20세기 웨딩드레스의 유행변화에 관한 연구 I (A Study I on the fashion trends of wedding dresses in the 20th century)

  • The objective of this research is to unveil the dynamic changes of the trends in wedding dresses during the 20th Century. The studies were carried out in two forms; firstly by observing the actual wedding dresses worn by people at that time, and secondly by conducting formative comparisons between those dresses with the ones appeared in movies corresponding to that period. Movies provide an invaluable insight into the era's wedding dresses fashion trends since they function as intimate bridges in connection with the time's audience, and the visible imageries accurately reflect the characteristics embedded within that time frame. As there are no precedent studies regarding this topic, this thesis can serve as vital research data for the wedding dress industry. Research data regarding the actual wedding dresses were collected from books and museum web sites. The object of movies were films produced before World War II that contained both the background settings of the 20th Century and wedding dresses, of which photographic imageries were captured. Research analysis was then conducted by merging these data with findings from relevant books and internet materials. The results of the thesis are as the following: The 1900s was an extension of the 19th Century's popular fashion trend which can be characterized as the S curve silhouettes of the Edwardian period when long trains and long veils symbolized wealth and social power. In the 1910s, high waist silhouettes with soft wrinkles were prevalent as attire suitable for active mobility with practical functionality were highly regarded. During the 1920s, the flapper style became the dominant trend. Hem lines of the skirts were curled in the form of the scallop and laces were the most widely used raw materials. By the 1930s, wedding dresses that reinterpreted the glamorous sheath lines, practical two piece styles, and retro-styles became predominant. The 1940s saw the advent of ready-made wedding dresses made of synthesized materials; practical military style suits and casuals sometimes substituted the wedding dresses. And although the wedding dresses in the movies were primarily costumes to express the personalities of the characters, they were also reinterpreted as manifestations of the formative characteristics of each relative period that pursued very distinct and diverse features.

Cu pad위에 무전해 도금된 UBM (Under Bump Metallurgy)과 Pb-Sn-Ag 솔더 범프 계면 반응에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Interfacial Reaction between Electroless-Plated UBM (Under Bump Metallurgy) on Cu pads and Pb-Sn-Ag Solder Bumps)

  • Cu 칩의 Cu 패드 위에 솔더 플립칩 공정에 응용하기 위한 무전해 구리/니켈 UBM (Under Bump Metallurgy) 층을 형성하고 그 특성을 조사하였다. Sn-36Pb-2Ag 솔더 범프와 무전해 구리 및 무전해 니켈 충의 사이의 계면 반응을 이해하고, UBM의 종류와 두계에 따른 솔더 범프 접합(joint) 강도 특성의 변화를 살펴보았다. UBM의 종류에 따른 계면 미세 구조, 특히 금속간 화합물 상 및 형태가 솔더 접합 강도에 크게 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 무전해 구리 UBM의 경우에는 솔더와의 계면에서 연속적인 조가비 모양의 Cu$_{6}$Sn$_{5}$상이 빠르게 형성되어 파단이 이 계면에서 발생하여 낮은 범프 접합 강도 값을 나타내었다. 무전해 니켈/무전해 구리 UBM에서는 금속간 화합물 성장이 느리고, 비정질로 도금되는 무전해 Ni의 륵성으로 인해 금속간 화합물과의 결정학적 불일치가 커져 다각형의 Ni$_3$Sn$_4$상이 형성되어 무전해 구리 UBM의 경우에 비해 범프 접합 강도가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 무전해 도금을 이용하여 Cu 칩의 Cu pad 위에 솔더 플립칩 공정에 응용하기 위한 UBM 제작시 무전해 니켈/무전해 구리 UBM을 선택하는 것이 접합 강도 측면에서 유리하다는 것을 확인하였다.다.

Ni/Au 및 OSP로 Finish 처리한 PCB 위에 스크린 프린트 방법으로 형성한 Sn-37Pb, Sn-3.5Ag 및 Sn-3.8Ag-0.7Cu 솔더 범프 계면 반응에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Interfacial Reaction of Screen-Printed Sn-37Pb, Sn-3.5Ag and Sn-3.8Ag-0.7Cu Solder Bumps on Ni/Au and OSP finished PCB)

