LTS로 명세화된 철도 신호제어용 프로토콜 검정 및 적합성시험 (Protocol Verification and Conformance Test for Rail Signal Control Protocol specified in LTS)

  • As a very important part in development of the protocol, verification and conformance test for protocol specification are complementary techniques that are used to increase the level of confidence in the system functions. as prescribed by their specifications. In this paper, we verify the safety and liveness properties of rail signal control protocol type 1 specified in LTS(Labeled Transition System) with model checking method, and experimentally prove that it is possible to check for the deadlock, livelock and rechability of the states and actions on LTS. We also propose a formal method on generation of conformance test cases using the concept of UIO sequences from verified protocol specification.

공업계 고등학교 실기 교육에서 동료지도법을 적용한 협동학습 수업 전략 (Instructional Strategy of Cooperative Learning Applied Peer Tutoring in the Practical Class of Technical High School)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 공업계 고등학교 실기교육에서 적용할 수 있는 협동학습 수업 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해서 관련 문헌을 검토하였고, 실기교육 내용의 재구성과 모형개발을 위해서 전문가와 면담을 하였다. 연구 결과 15단계로 구성된 협동학습 수업 전략 모형이 개발되었다. 이 모형은 전통적인 4단계 모형에 그 기반을 두고 있고, 이미 그 효과가 검증된 Jigsaw 모형과 STAD 모형, 그리고 LT 모형의 장점을 수용하였다. 개발된 모형의 특징은 학생들이 협동학습 과제를 완성하기 위해서 모든 팀 구성원들이 모듈로 구성되어 있는 학습안내서를 가지고 수업목표를 달성해야 하며, 자신들의 동료들을 가르쳐서 구성원 모두가 완전학습에 도달하도록 해야 한다. 이 수업전략 모형은 모듈식 학습안내서, 동료지도법, 그리고 협동학습이 유기적으로 연결되어 있어서 공업계 고등학교 학생들의 인지적 영역과 정의적 영역은 물론이고 기능적 영역의 수업목표를 효과적으로 달성할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

오수과(吳茱菓)가 PTU로 유발된 갑상선기능저하증 Rat의 갑상선기능 및 조직학적 변화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Evodiae fructus on Thyroid Function and Histological Modification in Hypothyroidism Rat Model Induced by PTU.)

  • Objective : Hypothyroidism is a syndrome characterized by symptoms such as cold intolerance, or weight gain. Because of side effects of Western medicine treatment, interest in oriental medicine has been increasing. In this study, we examined the therapeutic effects of Evodiae fructus and histological modification in hypothyroidism rat model induced by PTU(6-propyl, 2-thiouracil). Methods : After inducing hypothyroidism in the rats by PTU injections, we divided the rats into four groups, the Evodiae fructus 100 500, control, and $LT_4$ (levothyroxine) groups. After 2 weeks Evodiae fructus and $LT_4$ were administered, respectively. The weight was measured once a week. After sampling the blood for biochemical analysis to check the levels of $T_3$, $T_4$ and TSH, the thyroid tissue was removed, stained with H&E, and an image was obtained using an optical microscope. Results : Compared with normals, controls showed low $T_4$ and high TSH. The Evodiae fructus group showed a statistically meaningful $T_3$ increase to be dose related. But the levels of TSH showed no meaningful difference between the Evodiae fructus group and normals. About the biochemical tests(liver, kidney etc) and weight change, there was no meaningful difference between the Evodiae fructus group and controls. In the biopsy, the Evodiae fructus group showed thyroid tissue improvement compared to controls. Conclusions : These results show that Evodiae fructus stimulates the decreased functions of the thyroid, and also has thyroid cell protecting effects. The lab results also showed that Evodiae fructus is a safe substance that doesn't cause hepatotoxicity or nephrotoxicity. Therefore it is an effective substance in the treatment of hypothyroidism.

