Murdoch's novel, The Black Prince, is not, as most critics have suggested, an autobiographical novel. It is about the inner life or rather trauma of Bradley Pearson, an artist who repeatedly dreams about a shabby paper shop which used to be run by his "unsuccessful" parents. In this respect, Freudian concept of trauma is helpful since it can explain Bradley's present repetition of his past traumatic experience, while allowing us to understand the nature of his trauma which reveals itself not only through his repeated nightmares but also through the women who are represented as diverse versions of his mother, the origin of Bradley's trauma. Caruth's concept of traumatic awakening and traumatic survival is also instrumental in understanding the nature of the traumatic experience which Bradley undergoes in this novel. Induced by Loxias's address, Bradley makes a confession of "the sins," which makes possible his traumatic survival as well as traumatic awakening, which is transmitted not only to Loxias but also to us the readers. In this sense, the significance of Bradley's awakening is not confined to his past only, but becomes a matter of a social dimension. The meaning of Bradley's writing lies in this fact.

Objective : This experimental Study was designed to investigate the effects of FOENICULI FRUCTUS(FF) on the change of inhibition lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity in neuronal cells and cytokines production in serum of cerebral ischemic rats. Method : FOENICULI FRUCTUS(FF)freeze dry powder and FF on the LDH activity in neuronal cells. Changes of FF on the physiological parameters(PaO2, PaCO2, MABP and HR) in crerbral ischemic rats. Effects of FF on the IL-1beta production, $TNF-{\alpha}$ production, $TGF-{\beta}$ production, and IL-10 in serum of cerebral ischemic rats. MCAO :. cytokines production of serum by drawing from femoral arterial blood after MCAO 1 hr. Reperfusion : cytokines production of serum by drawing from femoral arterial blood after reperfusion 1 hr. Results and Conclusion : 1. FF did not inhibit lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity in neuronal cells. 2. In serum by drawing from femoral arterial blood after middle cerebral arterial occlusion(MCAO) 1 hr and reperfusion 1 hr, sample group was significantly decreased $IL-l{\beta}$ production compared with control group 3. In serum by drawing from femoral arterial blood after MCAO 1 hr and reperfusion 1 hr, sample group was significantly decreased $TNF-{\alpha}$ production compared with control group. 4. In serum by drawing from femoral arterial blood after MCAO 1 hr and reperfusion 1 hr, sample group was significantly increased $TGF-{\beta}$ production compared with control group. 5. In serum by drawing from femoral arterial blood after reperfusion 1 hr, sample group was significantly increased IL-10 production compared with control group. This results were suggested that FF had inhibitive effect on the brain damage by inhibited LDH activity, $IL-l{\beta}$ and $TNF-{\alpha}$production, but accelerated $TGF-{\beta}$ production and IL-10 production.

In the new media age, the importance of personal style is highlighted, as the fashion recipients independently create their own images by transforming and recombining the fashion information gathered from the fashion blogs - the most representative form of social networks. The study aims to identify the types and styles of imaginary ego-images represented on the personal fashion blogs as a new space of self-expression, based on Lacan's gaze; the imaginary of the unconscious world and the ego-concept. According to literature search, the imaginary ego-image is classified as narcissism, regression, identification, and virtuality. In the case study, Narcissism is represented mostly as bloggers' satisfaction and beliefs about their fashion styles. The degeneration represents childhood images including a mother, as well as retro and vintage images that recreate the fashions of bygone eras - such as medieval, $19^{th}$ or 20th century fashion. Identification is the connection with the various areas of culture and art, especially movies and music. Virtuality represents hypothetical situations of mythical, fairy tale-like, surreal, or dreamlike atmospheres and hypothetical bodies that appear removed, disassembled, or crooked. The imaginary ego-images emerged on the personal fashion blogs are also classified into specific style depending on the attributes of the ego images-such as kidult style, retro style, ethnic style, and surreal style.

Oriental medicine prescription has been used for the treatment of various clinical symptoms associated with cerebral apoplexy. However, single herb drug does not used cerebral apoplexy and there mechanisms of action have not been defined, and it is not yet known what effects they have on the hemodynamics of cerebral circulation. The study was aimed to investigate the effect batryticatus bombycis(BB) on the vascular systems including changes in blood pressure (BP), and regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and of male Sprague-Dawely rats. The changes in rCBF were determinated by laser-Doppler flowmetry. 1. Blood pressure was not affected by BB in rats. 2. rCBF was increased by BB in a dose-dependent manner. 3. Pretreatment with methylene blue(1mg/kg), and propranolol(1mg/kg) did not inhibited BB induced increased in rCBF. 4. Pretreatment with propranolol(1mg/kg) was increased by BB in a dose-dependent manner in blood perssure. 5. Pretreatment with ODQ($10{\mu}g/kg$) and L-NNA(1mg/kg) were inhibited BB induced increased in rCBF. 6. Pretreatment with L-NNA(1mg/kg) was increased rCBF in a dose-dependent manner. These results suggest that BB causes a diverse response of blood pressure and regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF). The increased in rCBF is also mediated by nitric oxide synthease and guanylate cyclase.

