국내 중소·벤처기업의 중국진출 경영위험요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Management Risk Factors of Korean Firms in China)

  • 본 논문에서는 계층화 분석법(AHP)을 활용하여 중국진출 중소·벤처기업의 경영위험요인의 중요도와 우선순위에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 보면 제조기업의 경영위험요인의 중요도는 인건비 상승, 치열한 시장경쟁, 인사관리 문제, 재료비 상승 순으로 나타났다. 제조품목별 분석결과를 보면, 전자제품의 경우는 인건비 상승과 더불어 조세정책 변화가 주요요인으로, 화학제품은 환경보호법 강화가 중요한 요인으로, 자동차부품의 경우에는 인건비 상승외에 재료비 상승 또한 주요 위험관리요인으로 분석되었다. 중국 진출시기별로는 1990년대 진출한 기업은 치열한 시장경쟁 및 조세정책 변화가 주요 위험요인으로, 2000년대 진출한 기업의 경우 재료비 상승 등이 인건비 상승 외에 중요한 관리요인으로 분석되었다.

공동주택 건설공사에서 공종별 실투입 노무비율의 추이분석 (Trend Analysis of Labor Input Ratios by Work Types in Apartment Housing Constructions)

  • 공동주택에 대하여, 2000년 이후 건설한 대상 실적 중 25개 현장에 골조. 미장, 내장, 설비, 전기 통신, 기타의 공종별로 구분하여 월별 노무량의 투입실적의 자료를 수집하였다. 이를 100%기간으로 표준화 된 공기로 변환하여 공종별로 구분하여 노무량 비율로 환산하여 노무비율의 흐름을 분석한 결과 다음과 같이 결론을 도출하였다. (1) 노무비율의 크기는 골조공사 38.25%, 미장공사 5.10%, 내장공사 5.67%, 기계설비공사 9.10%, 전기 통신공사 8.76%, 기타공사 33.12%로 골조공사가 가장 크다. (2) 노무비율이 투입 되는 피크 시기는 52.5%월부터 62.5%월까지이고 3.6%의 노무비율이었다. (3). %월별로 골조공사가 가장 큰 시기는 35%월이고 이때 %월당 2.12% 투입 노무비율이었다. 골조공사가 마무리가 시작되는 65%월부터 80%월에 서로 다른 공종간의 상호 간섭이 가장 큰 시기였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공동주택 건설공사에서 공종별로 가장 큰 혼잡도가 높은 시기를 알려주고 있으며, 이 시기의 집중 공정관리 하는 것이 성공적인 프로젝트 수행에 필수적인 사항이 된다.

  • Despite very good reputation that Korean construction industrial firms had enjoyed until early 1990's in overseas markets, their participation abroad drastically declined after the delivery of two(2) million unit-housing project in the early 1990's and the foreign currency crisis that took place in the late 1990's. The revival of booming construction industry in domestic market is far beyond the expectation due to the long recession of the construction economy and government's severe restriction against real estate development. Under such crucial circumstances, the construction industrial firms' strategy to survive is the more active business promotion in overseas markets. However, the Korean construction industrial firms have to abandon the labor intensive strategy, through that they have enjoyed until the early 1990's, and turn to management oriented strategy which may be a new prosperous horizon and a new challenge as well, because the labor cost of newly developing countries is much more competitive. The aim of this study is to suggest how to cope with current market situations through a chronological survey based on the cost data prevailed during four decades from the 1960's until the 1990's in overseas markets.

An Integration of TAM and D&M Model in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Kuwait

  • This study based on TAM and D&M model to examine the Kuwaiti employee performance using the electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) in the Ministry of social affairs and labor. Additionally, this study has proposed the moderating effect of work cooperation on employee performance Data of 345 employees were collected from Ministry of social affairs and labor in Kuwait. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to analyze the data. Results indicated that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive influence on employee performance. However, findings do not support the relationship between system usage and user satisfaction. Additionally, the results show that there is a significant positive moderating effect of work cooperation. This research provides strong evidence for defining the key factors affecting system usage but also in view of its limits. It should be evaluated. Not all the factors affecting the intentions of end-users to use EDRMS have been fully covered. There are major variables, for example, facilitating state and perceived compatibility are important factors that can be covered in future research. This research is an addition to the current literature and the first attempt in this area to the best of authors' knowledge.

