This study was wrriten in order to to help understanding of Kyeolhyung(結洶). Kyeolhyung is a syndrome of epigastric pain and fullness due to accumulation of pathogen in the chest mostly caused by too early purgation of Taiyang(太陽) channel syndrome which leads to the exterior syndrome of heat from the exterior into the interior or combines with the original excessive fluid of the chest. The knotted chest can be divided into large, small, heat and substantice, cold and substantice, water and blood Kyeolhyung. Kyeolhyung is basically treated by purgation but practically it is treated by according to its own symptom and syndromes. And we were cured of the Kyeolhyung discriminating from Zanggyul(藏結) and Bijeung(비증).

Objective : The purpose of this paper is to report the improvement of patient with hyperhidrosis treated by herb medication based on Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system. Methods : According to 'Disease Pattern Identification Diagnostic System based on Shanghanlun Provisions', the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung Kyeolhyung number 156 provision, and took Oryeong-san herb medication 15days. The result of administration was evaluated by Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale (HDSS) and Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Results : After administration of Oryeong-san 15days, based on 156 provision of Oryeong-san seclected according to Shanghanlun provisions, Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale (HDSS) was decreased from 4 to 2 and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) was decreased from 10 to 2. Conclusions : The patient's hyperhidrosis improved. This case report suggests that the word '遂' on the 153-156 provisions of Shanghanlun be a direct emotional cause of hyperhidrosis in this case.

Objective : This case report show the effect of Dahuanghuanglianxiexin-tang on VulvoVaginal Candidiasis. Methods : According to disease pattern identification diagnostic system based on shanghanlun provisions, The author diagnosed Taeyang-byung kyeolhyung. The symptoms of VulvoVaginal Candidiasis were worsen when the patient had long sitting position and digestive problems. Therefore the patient treated with Dahuanghuanglianxiexin-tang for 3 months. The severity of Candida Vaginitis was evaluated by patient's subjective statements(Vaginal pruritus, Vaginal secretion, Burning sensation). Results : After the treatment, Level of syptoms decreased from Severe to Trace and Eliminated. Conclusions : Dahuanghuanglianxiexin-tang improved the symptoms of VulvoVaginal Candidiasis on this study. Although Dahuanghuanglianxiexin-tang is not an usual treatment for VulvoVaginal Candidiasis, the author could prescribe the medicine due to shanghanlun six meridian patterns diagnostic system.

Objective : This study reports the effect of Gamchosasim-tang on atopic dermatitis. Methods : According to shanghanlun six meridian patterns diagnostic system, We diagnosed Taeyang-byung kyeolhyung. The symptoms of atopic dermatitis were worsen when the patient had bad sleeping habits by stress(心煩不得安). So the patient treated with Gamchosasim-tang for 3 months. The severity of atopic dermatitis was evaluated by SCORAD index, EASI and pictures. Results : After the treatment, SCORAD index and EASI decreased $75.9{\rightarrow}27.9$, $19{\rightarrow}5.7$ each. And sleeping habits also improved. Conclusions : Gamchosasim-tang improved the symptoms of atopic dermatitis on this study. Although Gamchosasim-tang is not an usual treatment for atopic dermatitis, we could prescribe the medicine due to shanghanlun six meridian patterns diagnostic system. And Further research would be needed the relation between bad sleeping habits cased by stress(心煩不得安) and Gamchosasim-tang.