Carcass characteristics and meat quality of purebred Pakchong 5 and crossbred pigs sired by Pakchong 5 or Duroc boar

  • Objective: This study investigated carcass characteristics and meat quality of purebred Pakchong 5, crossbred pigs sired by Pakchong 5, and crossbred pigs sired by Duroc. Methods: Forty-eight pigs (average body weight of 22.25 kg) were composed of three groups as purebred Pakchong 5 (PP), Large $White{\times}Landrace$ pigs sired by Pakchong 5 (LWLRP), and Large $White{\times}Landrace$ pigs sired by Duroc (LWLRD). Each group consisted of eight gilts and eight barrows. At 109-day-raising period, pigs were slaughtered, and carcass characteristics were evaluated. Longissimus thoracis (LT) muscles from left side of carcasses were evaluated for meat quality and chemical composition. Data were analyzed using general linear model procedure, where group, sex, and their interaction were included in the model. Results: The PP had greater carcass, total lean, and ham percentages than crossbred pigs (p<0.05). LWLRP had thicker backfat and more carcass fat percentage than LWLRD (p<0.05). There were no differences (p>0.05) on cutting percentages from tender loin, loin, boston butt, and picnic shoulder among groups. The PP and LWLRP had larger loin eye area (LEA) than LWLRD (p<0.05). Gilts had more loin percentage and lower $L^*$ value than barrows (p<0.05). No meat color parameters ($L^*$, $a^*$, and $b^*$) were affected by groups (p>0.05). PP and LWLRP had larger muscle fiber diameters than LWLRD (p<0.05). However, water holding capacity, Warner-Bratzler shear force values, and chemical composition of LT were not affected by group or sex (p>0.05). Conclusion: Pakchong 5 purebred has good carcass and lean percentages. Compared to Duroc crossbred pigs, Pakchong 5 crossbreds have similar carcass and lean percentages, larger LEA, and slightly more carcass fat, with comparable meat quality and chemical composition. Pakchong 5 boars are more affordable for very small- to medium-scale pig producers.

6300 $\AA$ 대기광 자료 분석을 통한 고위도 열권 상부에서의 온도 변화 (A STUDY ON TEMPERATURE VARIATION OF THE UPPER THERMOSPHERE IN THE HIGH LATITUDE THROUGH THE ANALYSIS OF 6300 $\AA$ AIRGLOW DATA)

  • 열권 상부의 온도는 일반적으로 태양 활동에 따라 변화하며, 특히 고위도 지역에서는 지자기 활동에 의해서도 크게 변화된다. 본 연구에서는 장기간에 걸쳐 관측된 열권 온도를 이용하여 태양 활동 지수 및 지자기 활동 지수와의 상관 관계를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 온도 자료는 미시간 대학에서 운용하고 있는 그린랜드의 두 관측소인 Thule Air Base(76.6$^{\circ}$N, 68.4$^{\circ}$W, Λ = 86$^{\circ}$)와 Strømfjord (67.0$^{\circ}$N,50.9$^{\circ}$W, Λ - 74$^{\circ}$)에서 측정된 것으로 두 곳 모두 지리적 뿐만 아니라 지자기적으로도 고위도 지역에 위치하고 있다. 자료는 페브리-페로 간섭계를 이용하여 6300 $\AA$ 대기광을 관측한 것이며 관측기간은 Thule Air Base 관측소는 1986~1991년, Søndre Strømfjord 관측소는 1986~1994년이다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. (1)Thule 지역의 관측 온도와 태양 활동 지수와의 상관 관계는 3$\leq$Kp$\leq$4에서 가장 높게 나타나며 Søndre Strøfjord 지역의 상관 관계는 Kp 지수가 커질수록 증가함을 보인다. (2) 전반적인 온도는 고위도 지역인 Thule 지역에서 높지만, 태양 활동 지수 변화에 따른 온도 변화의 증가율은 Søndre Strømfjord 지역에서 더 크게 나타났다. (3) 겨울철 Thule 지역의 하루 온도 변화는 13-14 LT(LT=UT-4) 부근에 최대 온도를 가진 일일 주기(24hrs) 변화를 보이지만, 태양 활동이 미약한 경우에는 반일 주기 (12 hrs) 변화가 우세하게 나타났다. (4) 고층 대기분야에서 통용되는 MSIS86 모델과 VSH 모델은 여기서 분석된 관측치에 비해 전반적으로 낮은 온도를 예측하고 있으며, 이러한 차이는 특히 태양 활동이 증가함에 따라 더욱 심해짐을 보였다. 따라서 보다 많은 관측 자료를 이용한 새로운 열권 모델의 개발이 시급하다고 생각된다.

