Background: Occupational health services are not available for more than 80% of the global workforce. This pertains especially to informal workers, workers in agriculture and in small enterprises, and self-employed. Many are working in hazardous conditions. The World Health Organization, the International Labor Organization, the International Commission on Occupational Health, and the World Organization of Family Doctors promote as part of a solution, basic occupational health services (BOHS) integrated in primary or community health care. Quality information on this topic is difficult to find. The objective of this study is to develop an open access bibliography, a repository, referring to publications on BOHS and similar innovations, to support progress and research. Methods: The database design and sustaining literature searches (PubMed, Google Scholar, SciELO) are described. For each publication selected, basic bibliographic data, a brief content description considering copyright restrictions, and a hyperlink are included. Results: Searches resulted in a database containing 189 references to publications on BOHS such as articles in scientific journals, reports, policy documents, and abstracts of lectures. A global perspective is applied in 43 publications, a national or regional perspective is applied in 146 publications. Operational and evaluative research material is still scarce. Examples of references to publications are shown. Conclusion: The repository can inspire pioneers by showing practices in different countries and can be used for reviews and in-depth analyses. Missing publications such as from China, Russia, Japan, Republic of Korea, and Spanish/Portuguese speaking countries, can be added in the future, and translated. Search functions can be developed. International collaboration for the promotion of occupational health coverage for all workers must be intensified.
The globalization of services is closely related to other economic problems facing the world today. These are: 1) the globalization of economic activities, 2) the servicization of economic activities. The world economy is now move interconnected than at any time in its history. Investment decisions, production processes, labor market regulations and even environmental legislation made by one country or company affect other economies, other companies and the lives of individuals. In fact, it is nearly impossible to think of a country that is not connected to the world economy in some form or another and it is no exaggeration to state that globalization is already an unassailable fact. The fabric of our economy and the way we do business are changing. This change is the transformation from a marketplace on goods to one focused on services. That is to say, we live and work in a service-centered, service-sensitive economy. As a result of the globalization an servicization of economic activities, services require the globalization, and services are increasing their international trade, foreign investment, agreements, alliances, mergers and collaboration networks. It is quite obvious that services are affected by globalization ; but raising the question by how much leads us to the paradox of service globalization, services represent 70% of the most advances economies but only account for less than 25% of international trade and almost half of direct investment; mergers and takeovers. These figures create a paradox that can be explained by two reasons. First; the natural(the service relationship) and artificial difficulties(barriers to trade) faced by the service sector that inhibits globalization. Second, the non-inclusion in official statistics of the share of internationalized goods that are due to services, for example intra-firm trade or the service value incorporated into exported goods. If these were taken into account the service trade figures would be extremely different. The first explanation can be subdivided into a number of elements. The OECD identifies six reasons:services cannot be stored; client-supplies interaction requires local presence; most service firms are SEMs; products are highly differentiated; cultural differences are especially important in this field; and, finally, trade barriers and restrictions on local operations exist. However, despite all of this, globalization produces clear advantages to suppliers. Therefore, the objective of this study is to explore the main forms of service globalization and differences between that of goods, and is to identify distinctive aspects of service globalization within the framework of the global economy.
If see disaster administration system of our country, start in terms of is coping by countermeasure after four immediately after disaster occurrence many problems blessing with a sons by tribe and so on of link nature between formation, disaster administration complete charge utensil's absence, disaster charge manpower and budget be indicated and join. If examine improvement way accordingly, is as following ; Necessity of synthetic disaster administration system, Fire fighting formation's independence guarantee, Integration of fire fighting connection similarity business, Disaster administration's permanent establishment complete charge utensil's necessity, Disaster administration midautumn complete charge utensil at a metropolitan autonomous fire fighting system reorganization, Role division of labor between center and local government, Disaster administration professional human strength positivity, Disaster administration information system construction practical use, Equipment and improvement of budget state, Education public information for safety culture consciousness fixing, Internationalization of fire fighting business, globalization propulsion, Structure, member of rescue confrontation system and efficiency. Fire fighting environment is changing greatly, and fire fighting must become center to correspond to do confrontation that do one thing troble when produce disaster.
Abundant hard-working and well-educated human resources were the important sources of the spectacular economic success during the last decades. In contrast to the past sources of economic growth during the 1970's when labor and capital along with economies of scale were the dominant factors (the university has played an important role in the national economic success by supplying quality labour and intellectual talent.), the level of science, technological innovation and capital inputs will be of vital importance for future economic growth in Korea. The balance of payments in technology transfer together with the current state of R & D activities has been reviewed and some of the issues and problems underlying the university system that tend to hinder research in collaboration with research institutes and industries have been outlined. Serious imbalance in the allocation of research funds among research sectors was identified as the most serious problem to be fixed. The importance of science and technology education in private universities for the enhancement of the national level of science and technology has been re-examined. Also research and development in engineering and technical services has been emphasized. In conclusion, ways to bolster the role of universities in the research environment in cooperation with industry and research institutes have been suggested.
