작업장 혁신이 경영성과와 근로여건 개선에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Workplace Innovation on Business Performance and Labor Condition Improvement)

  • 본 연구는 작업장 혁신이 경영성과와 근로여건 개선에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 작업과정 혁신과 경영혁신 프로그램 활용 정도가 높을수록 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 세부적으로 작업과정 표준화와 품질 통제는 노동생산성 제고, 납품기한 단축, 생산 및 서비스 품질 제고에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 인력 절감, 개인도급 활용 축소, 비핵심 사업부문 사내하청 및 외주확대 노력은 경영성과와 근로여건 개선(노동강도 감소 및 근로자내 소득격차 감소) 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 노동조합 참여도가 높을수록 작업과정 혁신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 더 분명해지는 조절효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구는 작업장 혁신이 경영성과와 근로여건 개선에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 작업장 혁신의 효과를 종합적으로 분석하고, 근로자 개인의 차원까지 연구범위를 넓힌 데에 연구의 의의가 있다.

사회복지사 처우 및 지위향상을 위한 지방자치단체 조례분석 (Analysis of Ordinance for Labor Conditions Improvement of Social Worker)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지사 등의 처우 및 지위향상을 위해 제정된 지방자치단체 조례분석을 통하여 사회복지종사자 등을 위한 조례제정의 발전적 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 2013년 7월까지 현재 지방자치단체가 제정 또는 입법예고한 조례 42건을 대상으로 조례의 각 항목을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조례의 구성내용 분석결과 조례의 목적, 적용대상, 지자체장의 책무, 실태조사, 지원계획 수립, 처우개선 등 사업은 42개 지방자치단체 조례에 동일하게 제시 되었다. 반면에 처우개선위원회, 포상은 없는 지방자치단체가 상당히 많았다. 둘째, 사회복지종사자 처우개선 수준에 대한 명확한 기준을 제시하지 않는 조례가 많아서, 보건복지부 사회복지종사자 인건비기준 혹은 사회복지전담공무원 수준 등으로 사회복지종사자 처우개선 수준을 명확히 제시해야 한다. 셋째, 사회복지사 처우개선을 위해 실태조사 기간이 명확치 않으며 처우개선을 논의하기 위한 조직과 지원체계가 명확치 않았다. 따라서 사회복지종사자 처우수준에 대한 실태조사 기간을 명시하며 주기적으로 실태를 파악하도록 하고, 사회복지종사자 처우개선 위원회 등을 조직하여 지원계획을 수립하고 이행할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

  • The safety & health can not be accomplished by only one side's effort of labor and management. To establish high level of occupational safety & health system, we have to recognize the extent of participance and need to study about how to keep the labor-management cooperation in good condition. The purpose of this paper is to make better suggestions such as how to improve the labor-management cooperation and how to establish the efficient occupational safety & health law through studying the labor-management cooperation system in the occupational safety & health.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of labor during the marriage by estimating the total labor-time of husband and wife and to prove the contribution of labor-time to household. The statistical life-time research data of Bureau of Statistics were used to prove the overwork of wives compared with husbands during the marriage. The result of the study can help to prove the wife's contribution of labor-time to household.

가사노동의 성격에 대한 연구-노동력재생산을 중심으로 (A study on the domestic labor-with emphasis on the reproduction of labor power)

  • The purpose of this study is to contribute to the theoretical understanding of the nature of domestic labor in relation to the capitalist economic system. In this study I adopted the reproduction of labor for the analytical term. Also I owed theoretical basis to the political economy to analyze the relation between domestic labor and capitalist economy. The family is a very important place which functions to maintain and change both the present and future labor what is called the reproduction of labor power. It also has a close relationship with the total society. The reproduction of labor power is divided by 'gender division of labor' which allocates the responsibility to one gender(women) and exempts it to another gender(men). In conclusion the domestic labor is the very basis of capitalist economy and it is also the preliminary condition to its system. SO we can fully understand the capitalist economy with the 'visible' labor part and the 'invisible' domestic labor part inc usively. And we can also understand the interrelationship between family and labor market which constitutes one economic system and fuctions in it.

