최근 국내최초로 저주파(250kHz) 구동용 전구형 200W 무전극램프가 개발됐다. 이는 국내에서뿐만 아니라 세계에서도 일본 마쓰시타와 거의 동시에 출시됨으로써 국내 조명기술의 우수성을 입증, 조명업계의 관심을 끌고 있다. 이 무전극램프를 개발한 곳은 LED조명, 전자식안정기뿐만 아니라 배전차단기, 개폐기 등 중전기기를 생산해 오고 있는 일진전기(대표 최진용). 조명업계 뿐만 아니라 ESCO 시장에서도 리딩컴퍼니로 도약하기 위해 노력하고 있는 일진전기를 찾았다.

지난 10월 20일 서울시 상도동 소재 신동아 리버파크아파트에서 아파트 ESCO 시범사업 '사랑방 협약식'이 진행됐다. 2011년부터 서울 임대아파트 3,809세대의 난방효율향상과 LED, 대기전력차단장치 도입 등을 담은 아파트 ESCO 시범사업이 본격적으로 추진되는 것. 협약식 후 최경환 지식경제부 장관 주재 'ESCO 산업 활성화 방안' 업계 간담회가 이어졌다. ESCO시장, 2015년 1조원으로 확대, 내년 ESCO예산 6,000억원, 1,500억원 ESCO펀드 운영, 신(新)계약모델 도입 등을 중심으로 ESCO 기업 대표들간의 열띤 토론의 장이 펼쳐졌다.

화석연료 사용에 따른 클린에너지 및 "carbon footprint" 절감을 위해 태양광발전과 같은 직접적인 에너지 대안기술에서부터 조명 및 표시소자로서의 LED 고효율화 기술, 레이저를 이용한 비접촉성, 고속, 초정밀 측정 기술을 바탕으로 하는 공정 관리기술, 그리고 오염원검출 및 추출기술 관련 등 그린 포토닉스 기술 활용에 관심이 급증하고 있다. OIDA 보고 2010년경 100억 달러 수준의 부품시장이 형성될 것으로 예측되는 그린 포토닉스 분야의 기술개발 동향을 설명한다.

2001년 기준 국가 총 전력의 21%(54,167GWh, 총 에너지의 약 6%)을 조명용으로 사용하고 있다. 또한 지난 15년 간 전기소비 증가율이 10.7%인 반면 조명용 전기소비 증가율은 11.9%로 조만간 선진국 수준인 25%로 증가될 전망이다. 이와 같이 막대한 량의 에너지를 소비하는 조명기술은 광원, 구동장치 (안정기), 등기구가 일체화된 시스템 기술로써 (표 1)에서 보듯 에너지 이용효율이 0.3∼2.0%로 매우 낮아 다른 어느 기술보다 에너지 절약 잠재량이 크고, 실현가능성이 높으며, 시장 침투력이 큰 기술분야이다. To date, modern medicine has relied heavily on synthetically or chemically produced drugs to treat or prevent diseases and conditions. However, developments in the field of molecular biology have led to an increase in the knowledge of biological systems and their interactions. Proteins are biomolecules that are essential in determining the structure and carrying out most of the functions in living cells. The future of pharmacy belongs to a special category of protein therapeutics. Based on the result of industry analysis, it is suggested how to commercialize protein therapeutics for biotech-enterprises.

2006년 국내 광산업시장은 전 세계적인 초고속인터넷망 및 FTTH 관련 서비스 확충에 따라 광통신 부품 업체의 호황과 아울러 휴대폰 부품시장, 반도체 광원(LED)분야의 전체적인 수출 및 내수시장규모가 증가한 것으로 조사됐다. 그러나 해외 원자재 구매 증가로 인해 수입 비율이 증가하고 반면 수출은 엔화, 달러 환율의 지속적인 하락에 영향을 받아 마이너스 성장한 분야도 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 광산업클러스터가 구성된 광주의 지역내 총생산은 2003년을 기준으로 하여 15조 7,229억 원으로 전국 비중은 2.2%를 차지하고 있을 정도로 열악하고 재정자립도도 6개 광역시 중에서 하위를 기록하고 있었으며 취업자 기준 산업구조도 서비스업이 80%정도를 차지할 정도로 구조적인 취약점을 안고 있었다. 이와 같은 광주경제의 어려운 상황을 근본적으로 타개하기 위하여 광주광역시가 21세기 최대의 유망산업인 광산업 육성 계획을 수립해 제시한 결과, 중앙정부 차원에서 광산업 육성 및 집적화 계획 1단계 사업(2000년~2003년)이 성공적으로 마무리 되고 현재는 2단계 사업(2004년~2008년)이 추진 중이다. 따라서 현시점에서 광산업 육성 성과를 판단할 수 있는 지표로 광주지역에 소재하고 있는 광산업체의 증가수와 매출액 등에 대하여 한국광산업진흥회에서 2006년 12월에 전수조사 하였다.

This paper was studied in export policy Revitalization of SMEs mainly in various countries of Indochina, especially in Laos, which is emerging as a new market after China. Laos is a socialist country, but in 2014, led by the current active open-door policy, education, social, cultural and people-to-people exchanges are going briskly, light industry and the expansion of social infrastructure such as laying the foundation for economic development. This paper presents a plan to dominate the emerging frontier markets are public enterprises and government agencies that do not respond quickly. Already pioneered by building a network in local development staff for this purpose, such as volunteers, missionaries, professors and configure the network of exploitation and human development personnel look for Revitalization of SMEs in urban and regional growth.

Changes in consumer purchasing patterns due to construction of large Western-style commercial buildings and introduction of new purchasing methods in South Korea in the 1990s led to a gradual decline in traditional markets. Under such a new environment, Yukgeori market, one of Korea's exemplary markets, has continued to develop and survive, while maintaining the traditional market form of Korea, both physically and operationally. Therefore, to find the characteristics of spatial configurations supporting the revitalization of traditional market, we deduced social attributes of spaces in street network of Cheongju city and the neighborhood including Yukgeori market by calculating the depths of nodes in the network using analysis models based on space syntax. The results illustrated that long street with the function to attract people and acts as a bridge of traffic and communication between highly modernized commercial area and traditional market can lead to continuous win-win development of both areas and the revitalization of traditional market through the promotion of social activities in the market. We expect that sound and sustainable development of contemporary cities, which lost tradition, will be achieved through the results of this study.
