According to current record of private security in Korea, more than 107,963 private security guards are employed by 2,051 security guard association. However, it is obvious that there is lack of any kinds of professional license. To ensure the profession of Private Security industry and at the same time to improve the quality of private guard duty, it is necessary to introduce professional license system which is specialized and developed. The kinds of license anticipated are security guards services, armored car services, alarm services, proprietary security services, special guards services, terror, security consultants services, and private investigators. To settle those license system, there should be not only exertion of academic society but also administrative support of government and research of legal office th arrange legal and official structure.

급격한 현대사회 구조의 변화는 다방면에서 영향을 미쳐 다양하고 예측 불가능한 모습으로 표출되고 있다. 이와 같은 문제인식에 따라 본 연구에서는 성장요인의 범죄대책, 관련법, 경비업체, 경비협회로 나누어 이들의 효율성 제고 방안을 강구하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 첫째, 구성요인에 전문가와 비전문가의 의식을 조사하여 개인적 특성에 따라 차이가 있는가를 고찰한다. 둘째, 민간경비의 구성요인의 문제점을 규명한다. 셋째, 민간경비업의 성장요인의 효율성을 제고하는 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구는 민간경비업의 성장요인을 진단한 후 이의 효율성을 제고시키는 방안을 강구하는 것이 목적이다. 분석결과 첫째, 범죄의 평가와 범죄대책의 만족도에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연령에 따른 범죄 및 민간경비 인식분석은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 공 사경비의 상호협력에 대해 부정적인 인식이 높게 나타났다. 공 사 상호협력체제가 안되는 이유는 경찰의 민간경비에 대한 인식부족, 법률의 제약과 규제 때문, 민간경비의 전문지식 부족, 민간 경비의 책임감 부족으로 나타났다. 둘째, 현행 경비업법령에 문제점이 많다는 지적이 많았다. 구체적으로는 교육문제, 경비원 의 배치문제 등을 지적하고 있다. 셋째, 민간경비 관계자들의 경비업을 선택한 입직동기는 긍정적이고 건전한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 민간경비업에 대한 직업만족도는 크게 만족하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 불만족한 이유는 경쟁업체의 난립, 직업의 부정적 평가, 저소득 등으로 나타났다. 바로 무분별한 경쟁업체의 난립과 이에 따른 저가 입찰, 덤핑입찰 등이 경비업계의 묵은 과제인 것이 입증되었다. 넷째, 한국경비협회의 관리 및 운영에 대해서는 전체적으로는 보통 수준의 평가를 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 공제사업에 대해서도 전체적으로 보통 수준의 평가를 하고 있는 것으로 보인다. 그러나 회원사의 권익보호나 협회의 정책이나 운영에 대해서는 보통 또는 부정적인 평가가 높게 나타난 반면 회원사들의 협회 정책에 대한 협조에 대해서는 매우 적극적인 것으로 나타났다.

This study has been conducted to provide data that contribute to increasing efficiency of 'Private Security', which is cooperated by customer, security companies and the police which carried out 'Public Law Enforcement' and controls security companies. To reach this purpose, we investigated the status of the 'Security Alarm Systems' operated by security service companied in Korea, analyzed arising problems, considered the polices for improving the operational quality. 'Electronic Security Systems' will increase working efficiency in performing 'Private Security'. There can be no two opinions on this matter. Therefore, it can be supposed that the improvement of operational quality of 'Electronic Security System' is an important factor to accomplish security services. 'Security Alarm System' is one of the 'Electronic Security System'. The critical problems in operating 'Security Alarm system' are unnecessary response by false alarm and nuisance alarm. To reduce the problems, it is suggested that security specialist officially licensed should improve security planning, installation and maintenance, and the 'Alarm Verification System' should be introduced with appropriate facilities.

