한정된 O-D조사자료를 이용한 주 전체의 트럭교통예측방법 개발 (DEVELOPMENT OF STATEWIDE TRUCK TRAFFIC FORECASTING METHOD BY USING LIMITED O-D SURVEY DATA)

  • The objective of this research is to test the feasibility of developing a statewide truck traffic forecasting methodology for Wisconsin by using Origin-Destination surveys, traffic counts, classification counts, and other data that are routinely collected by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). Development of a feasible model will permit estimation of future truck traffic for every major link in the network. This will provide the basis for improved estimation of future pavement deterioration. Pavement damage rises exponentially as axle weight increases, and trucks are responsible for most of the traffic-induced damage to pavement. Consequently, forecasts of truck traffic are critical to pavement management systems. The pavement Management Decision Supporting System (PMDSS) prepared by WisDOT in May 1990 combines pavement inventory and performance data with a knowledge base consisting of rules for evaluation, problem identification and rehabilitation recommendation. Without a r.easonable truck traffic forecasting methodology, PMDSS is not able to project pavement performance trends in order to make assessment and recommendations in the future years. However, none of WisDOT's existing forecasting methodologies has been designed specifically for predicting truck movements on a statewide highway network. For this research, the Origin-Destination survey data avaiiable from WisDOT, including two stateline areas, one county, and five cities, are analyzed and the zone-to'||'&'||'not;zone truck trip tables are developed. The resulting Origin-Destination Trip Length Frequency (00 TLF) distributions by trip type are applied to the Gravity Model (GM) for comparison with comparable TLFs from the GM. The gravity model is calibrated to obtain friction factor curves for the three trip types, Internal-Internal (I-I), Internal-External (I-E), and External-External (E-E). ~oth "macro-scale" calibration and "micro-scale" calibration are performed. The comparison of the statewide GM TLF with the 00 TLF for the macro-scale calibration does not provide suitable results because the available 00 survey data do not represent an unbiased sample of statewide truck trips. For the "micro-scale" calibration, "partial" GM trip tables that correspond to the 00 survey trip tables are extracted from the full statewide GM trip table. These "partial" GM trip tables are then merged and a partial GM TLF is created. The GM friction factor curves are adjusted until the partial GM TLF matches the 00 TLF. Three friction factor curves, one for each trip type, resulting from the micro-scale calibration produce a reasonable GM truck trip model. A key methodological issue for GM. calibration involves the use of multiple friction factor curves versus a single friction factor curve for each trip type in order to estimate truck trips with reasonable accuracy. A single friction factor curve for each of the three trip types was found to reproduce the 00 TLFs from the calibration data base. Given the very limited trip generation data available for this research, additional refinement of the gravity model using multiple mction factor curves for each trip type was not warranted. In the traditional urban transportation planning studies, the zonal trip productions and attractions and region-wide OD TLFs are available. However, for this research, the information available for the development .of the GM model is limited to Ground Counts (GC) and a limited set ofOD TLFs. The GM is calibrated using the limited OD data, but the OD data are not adequate to obtain good estimates of truck trip productions and attractions .. Consequently, zonal productions and attractions are estimated using zonal population as a first approximation. Then, Selected Link based (SELINK) analyses are used to adjust the productions and attractions and possibly recalibrate the GM. The SELINK adjustment process involves identifying the origins and destinations of all truck trips that are assigned to a specified "selected link" as the result of a standard traffic assignment. A link adjustment factor is computed as the ratio of the actual volume for the link (ground count) to the total assigned volume. This link adjustment factor is then applied to all of the origin and destination zones of the trips using that "selected link". Selected link based analyses are conducted by using both 16 selected links and 32 selected links. The result of SELINK analysis by u~ing 32 selected links provides the least %RMSE in the screenline volume analysis. In addition, the stability of the GM truck estimating model is preserved by using 32 selected links with three SELINK adjustments, that is, the GM remains calibrated despite substantial changes in the input productions and attractions. The coverage of zones provided by 32 selected links is satisfactory. Increasing the number of repetitions beyond four is not reasonable because the stability of GM model in reproducing the OD TLF reaches its limits. The total volume of truck traffic captured by 32 selected links is 107% of total trip productions. But more importantly, ~ELINK adjustment factors for all of the zones can be computed. Evaluation of the travel demand model resulting from the SELINK adjustments is conducted by using screenline volume analysis, functional class and route specific volume analysis, area specific volume analysis, production and attraction analysis, and Vehicle Miles of Travel (VMT) analysis. Screenline volume analysis by using four screenlines with 28 check points are used for evaluation of the adequacy of the overall model. The total trucks crossing the screenlines are compared to the ground count totals. L V/GC ratios of 0.958 by using 32 selected links and 1.001 by using 16 selected links are obtained. The %RM:SE for the four screenlines is inversely proportional to the average ground count totals by screenline .. The magnitude of %RM:SE for the four screenlines resulting from the fourth and last GM run by using 32 and 16 selected links is 22% and 31 % respectively. These results are similar to the overall %RMSE achieved for the 32 and 16 selected links themselves of 19% and 33% respectively. This implies that the SELINICanalysis results are reasonable for all sections of the state.Functional class and route specific volume analysis is possible by using the available 154 classification count check points. The truck traffic crossing the Interstate highways (ISH) with 37 check points, the US highways (USH) with 50 check points, and the State highways (STH) with 67 check points is compared to the actual ground count totals. The magnitude of the overall link volume to ground count ratio by route does not provide any specific pattern of over or underestimate. However, the %R11SE for the ISH shows the least value while that for the STH shows the largest value. This pattern is consistent with the screenline analysis and the overall relationship between %RMSE and ground count volume groups. Area specific volume analysis provides another broad statewide measure of the performance of the overall model. The truck traffic in the North area with 26 check points, the West area with 36 check points, the East area with 29 check points, and the South area with 64 check points are compared to the actual ground count totals. The four areas show similar results. No specific patterns in the L V/GC ratio by area are found. In addition, the %RMSE is computed for each of the four areas. The %RMSEs for the North, West, East, and South areas are 92%, 49%, 27%, and 35% respectively, whereas, the average ground counts are 481, 1383, 1532, and 3154 respectively. As for the screenline and volume range analyses, the %RMSE is inversely related to average link volume. 'The SELINK adjustments of productions and attractions resulted in a very substantial reduction in the total in-state zonal productions and attractions. The initial in-state zonal trip generation model can now be revised with a new trip production's trip rate (total adjusted productions/total population) and a new trip attraction's trip rate. Revised zonal production and attraction adjustment factors can then be developed that only reflect the impact of the SELINK adjustments that cause mcreases or , decreases from the revised zonal estimate of productions and attractions. Analysis of the revised production adjustment factors is conducted by plotting the factors on the state map. The east area of the state including the counties of Brown, Outagamie, Shawano, Wmnebago, Fond du Lac, Marathon shows comparatively large values of the revised adjustment factors. Overall, both small and large values of the revised adjustment factors are scattered around Wisconsin. This suggests that more independent variables beyond just 226; population are needed for the development of the heavy truck trip generation model. More independent variables including zonal employment data (office employees and manufacturing employees) by industry type, zonal private trucks 226; owned and zonal income data which are not available currently should be considered. A plot of frequency distribution of the in-state zones as a function of the revised production and attraction adjustment factors shows the overall " adjustment resulting from the SELINK analysis process. Overall, the revised SELINK adjustments show that the productions for many zones are reduced by, a factor of 0.5 to 0.8 while the productions for ~ relatively few zones are increased by factors from 1.1 to 4 with most of the factors in the 3.0 range. No obvious explanation for the frequency distribution could be found. The revised SELINK adjustments overall appear to be reasonable. The heavy truck VMT analysis is conducted by comparing the 1990 heavy truck VMT that is forecasted by the GM truck forecasting model, 2.975 billions, with the WisDOT computed data. This gives an estimate that is 18.3% less than the WisDOT computation of 3.642 billions of VMT. The WisDOT estimates are based on the sampling the link volumes for USH, 8TH, and CTH. This implies potential error in sampling the average link volume. The WisDOT estimate of heavy truck VMT cannot be tabulated by the three trip types, I-I, I-E ('||'&'||'pound;-I), and E-E. In contrast, the GM forecasting model shows that the proportion ofE-E VMT out of total VMT is 21.24%. In addition, tabulation of heavy truck VMT by route functional class shows that the proportion of truck traffic traversing the freeways and expressways is 76.5%. Only 14.1% of total freeway truck traffic is I-I trips, while 80% of total collector truck traffic is I-I trips. This implies that freeways are traversed mainly by I-E and E-E truck traffic while collectors are used mainly by I-I truck traffic. Other tabulations such as average heavy truck speed by trip type, average travel distance by trip type and the VMT distribution by trip type, route functional class and travel speed are useful information for highway planners to understand the characteristics of statewide heavy truck trip patternS. Heavy truck volumes for the target year 2010 are forecasted by using the GM truck forecasting model. Four scenarios are used. Fo~ better forecasting, ground count- based segment adjustment factors are developed and applied. ISH 90 '||'&'||' 94 and USH 41 are used as example routes. The forecasting results by using the ground count-based segment adjustment factors are satisfactory for long range planning purposes, but additional ground counts would be useful for USH 41. Sensitivity analysis provides estimates of the impacts of the alternative growth rates including information about changes in the trip types using key routes. The network'||'&'||'not;based GMcan easily model scenarios with different rates of growth in rural versus . . urban areas, small versus large cities, and in-state zones versus external stations. cities, and in-state zones versus external stations.

