동북아 물류중심과 광양항 (Strategy for Kwangyang Port as a Logistics Center of East Asia)

  • These days the surroundings around harbours are rapidly changing. Particularly in the age of Pacific Rim it is rather clear that the competition among the harbours in Northeast Asia region where are so many of worldwidely famous harbours might be intense. From 1980s on the industrialization and urbanization in the area of Kwang Yand-Bay, thanks to the regional development program, have been speedily under way. And in the year of 1987 the 1st development program of Kwang Yang-Bay container quay was started and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 1997. As the completion of the program it is expected that in 1998 the newly-opening Kwang Yang-Bay container quay on one hand will play a role in relieving the awaiting-time of vessels in Pusan Port, and on the other hand it will contribute to the balanced development of the country. In this context this thesis conducted Its study on the effect of the specification and facilities of a harbour, and especially on the effect on the regional economy resulted by the development & developmental static of Kwang Yang-Bay container quay. And progressively in the thesis the plan to provide Kwang Yang-Bay container quay with competitiveness was suggested.

서남해 연안에서의 유기오염물질 특성 규명 (Property of Organic Pollutants in Southwest Coastal Sea)

  • 본 연구에서는 서남해 연안 해역들인 광양만, 가막만, 여자만, 완도, 해남, 영광, 목포지역을 대상으로 다성분 일제분석법을 이용하여 서남해 연안에서의 유기오염물질 특성을 규명하였다. 그 결과 연안 해수에서 각 각 수십 종의 유기오염물질이 여름과 겨울철에 검출되었다. 특히 여름철에 Pesticide류에 의한 오염이 눈에 띄었으며 계절에 상관없이 Phenol류와 Phthalate류가 다종 검출됨을 알 수 있었고, 겨울철에는 광양만에서 다종의 Aromatic compounds가 나타났다. 이는 연안에서의 오염물질 유입, 선박들에서 기인한 오염원 유입, 항만이나 하구언 등에서 유입된 오염물질들로 인한 오염으로 사료된다.

광양만의 해수유동에 관하여 (The Circulation in Kwang Yang Bay)

  • A series of physical oceanographic investigations of the circulation in the Kwang Bay' were carried out seven times from May 1974 to May 1975 every other month. The average water transports through the southern entrance of the' Kwang Yang Bay were approximately $1,014{\times}I0^6m^3$/half-tide in ebb current and $278{\times}10^6m^3$$405.6{\times}I0^6m^34/half-tide in ebb current, and $282{\times}10^6m^3 $/half-tide in flood current, at the maximum current intensity. The water from Seomjin River flows into the bay at an annual average rate of $84{\times}I0^6m^3$/half-tide, the rate being fluctuated from month to month from $6.0\times}10^6m^3 $to $11. 5{\times}I0^6m^3 $per half-tide.

  • 본 연구는 한.중 황해 국제 공동연구 사업의 일환으로 1992년 9월 17일부터 10월 2일 사이에 황해의 49개 정점에서 채집된 저서다모류와 남해에 위치한 광양만에서 채집된 시료를 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 꽃갯지렁이 과(Sabellidae)에 속하는 홈꽃갯지렁이 속(Euchone)의 두 종, 핸콕홈꽃갯지렁이(Euchone hancocki Banse, 1970)와 무색홈꽃갯지렁이(Euchone incolor Hartman, 1965)를 우리나라에서 처음으로 보고한다.

  • The appearence of organochlorine pesticide residues in some marinealgae, e.g. Sargassum thunbergii, Ulva pertusa, Codium fragile, and Enteromorpha linza, collected from various sites of Kwang Yang Bay, southern coast of Korea, was surveyed through the year from May 1974 to March 1975. The residues were found to appear in the order to July>September>May>November≒March≒January; $\alpha$-BHC>heptachlor epoxide>dieldrin>aldrin>endrin; and in the range of 0-93 $\mu\textrm{g}$/kg dry matter.

대기질 모사를 통한 인접지역 배출량이 광양만 오존농도에 미치는 영향분석 - 2010년 6월 사례를 중심으로 (Estimating Influence of Local and Neighborhood Emissions on Ozone Concentrations over the Kwang-Yang Bay based on Air Quality Simulations for a 2010 June Episode)

  • Simulations of CMAQ with the High-order Decoupled Direct Method (HDDM) for a 2010 June episode are applied to estimate the influence of local and neighborhood emissions on ozone concentrations in the Kwang-Yang Bay (KYB) area. In order to examine ozone response to reductions in $NO_x$ and VOC emissions from KYB and Gyeongsang, ozone isopleths are generated with the first and second-order sensitivity coefficients from HDDM simulations at three sites; Taein, Samil, and Gwangmoo. Simulations show that reduction in KYB $NO_x$ may increase ozone over the sites. On the contrary, $NO_x$ reduction from Gyeongsang may decrease ozone at the sites when transport of ozone and its precursors from upwind Gyeongsang is potentially high. However, VOC reductions from KYB and Gyeongsang are favorable to lower ozone over KYB. The study implies that emission reductions for both local and neighboring areas are likely more effective to bring KYB to ozone attainment.

