In this paper, we design and implement practical application service using VoiceXML. And we suggest new solutions of problems can be occurred when implementing a new systems using VoiceXML, based on the fact. Up to now, speech related services were developed using API (Application Program Interface) and programming languages, which methods depend on system architectures. It thus appears that reuse of contents and resource was very difficult. To solve these problems, nowadays, companies develop their applications using VoiceXML. Advantages of using VoiceXML when developing services are as follows. First, we can use web developing technologies and technologies for transmitting web contents. And, we can save labors for low level programming like C language or Assembler language. And we can save labors for managing resources, too. As the result of these advantages, we can reduce developing hours of applications services and we can solve problem of compatibility between systems. But, there's poor grip of actual problems can be occurred when implementing their own services using VoiceXML. To overcome these problems, we implemented interactive stock trading system using VoiceXML and concentrated our effort to find out problems when using VoiceXML. And then, we proposed solutions to these problems and analyzed strong points and weak points of suggested system.

본 연구는 노무중심의 전문건설업체의 경영성과지표와 건설경기지표와의 상관성 분석을 통해 노무중심의 전문건설업체의 대응전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 노무중심의 전문건설업체는 건설수주액이 유동자산회전율에 장기적으로 영향을 미치고 있다. 이는 인력확보를 위해 유동자산을 운용하고 있기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 즉, 노무중심의 전문건설업체는 특정 자재 혹은 장비에 대한 확보가 아닌 근로자의 수급에 초점을 맞추고 있기 때문에, 원활한 인력수급을 위해 유동부채 해결을 위한 유동자산을 운영하여 매출액 증가를 도모하기 때문인 것으로 판단된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze alcohol drinking cessation programs to promote health status for workers on worksites. Method: Data were collected from the excellent 10 cases which were selected from "competition of health promotion programs on worksites" from 1999 to 2007 held by Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Result: There were three main alcohol drinking cessation programs on worksites: health education, individual health services to change life style, and formation of supportive environments. Health education and individual health services were intervened in nine worksites. Building supportive environments for alcohol drinking cessation were implemented in 10 worksites. The most popular indicators for program evaluation were health diagnosis and percentage of alcohol drinkers. Problems to implement alcohol drinking cessation programs were low voluntary participation of labors, difficulty of applying programs to labors that had a shift duty, and complexity to evaluate the effectiveness of alcohol cessation programs due to deficits of standard instruments. Conclusion: These findings suggest that many worksites did not have alcohol drinking cessation programs and also these programs were not implemented effectively. Thus, employers, professionals and policy makers of occupational health should develop and support effective alcohol drinking cessation programs for l workers on worksites.

This study investigates the virtual reality (VR) simulation to train construction workers for modular construction. Recently, the construction industry has been experiencing a growing demand for modular construction due to a shortage of labors and an increasing social need for safety. While the demand for modular construction has been increasing, construction labors suffer a basic knowledge regarding modular construction. The users of the simulation, developed by Unity program and Oculus Quest 2, experience the removal of hazardous elements at the location whether the modular unit suspended by a crane is lowered, the lowering and assembly of units through crane operation, and the fall from the roof which is the most frequent accidents in modular construction. The simulation was tested by 15 subjects. The effectiveness of the education was measured through a survey on self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, usability, and presence. It was found that the VR training is suitable for educating on the modular construction activities and safety issues related to them. This study also found that perceived usefulness is the factor that has the greatest impact on self-efficacy. This study can contribute to resolving the labor education issues for the deployment of modular construction.