유기질(有機質) 비종(肥種)이 쇠무릎 생육(生育) 및 수량(收量)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effect of Organic Fertilizers on Growth and Yield of Achyranthes japonica N.)

  • 쇠무릎 재배시(栽培時) 유기질(有機質) 비료(肥料) 시비(施肥)에 의한 지역증진(地力增進), 근(根) 수량성(收量性) 및 품질향상(品質向上)에 미치는 비종별(肥種別) 시용효과(施用效果)를 구명(究明)하고자 시험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 유기질비료(有機質肥料) 시용(施用)에 따른 유기물(有機物) 비종간(肥種間)의 화학성(化學性)은 발효(醱酵)볏짚퇴비(堆肥) 3,000kg, 혼합유박(混合油粕) 600kg 처리구(處理區)가 3요소(要素) 처리구(處理區)에 비해 유기물(有機物), 유효인산(有效燐酸), 칼슘 및 C.E.C 함량(含量)이 증가(增加)되는 경향을 보였다. 2. 공시(供試) 재료(材料)의 전실소(全室素) 함량(含量)은 혼합유박(混合油粕)이 6.16%가장 높았고 마이티소일 외(外) 에는 모두가 유효인산(有效燐酸) 함량이 매우 높은 재료(材料)였으며 C/N 율(率)은 볏짚퇴비(堆肥)와 마이티소일이 각각(各各) 22.5, 17.7로 비교적 분해(分解)가 용역(容易)하였으나 발효(醱酵)볏짚퇴비(堆肥)는 40.9로 분해(分解)가 어려운 유기질(有機質)에 속하였다. 3. 발효(醱酵)볏짚퇴비(堆肥) 3,000kg/10a, 혼합유박(混合油粕) 600kg/10a 처리구(處理區)가 3요소(要素) 처리구(處理區)보다 경장(莖長)은 각각(各各) 13cm, 22cm 길었고 경태(莖太)와 분지수(分枝數)가 굵거나 많았으며 주근장(主根長), 지근수(枝根數) 등(等)이 많아 지하부(地下部) 생육량(生育量)도 증가되었다. 4. 건근수량(乾根收量) 3요소(要素) 처리구(處理區)(303kg/10a) 에 비하여 혼합유박(混合油粕) 600kg/10a 처리구(處理區)가 26%, 발효(醱酵)볏짚퇴비(堆肥) 3,000kg/10a 처리구(處理區)가 20% 증수(增收)를 가져 왔고 지력(地力)이 증진(增進)되어 상근중(上根重) 비율(比率)도 높았다. 5. 혼합유박(混合油粕) 600kg/10a 시용재배(施用栽培)에서 경장(莖長), 주당(株當) 분지수(分枝數) 및 건경엽중(乾莖葉重) 등(等) 지상부(地上部) 생육특성(生育特性)과 주근장(主根長), 상근중(上根重) 비율(比率), 수량구성요소(收量構成要素) 등(等)의 지하부 생육특성 및 건근(乾根) 수량(收量)과는 정(正)의 상관(相關)을 보였다.