광양만의 해조류에 관한 연구 1. 해조군집의 계절적 변화 (A Study on the Marine Algae in the Kwang Yang Bay 1. the Seasonal Variation of Algal Community)

  • The seasonal variations of the marine algal community were detected with quadrat method during May, 1974-May, 1975 at several stations in the Kwang Yang Bay. Considering the environmental factors such as salinity and water current, etc., and algal vegetation, the Bay was divided into 3 sections; Section I-Myodo and the adjacent area; Section II-Eomnamuseom and the adjacent area; Section III-inlet of the Bay from Odongdo, Yeosu. The dominant species, shown by 5-grades coverage and bimonthly investigations, appear in the order of Sargassum thunbergii(Jan.)>Chondria crassicaulis (Mar.)>Ulva pertusa(May)>U. pertusa (July)>U. pertusa and Gigartina intermedia(Sept.)> Sarg. thunbergii and Gelidium pusillum (Nov.) in Section I, and Sargassum thunbergii(Jan.)>Ulva pertusa and Hizikia fusiforme (Mar.)>U. pertusa and Sarg. thunbergii(May)>Chondria crassicaulis (Sept.)>Ch. crassicaulis (Nov.) in Section II. The members such as Srgassum thunbergii, Gelidium pusillum, G. divaricatum, Hizikia fusiforme, Carpopeltis affinis, and Chondria crassicaulis show the most luxuriant period of growth in winter (Nov.-Mar.), while Ulva pertusa shows the period in May. However, considering the dry weight of total vegetation, the most luxuriant period apperas in May and the poorest one in July. The total dry weight of the vegetation in Section II is about 3.2 times more than the one in Section I.

  • 진해만에서 83년 7월의 장마직후에 수직적 및 수평적 해양화학적 환경을 조사 하였다. 마산만-가덕수도의 종축면상에는 염분이 낮은 내만쪽의 표층수에서 높은 농도의 용존성 질산염, 암모니아, 클로로필 a, 입자성질소, 입자성탄소가 측정 되었다. 입자성 C/N비는 내만쪽에서 낮고, 외만에서 높은 값을 보였다. 이 해역 에서 무기질소와 인의 양은 적조가 발생하기에 충분한 향으로 나타났다.

서남해 연안해역의 유기오염물질 분포특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Distribution Property of Organic Pollutants in Southwest Coastal Waters)

  • In this study, we try to determine the distributive property in southwest coastal waters, such as K wang-yang bay, Ka-mak bay, Yeo-ja bay, Wan-do, Hea-nam, Young-gwang, and Mok-po, using simultaneous analytical method of 310 chemicals. The results were detected tens of the organic pollutants in sampling sites, and the major chemicals detected were CH type chemicals such as aliphatic, polycyclic compounds and were CHN(O) type chemicals such as aromatic amines, nitro compounds, In particular, pesticides were mainly detected in summer, phenols and phthalate esters were not seasonal effect. Also, a number of aromatic chemicals were detected in Kwang-yang bay, From the results of this study, we confirmed that it is mainly contaminated in summer and the pesticide chemicals are the major pollutants in southwest coastal waters.

  • 본 연구는 한.중 황해 국제 공동연구 사업의 일환으로, 1992년 9월 17일부터 10월 2일 사이에 황해의 49개 정점에서 채집된 저서다모류와 그 밖의 냥해에 위치한 광양만 및 인천지역 갯벌 간석지에서 채집된 시료를 대상으로 하였다. 환형동물문 다모강에 속하는 별난가시갯지렁이과 (환형동물문, 다모강)는 한국에서는 아직 보고되지 않은 과 (科)로서 본 연구에서 다음의 2속,3아속에 속하는 6종을 새로이 보고한다: 두갈래별난가시갯지렁이 Cirrophorus furcatus, 민코별난가시갯지렁이 Cirrophorus arma tus, 채찍별난가시갯지랭이 Cirrophorus branchiatus, 태평양별난가시갯지렁이 Aricidea (Aedicira) pacifica, 왓스별난가시갯지렁이 Aricidea(Aricidea) wassi, 솜털별난가시갯지렁이 Aricidea(Acesta) assimilis.