Growth Modelling of Listeria monocytogenes in Korean Pork Bulgogi Stored at Isothermal Conditions

  • The purpose of this study was to develop predictive models for the growth of Listeria monocytogenes in pork Bulgogi at various storage temperatures. A two-strain mixture of L. monocytogenes (ATCC 15313 and isolated from pork Bulgogi) was inoculated on pork Bulgogi at 3 Log CFU/g. L. monocytogenes strains were enumerated using general plating method on Listeria selective medium. The inoculated samples were stored at 5, 15, and $25^{\circ}C$ for primary models. Primary models were developed using the Baranyi model equations, and the maximum specific growth rate was shown to be dependent on storage temperature. A secondary model of growth rate as a function of storage temperature was also developed. As the storage temperature increased, the lag time (LT) values decreased dramatically and the specific growth rate of L. monocytogenes increased. The mathematically predicted growth parameters were evaluated based on the modified bias factor ($B_f$), accuracy factor ($A_f$), root mean square error (RMSE), coefficient of determination ($R^2$), and relative errors (RE). These values indicated that the developed models were reliably able to predict the growth of L. monocytogenes in pork Bulgogi. Hence, the predictive models may be used to assess microbiological hygiene in the meat supply chain as a function of storage temperature.

하악 임플랜트 유지형 피개의치의 안정성과 하악골 응력분포에 대한 3차원 유한요소법적 연구 (3D FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF OVERDENTURE STABILITY AND STRESS DISTRIBUTION ON MANDIBULAR IMPLANT-RETAINED OVERDENTURE)

  • Statement of problem: Recently there are on an increasing trend of using implants-especially in edentulous mandible of severly alveolar bone recessed. Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the displacement and stress distribution of various mandibular implant-retained overdenture models supported by two implants in interforaminal region under the occlusion scheme load. Material and method: FEA models were made by the 3D scanning of the edentulous mandibular dentiform. The three models were named as Model M1, M2, and M3 accord ing to the position of implants: M1, Lt. incisor area, M2, Canine area, and M3, 1st Premolar area. Inter-implant angulation model was named as M4. Conventional complete denture was named M5 and used as a control group. Ball implant and Gold matrice were used as a retentive anchors. The occlusion type loads were applied horizontally over each tooth. Results: 1. In mandibular implant retained overdenture Canine Protected Occlusion type load resulted in higher levels of stress to the implants and female matrices than other types of loads. 2. The overdenture model M1, with implants in lateral incisor areas resulted in lower stress concentration to the implants and female matrices than other models. 3. In mandibular implant retained overdenture the stresses of the implant and female matrice were lower in mesially inclined implant than these of parallel installed implant. Conclusion: Lateral incisor areas could be the best site for the implants in mandibular implant-retained overdenture. The mandibular implant retained overdenture models mentioned above showed to the lowest stress to the implants and female matrices.