  • In this study, three solders, Sn-37Pb, Sn-3.5Ag, and Sn-3.8Ag-0.7Cu were screen printed on both electroless Ni/Au and OSP metal finished micro-via PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards). The interfacial reaction between PCB metal pad finish materials and solder materials, and its effects on the solder bump joint mechanical reliability were investigated. The lead free solders formed a large amount of intermetallic compounds (IMC) than Sn-37Pb on both electroless Ni/Au and OSP (Organic Solderabilty Preservatives) finished PCBs during solder reflows because of the higher Sn content and higher reflow temperature. For OSP finish, scallop-like $Cu_{6}$ /$Sn_{5}$ and planar $Cu_3$Sn intermetallic compounds (IMC) were formed, and fracture occurred 100% within the solder regardless of reflow numbers and solder materials. Bump shear strength of lead free solders showed higher value than that of Sn-37Pb solder, because lead free solders are usually harder than eutectic Sn-37Pb solder. For Ni/Au finish, polygonal shaped $Ni_3$$Sn_4$ IMC and P-rich Ni layer were formed, and a brittle fracture at the Ni-Sn IMC layer or the interface between Ni-Sn intermetallic and P-rich Ni layer was observed after several reflows. Therefore, bump shear strength values of the Ni/Au finish are relatively lower than those of OSP finish. Especially, spalled IMCs at Sn-3.5Ag interface was observed after several reflow times. And, for the Sn-3.8Ag-0.7Cu solder case, the ternary Sn-Ni-Cu IMCs were observed. As a result, it was found that OSP finished PCB was a better choice for solders on PCB in terms of flip chip mechanical reliability.

참가리비, Patinopecten yessoensis 인공종묘 생산시 환수가 유생에 미치는 영향-유생성장, 스쿠티카충 발생, 치패성장의 관점 (Effect of the hatchery larval sieving on the larval growth, scuticociliate occurrence, and ensuing spat growth of Patinopecten yessoensis)

  • 이전의 연구에서 참가리비(Patinopecten yessoensis) 인공종묘생산 중 수질관리를 위해 주기적으로 실시하는 환수(전량환수)가 scuticociliates 감염을 촉진 할수 있다는 가능성을 제기하였다. 본 연구에서는 수질과 scuticociliates 감염을 고려한 최적 환수 횟수를 결정하고자 하였으며, 유생성장, 생존, scuticociliates 발생을 1차 기준으로 하였으며, 부가하여 중간 육성장으로 이동하여 성장 및 기형 발생율을 2차기준으로 조사하였다. 5일 간격의 환수(3T)가 가장 좋은 결과를 보였다. 잦은 환수(5T)는 수질 개선에도 불구하고 성장 둔화가 확인되었으며, 이것은 scuticociliates의 감염과 연관이 있는 것으로 보였다. 9일간격의 환수(1T) 역시 성장둔화를 보였으며, 5T 실험구와 더불어 중간육성이후 성장 둔화(통계적 유의성 없음)와 비정상 발생을 유발하였다. 본 연구결과 최적 환수간격은 5-7일 사이로 나타났다.

큰가리비 (Patinopecten yessoensis) 치패의 양성지역에 따른 성장 특성 연구 (A Study on the Growth of Juvenile Patinopecten yessoensis from Different Aquaculture Regions)

  • 현 시점에서 동해 북부에 한정되어 양식이 이루어지고 있는 큰가리비 양식생산량 확대를 위하여 동부 북부에서 남부까지 양식시험을 통하여 성장 특성을 분석하여 생식생산량 확대를 위한 기초자료를 활용하고자 한다. 조기 종묘의 성장 특성으로 2014년 2월에 채란 및 채묘한 치패의 평균 각장, 각고는 $0.23{\pm}0.002mm$이였다. 고성장군의 경우, 6월에 평균 각장, 각고는 각각 $4.11{\pm}0.08mm$, $4.28{\pm}0.09mm$이였다. 10월에는 $23.63{\pm}3.4mm$, $24.19{\pm}4.5mm$이었다. 저성장군의 경우, 6월에 평균 각장, 각고는 각각 $2.23{\pm}0.7mm$, $1.99{\pm}0.9mm$이였고, 10월에 $1.99{\pm}0.9mm$, $17.59{\pm}4.5mm$로 성장하였다. 일간성장률은 고성장군은 0.037 mm/day, 저성장군은 0.027 mm/day 이었다. 8월에 지역별로 큰가리비의 성장을 보면 양양군, 강릉시, 영덕군, 포항시의 평균각장은 $7.93{\pm}0.2mm$으로 지역별로 큰가리비를 양성 시험한 결과, 포항 지역에서 각장 $26.90{\pm}3.6mm$로 가장 성장이 양호하였다. 이어서 영덕 지역이 $23.56{\pm}3.4mm$으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로는 포항, 영덕 해수온과 식물플랑크톤이 큰가리비 성장에 적합하게 형성된 것으로 판단된다.