최근 도시발전 전략으로 정체성의 형성이 강조되고 있다. 이는 한편으로 인간의 존재론적 안전감을 위해 상실된 전통적 정체성의 규범적 복원, 다른 한편으로 도시들 간 경쟁에서 우위를 점하기 위한 도시 이미지의 전략적 제고라는 이중성을 가진다. 이러한 이중성은 근대적 정체성에 대한 포스트모던 이론가들(라캉, 푸코, 들뢰즈 등)의 비판과 이에 대한 대안으로 공적 공간을 통한 정체성을 강조하는 아렌트나 하버마스의 논쟁 속에 반영되어 있다. 이 논문은 정체성 개념이 담고 있는 도시 정책적 함의를 고찰하는 한편, 이 개념이 실제 정체성 고양을 명분으로 한 도시 발전 전략에서 어떻게 왜곡되게 원용되고 있는가를 비판하고자 한다. 특히 이 논문은 포스트모던 이론가들의 입장을 현실의 의사적 정체성에 대한 비판과 관련시키는 한편, 공적 공간을 통한 진정한 정체성의 형성을 강조하는 비판이론가들의 주장을 도시발전 정책의 규범적 대안으로 이해하고자 한다.

This experimental study was designed to investigate the effects of FOENICULI FRUCTUS freeze dry powder (FF) on the change of cerebral hemodynamics [regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure (MABP)] in normal and further to determine the mechanism of action of FF. The results in normal rats were as follows ; FF significantly increased rCBF in a dose-dependent, but decreased MABP, This results were suggested that FF significantly increased rCBF by dilating PAD. The FF-induced increase in rCBF was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with 1H[1,2,4]oxadizolo[4,3-a]quinoxalin-1-one (ODQ, 10 ${\mu}$g/kg, i.p.), an inhibitor of guanylate cyclase and indomethacin (IDN, 1 mg/kg, i.p.), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase and propranolol (PPN, 3 mg/kg, i.p.), a blocker of adrenalic f receptor and Lu-Nitro-L-Arginine (L-NNA, 1 m9/kB, i.p.), an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase. The FFE-induced decrease in MABP was significantly increased by pretreatment with L-NNA and was increased by pretreatment with PPN, Dut was inhibited by pretreatment with ODQ and IDN, This results were suggested that the mechanism of FF was mediated by nitric oxide synthase and adrenalic ${\beta}$ receptor.

본 연구는 영화 [아가씨]의 주요 등장인물의 유형을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 영화 [아가씨]의 네 캐릭터는 모두 '실존'을 보았고 악인형의 요소를 가지고 있다는 공통점이 있다. 코즈키와 히데코는 라캉의 정신 분석 방법론에 의해 각각 전형적인 도착증, 강박증 증상을 보였다. 반면 숙희와 고판돌은 범죄 환경 속에서 실존에 직면한 성장 특성을 지니고 있기 때문에 정신 분석 방법론으로 분석해 가는 것이 어려웠다. 따라서 PCL-R 진단 항목을 바탕으로 숙희와 고판돌의 성격 유형을 분석하고 구조 분석을 병행하였다. 결과적으로 코우즈키는 사디스트이며 히데코는 강박증자, 숙희는 반사회적 생활 방식을 가졌지만 정상적인 감정적 범주에 속해있다고 보았으며 고판돌은 소시오패스이며 잠재적인 사디스트의 기질을 갖고 있다고 보았다.

In The Turn of the Screw, the go'erness encounters with the apparitions that harrow her throughout the story: she sees a frightening male ghost that Mrs. Grose identifies as Peter Quint, deceased former 'alet of the children's uncle, who had pre'iously shared the charge of the children with the pre'ious go'erness, Miss Jessel. The appearance of the ghosts hails the go'erness and thereby forces her to be jarred out of the comfortable habits of indi'iduality and plunged into a negati'ity de'oid of the socio-normati'e directi'es and guarantees. Such an encounter shows the idea that consciousness is a plenum of existence e'ocati'e of human mind as a decentered pandemonium. For the go'erness in The Turn of the Screw, the foundation to force her to experience the uncanny, as an inconsistency in the symbolic order, is particular. Its particularity is absolute in the same way e'ery one of us dreams his or her world. It resists mediation and cannot be made part of a symbolic medium. Just as Lacan's conceptions of desire, feminine sexuality, 'Object a,' not-whole, sla'ery, mastery, self-deception, authenticity, and act of psychoanalysis help us understand our contradictory social reality, so does The Turn of the Screw help us make sense of the way the go'erness, as the being who is capable of raising the question of being, questions the idea of being. In conclusion, the particular way the go'erness dreams her world is e'ocati'e of an excessi'e being, an anatomical complement, and a particular experience, such as the go'erness's encounter with the ghosts testifies to a knowledge that escapes the knowledge of the speaking being.