콜센터 정보시스템에서 상담원은 고객과의 상호작용에서 매우 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 이러한 정보시스템을 효과적으로 유용하게 사용할 때 상담원의 업무 스트레스가 줄고, 이는 상담원의 감정노동을 감소시켜 개인과 조직의 성과를 향상시키는 결과로 이어진다. 최근 감정노동에 대한 논의가 활발하지만, 대표적인 감정노동 직군인 콜센터 상담원을 대상으로 한 상담원과 고객응대에 필수적인 정보시스템 간의 상호작용 효과에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항공사 콜센터 정보시스템품질이 기대일치에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 기대일치와 자기효능감이 감정노동성과에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지 규명하고자 하였다. 콜센터 상담원 436명을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 이들에게 양질의 정보시스템을 제공할 때 직무에 대한 만족도와 자부심이 높아지고, 이는 감정노동의 강도를 낮추어 궁극적으로 서비스성과를 향상하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 항공사 콜센터 정보시스템 운영과 관련한 조직의 의사결정자에게 성공적인 콜센터 정보시스템 도입 및 확장을 위한 실무지침을 제공했다. 둘째, 본 연구에서 제안한 측정모형을 항공사 정보시스템에 적용 및 분석해 봄으로써 시스템 사용에 대한 점검 및 진단을 수행 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 이론적으로 구축된 항공사 콜센터 정보시스템과 측정모형에 대하여 측정항목 간 인과관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 콜센터 정보시스템의 성과측정을 위한 확고한 전략적 안목을 제시하였다.

This study tried to know the chang of lifestyle and the factors causing of lifestyle change by the outcome of oriental medical examination for labors in one of the automobile factories in Jeon Buk area. The results will be helpful to the effective health care for the labors in factory. Oriental medical examination was done 22 times from May 20 to June 19, 2002. The numbers of labor who received oriental medical examination were 531, and 300 questionnaires among them were collected. The results were as follows: 1) General characteristics of examinee for oriental medical examination; total 300 labors, high percentage in age range $31{\sim}45$ years old, mostly married, high percentage of high school in completion of study. High percentages in drinking, smoking, and working hour were less than 1 time per week, non-smoking, and above 10 hours, respectively. High percentages in working year and salary were $11{\sim}15$ years. 2) The degree of lifestyle change by the oriental medical examination had the highest score with consult of oriental medicine doctor, and the lowest score was from moire typography result. 3) The degree of lifestyle change by medical examination was highly influenced by the subject characteristics that were less than 1 time per week for drinking, non-smoking, and less than 10 years of working year. 4) For the lifestyle change by the cognition of subject, the subjects who had high confidence for oriental medical examination, high recognition for oriental medical examination's requirement, high concern for health. effective cognition for early detection of disease, had high degree of lifestyle change. 5) The variables that cause lifestyle change in Sasang constitutional analysis result were early detection of disease, type of smoking, working year, moire typography result, interview for health. The variables that cause lifestyle change in moire typography result were type of drinking, ages, working year, consult for health, moire typography result. The variables that cause lifestyle change in interview with oriental medicine doctor were constitutional analysis and moire typography result.

본 연구는 공공도서관 사서의 감정노동수준이 직무만족 및 도서관정보서비스 제공수준에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 것이다. 감정노동수준을 독립변수로, 직무만족과 도서관정보서비스 제공수준을 종속변수로, 조직문화를 조절변수로 설정하였다. 서울시 공공도서관 사서 220명을 무작위로 선정하여 인터넷으로 설문지를 배포하여 수거하였고, SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도 분석, 상관계수분석, 다중회귀분석, 조절회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 공공도서관 사서는 이용자에게 자신의 감정을 표현하는 것을 좋아하지 않고, 실제 감정과는 다르게 더 긍정적으로 표현하고자 함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 사서들은 감정노동을 경험하지만, 업무를 수행하는 데 있어 오히려 성취감을 느끼고, 하고 있는 일에 대해 자랑스럽고 기쁘게 생각하게 된다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이는 자신이 하는 일이 전문적인 일이라는 인식이 강하므로, 감정노동을 경험해도 그것을 극복해야 하며, 그렇게 함으로써 직무에 대한 긍지를 가질 수 있다. 셋째, 사서들은 감정노동을 경험하게 되더라도, 합리적인 직무평가가 목표를 가지고 실시되고, 직원들 간의 관계가 좋다면 업무에 있어 성취감을 높일 수 있다. 또한 직원의 평가가 실적위주이더라도, 사서들은 이용자가 그들의 서비스에 만족하고, 그 서비스 수준이 적절하다면, 봉사 정신을 높일 수 있다.