보건소 종사자의 감정노동과 직무소진이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (Relationships among Emotional Labor, Burnout, and Organizational Effectiveness of Employees in Public Health Centers)

  • Purpose: This study examines the relationship among emotional labor, job burnout and organizational effectiveness of public healthcare center workers. In specific, authors focus on the relationships between emotional labor and job burnout and the one between job burnout and organizational effectiveness and mediating effect of job burnout between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. Methods: For the empirical analysis, survey was conducted of workers in the public healthcare center, and 502 final data was secured after eliminating the insufficient ones, which were used in the statistical analysis. Results: Emotive effort showed to have a positive effect on organizational effectiveness, however emotive dissonance showed to have a negative effect on organizational effectiveness. Emotive effort showed to reduce the level of all job burnouts while emotive dissonance showed to increase the level of all job burnouts. All job burnout showed to have negative effects on organizational effectiveness. Job burnout showed to have mediating effect between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. Conclusion: Emotive efforts of emotional labor has positive impact on organizational effectiveness while emotive dissonance has negative impact on organizational effectiveness overall. Therefore, public healthcare center should try to seek for proper way to reduce job burnout of workers, because job burnout functions as mediating element between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness.

명목임금의 경직성과 고용변동성 (Nominal Wage Rigidity and Employment Volatility)

  • Using Korean Labor and Income Panel Study data, this paper estimates nominal wage rigidity in Korea by industry from 2005 to 2017 and evaluates the level of inefficiency of Korean labor market. And, after estimating employment volatility by industry using the Labor Force Survey at Establishments data for Korea, we combine the nominal wage rigidity and the employment volatility estimates and analyze the effect of nominal wage rigidity on employment volatility in Korea from 2011 to 2017. If the level of wage rigidity is high, it may be hard for the labor market to be in the equilibrium, and therefore, the market may have inefficiency. We find that the inefficiency of the labor market in Korea have increased from 2005 to 2017 and the industry of accommodation and food service activities has the highest level of inefficiency over the period. We also find that one-percent-point increase in wage rigidity increases employment volatility by 2.3-2.9 percent and the positive effect is bigger for workers with part-time and temporary jobs. The result implies that firms may adjust their labor costs by changing the number of casual workers, rather than permanent workers, when the labor market suffers from a high level of wage rigidity.

다자통상제상 노동·환경 이슈의 무역 규범화에 관한 연구: 수산분야를 중심으로 (Linking trade to labor and environmental issues in the multilateral trading system with a focus on the fisheries sector)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze environmental and labor issues and related norms, which are new trade issues that are expanding in bilateral and multilateral trade agreements, and examine the possible impact of these norms on domestic fisheries policies. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, literature research was used as the main research methods. The comparative analysis of international norms and multilateral trade agreements texts related to the environment, labor and trade were conducted. Findings - The new trade norms in the fisheries sector can be represented by labor and environment issues. Since domestic environmental and labor standards do not fully meet the standards of the multilateral trade agreements, it is necessary to ensure that domestic norms are supplemented and relevant policies are newly established through a review of international law on environment and labor. Research implications or Originality - This study confirmed that international norms related to labor and environment in the fisheries sector are mixed with soft norms and binding norms, and each norm is linked in a multi-layered and mutual way. Such international norms are being strengthened in connection with trade agreements and issues.

지주막하강 수펜타닐과 뷰피바케인의 혼합 투여가 분만 제 1 기 산모의 진통 효과에 미치는 영향 (The Analgesic Efficacy and Side Effects of Subarachnoid Sufentanil-Bupivacaine on Parturients in Advanced Labor)