영화는 색(色)과 음(音), 그리고 연상 작용에 의한 향(香)을 공감각화한 비쥬얼 스토리텔링이며, 관객이 감각적으로 영화적 사건을 체험하게 한다. 관객은 영화적 이야기에 몰입함으로써 현실세계에서 분리된 객석의 자아를 통해 영화적 세계, 즉 압축된 시 공간의 장(場)에서 억압되고 병치된 인간의 원형적 감정, 쾌락, 공포, 두려움을 재경험하게 된다. 본 연구는 영화 <부러진 화살>을 통해 관객의 쾌감과 두려움의 감정을 볼 것이다. 먼저 쾌감은 니체의 "힘에의 의지"의 관점에서 볼 것이다. 니체는 숨 쉬고, 움직이며, 의지가 있는 것이 살아있는 생명적 존재라고 정의하고, 그것의 동력은 힘에의 의지라고 주장한다. "인간은 힘을 요구하고, 얻고자 하고, 증대시키려 하며 소망한다. 이것이 인간행위와 현상의 원인이다. 또한 인간은 자기보존충동이 있고, 그것은 심적 동기인 쾌감추구로서 작동한다". 우리는 힘의 관점에서 일반적인 심적 동기로서의 쾌감을 <부러진 화살>의 관객의 기쁨과 연계시켜 볼 것이다. 관객은 개념적 약자로서 가난한 자, 여성, 성적 소수자 등등의 도전과 승리에서 자기 보존적 본능을, 즉 쾌감을 느낀다. 이어 관객의 불안, 공포, 두려움의 징후들을 라캉의 정신분석학에 나오는 '아버지의 이름 Name-of-the-Father'의 관점에서 분석할 것이다. 라캉은 프로이트의 이드, 자아, 초자아의 개념을 실재계, 상상계, 상징계로 확장하고, 이 계(界)들 가운데 상징계(질서세계)에서 '아버지의 이름'을 언급한다. 익히 알려진 것처럼 소쉬르가 "일반 언어학 강의"에서 언어의 기본적 구조로서 기표와 기의를 규명하였고, 이에 근거하여 라캉은 '아버지의 이름'을 사회화의 기본적 기표로, 그리고 연결장치로서 제시한다. 아버지의 이름은 법의 상징이자 은유로서, 그의 부재와 그에 대한 항거는 사회의 불안으로 직결된다. 마지막으로 자기 보존적 본능에서 촉발되는 저항의 쾌감과 법(질서)의 부재에서 오는 두려움, 이러한 본래적 감정이 진보와 보수의 가치관에 연계되어 있음도 함께 고찰하고자 한다.

이 연구는 애니메이션 Paprika에서 나타나는 'abjection'에 관한 해석을 시도하고 있다. Julia Kristeva의 'abjection'은 육체적이면서 상징적인 강력한 느낌으로 abject에 대한 주체의 반응이며 저항이다. 주체는 항상 분리를 갈망하면서도 분리되기 어려운 경계에서 갈등을 나타낸다. Julia Kristeva는 Freud와 Lacan의 정신분석학을 페미니즘으로 재해석하여 주체의 형성과정과 여기서 나타나는 정신분석학적 견해를 밝히고 있다. 이러한 견해는 프로이드와 라캉이 주장한 상징계로의 진입에 대한 견해를 부성중심에서 모성 중심으로 새로운 해석을 시도한 것이다. 이는 어머니의 몸은 상징계(the symbolic)에서 제외되어 전-오이디푸스적 영역에만 한정된 몸이 아니라, 상징계의 경계를 가로지르며 상징질서를 위협하는 힘으로서의 'abjection'이라는 것이다. 따라서 Julia Kristeva 이론에 근거한 'abjection'이 애니메이션을 통해 어떻게 나타나는지를 심층적으로 접근하고자 한다. 등장인물이 가지고 있는 욕망과 무의식의 세계에서 나타난 'abjection'은 등장인물들의 주체 형성과정에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는 가를 파악하고 그 의미를 분석할 것이다.