먹이 종류가 돌돔 Oplegnathus fasciatus 치어의 성장 및 체성분에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Various Diets on Growth and Body Composition of Juvenile Parrot Fish, Oplegnathus fasciatus)

  • 최초 체중 (IBW) 1.14 g 돌돔 (Oplegnathus fasciatus) 치어를 1종 실험 사료 (ED)와 5종 국내 외 상품 사료 (CED)로 28일간 사육한 결과 최종 체중 (FBW), 증체율 (WG) 및 사료 효율 (FE)에서는 유의적인 차이가 나타났지만, 생존율 및 전어체의 일반성분에서는 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 돌돔 치어는 사육 실험 후에는 사료 종류에 따라 FBW가 3.1~7.0 g, WG도 168~516%로 실험 구간에 유의적인 성장 차이를 나타내었다. FE는 65~147%이었으며 성장과 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. DCCD구와 IOCD구에서 각각 6.5 g과 7.0 g으로 가장 높은 FBW를 나타내었으며, 다음으로 ILCD구에서는 5.5 g이었고, DECD구와 IHCD구에서 4.8 g과 4.3 g으로 CED구 중에서는 가장 낮았다. 모든 실험구 중 EDP구는 3.1 g으로 FBW에서도 가장 낮게 나타났으며 실험 구간에 2배 이상의 유의적인 차이 를 나타내었다. 높은 단백질 및 지질을 함유한 국외산 O제품(단백질 66.6%, 지질 13.0% 및 회분 14.3%)과 국내산 C제품(단백질 61.3%, 지질 14.6% 및 회분 13.5%)에서 가장 높은 성장과 사료 효율을 나타내었다. 하지만, 다양한 6종류 실험 사료 또는 상품 사료 공급에 따라 생존율과 전어체의 일반성분인 수분, 단백질, 지질 및 회분은 유사한 결과로 다양한 먹이인 사료 종류에 따라 돌돔 치어의 생존율 및 전어체의 일반성분에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

파프리카의 농산물우수관리제도(GAP)적용을 위한 재배단계의 위해요소 분석 (Hazard Analysis for the Application of Good Agricultural Practices(GAP) on Paprika During Cultivation)

  • 본 연구는 파프리카 GAP 모델의 개발에 있어 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 서부경남에 소재한 파프리카 농장 3곳을 선정하여 파프리카의 재배단계에서 생물학적, 화학적 및 물리적 위해요소를 조사하였다. 생물학적 위해요소는 식물체, 재배환경, 개인위생 및 작업도구를 대상으로 위생지표세균 및 주요 병원성 미생물을 조사하였으며, 화학적 위해요소는 중금속 (재배환경 및 파프리카)과 잔류농약 (파프리카), 물리적 위해요소는 물리적인 위해를 줄 수 있는 요인을 조사하였다. 먼저 재배단계에서 생물학적 위해요소 분석 결과 위생지표에서 균인 일반세균과 대장균군의 경우 가식부인 파프리카에의 오염과 밀접한 관련이 있는 양액 및 원수에 대해서는 오염도가 양호한 것으로 나타났으나, 수확 된 파프리카와 직접적으로 접촉하는 바구니, 천막 및 작업자의 손 등에서는 최대 6.6 및 3.l log CFU의 높은 수준으로 검출되어 교차오염의 가능성이 확인되었다. 또한 병원성 미생물은 B. cereus만 1.5 log CFU 이하의 비교적 낮은 수준으로 검출되었고, 공중낙하균은 1.4 log CFU 이하로 검출되었다. 화학적 위해요소인 중금속(Cd, Pb, Cu, Cr, Zn, Ni 및 As)과 잔류농약은 재배환경 및 파프리카에서 모두 국내 허용기준치 이하로 검출되었고, 물리적 위해요소는 유리조각, 캔 등의 일반쓰레기나 경작지 폐기물 등으로 다른 위해요소들에 비해 위험도는 상대적으로 낮으나 경우에 따라서 위해를 일으킬 수 있으므로 관리가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 결론적으로 파프리카의 재배단계에서 생물학적 위해요소의 경우 작업도구 및 개인위생에서 대장균군이 높은 수준으로 검출됨에 따라 파프리카로의 교차오염을 예방하기 위한 체계적인 관리방안이 모색되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 화학적 및 물리적 위해요소의 경우 본 연구에서는 허용기준치 이하로 농약과 중금속이 검출되고 위해가 큰 이물이 발견되지 않아 안전한 것으로 나타났으나, 농약안전사용기준의 준수 및 재배환경에 대한 주기적인 검사 등은 필히 요구된다.