  • Background : Previous studies have proven beneficial in labor analgesia to use subarachnoid sufentanil(alone or with adjuvant) on parturients in early first stage of labor. We designed this prospective study to evaluate analgesic efficacy and side effects of subarachnoid sufentanil plus bupivacaine in women with cervical dilatation of 7 cm greater. Methods : This was an open-label, nonrandomized trial of 32 parturients in late first stage labor who requested labor analgesia. After signing the consent form each patient received subarachnoid sufentanil (10 ${\mu}g$) and bupivacaine (2.5 mg). Patients were asked to rate their verbal pain score (0-10 scale) before regional anesthesia and 5 minutes after subarachnoid injection, and every 20 minutes thereafter until delivery or request for additional analgesia. Blood pressure, pruritus, Bromage motor block score, mode of delivery and need for supplemental analgesics were recorded. Results : Thirty women were included in the study. Mean pain scores (mean${\pm}$SD) were $8.7{\pm}1.0$ pre-spinal, $0.7{\pm}1.5$ 5 minutes post-injection, and remained less than 5 for 130 minutes after spinal injection. Of 30 patients, 24 had unassisted vaginal delivery, 4 instrumental vaginal delivery (vacuum), and 2 cesarean delivery. Of 28 patients who delivered vaginally, 19 did not require supplemental analgesics and had a delivery pain score of 5 or lower. Blood pressure decreased in three patients after spinal analgesia (p<0.05), which necessitated treatment. The Bromage motor block score was 0 in 26 patients and 1 in 4 patients. Pruritus was noted in 22 patients. Conclusion : Subarachnoid sufentanil-bupivacaine provides rapid analgesia for an effective duration of approximately 130 minutes in parturients in late first stage of labor.

미취학 자녀를 둔 취업모의 경제활동 중단 의향 (Intentions of Employed Mothers with Young Children to Leave the Labor Force)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the contexts in which employed mothers with young children consider leaving the labor force. We used a mixed methods design, which integrates the findings of quantitative and qualitative analyses, to better understand the dynamics underlying employed mothers' intentions to leave the labor force. The participants of both quantitative (N = 324) and qualitative (N = 16) data were married mothers who were employed full-time and had at least one child younger than elementary-school age at the time of data collection. Both the quantitative analysis of logistic regression and the qualitative thematic analysis revealed that the child's age, the husband's income, the utilization of child care by relatives, the mother's job involvement, family-to-work role conflict, and other costs and rewards of participation in the work force were the important contexts where employed mothers considered leaving the labor force. The quantitative analysis uniquely found that being employed at a workplace with flexible work hours were associated with lower odds of considering exit from the labor market. The qualitative analysis highlighted that the decision to leave the labor force or to stay in it is a complicated issue that almost all employed mothers potentially face at some point in their careers. These findings suggest that policy support is warranted to help employed mothers with young children remain in the workforce when they wish to.

서울종합방재센터 상황실 재난상황관리능력 제고 방안 - 서울특별시 소방공무원 교육훈련을 중심으로 (A Study for Enhancing Disaster Operations Management at Seoul Emergency Operations Center - Focused on the Education and Training for Firefighters of Seoul)

  • 연구목적: 서울종합방재센터 재난상황실 재난상황관리능력 제고를 위해서 조직몰입을 높이는 사회적 지원을 구성하는 하위차원의 체계적인 관리적 접근을 제기하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구방법: 감정노동을 독립변수로, 조직몰입을 종속변수로 하여 사회적 지원의 매개효과를 분석하였으며, 이에 근거해 재난상황관리 조직몰입을 제고시키기 위한 방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과: 조직지원 차원에서, 재난상황관리업무 객관적 평가, 재난상황관리 감정노동 완화 교육훈련 프로그램 개발, 재난상황관리 모니터링을 통해 상황관리 업무품질 개선과 업무 불균형 완화, 재난상황관리 직원의 업무 동기부여 및 보상책 마련, 재난상황실 소방공무원 감정노동 해결을 위한 체계적 업무 관리를 위해 재난상황 분석실 설치, 현재 상황관리 총괄팀과 재난상황관리 총괄운영 관리자, 재난상황관리 정보 분석가 및 개발자를 전문성을 갖춘 인재 충원이 필요하다. 둘째 관리자 지원 차원에서 역량있는 소방공무원 선발, 재난상황실 소방공무원에 대한 체계화된 단계별 감정노동에 대한 치유대책 마련, 감정노동 소방공무원을 위한 관리자의 상담역량을 갖추어야 한다. 결론: 재난상황실 재난상황관리능력 제고를 위해서는 사회적 지원에 기반한 조직몰입 제고를 위한 교육훈련프로그램의 개발이 이루어져야 한다.
