Entering the 21st century, the primary influence leading world economy have been shifting. U.S. economy has seemed to slow down, Japan and EU are also in same situation. But China have started to lead Asia economy and expended to the World. According to Goldman Sachs Group, "The 21st century will be a era of Brics because of their enormous territory, a large population and abundant natural resources." We have to more focus on China because China have directly effect on Korean market and have a great potential market opportunity for our industries. However, this report mentioned above didn't carefully deal with a field of information and technology(from here IT), Digital contents consumption wasn't mentioned at all. Now Digital Contents (from here 'DC') emerge as new value creator and actually Korea has been a dominant in IT industries and is leading Digital contents market in China. This phenomenon is called as 'Korean wave (Han-Ryu)'. Many researchers have studied about 'Korean wave(Han-Ryu)' focusing on the economic effect but Korean DC industries need to build specifical strategies for exporting Korean DC to China market. Therefore, purpose of this study is following : Firstly, to analyze environment of DC in China and competitive advantages of it. Secondly, to compare ICAI (Industrial Comparative Advantage Index) according to a kind of DC. Finally, to make an analysis of China consumer's attitude to DC. This study will give much implication for Korean DC industries to enter China market.

In this study, the steel material for shipbuilding(LR-A class) was used, and FCAW was taken advantage of 3G attitude and they are welded by different welding ways. As a result of analyzing wave with welding monitoring system, the stable values are obtained which are the first floor(electronic current 164~182 A, voltage 24 V), the second floor(electronic current 174~190 A, voltage 22~25 V), the third floor(electronic current 158~188 A, voltage 22~25 V), and fourth floor(electronic current 172~184 A, voltage 22~25 V), at this time, the stable wave standard deviation and changing coefficient could be obtained. When the welding testing through nondestructive inspection was analyzed know defect of welding, there was no defect of welding in A, D, E, but some porosities in B, and slag conclusion near the surface in C, because the length of arc was not accurate, and the electronic current and voltage was not stable. After observing the change of heat affect zone through micro testing, each organization of floor formed as Grain Refinement, so welding part was fine, the distance of heat affect zone is getting wider up to change the values of the electronic current and voltage. As a result of degree of hardness testing, the hardness orders were the heat affect zone(HAZ), Welding Zone(WZ), and Base Metal(BM). When the distribution of degree of hardness is observed. B is the highest degree of hardness The reason why heat effect zone is higher than welding zone and base metal, welding zone is boiled over melting point($1539^{\circ}C$) and it starts to melt after the result of analysis through metal microscope, so we can know that delicate tissue is created at the welding zone. Therefore, in order to get the optimal conditions of the welding, the proper current of the welding and voltage is needed. Furthermore the precise work of welding is required.

A submerged body moving near the free surface needs to maintain its attitude and position to accomplish missions. It is necessary to validate the performance of a designed controller before a sea trial. The hydrodynamic coefficients of maneuvering are generally obtained by experiments or computational fluid dynamics, but these coefficients have uncertainty. Environmental loads such as the wave exciting force and suction force act on the submerged body when it moves near the free surface. Thus, a controller for the submerged body should be robust to parameter uncertainty and environmental loads. In this paper, the six-degree-of-freedom equations of motions for the submerged body are constructed. The suction force is calculated using the double Rankine body method. An adaptive control method based on an artificial neural network and proportional-integral-derivative control are used for the depth controller. Simulations are performed under various depth and speed conditions, and the results show the effectiveness of the designed controller.
This study aims to empirically analyze whether the women's cognitive attitude toward gender role, which is formed through social norms, enforces the gender division of housework. In this study, 4,435 married women aged 18-59 years from the 5th wave dataset of Korean Longutudinal Survey of Women and Family Data were selected for analysis. Using the Structural Equation Model(SEM), we examine the direct effect of "attitude toward behavior" and "subjective norm" on the domestic working hours and whether those two independent variables, such as "attitude toward behavior" and "subjective norm," influence the mediator variable "Behavior Intention" which in turn affect the dependent variable. The study reveals that "attitude toward the gender division of housework" has a statistically significant direct effect on the domestic working hours as well as an indirect effect operating through "behavior intention." And"subjective norm "has only a statistically significant indirect effect on the domestic working hours, operating through "behavior intention." Despite the fact that many women are now aware that various work-life balance policies are avaliable to mitigate the gender inequality of domestic works, it is proven that the gender division of housework becomes worse. The reason behind this is not only because there exist some problems in implementing the institutions themselves, but also because women's deeply internalized self-perception of gender role based on the traditional patriarchal culture somehow exacerbates the gender division of housework. Hence, in order to instill a progressive change in gender division of housework, it is important for women to try to change the way they perceive the stereotypical gender roles as well as for men to treat women equally.
Objective: The study aimed to examine the impact of a supportive school environment on children's prosocial behavior by investigating the sequential mediating effects of children's self-esteem and happiness. Methods: Results of the study were obtained by analysing data collected from 633 nine-year-old children in the 10th wave of the Panel Study on Korean Children(2017). The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and significance of mediated pathways using SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro 3.3. Results: First, children's self-esteem did not have mediational effects with respect to a supportive school environment and children's prosocial behavior. Second, children's happiness had mediational effects with respect to a supportive school environment and children's prosocial behavior. Lastly, a supportive school environment affects children's self-esteem, which affects children's happiness, thereby promoting children's prosocial behavior. Conclusion/Implications: In order to promote children's prosocial behavior, we should put emphasis on developing a supportive school environment, and increasing children's self-esteem and happiness. It is important that teachers treat children and classmates treat each other with a warm attitude so that they can value themselves and feel happiness in their lives.