이 연구에서는 광주지역에 거주하는 외국인 근로자들을 대상으로 하여 그들이 일상생활에서 겪게 되는 다양한 정보요구(need)들에는 어떤 것들이 있는지 알아보고 이를 해결해 나가는 과정에서의 정보추구행태를 파악하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 한국어교육, 임금, 가족과 관련한 정보요구가 많았으며, 다양한 정보원들을 이용하여 정보요구를 해결해 나갔다. 정보원은 대체로 접근이 용이하고 친근하다고 느끼는 것과 모국어로 되어 있는 것을 주로 이용하였고 스스로 이해할 수 있는 정보를 선호하였다.

Since the profess of the reformation and opening Policy in 1978, China has been outstandingly developed its economy and increased the real scale of its economy 4 times as big as before, and is expected to rise as a superpower holding in check U.S.A even in economy as well as politics, military affairs and diplomacy in the 21st century. In this position, China has constantly tried to join WTO since 1986, as an effort to gain a status in the international society. It hsa been making various economic reformations to provoke a crustal movement in its own economy such as tariffs lowering measurement for the almost whole items, remove of restriction of import items, lowering the refunding rate of over deposit tax and annihilation of the special treatments for the foreign investment. In short, recently Chinese government is cutting down the special treatments for the foreign capital enterprises and changing the policy to the direction of gradually reinforcing the control, so it requires that our enterprises trying to advance and invest in China have to consider these carefully. Investment in China of our enterprises become serious since 1990 is focused on such labor intensive industries as textiles, sewing and shoes which lost the competitive power due to the wage increase. Particularly, Pusan economy having played the role of locomotive for Korean economy in the past developing period has been weakened in the competitiveness and not yet activated in 1990s. In terms of this, the enterprises engaged in such typical industries of Pusan as shoes, textiles and sewing have borne much fruit from the investment in China with abundant and cheap labors. However, from a few years the enterprises in Pusan invested in China due to the cheap labors and rich resources and invested in China have suffered much troubles and failures more and more resulted from the advancement without sufficient previous knowledge and information related to the investment including investment environment. Therefore, at the time of advancement in China, Korean enterprises should make their decision related to the investment, after taking these investment environment into account previously to a full extent and making an investment strategy.

음성 DB는 음성학, 음성인식, 음성합성 등을 연구할 때 가장 기본적으로 필요한 요소이다. 음성 DB의 양과 질이 개발하고자하는 시스템의 성능을 좌우한다고 할 정도로 음성 DB의 중요성 및 역할은 막중하다. 최근 음성포탈을 비롯한 다양한 전화 서비스 기술의 발달로 인하여 전화 음성 DB 수집의 필요성이 시급한 상황이다. 기존 CTI 분야의 IVR 애플리케이션 전화음성 DB 수집 시스템은 C/C++언어나 전용 개발 도구를 사용하여 이루어져 왔으며, 이로 인하여 각 응용서비스간 자원의 재활용이 어려운 실정이며 많은 인력과 시간을 필요하다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 그러나, VoiceXML의 전화 음성 DB 수집시스템은 XML에 내포된 태그형식을 갖는 언어로써 쉽고, 간단한 문법체계를 가지고 있어 조금만 노력을 기울이면 손쉽게 작성할 수 있어 인력과 시간을 절약할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 단지 웹서버에 연결된 DB의 내용만을 변경함으로써 다양한 전화 음성 DB를 수집할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 음성인식이나 음성합성 등 음성정보처리기술의 개발에 가장 중요한 요소인 음성 DB를 Voiceful을 사용하여 전화 음성 DB를 수집하는 시스템을 소개한다.
