  • The purpose of this study is based on the optimize the system life cycle cost apply to the advanced systems engineering techniques consideration thought to the system life cycle for the power system which is the one of the major component of the light rail transit system. Generally, the systems engineering techniques apply to the LRT's power systems are not optimize the whole life cycle cost of the power systems because systems engineering management activities are concentrate in performing the key-technology oriented at the construction stage of the dedicated power systems for light rail transit. Through this study, All the stakeholders can be utilize a this advanced systems engineering techniques which is fully considered the life cycle cost through the considering in whole system life cycle (such as concept, design, operation, maintenance and dispose stage as well as construction stage) and adopted by KSX ISO/IEC 15288 system life cycle processes.

  • The Light Rail Transit (LRT) System which has medium transport capacity between subway and bus(5,000-25,000 persons per hour) is the most advanced transportation system. It has many benefits, cheap construction, operational costs through driverless and flexible route planning. Also, the rubber tired AGT (K-AGT) of various LRT has a rubber wheels and side guide. The side guide type has an many advantages. but occur a vibration and friction noise through contact between guide rail and wheel. Most of point that decreased comport is vibration thorough the guide contact. In this paper, It is purpose to improve the maximum running speed of rubber tired AGT localization bogie which is currently developed from 70km/h to 80km/h. To satisfy comport index of railway vehicle that is required in performance test. we examined coefficient of bogie suspension which is designed.

  • In this study, the load test of rubber tire bogie for monorail type LRT. Bogie for rolling stock in safety operation of the vehicle as an essential core unit before applying to the vehicle safety and reliability should be tested sufficiently. Rubber tire monorail type bogie compared to the traditional bogie wheel lots of formats, the complexity of the load acting static load test, the bogie of the vehicle operation conditions by structural analysis by considering the loading conditions was evaluated by calculating. Test methods and evaluation criteria based on urban rail vehicle performance testing by applying the test were welded parts and materials for the results leading to material fatigue endurance test by applying the result of evaluating the structure has been identified as safe.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존의 통계 이론에 근거한 음성 검출 기법을 제안하는 음성 스펙트럼 모형화기법을 통해 개선시키고자 한다 기존의 방법과는 달리 음성을 하나의 단일 모형이 아닌 여러 클래스(class) 모형의 결합체로 간주한다. 각 클래스 모형의 추정을 위해 신호원 부호화(source coding)의 클러스터링(clustering)과 유사한 기법을 제안하고, 이를 이용한 두 가지의 검출 기법을 제안한다. 하나는 각각의 클래스에 대해 LRT(likelihood ratio test)를 수행하고, 이를 최종적으로 통합하는 기법이고 다른 하나는 각 클래스의 모형으로부터 혼합모형(mixture model)을 구하여 이를 이용하여 LRT를 수행하는 방법이다. 제안한 두 가지 방법 모두 비교적 적은 연산량 증가에도 불구하고 실험 결과 기존 방법에 비해 매우 우수한 성능을 보였다.

  • We develop in this paper the likelihood ratio test (LRT) for testing $H_1 : F_1 \preceq F_2$ against $H_2 - H_1$ where $H_2$ imposes no restriction on $F_1$ and $F_2$ and '$\preceq$' means failure rate ordering. Both one and two-sample problems will be considered. In the one-sample case, one of the two distributions is known, while we assume in the other case both are unknown. We derive the asymptotic null distribution of the LRT statistic which will be of chi-bar-square type. The main issue here is to determine the least favorable distribution which is stochastically largest within the class of null distributions.

  • This paper proposes the Train Control System for the LRT(light rail transit). With regard to information processing in car, we build a computer network in the car, turned the hardware required for train control into software, and developed the Train Control Monitoring System(TCMS) and ATC. Drive Type of Train control system car can drive with Driverless mode basically, and this paper applied 10Mbps special communication type for car control, data analysis, The propulsion efforts and breaking effort can control the cars. It is used Vector Control in Propulsion control and proposed Operating pattern for Propulsion control thinking Operating data of Rubber Tire LRT.

  • Recently interior of a country have been innovated driverless LRT(lightweight railway train) that has a virtue of reducion of payroll cost, decrease of headway and improvement of speed. But, if driverless LRT will be happened a accident, response capacity considerably have low. And then passenger will have feel fear. This thesis had examination a IEC 62267 : AUGT safety requirement and analyze safe facilities of the inside and outside of the country. Later on, this result will have not only increase economics, reliability, convenience and safety but also set standardization standard.

  • This paper describes a safety program plan of the LRT(Light Rail Transit) project. The SPP is a management document that describes the system safety objectives and how they will achieved so it embodies principles, methods and 1)lattices commonly used in the transit industry. In a Preliminary Hazard Analysis phase, the hazard analysis of collision and derailment is carried out. In this paper we make a definition of hazard that hazard is consist of an inner part(means a reliability) and an outer part(means a fire, flood and earthquake). Also safety principles for infrastructure, stations, electric traction system, railway control of system and train are performed.