  • 건설산업은 노동집약적 산업으로 단위작업마다 작업자가 작업을 얼마나 효율적으로 수행했는가에 따라 노동생산성은 큰 영향을 받으며 노동생산성 향상을 위해 작업여건(work condition)이 관리되어야 한다. 작업여건은 자재, 장비, 타 작업간섭, 작업장 안전 등 작업자의 작업수행과정에 영향을 미치는 요소들로서, 작업의 특성에 따라 작업여건을 구성하는 요소들의 종류는 다양하다. 또한 작업여건들은 현장관리조직의 작업관리 행위 즉 작업관리방식에 의해 제어될 수 있다. 하지만 작업관리방식이 작업여건에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것은 학계 및 산업차원에서 많은 사람들에게 인식되고 있지만 이를 정량적으로 검증하기 위한 노력은 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 국내 건설현장에서 활용되고 있는 작업관리방식이 작업여건에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 검증하는 것이다.

조기진통 임부의 조산 발생 영향요인: 전향적 코호트 연구 (Risk Factors for Premature Birth among Premature Obstetric Labor Women: A Prospective Cohort Study)

  • Purpose: To identify risk factors for premature birth among premature obstetric labor women. Methods: Participants were 129 hospitalized women who were diagnosed with potential premature obstetric labor with 20 weeks to 37 weeks of gestation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, $x^2$ test, t-test, and binary logistic regression. Results: Of 129 women, 78(60.5%) gave premature birth and 51 (39.5%) gave full-term birth. Risk factors for premature birth were education level (${\leq}$bachelor's degree), abnormal bowel condition (constipation or diarrhea), time firstly diagnosed with a premature obstetric labor (below 28 weeks of pregnancy), and multiple pregnancy. There were also increased risks of premature birth for participants with high level of anxiety and high level of prenatal stress. In social support, there was an increased risk of premature birth for participants with low level of social support. Conclusion: Prenatal nursing programs should consider not only psychosocial factors such as anxiety, prenatal stress, and social support, but also some general and obstetric factors such as education level, abnormal bowel condition, time firstly diagnosed with a premature obstetric labor, and multiple pregnancy to increase maternal and child health.

  • This paper grasped the labor productivity actual condition by the standard of per unit working hour and production about the main products of our country's industrial the main materials and could understand the average of our country's labor productivity as compared this with the labor productivity actual condition of Japan. As the point at issue of analitical result. 1. Low a matter of thinking about productivity. 2. Have a lot of difficult problem in an industrial part. 3. Have the point at issue on technical development and accumulation. 4. Have the point at issue on management. As a countermeasure about these. 1. must convert the way of use of industrial policy. 2. must make a housing development and special serialization of a small and medium enterprise. 3. must establish an organic technical development system. 4. must grope the policy of management rationalization.

기혼여성의 고용촉진을 위한 인력활용제도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Work Condition Systems for Labor Force Participation of Married Women)

  • This study aimed to analyze the attitudes which married women, who are employed or not, have to the four flexible work conditions; flexible working hours, home-based work, guarantee of reentering into the work place, and a certain allocation of women's labor force. Whether the married women were employed or not, they showed a favorable attitude to the four flexible work conditions. For the married women who were not employed, their age, education level, husband's occupation, their wanted income(if they have a job), and work experience were significant variables to affect the attitudes to each work condition. In contrast to above results, the attitudes to each work condition that the employed women had were significantly different according to more various variables including personal variables, child related variables, and work related variables. suggest that married women hoped the sex conscious systems would be introduced in the labor market.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of farm labor and to propose directions to define government policies. First, present condition of family and employed agricultural workforce is analyzed. Second, characteristics in demand of agricultural workforce are analyzed in the consideration of distinctive types of each entity such as crop area. Third, currently existing agricultural workforce employment mechanism is researched and analyzed. Fourth, the policies and system related to agricultural labor market that have already been in practice are analyzed and tasks and direction in establishing those policies are proposed. This study will be helpful for policy makers to understand the agricultural labor markets and to build the institutional system for labor market services.