수산물을 첨가한 배추김치의 영양성분 분석 (Analysis of Nutrient Composition of Baechu Kimchi (Chinese Cabbage Kimchi) with Seafoods)

  • 수산불(멍게, 키조개, 가리비, 자가비, 황석어, 도미, 낙지, 병태, 전어, 가오리, 숭어, 홍어, 갈치 및 멸치) 14종을 첨가한 배추김치의 레시피를 확립하여 제조하였고 저온숙성 7일차의 시료를 취하여 일반성분, 비타민, 무기질, 구성 및 유리 아미노산 함량을 조사하였다. 수산물을 첨가하여 제조한 배추김치 14종의 수분함량은 82.09~88.56% 범위였고, 조지방 함량은 0.31~0.64%, 조회분 함량은 2.70~3.50% 범위를 나타내어 시료별로 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 수산물을 첨가한 배추김치의 조단백질의 함량은 2.42~5.l5% 수준으로, 수산물을 첨가하지 않은 대조구 배추김치의 2% 보다 높은 값을 나타내었다. 수산물을 첨가한 배추김치 14종 중, 가자미 배추김치의 철 및 칼슘 함량이 각각 4.1 mg/100 g 및 74 mg/100 g으로 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었고 인 함량의 경우는 홍어배추김치가 117 mg/100 g으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 비타민 A의 함량은 수산물 14종을 첨가한 배추김치가 대조구보다 높게 나타났고, 비타민 $B_2$ 및 비타민 C의 함량은 멍게배추김치가 각각 0.90 mg/100 g 및 8.48 mg/100 g으로 수산물을 첨가한 배추김치 중에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 한편 수산물 14종을 첨가한 배추김치의 주요 구성 아미노산은 glutamic acid, aspartic acid, proline 및 alanine 이었고 그중에서도 glutamic acid의 함량이 가장 높게 나타났다. 수산물을 첨가하여 제조한 배추김치 14종에 대한 유리아미노산 함량의 50% 내외를 차지하고 있는 것은 hydroxyproline으로 나타났고 다음으로 glutamic acid, alanine, proline, leucine, valine 순이었다. 수산물을 첨가한 배추김치는 우리의 식생활에서 단백질 공급원으로 중요한 역할을 담당할 것으로 생각되어지고, 배추김치에 수산물을 첨가함으로서 기존의 배추김치보다 철, 칼슘, 비타민 A 함량이 높아지고 아미노산 조성 및 함량에도 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다.

고감도 HPLC에 의한 시판 중인 패류 및 멍게의 마비성 패류독 모니터링 (Monitoring of Paralytic Shellfish Poison by Highly Sensitive HPLC from Commercial Shellfishes and Sea Squirts)

  • 패류의 안전성 확보와 국가 독성 감시 페계 확립을 위하여 서울, 부산, 대구, 울산, 포항, 마산 ,통영, 거제, 사천 등 총 9개 도시에서 유통 중인 패류 및 그 가공품, 수입 패류와 그 가공품 등 총 36종 850점을 2004년 3월부터 총 10회에 걸쳐 10월까지 매월 정기적으로(4월과5월은 2회),수입산과 가공품은 5월, 7월, 9월에 각 1회씩 수거하여 독성을 분석하였다 국내에서 생산되어 유통되고 있는 패류에는 조사를 시작한 3월부터 마비성 패류 독소가 검출되기 시작하였으며 ,독소 함량이 기준치를 초과하여 양식장에서 진주담치의 채취가 금지된 4월 셋째 주에는 $72.9\%$의 독 검출율을 나타내어(70개의 시료 중 51개의 패류에서 독소검출)가장 높았고, 이 후 급감하여 5월 셋째 주에는 $3.7\%$이 었으며 ,6월과 7월에는 산발적으로 독소가 검출되었고, 8월 이후는 독소가 검출되지 않았다. 독성은 모두 기준치 (4 MU/g) 이하로, 마우스 검사로 독성이 검출된 것은 4월 마산의 굴(1.9 MU/g)과 사천의 진주담치(1.8MU/g),그리고5월 첫째 주 사천의 개 조개(2.1 MU/g) 뿐이며 , 나머지 시료는 1 MU/g 이하로 모든 시료가 식위생상 안전하였다. 그러나 원산지가 확실하지 않은 수입산 가리비와 피조개의 일부에서는 5월, 9월 시료에서 기준치를 초과하는 시료가 있었으며, 국내산에서 검출되지 않는 7월, 9월에도 독성이 검출되고 있어 철저한 검사와 관리가 필요하다고 판단되었으며, 패류 가공품은 마른 진주 담치에서 흔적 정도(0.01 MU/g이하)만 검출되고 나머지는 모두 무독이었다.

