자세조절에 영향을 주는 연령대별 균형 안정성 한계에 관한 비교 (A Comparision of the Limits of Stability Associated with Aging)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the limits of stability(LOS) data obtained from aged 20 to 69 years. In addition, this study was carried out to know correlation between age and LOS. 150 adults without neurosurgical and orthopedic disability from 20 to 69 years of age participared in this study. The LOS was measured at Two Feet Forceplate with BPM(Balance Performance Monitor) Dataprint Software Version 5.3. In this study applied the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and correlation analysis to determine the statistical significance of results at 0.05 level of significance. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The anteroposterior LOS significantly differented from 40 age group to 60 age group. 2. The mediolateral LOS significantly differencted from 50 age group to 60 age group. 3. There were statistically significant differences in anteroposterior LOS according to age increasing.

Reactive Co-Evaporation of YBCO for Coated Conductors

  • We describe methods for depositing high temperature superconducting films on textured metal tapes by reactive co-evaporation (RCE). We discuss how RCE can be used to deposit on moving tape in a continuous fashion in a Garching-style process. Results are presented on films deposited by RCE at Los Alamos on IBAD-MgO textured tapes. The performance achieved, attaining over 500A/cm-width in self-field at 75.5 K, is competitive with the best results obtained by other processes for coated conductors. Tape production throughput is critical for the economics of the process and high deposition rates achieved in RCE are attractive for this. We present a detailed cost analysis model for HTS deposition using an RCE Garching process. The results indicate that HTS deposition can cost $<$5/kA{\cdot}m$ in a scaled up manufacturing environment.

  • The paper explains the method to process, analyze and predict traffic patterns in Los Angeles county using Big Data and Machine Learning. The dataset is used from a popular navigating platform in the USA, which tracks information on the road using connected users' devices and also collects reports shared by the users through the app. The dataset mainly consists of information about traffic jams and traffic incidents reported by users, such as road closure, hazards, accidents. The major contribution of this paper is to give a clear view of how the large-scale road traffic data can be stored and processed using the Big Data system - Hadoop and its ecosystem (Hive). In addition, analysis is explained with the help of visuals using Business Intelligence and prediction with classification machine learning model on the sampled traffic data is presented using Azure ML. The process of modeling, as well as results, are interpreted using metrics: accuracy, precision and recall.

조이스틱 명령에 따른 Electro-Optical Targeting Pod의 LOS 이동 알고리즘 설계 (LOS Moving Algorithm Design of Electro-Optical Targeting Pod for Joystick Command)

  • EO TGP(Electro-Optical Targeting Pod) is an optical tracking system which has various functions such as target tracking and image stabilization and LOS(Line of Sight) change. Especially, it is very important to move the LOS into a interest point for joystick command. When pilot move joystick in order to observe different scene, EO TGP gimbals should be operated properly. Generally, most EOTS just operate corresponding gimbal for joystick command. For example, if pilot input horizontal command in order to observe right hand screen, it just drive azimuth gimbal at any position. But in the screen, the image dosen't move in a horizontal direction because gimbal structure is Euler angle. And image rotation is occurred by elevation gimbal angle. So we need to move Pitch gimbal. So in the paper, we designed LOS moving algorithm which convert LOS command to gimbal velocity command to move LOS properly. We modeled a differential kinematic equation and then change the joystick command into velocity command of gimbals. This algorithm generate velocity command of each gimbal for same horizontal direction command. Finally, we verified performance through MATLAB/Simulink.

급성 뇌졸중 환자의 중증도 보정 재원일수 변이에 관한 연구 (The Variation of Factors of severity-adjusted length of stay(LOS) in acute stroke patients)

  • 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자의 효율적인 재원일수 관리를 위해 행정자료를 이용하여 우리나라 의료기관을 이용한 뇌졸중 입원환자의 중증도 보정 적정 재원일수 예측 모형을 개발하고 이를 의료기관에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2004-2009년 퇴원손상심층조사 자료 중 뇌졸중 입원환자 23,134명을 대상으로 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하여 뇌졸중 입원환자의 적정 재원일수 예측모형을 개발하였다. 의사결정나무 모형에 따라 뇌졸중 입원환자의 평균재원일수에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 뇌졸중 발생유형이었으며, 의사결정나무를 이용하여 개발된 뇌졸중 입원환자의 중증도 보정 재원일수 모형 결과, 적정 재원일수와 실제 재원일수의 차이는 진료비지불방법, 의료기관 소재지, 병상규모가 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 따라서 뇌졸중 입원환자의 재원일수 변이를 줄이고 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 개발된 모형을 의료기관의 의료정보시스템에 적용하고 관리하는 활동을 전개해야 할 것이다.