치아시드 분말을 첨가한 설기떡의 품질 특성 및 항산화 활성 (Quality Characteristics and Antioxidant Activities of Sulgidduk (Rice Cake) Added with Chia (Salvia hispanica L.) Seed Powder)

  • 치아시드는 오메가-3 지방산 및 식이섬유가 풍부한 식품이며 물에 넣었을 때 투명한 막을 형성하는 특성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 치아시드의 성질이 설기떡 제품이 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 치아시드 분말의 첨가량을 달리하여 설기떡을 제조하고 품질 특성 및 항산화 활성을 검토하였다. 치아시드의 첨가는 수분함량에 영향을 주지 않았으며, pH는 치아시드 첨가군이 대조군보다 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 색도 측정 결과 치아시드 분말 첨가량에 따라 L값은 감소하고 a, b값은 증가하여 ${\Delta}E$는 증가하는 결과를 나타내었다. 조직감 측정에서는 경도 및 씹힘성에서 치아시드 분말 첨가군이 대조군보다 낮게 나타났다. 반면 탄력성은 치아시드 분말 첨가군이 대조군보다 더 높게 나타났으며, 응집성은 모든 시료에서 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 저장기간에 따른 경도 변화를 통해 노화도를 분석한 결과, 치아시드를 첨가하였을 때 CSP5에서 가장 좋은 효과가 나타났으며, 치아시드를 첨가하였을 때 설기떡의 노화 억제 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 소비자 기호도 분석에서는 색, 촉촉함, 씹힘성, 향미, 단맛, 전반적인 기호도 등 모든 항목에서 시료 간에 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으며 점수도 4(보통) 이상을 받아, 치아시드를 부재료로 첨가하였을 때 거부감이 거의 없을 것으로 추측된다. 한편 항산화성 분석을 위하여 총 폴리페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량을 측정한 결과 치아시드 첨가량에 따라 유의적으로 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, DPPH, ABTS 라디칼 소거 활성도 증가하였다. 이상의 결과는 치아시드를 설기떡에 첨가하면 설기떡이 더 부드러워져 떡의 노화 현상이 억제되며, 항산화 활성이 좋아지는 효과를 얻어 기능성 떡 제조의 가능성을 보인다. 또한, 설기떡에 치아시드를 5% 첨가하였을 때 노화 억제 효과와 항산화 물질 함량이 높아 제품화에 가장 적합한 것으로 생각한다.

쑥갓의 간독성 보호작용 (Anti-hepatotoxic Activity of Chrysanthemum coronarium L. var. spatiosum Extract)

  • 쑥갓의 total methanol 추출물이 galactosamine으로 독성을 유발시킨 흰쥐의 일차배양 간세포에서 유리되는 GPT의 활성을 유의성 있게 감소시켜 간세포 보호활성을 보임을 알 수 있었다. Total methanol 추출물을 다시 $CHCl_3$, n-buthanol, $H_2O$ 분획으로 나누어 galactosamine 독성에 의한 간세포 보호작용을 재검색한 결과, 50 ppm의 농도에서 간세포 보호작용을 가지는 대조약물 silybin의 41.3% 보호효과에 비하여 각각 51.2%, 10.6%, 23.1%의 보호활성을 나타내었다. 이 중 가장 활성이 큰 $CHCl_3$, 분획을 가지고 활성의 추적 분리 방법으로 소분획 CH-II, V, VI의 활성 subfraction을 얻고 이를 다시 TLC와 활성검색을 병용하여 CH-(V+VI)-d, -e, -j의 sub-subfraction을 얻을 수 있었으며 이들은 50 ppm의 농도에서 각각 41.3%, 51.3%, 47.3%의 보호활성을 보였다. 활성 소분획 CH-II, V, VI는 모두 $[^3H]-uridine$ uptake 시험을 통한 RNA 생합성에는 영향을 미치지 않았으나 total GSH 값은 간세포 보호약물인 silymarin 대조구 $100\;{\mu}M$ 농도에서의 59.7% 수준의 회복효과에 비하여 각각 49.8%, 43.9%, 47.5%의 회복효과를 보였다. 또한 (reduced GSH)/(total GSH) 값도 silymarin $100\;{\mu}M$에서의 0.850에 비하여 각각 0.871, 0.863, 0.872로 유사한 수치를 타나내었다. 이 연구결과로 쑥갓의 간세포 보호작용을 처음으로 검색, 확인하였으며 컬럼 크로마토그래피를 이용하여 활성이 있는$CHCl_3$ 소분획을 분리하였으므로 이들 소분획으로 부터 더욱 활성물질을 순수분리하여 그 구조를 밝히고 간세포 보호활성의 기전에 대하여도 다양한 방향의 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