일본 어류 양식업의 발전과정과 산지교체에 관한 연구 : 참돔양식업을 사례로 (A study on Development Process of Fish Aquaculture in Japan - Case by Seabream Aquaculture -)

  • When we think of fundamental problems of the aquaculture industry, there are several strict conditions, and consequently the aquaculture industry is forced to change. Fish aquaculture has a structural supply surplus in production, aggravation of fishing grounds, stagnant low price due to recent recession, and drastic change of distribution circumstances. It is requested for us to initiate discussion on such issue as “how fish aquaculture establishes its status in the coastal fishery\ulcorner, will fish aquaculture grow in the future\ulcorner, and if so “how it will be restructured\ulcorner” The above issues can be observed in the mariculture of yellow tail, sea scallop and eel. But there have not been studied concerning seabream even though the production is over 30% of the total production of fish aquaculture in resent and it occupied an important status in the fish aquaculture. The objectives of this study is to forecast the future movement of sea bream aquaculture. The first goal of the study is to contribute to managerial and economic studies on the aquaculture industry. The second goal is to identify the factors influencing the competition between production areas and to identify the mechanisms involved. This study will examine the competitive power in individual producing area, its behavior, and its compulsory factors based on case study. Producing areas will be categorized according to following parameters : distance to market and availability of transportation, natural environment, the time of formation of producing areas (leaderㆍfollower), major production items, scale of business and producing areas, degree of organization in production and sales. As a factor in shaping the production area of sea bream aquaculture, natural conditions especially the water temperature is very important. Sea bream shows more active feeding and faster growth in areas located where the water temperature does not go below 13∼14$^{\circ}C$ during the winter. Also fish aquaculture is constrained by the transporting distance. Aquacultured yellowtail is a mass-produced and a mass-distributed item. It is sold a unit of cage and transported by ship. On the other hand, sea bream is sold in small amount in markets and transported by truck; so, the transportation cost is higher than yellow tail. Aquacultured sea bream has different product characteristics due to transport distance. We need to study live fish and fresh fish markets separately. Live fish was the original product form of aquacultured sea bream. Transportation of live fish has more constraints than the transportation of fresh fish. Death rate and distance are highly correlated. In addition, loading capacity of live fish is less than fresh fish. In the case of a 10 ton truck, live fish can only be loaded up to 1.5 tons. But, fresh fish which can be placed in a box can be loaded up to 5 to 6 tons. Because of this characteristics, live fish requires closer location to consumption area than fresh fish. In the consumption markets, the size of fresh fish is mainly 0.8 to 2kg.Live fish usually goes through auction, and quality is graded. Main purchaser comes from many small-sized restaurants, so a relatively small farmer and distributer can sell it. Aquacultured sea bream has been transacted as a fresh fish in GMS ,since 1993 when the price plummeted. Economies of scale works in case of fresh fish. The characteristics of fresh fish is as follows : As a large scale demander, General Merchandise Stores are the main purchasers of sea bream and the size of the fish is around 1.3kg. It mainly goes through negotiation. Aquacultured sea bream has been established as a representative food in General Merchandise Stores. GMS require stable and mass supply, consistent size, and low price. And Distribution of fresh fish is undertook by the large scale distributers, which can satisfy requirements of GMS. The market share in Tokyo Central Wholesale Market shows Mie Pref. is dominating in live fish. And Ehime Pref. is dominating in fresh fish. Ehime Pref. showed remarkable growth in 1990s. At present, the dealings of live fish is decreasing. However, the dealings of fresh fish is increasing in Tokyo Central Wholesale Market. The price of live fish is decreasing more than one of fresh fish. Even though Ehime Pref. has an ideal natural environment for sea bream aquaculture, its entry into sea bream aquaculture was late, because it was located at a further distance to consumers than the competing producing areas. However, Ehime Pref. became the number one producing areas through the sales of fresh fish in the 1990s. The production volume is almost 3 times the production volume of Mie Pref. which is the number two production area. More conversion from yellow tail aquaculture to sea bream aquaculture is taking place in Ehime Pref., because Kagosima Pref. has a better natural environment for yellow tail aquaculture. Transportation is worse than Mie Pref., but this region as a far-flung producing area makes up by increasing the business scale. Ehime Pref. increases the market share for fresh fish by creating demand from GMS. Ehime Pref. has developed market strategies such as a quick return at a small profit, a stable and mass supply and standardization in size. Ehime Pref. increases the market power by the capital of a large scale commission agent. Secondly Mie Pref. is close to markets and composed of small scale farmers. Mie Pref. switched to sea bream aquaculture early, because of the price decrease in aquacultured yellou tail and natural environmental problems. Mie Pref. had not changed until 1993 when the price of the sea bream plummeted. Because it had better natural environment and transportation. Mie Pref. has a suitable water temperature range required for sea bream aquaculture. However, the price of live sea bream continued to decline due to excessive production and economic recession. As a consequence, small scale farmers are faced with a market price below the average production cost in 1993. In such kind of situation, the small-sized and inefficient manager in Mie Pref. was obliged to withdraw from sea bream aquaculture. Kumamoto Pref. is located further from market sites and has an unsuitable nature environmental condition required for sea bream aquaculture. Although Kumamoto Pref. is trying to convert to the puffer fish aquaculture which requires different rearing techniques, aquaculture technique for puffer fish is not established yet.