The B$\'{e}$k$\'{e}$sy audiometer is used to determine not only hearing threshold but also assumption of recruit phenomenon and cause of disease. However, current B$\'{e}$k$\'{e}$sy audiometer takes an operational model, so called face-to-face model, in which model one audiometrist can assess only one subject at a time. As a result, the face-to-face model leads to high audiometrist's labor cost and long waiting time when there exist many subjects. To improve such weakness, this paper extends PC based B$\'{e}$k$\'{e}$sy audiometer to support client/server model in which model one audiometrist enables to concurrently access several subjects. As providing capabilities such as real-time transfer of assessment result, video monitoring of subject and video chat, the same effect as face-to-face model but overcomes weakness of face-to-face model.

RFID is rising as a means which recognizes products efficiently and correctly. The use of RFID technology can reduce the expense of excess stocktaking, forgery, labor and improve supply network. RFID technology uses RF to recognize the products. EPC, a small tag, is attached to each product, which includes specific product information. Each EPC is only one and can recognize each product. If EPC tag moves to a specific location, the reader reads the tag, the data of which get to be stored in EPC information service, a data storage system. All services can approach EPC information service through web and whenever users demand services, they are provided with the data they want. This study shows an inventory control system is implemented by EPC information service.
There is growing evidence that professional work is changing as a result of the application of information technology (IT). However, the impact of information technology on professional work has produced mixed results. Our paper considers the source of these mixed results through a greater analytical attention paid to the nature of professional work. Defined as work involving expertise expressed through abstract and formalized knowledge as well as extensive working knowledge, the professional work logic assumes the greatest autonomy and discretion for workers in collectively controlling work characteristics-division of labor and its permanence, control over education, and control over new entrants and the monitoring and disciplining of existing members. The impact of IT on professional work will be difficult to control and predict without considering the assumptions and tensions within and across the three major types of work logics (Professional, Market and Bureaucratic). Using healthcare as an example, the paper provides various propositions for researching the initiation and effects of ICT design through these three work logics. These propositions illustrate the active role that IS researchers can take in researching an important economic and work-related topic, professional work, and in understanding how ICT affects work-related expertise.
The study suggests a contract model of application operation through case study of A bank's IT outsourcing application contract based on workload. The IT outsourcing order form has a problem in that the scope of work is ambiguous due to the integration of operation and maintenance. In this study, application operation and maintenance were separated by referring to application operation history provided in ISO/IEC15504-5 standard. The scope of the IT outsourcing service was clarified by organizing the definition and detail activities of the application operation business. Application operation contract method has generally applied estimation method by the number of input manpower and period by agreement between buyer and client. As there is no activity to calculate the number of input manpower based on the operational work history and based on the standard workload per activity. In this case is not guaranteed due to the simple agreement between the contractors. In this paper, we propose an application operating cost estimation model that measures the size of the operating software using function point analysis that is the basis of application operation tasks. In order to verify the validity of the application operation cost model, we verified the correlation between the application size and the labor cost through regression analysis using SPSS.

Fabrication of the hull plate demands a lot of man-hour and a high degree of technology. In recent years, commercial shipping orders have been fallen because of intensifying competition with low price of order and labor cost. In order to solve this problem, a countermeasure such as a cost reduction is required. In this study, we are dealing with the method of supplying the forming information of the hull to the production site. We reviewed studies of hull forming that have been proposed so far to develop a method for providing hull forming information. On the basis of given production plans from the production site of shipyard, we discuss how to convert shell plate to production plan. Then, we will discuss the efficiency of the distribution method through the network about the method of hull forming. Thus, we have modified the distribution method which was proposed before. Finally, we will introduce the enhanced method for providing fabrication information of the hull plate to the small and medium-sized shipyards.
A criminal liability of the divisional medical-institution is faced a new aspect in the connection with development of the medical techonology. Especially, a division of labor in the medical-institution in Korea will be greatly increased in the foreseeable future. A general hospital will be frequently confronted with sofisticated techniques such as MRI, CT-screen. Accordings to the nature of its functions, a general hospital may make accommodation or services or both available for patients who give undertakings (or for whom undertakings are given) to pay, in respect of the accommodation or services (or both) such charges as the government may determine. It shall be the duty of the government to develop, promote and regulate a criminal liability of the divisional medical-institution. Above all, the government shall have to determine the standard of a criminal liability of the medical-institution in the horizontal specialization and the vertical specialization. But, the court may give finally by directions the standard of the criminal liability of the divisional medical-institution.