Evaluation of Se Accumulation in the Production of Se-treated Soybean Sprouts and Mungbean Sprouts

  • In this study, the selenium (Se) accumulations of soybean sprouts and mungbean sprouts treated with various concentrations of Se-solutions were evaluated, as part of a broader effort to produce Se-enriched variants of the plants. Four levels of sodium selenate ($Na_{2}SeO_{4}$)-dissolved solutions (i.e. 0, T0; 6, T1; 60, T2; and $600{\mu}g/mL$, T3) were prepared and sprayed onto the plants during cultivation. The effect of different spraying periods on Se accumulation was also assessed by watering plant groups once a day for periods of one, two, or three days. Se solution remaining on the surfaces of the plants was washed out by spraying with distilled water on the final day of cultivation. However, the increase of Se accumulation in the plants was found to depend on both Se-concentration and watering period, and the soybean sprouts were determined to accumulate Se more effectively than the mungbean sprouts. Additionally, with regard to Se accumulation in the plants, the period of application of Se solution was determined to be more important than the concentration of the Se solution applied. The averaged total levels of Se-enrichment in whole soybean sprouts at T0, T1, T2, and T3 were 0.26, 65.86, 179.62, and $525.12{\mu}g/dry$ matter (DM) g, respectively, and the relative equations relating Se enrichment in soybean sprouts (Y) against watering days (X) were Y=32.505X-36.17 (T1), Y=88.46X-92.04 (T2), and Y=251.11X-254.9(T3). The averaged total levels of Se-enrichment in the whole mungbean sprouts at T1, T2, and T3 group were 0.05, 3.64, and $101.43{\mu}g/DM$ g, respectively, and the relative equations relating Se enrichment (Y) to watering days (X) for mungbean sprouts were Y=1.67X-1.3467 at T1 and Y=48.035X-46.907 at T2. The results of this study suggest that soybean sprouts and mungbean sprouts enriched with bioavailable Se can be produced on a large scale by Se supplementation, allowing for the development of healthy functional foods such as Se-enriched mungbean sprout soups and salads, Se-enriched functional drink and food additives, and selenium tablets to promote health.

노인간호에 대한 간호원의 태도조사연구 (A Study of the Attitudes of Nurses toward the Geriatric Nursing Care)

