위한 기후변화협약을 체결하고 건축물의 냉방 및 난방 에너지로 공급하는 화석연료 사용을 줄이고자 신축 또는 기존건물에 대한 녹색건축인증(G-SEED) 및 에너지효율등급, 건축물 에너지절약 설계기준 등을 일정조건 이상인 건축물에 의무적으로 적용하고 있다. 건물에 공급하는 에너지 공급을 줄이고 보온성을 향상시키는 건축자재로 단열재가 사용되고 있으며 신축건축물의 에너지절약 설계기준을 만족하는 건물외피 구성 재료 중 총 열 저항성의 90% 이상을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 기존건축물에 시공된 단열재의 경시변화에 대한 명확한 자료가 부족하여 건축물의 에너지성능 판단기준인 단위면적당 1차에너지 소요량 산정에 대한 의문점을 갖게 되었다, 이에 20년 이상 된 노후 건축물의 리모델링 현장에서 단열재(압출법,비드법)를 직접 채취하여 단열재성능을 비교·평가하였다. 실험결과, 압출법(XPS)은 생산초기 품질기준인 KS M 3808보다 열전도율은 48%, 압축강도는 36%가 저하되어 본래의 성능을 발휘하지 못함을 알 수 있었고, 비드법(EPS)의 경우 단열재 두께가 50mm인 경우 열전도율과 압축강도, 굴곡파괴하중 등이 생산초기 품질기준을 유지함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 비드법의 경우 단열재 두께를 고려하여 현재의 단위면적당 1차 에너지소 요량을 기존대로 산정하고, 압출법의 경우는 단위면적당 1차 에너지소요량 산정시 보정계수를 적용해야 할 것으로 판단된다.