국내 대형슈퍼의 개량확률모델에 관한 실증연구 (A Practical Study on the New Revenue Estimate Model Of SSM)

  • 소매업에 있어서 입지선정은 점포의 성패와 매우 밀접한 관계가 있는 핵심요인이기 때문에 출점 시 가장 중요하게 다루어져야 한다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 소매유통업계는 이러한 핵심적인 사항을 고려하지 않고 점포개발자들이 입지를 선정하기 위해 사용되는 상권분석 기법의 대부분은 단순통계자료와 느낌에 의존하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 점포 입지선정에 실패하는 주요 이유는 사업현장에서 종합적이고 체계적인 상권분석을 통한 점포출점이 이루어지지 못한데 있으며, 특히 슈퍼마켓 업계가 다른 소매업에 비해서 활용빈도가 현저히 낮은 편이다. 본 연구는 중대형 슈퍼마켓을 운영하는 업체가 점포 입지를 선택하기 위한 상권분석 시 활용할 수 있는 모형의 구축을 위하여 광역상권을 모델로 한 기존의 상권분석 모형을 이용하여 중소상권의 상권분석에 적용시켜 연구를 진행하고, 상권분석 연구의 결과를 이론으로 정립하고 정립된 이론을 근거로 모델 점포의 예상매출을 추정하여 실제매출과 비교검증 하였다. 쇼핑확률 산출과정을 통해 얻어진 결과로 기존의 수정허프모델를 이용한 개량확률모델의 새로운 모형구축을 위해 컨버스의 신소매인력모델을 이용하였다. 그러나 쇼핑확률을 산출하기 위해서 수정허프모델을 이용하되 기존의 방법에 반영되는 변수들을 다르게 반영함으로서 광역상권 분석기법으로 중소상권을 분석할 경우 우려되는 차이를 최소화하여 소비자가 점포를 선택하는 조건을 쇼핑확률 계산에 가중치를 반영, 객관성과 신뢰성을 높이는 연구를 실시하였다.

Comparative Analysis of Gross Calorific Value by Determination Method of Lignocellulosic Biomass Using a Bomb Calorimeter

  • This study was conducted to compare and analyze gross calorific values from measurement methods of lignocellulosic biomass and calculation data from calorific value prediction models based on the elemental content. The deviation of Liriodendron tulipifera (LT) and Populus euramericana (PE) was shown 7.7 cal/g and 7.4 cal/g respectively in palletization method, which are within repeatability limit 28.8 cal/g of ISO FDIS 18125. In the case of Thailand charcoal (TC), nontreatment method and palletization method was satisfied with repeatability limit as 22.8 cal/g and 8.8 cal/g respectively. Seowon charcoal (SC) was shown deviation of 11.4 cal/g in nontreatment method, because the density and chemical affinity of sample increases as the carbon content increases from heat treatment at high temperature in the case of TC and SC. In addition, after applying the elemental content of each of these samples to the calorific value prediction models, the study found that Model Equation (3) was relatively consistent with measured calorific values of all these lignocellulosic biomass. Thus, study about the correlation between the density and size of particle should be conducted in order to select the measurement method for a wide range of solid biofuels in the future.

Polarized Raman Scattering Study of Highly(111)-oriented PZT Films in the Rhombohedral-Phase Field

  • Highly (111)-oriented PZT [Pb(Zrl-xTix)O3] thin films in the Zr-rich rhombohedral phase-field were successfully fabricated on Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by combining PLD method with sol-gel process. These highly (111)-oriented films can be used as model systems for polarized Raman scattering study of PZT in the rhombohedral-Phase field because the (111)-direction is the principal off-center axis of the rhombohedral ferroelectricity. For this purpose, we have fabricated PZT films employing two distinctive compositions : one with Zr/Ti = 90/10 (abbreviated as PZT90/10) and the other with Zr/Ti= 60/40 (PZT60/40). The PZT90/10 film belongs to the octahedrally distorted FR(LT) phase with a cell-doubled structure, whereas the PZT60/40 is in the high-temperature FR(HT) phase-field at room temperature. To clearly separate E(TO) phonon modes from Al(TO) modes of the (111)-oriented rhombohedral film, we have suitably devised Z(X,Y)Z and Z(X,X)Z backscattering geometries for E(TO) and Al (TO), respectively. The polarized scattering experiment demonstrated that both types of (111)-oriented rhombohedral films closely followed the Raman selection rule.
