This paper presents a low voltage-stress AC-linked charge equalizing system for balancing the energy in a serially connected, valve-regulated lead acid battery string using a modular converter that consists of multiple transformers coupled together. Each converter was coupled through an AC-linked bus to increase the overall energy transfer efficiency of the system and to eliminate the problem of the unbalanced charging of batteries. Previous solutions are based on centralized and modularized topologies. A centralized topology requires a redesign of the hardware and related components. It also faces a high voltage stress when the number of batteries is expanded. Modularized solutions use low-voltage-stress, double-stage, DC-linked topologies which leads to poor energy transfer efficiency. The proposed solution uses a low-voltage stress, AC-linked, modularized topology that makes adding more batteries easier. It also has a better energy transfer efficiency. To ensure that the charge equalization system operates smoothly and safely charges batteries, a small intelligent microcontroller was used in the control section. The efficiency of this charge equalization system is 85%, which is 21% better than other low-voltage-stress DC-linked charging techniques. The validity of this approach was confirmed by experimental results.

This paper analyzed that the coordination of recloser-fuse when a superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is installed to a power distribution system linked small scale cogeneration system. As a rule, the recloser to properly protect against both permanent and temporary fault is installed to upstream of fuse. Therefore, in a power distribution system linked small scale cogeneration system, the fault current is increased by adding fault current of small scale Cogeneration system when a permanent fault occurs, and the fuse could melt during the first fast operation of the recloser because of more sufficient heat from the increased current. However, when SFCLs are applied into a power distribution system linked small scale cogeneration system, the coordination of recloser-fuse could be accomplished due to decreased fault current as the effect of the impedance value of the SFCL. Therefore, to solve these problems, we analysed the operation of recloser-fuse coordination in a power distribution system linked small scale cogeneration system with SFCL using PSCAD/EMTDC.

본 연구에서는 한국형 Linked Data Cloud를 위한 단계로 국가기록원 전거데이터 셋을 Linked Data화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국가기록원 전거 데이터의 구조 및 검색시스템을 분석한 후, 전거데이터 셋을 RDF/OWL로 모델링하는 과정을 거쳐 Linked Data로 구축하였다. 또한 기록물의 Linked Data화를 위해 Dublin Core, SKOS(Simple Knowledge Organization System)를 활용하였고 온톨로지 설계도구로 TopBraid Composer TM을 사용하였다. 구축된 RDF/OWL 데이터는 시각화화면을 통해 전거데이터의 자유로운 확장, 전거데이터 용어간의 탐색, 용어의 상세 전거데이터의 접근이 가능하도록 하였으며, 기록물과 연계를 통해 기존 기록물 검색에서 한계로 지적되었던 기록물과 전거데이터간의 연계의 부족을 보완하였다.

For solving problems of manpower and improving working environment, Robot System have been introduced. In the past, Robot System was adopted mass production, indoor factory condition, but present Robot System is applied to many other fields. This applied field is Robot System was adopted fruit harvest, maintenance, and so on. The developed Multi-Linked Lifter is applied to eminant multi-purpose working. The purpose of this study is to develop control algorithm for this equipment composed of multi-linked manipulator.

링크드 데이터는 아직 링크가 형성되어 있지 않지만 서로 관련된 데이터를 연결하기 위해서 웹을 사용하는 것이다. 링크드 데이터를 생성하기 위해서는 URI와 RDF를 이용하여 데이터, 정보, 지식 등을 표현하고, 공유하며, 연결시킬 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 URI와 RDF에 대한 지식이나 사용 능력이 없는 일반 사용자들이 이러한 링크드 데이터를 생성하는 것은 쉽지 않은 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 일반 사용자들이 서로 다른 RDF 문서에 존재하는 데이터를 연결하여 링크드 데이터를 생성할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 사용자는 자신의 컴퓨터에 저장한 RDF 데이터나 Swoogle에서 검색한 RDF 데이터들을 연결시키는 새로운 링크를 추가하여 링크드 데이터를 생성하게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 교수자의 교육용 컨텐츠 제작에 활용될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 교사는 비록 자신이 개발한 것은 아니지만, 학습자의 학습 수준에 적합한 다양한 데이터를 찾아 이를 연결한 링크드 데이터를 제작함으로써 자신의 다양한 학습 컨텐츠를 개발할 수 있다.

This paper presents performance analysis of two-linked robot system using ER (electro rheological) valve actuators. An ER fluid consisting of soluble chemical starches (particles) and silicone oil is made and its field-dependent yield stress is experimentally distilled using electro-viscometer. From this result, the design parameters of ER valve are determined. Based on parameter study, an ER valve system is designed and manufactured. Furthermore, the measured pressure drop is compared with predicted one obtained from the Bingham model. Following the evaluation of field-dependent pressure drop of ER valve, a two-linked robot system with two ER valve actuators is then constructed and its governing equation of motion is derived. From this equation, PID controller is established. Consequently, control performances of the proposed two-linked robot system featuring ER valve are evaluated.

Construction data is one of the most important resources in a construction project. The construction data is generally stored in the PMIS. However, it has been analyzed that the PMIS revealed limitations in suggesting valuable information by analyzing the data. In order to overcome such limitations, the linked-data methodology used in big data management has been studied. The purpose of this study is to suggest a methodology that improves the system by developing a more effective data collection and management model using the linked-data format.

This paper analysed a protective equipment in power distribution system linked distribution power system when a superconducting fault current limiter(SFCL) is installed. This paper focused on a recloser, because the recloser is a general protective equipment. When power distribution system linked distribution power system, a fault current is increased by adding fault current of distribution power system. The increased fault current makes many problems. But SFCLs are limiting fault current and help the protective equipment to operate normal process. We analysed the operation of protective equipment in power distribution system linked distribution power system with SFCLs.

We have proposed an Object-linked Broadcasting Service that displays various data related to the object onscreen. In thls paper, we describe the structure of the Object-linked Broadcasting System that will enable our proposal to be realized, and report new techniques that we have developed to create the system. We have carried out the experiment to confirm the system performance as well as execution of each technology assembling the system. We have confirmed that the performance of the system we developed satisfies the proposed specification based on user requirements and current technology.

본 연구는 학위연계형 일학습병행제에서 진행하는 오프라인 수업방식인 플립러닝의 성과에 대해서 분석한다. 직업능력향상의 일환으로 수행되는 일학습병행제의 훈련은 철저히 오프라인 방식을 견지해 왔으나, COVID-19와 맞물려 이전과는 달리 보다 적극적으로 온라인 방식을 혼용하는 방향으로 바뀌고 있다. 하지만 학위연계형의 운영은 대학의 학사시스템과 교육방식에 적용을 받으며 실질적으로 일반대학교육과 같은 형태이기 때문에 플립러닝과 같은 교육방식은 새로운 것이 아니다. 따라서 최근 학위연계형 일학습병행제에서 확대적용되고 있는 플립러닝의 교육성과와 보완점을 주말에만 수업이 진행되는 본 제도의 특성을 고려하여 분석해 보는 것이 필요하다. 설문에 기반한 통계분석결과 플립러닝의 성과가 일부 확인되었으며, 그 성과를 높이기 위해서 학습독려와 교수자-학생 간의 커뮤니케이션을 확대하는 구체적인 방안을 지속적으로 찾아가는 것이 필요하다.
