The idea of the Internet of Things as a platform on the Smart Campus has become increasingly popular. It requires an infrastructure consisting of communication networks, sensor nodes and gateways to connect to the Internet. Each sensor node is responsible for gathering data from the environment. This document outlines a network of wireless sensors on the Internet for the application of Smart Campus monitoring. Wireless sensor network Monitoring have become a complete solution to using a low power implementation and integrated systems. The numerous restrictions however result from the low communication range, the limited computing power, the lack of availability of the network protocol, the lack of programming security and the security failures in the areas of confidentiality, integrity and availability. A new security technique and its functionality for WSNM nodes developed. Development in the research of a secure network and suggestions for avoiding denial of service (DOS) and complexity attacks. These systems if properly implemented can provide an energy efficiency mechanism through pre-allocation and a new key from key management models with a secure routine algorithm.

The Press related Energy including nuclear energy has social responsibility that it should pass the scientific factors to the right. It is essential to ensure the accuracy and fairness. The general public, such as press releases and information obtained through indirect communication affects social acceptance of nuclear power, which is used to determine the direction of energy policy, the most important factor to be taken into account. Recent rapid increase coverage of NPP lose in balance of nuclear power plants. In this study the qualitative interviews were performed with the workers who stand directly in obtaining information about nuclear related organizations. By E-mail and FGI the data were collected from the workers' perception about domestic nuclear news. They perceived the NPP news that the negative aspects of nuclear power plants were too much dealt in nuclear news coverage, and risk of NPP is only exaggerated and distorted, the lack of expertise knowledge on nuclear power and recognize that the cause was a lack of understanding. Language plays a central role in everyday communication activities. Therefore, an individual need to be able to use language to communicate with confidence and without fear. One of the major fears that people have is the fear of communication. This fear is most of the time due to a lack of confidence in communicating in a particular language or due to poor proficiency in the language. In some cases it can also be due to attitudinal problems. In the context of teaching and learning English as a second or foreign language, students can have a great fear of using English with confidence. This fear can be an acute one and thus students may avoid using English to communicate. However, non native speakers of English need to be highly competent in the use of the English language for a variety of communicative purposes particularly in meeting the challenges of globalisation and that of the digital age. This article presents some insights on language apprehension found among communication undergraduates who are non native speakers of English.

With the development of communication infrastructure, the number of network equipment owned by one person is gradually increasing. General-purpose devices such as smartphones can implement theft/loss prevention function by implementing S/W. However, other small devices lack practicality such as long-distance communication problems due to standard communication technology specifications or H/W limitations, and lack of functions(authentication and security). This study combines the Lora communication protocol in the LPWA standard environment and the blockchain technology. Anti-theft and security functions were added to the protocol, and the PBFT consensus algorithm was applied to build a blockchain network. As a result of the test, the effectiveness of safety(authentication and trust network) and performance(blockchain processing performance) were confirmed. This study aims to contribute to the future development of portable or small device anti-theft products as a 4th industrial convergence research.

This research points out the necessity of customized communication education for engineering students in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This paper also points out such problems of current communication education as presentation and discussion-focused 'Public Speech' exercises, absence of interests about social issues, and lack of interactive communication learning. In general, as the characteristics of their major education, engineering students are not aggressive in self-questioning and active communication rather than their sensitive reaction to the changes of the new era. Considering these characteristics of engineering students, this research emphasizes that future communication education should be deployed from the major-focused thinking to the development of convergent thinking, from the problem-solving to the problem-finding, and from the contentious thinking to the cooperative thinking. In addition, as a class design reflecting future trends, this research emphasizes, firstly the development of cooperative communication education model, secondly active utilization of SMART technology, and lastly the importance of customized-coaching for each student considering their own characteristics and requirements.

The intrusion detection system is one of the active fields of research in wireless networks. Intrusion detection in wireless mobile Ad hoc network is challenging because the network topologies is dynamic, lack centralization and are vulnerable to attacks. This paper is about the effective enhancement of the IDS technique that is being implemented in the mobile ad hoc network and deals with security and vulnerabilities issues which results in the better performance and detection of the intrusion.

There is a proverb in Korea "Don't chase after another." It can be a right proverb in sometimes. However, usually it doesn't fit in these various society, information knowledge society. Modern society requires convergence technology. IBS (Intelligent Building System) requires knowledge of architecture field, electric field, communication field, and computation field. ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) which is constructing in many cities requires various knowledge as engineering works, electricity, computation, communication and transportation. In the case of u-City, it requires technology of many fields as architecture, electricity, communication, engineering works, transportation, and computation. Anyone who wants to participate in u-City should study and acquire knowledge in various field. Otherwise, it must be failed because of lack of communication like as the Tower of Babel. U-City is not a portion of one field. Therefore, engineers in many fields should cooperate with each other to make u-city as the best product in the world.

Communication has increasingly become important between peoples in the modern society. The change in the composition of a family brought by urbanization and industrialization caused structural changes in the society, and the lack of communication between people have incited various social conflicts rising from individualism and ego-centrism. Thus in this era, domestic environment is one of the most significant environment that enables one to transform into an appropriate member of the social community as well as develop appropriate traits of one. The living room, which served as an arena of communication for family members is now replaced with TV, a popular media, and has lost its original role in the house. The living room furnitures today are designed to facilitate people in viewing TV, not to enhance communication between family members. Thus in this research, I would like to propose a new concept of 'communication furniture' and various examples to suggest appropriate, desired role of living room furniture in households today. In addition, I hope this research contributes to forming a beneficial living room culture and a domestic environment as well as a heart-warming, human society.

The complexity of information and communication policy has been increasing due to its rapid changes and its expansions toward various fields. I used the2001, 2002 and 2003 White Papers on MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication Republic of Korea) as a reference and the Vensim PLE program to create a causal map. According to my analysis, no major feedback loop was found among the information and communication policies. Thus, it was impossible to conduct a causal map analysis on these policies. The causal map analysis is usually employed to understand a complex mechanism of entire policies by finding feedback loops among them. A lack of feedback loops makes it impossible to conduct the causal map analysis and means that the mechanism of such policies is even more complex to understand. The most important conclusion is that to consider feedback thought among the policies based on the systems thinking before making the policies.