산재보험 진폐증 장기 입원환자의 의료이용 특성 (Health Care Utilization Patterns of Workers' Compensation Pneumoconiosis Patients with a Long Length of Stay)

  • Objectives : This study investigated the health care utilization patterns of workers' compensation insurance(WCI) pneumoconiosis patients with excessively long hospital stays. Methods : The discharge summary data of 3,094 WCI pneumoconiosis patients were analyzed. The study sample was divided into 3 groups based on the length of stay(LOS). Health care utilization patterns were compared among the groups with logistic regression analysis, and the LOS determinants were identified with linear regression analysis. Results : The average LOS of the 222 long stay group patients was 1,448 days. Patients in this group tended to use private general hospitals, were admitted through the emergency room and discharged without the consent of a doctor. Conclusions : Many of the long LOS patients will maintain their inpatient status for the rest of their lives. For quality of life and efficient use of health care resources, policy makers need to establish a policy that enables patients to receive outpatient care in appropriate living conditions outside the hospital.

디지털이미지를 이용한 폐기물 혼합 콘크리트의 강도 평가 (Evaluation of strength of waste material mixed concrete using digital image)

  • To analyze the effects of oyster shell particles, inserted in the self-hardening matrix such as cement paste, on strength, homogenization analysis using micro structure was used to estimate and assess the apparent elastic modulus of oyster shell particle. DIB modeling technique was used to represent of the micro structure of oyster shell mixed concrete. The results showed that the apparent elastic modulus of LOS (large oyster shell particle) was changed with the amount of LOS inserted. In particular, when the amount of LOS was 200% of the weight of cement, the apparent elastic modulus of LOS tended to decrease rapidly. This could mean that the strength of oyster shell mixed concrete is much affected by LOS inserted material in mixed ratio of 200%.

도심 마이크로셀에서의 무선 전파지연 특성에 관한 실험적 분석 (Experimenatal analysis of radio propagation delay characteristics in urban microcells)

  • This paper describes about the spread specturm radio wave propagation characteristics in urban microcells. The experiments are carried out with respect to the mean excess delay, the RMS delay spread, and the received maximum peak power in the two kinds of geogrphical areas, LOS area and N-LOS area, especially whose variations are observed while varying the transmission distance and tilting the transmitting antenna. The typical results obtained in pariticular urban sites in Seoul are 300-600 nsec of mean excess delay and about 75 nsec of averaged RMS delay spread for LOS area, and 270-280 nsec of mean excess delay and about 100 nsec for N-LOS area. With the transmitting antenna gilted, obsered in the experiments are increase in RMS delay spread as expected, but increase of the received power at N-LOS areas in particular.

  • 국토해양부는 신호교차로 서비스수준 분석에 도로용량편람이 제시하는 방법의 적용을 장려하고 있으며 실시간신호제어교차로는 지능형교통체계 구축사업으로 그 숫자가 현장에서 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 도로용량편람은 정주기식 신호교차로 서비스수준 분석방법에 국한하여 제시하고 있어 현장 실무자들은 실시간신호제어교차로 서비스수준 분석에 어려움을 경험하고 있다. 본 연구는 도로용량편람 수준에서 실시간신호제어교차로 서비스수준 분석의 기초가 되는 방법론을 제안하며 향후 추가로 수행되어야 하는 개발방향을 검토한다. 한 개의 신호교차로를 표본으로 세부 요소모형들을 간이 개발하여 검증한 결과 제안된 방법은 실제 현장 자료와 유사한 수준의 서비스 수준을 추정할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

회전교차로의 서비스수준 기준 정립 연구 (A Study of Level of Service Criteria for Roundabouts)

  • 국내에서 제정된 도로용량편람(2001)은 무통제 교차로와 양방향정지 교차로의 서비스수준 분석 방법만을 제시하고 있으며, 회전교차로 서비스수준 분석 방법에 대해서는 다루고 있지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 회전교차로라는 명칭조차 포함하고 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 회전교차로를 위한 적정한 효과척도를 선정하고, 시뮬레이션 분석을 통하여 서비스수준의 기준을 정립하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 우선 적절한 효과척도(MOE)를 선정하는 방법을 고찰하고, 서비스수준을 개발하는 수순으로 연구를 수행하였다. 회전교차로에 적용할 효과척도로 진입교통량, v/c비, 평균차량지체로 선정되었으며, 선정된 효과척도를 토대로 VISSIM을 이용하여 서비스수준의 기준을 정립하였다. 연구결과, 지방지역 1차로 회전교차로에서의 서비스수준 F의 진입교통량은 1,700pcph이며, 평균차량지체는 18초로 분석되었다. 서비스수준 A에 대해서 진입교통량은 700pcph이며, 이때 평균차량지체는 3초, v/c비는 0.41로 분석되었다. 지방지역 2차로 회전교차로는 서비스수준 F의 진입교통량은 2,900pcph이며, 평균차량지체는 31초로 분석되었다. 서비스수준 A인 경우 진입교통량은 1,500pcph이며, 이때 평균차량지체는 8초, v/c비는 0.52로 분석되었다.