The blast wave released during the initiation of energetic materials gives rise to pulse energy generation, characterized by a sudden increase of potential energy. A highly efficient energy source, sought from pulse-type lasers, may be utilized in various space propulsion and power applications. This paper introduces a scheme of utilizing the laser energy in 1) attitude control of a satellite requiring of a low thrust, 2) innovative laser-induced drug delivery, 3) implosion-based micro piston development, 4) deflecting and zapping of space debris for laser kill purpose, and 5) finally lunar detection using laser induced breakdown spectroscopy.
No other change in Kora has offered gredter chalenges and opportunities than the emergence of the Internet and its related Information Technology. In the technology for accessing the ever growing wave of information. The quality of the silver generation is increasingly difficult to achieve because of the complexities of life in today's ICT(Information & Comunication Technology) dependent society, Life is more interesting when one knows what is going on, what opportunities exist, and when alternatives to current practices can be discovered and utilized with ease. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of attitude and planned behavior toward using internent for the quality of life. This study employ the intention to use internet, perceived ease of use, perceived usefuiness, self-efficacy, stress factor, generation gap, and income as major research variables, and collected 288 survey responses from senior citizen over 55. The results indicate that the perceived usefuiness and ease of use influence the intention to use internet, and that the self-efficacy, the ease of use and generation gap has some impact on the attitude, but the stree factor and the income level do not appear significant to the attitude. It was also found that the self-efficacy and the income level determine the level of ease of use. In addition, some useful suggestions concerning the continuing education program for silver generations are presented.

The radar cross section (RCS) of a warship is one of the most important design features in terms of her survivability in hostile environments. Ocean waves continuously changes the attitude of an objective warship to hostile radar and distorts the RCS as a result. This paper presents a dynamic RCS analysis technique and procedure that considers temporal ship motion. First, data sets are prepared for ship motions in 6 degrees of freedom, which are numerically simulated for an objective warship via frequency to time domain conversion with response amplitude operators and specified ocean wave spectra. Second, a series of RCS analysis models are transformed geometrically by referring to ship motion data sets. Finally, temporal RCS analyses are carried out with the RCS simulation code, SYSCOS. As an example, RCS analysis results are given for a virtual warship, which show that ship motions temporally change RCS values and cause RCS reduction compared with static value in terms of mean values.
This research examines the degree and the patterns of living arrangement transitions and analyzes the factors affecting transitions in living arrangement among elders in Korea. Data came from four-wave panel study of Hallym Aging Research Institute. The first wave was conducted in 2003, and each successive wave occurred exactly 2 years after. Respondents who were aged 60 and over, and had at least one living child were selected for this research. The baseline consisted of 1,907 respondents(2003), then became 985 for the fourth transition interval (2009). A total of 825 who participated both in 2003 and 2009 were used. Binomial logit regression analyses were used to analyze the effects of demographic characteristics, socioeconomic status, physical health, cognitive function, psychological well-being, and cultural attitudes toward elder care on transitions in living arrangements. Results show that 29.82% of the elders made transitions in living arrangements from 2003 to 2009, indicating remarkably unstable living situation over this time period. The ratio of living alone is increased from 17.6% to 19.6%, in contrast with decreased ratio of living with married children from 30.5% to 25.2%, and that of living with unmarried children from 19.9% to 13.7%. Factors affecting transitions in living arrangement were different according to types of living arrangement. Elders living with married children were more likely to be older, widowed and to have higher level of psychological well-being and more traditional attitude toward elder care. Elders living alone were more likely to be women, widowed, and to have more chronic diseases and lower level of psychological well-being.
This paper attempts to understand the reality of Netflix on the Korean film distribution market environment, and to verify the possibility of developing domestic content centered on independent films in the OTT market, led by Netflix. The research significance of finding the way for Korean diverse films and independent films that cannot be provided with investment and distribution opportunities in various Korean Wave contents will be studied, and the characteristics of Netflix in the Korean film market will be explored. Netflix disseminates Korean contents such as Korean movies and Korean dramas, contributes to the spread of the Korean Wave, and is re-adjusting the paradigm of the distribution market, raising issues that cause a virtuous cycle of profits, controversy over net usage fees, and flooding of Hollywood movies. Considering the nature of intercultural exchange, the interaction between independent film content, Netflix platform, audience, and global market will expand interactive communication opportunities. In other words, just as Netflix uses the Korean media market to make profits, Korea should also use Netflix to try to expand the global market of Korean film contents (K-Film)and maintain a cultural and economic reciprocal attitude.