  • Presently, there is increasing demand for geriatric nursing care because of increasing preparation of elderly population due to extended age. Of particular importance in determining the effectiveness of nursing care given to the elderly is the attitude of the nurse toward the elderly patient. Knowledge of the various changes that usually occur with aging will enable the nurse to help an aged Person maximize his potential in illness and in health. The objectives of this study were : 1. To delineate the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care. 2. To learn the influencing factors affecting the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care. The study population defined and randomly selected is 225 nurses at one general hospital, one private hospital, two national hospitals in Seoul during the period of October l0th -20th, 1975. The questionnaire method was used. Respondents were 140 nurses. X$^2$- test and t- test were employed in analyzing the data. The questionnaire form included 54 statements which concerned the attitudes of nurses to-ward geriatric nursing care. It was divided into five areas : 1) General characteristics of study population. 2) The nurse's concepts of elderly. 3) Care of the geriatric patient. 4) Interpersonal relationship with geriatric patient. 5) Teaching of the geriatric patient. Each of the 54 statements of the questionnaire was considered to be either Positive or Negative. A Positive response was assigned the value of+1 , and a Negative response or no response was assigned the value of O. The results of the study were as follows : 1. The Investigation of attitudes of nurses toward geriatric nursing care. a. Data indicated , respondents have negative attitudes in their. concepts of elderly (74.3%) b. Data indicated respondents have positive attitudes in care of geriatric patient (64.3%). c. Data indicated respondents have positive attitudes in interpersonal relationship with geriatric patient (85% ). 4. Data indicated respondents have positive attitudes in teaching of geriatric patient (89.3%). 2. The results of study regarding the five hypothesis were as follows : a There was significant difference in the mean scores between the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care and level of education of the nurse. b. There was no significant difference between the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care and clinical experience, but there was significant difference between care of the geriatric patient and clinical experience. c. There was no significant difference between the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care and shift most frequently worked, but there was significant difference between care of the geriatric patient and shift most frequently worked. d. There was no significant difference in the mean scores between the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care and marital status, but there was significant difference in the mean scores between interpersonal relationship, teaching of geriatric patient and marital status. e, There was no significant difference in the mean scores between the attitudes of nurses toward the geriatric nursing care and experience with elderly, but there was significant difference in the mean scores between care of geriatric patient and experience with elderly.

혼합소스 HVPE에 의한 비형광체 백색 LED의 성장과 광 특성 (Growth and optical characteristics of the non-phosphor white LED by mixed-source HVPE)

  • 본 논문에서는 형광체가 없는 백색 LED의 성장과 광학적인 특성을 분석하였다. 혼합소스(miked-source) HVPE(hydride vapor phase epitaxy) 방법과 다중성장보트를 이용하여 MOCVD로 얇게 성장한 n-GaN 위에 활성층을 AlGaN으로 한 이종접합구조(DH; Doublehetero structure)를 성장하고, 패키징 단계를 거쳐 비형광체 단일칩 백색 LED 램프를 제작하였다. 패키징 한 소자를 주입전류 $10{\sim}100mA$로 변화시켜 측정한 결과 색 연색성 값은 72-93, 색좌표의 좌표값은 X값은 $0.26{\sim}0.34$, Y값은 $0.31{\sim}0.40$에서 가지며, 색온도는 $5126{\sim}10406K$ 범위에서 측정되었다. 또한 주입전류 증가 시, 형광체를 사용한 백색 LED는 청색 영역으로 이동하지만, 제작된 백색 LED는 황색영역으로 색좌표가 이동하였다. 이러한 특성을 통하여 고감도의 색 연색성 값을 가지는 비형광체 백색LED의 성장 가능성을 확인하였으며, 광 특성 분석 결과를 통하여 혼합소스의 성장 메커니즘을 제안하고자 한다.

장기간(1997~2007) 창공관측을 이용한 서해상 SO2 및 NOx의 거동 연구 (Studies on the Behavior of SO2 and NOx over Yellow Sea Area during Long Term Aircraft Measurements(1997~2007))

  • Aircraft Measurements of gaseous pollutants($SO_2$, NOx and $O_3$) in the Yellow Sea area, were carried out on 1997-2007. Main measurement site in 124$^{\circ}$-127$^{\circ}$E, 35$^{\circ}$-37$^{\circ}$N (in the Yellow Sea), have been done along the paths classified vertically and zonally. To understand how the air stream affects Long-range transboundary pollutants in Northease Asia (LTP), the tracks of pollutants in northeast Asia have been analyzed by dividing into 6 different regions(regions I-V and L). Compared with Korea's local sources and western north Pacific influenced by the Yellow Sea, when the air stream from region II is dominant, the $SO_2$ concentrations are 3-6times higher. In region II and III, $SO_2$ concentrations are represented highest at 25.0 and 14.7 ppb, respectively. However, in other regions, $SO_2$ concentration was recorderd the highest at 1.1-3.8 ppb, which is 7-15% higher then the highest one over the region II and III. During 1997-2007, the mean amount of incoming pollutants is 0.162 $ton/km{\cdot}hr$ exceeding about 5-times mean amount of outgoing pollutants over the West Sea. During the observed period, the amount of incoming and outgoing $SO_2$ over the Yellow Sea is the highest in winter, at 0.224 $ton/(km{\cdot}hr)$ and 0.120 $ton/(km{\cdot}hr)$, respectively.