산업보안 관련 연구는 지난 10여 년 간 빠르게 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 산업보안 관련 학회가 만들어지고, 대학에 산업보안학과가 신설되면서 산업보안에 대한 학문적 관심과 연구 또한 빠른 속도로 확산되고 있다. 이와 같이 학문적 관심과 연구가 양적으로 크게 성장한 반면에 학문적 체계화의 기초가 되는 이론 분야에 대한 연구는 극히 미미한 실정이다. 개념화를 비롯한 이론적 바탕에 대한 고민 없이 특정 현안에 대한 문제 제기와 실무적인 해결 방안 제시에만 관심이 집중되어 있는 형편이다. 때문에 대부분 연구에서 산업보안 개념은 선행연구에서 적용한 개념을 그대로 수용하는 수준에 머물러 있다. 산업보안 연구 대부분이 '산업기술보호'라는 특정 주제로 집중된 이유가 산업보안 개념을 산업기술보호로 축소해 간주하고 있기 때문이다. 산업보안은 매우 다양한 영역과 분야로 이뤄져 있음에도 특정 분야를 산업보안의 전부로 인식하는 것은 매우 심각한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 이로 인해 산업보안 연구에서 산업보안 개념은 모호하고 부정확하고 편의적으로 사용되고 있는 상황이다. 산업보안 개념을 논리적 명확성과 경험적 타당성에 근거하여 정확하고 히 인식하여 제시할 필요가 있는 것이다.

According to the amendment, the part of the public peace of peoples livelihood were slough of the visual angle in knowledge which function of the civilies security were only be in under the government dimension were put in order to be tointly according to the such state of affairs, should found the consider a counterplan fundamentally regarding to the what to doing efforts foster the civilities securitylaw and qualitalive elevation of presidential guards. To make a long story short by few words, the question resolves itself into the following five points. The first, peoples arrengements for the attitude fo public duty service with devotedly Sustaining publicity work activities for the thire divert of the understanding of civilian security guard. The secondly, Existing security traders and security association should to support to the civilian security works. The third, The government office concerned should strengthen the licensing system in order to improve the quality of existings in order to may establishment newly systems of license and technical institute of regarding to them. The fourth, Should be newly organixed the exclusive organization of personal protective works in the police buroau for the sustaining development of civirity guard works and soundness of the upbringing. The fifth, It is necessary to found the reserch institute for the study on oretical, scholarly, study for the technical reserch and enlargement of effeciveness And try to find a solution to the Universitys function and duty, activity plan, support plan to the Department of security specialist for the come forward in succession it under the national assistance. The finally, I am sure that the Korean security association could be transiormed into the organization which reliable and receive a love from the peoples when doing best utmost to do pursuit of the structure to be a securitys legalism, specialization and total security systems.

쿠키는 단순한 텍스트 파일로 사용자가 웹 서비스를 제공 받은 서비스 내용이 기록되어 있다. 쿠키파일에 기록 되는 정보 중에는 사용자의 개인정보도 포함된다. 개인정보가 기록된 쿠키파일을 공격자 획득하게 되면 사용자의 개인정보 유출로 인해 금전적인 피해까지 입을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 쿠키 파일의 보안성 향상을 위해 제시된 관련연구와 쿠키파일의 낮은 보안성으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 취약성을 살펴본다. 관련 연구와 쿠키 파일의 취약성 분석을 통해 쿠키 파일을 안전하게 보관할 수 있는 보안영역에 대한 설계와 효율적인 보안영역을 제시를 위해 보안영역을 구현할 수 있는 방법에 대해서 알아본다. 또한, 성능평가를 통해서 보안성을 확인해 보았다. 보안영역을 통해서 사용자 PC에 저장된 쿠키파일의 보안성을 향상시켜 사용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 유지할 수 있을 것이다.

The private security has forty years history and it seems not to have points in exteriors. But it has many points in interior. If these points improved, our private security can develop. I discuss the development of the private security in Chapter 2 and the points in Chapter 3, and conclude in the last Chapter. If we follow the precepts, and develop a good points and improve a week points, the future of our private security will be better.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the father-child relationship. The final sample for the data analyses included 83 three-year old children and their lathers. The instrument of study was the 'generative fathering'(by Yee et al, 1999). This measurement consisted two areas, first is the father's involvement in child rearing, and second is the responsibility on child rearing. And the child attachment security was observed through Attachment Q-Set(Waters, 1987) in the child's home. The results were following: 1. The mean of the child's attachment security was .33 and the range of attachment security was from -.07 to .79. 2. Father had higher responsibility on rearing, more involved in the child care. 3. The child's attachment security was predicted by the father's involvement in rearing. The father's responsibility didn't show the relationship with the child's attachment security. Especially among the subcategories of involvement, the activity with child had a significant relation to attachment security. So the father's interaction with child was meaningful for the child to develop the internal working model.
