This paper is aimed to design for qualification structure and contents of Electronic Commerce Manager which was executed in the second half year of the 2000. To obtain research object. An analysis about e-business law was studied. Also experts of education and related field performed job analysis, on the basis of this study qualification structure and contents of Electronic Commerce Manager was designed and suggestions are proposed for the substantiality and activity. This research is performed through literature review, expert association, interview, and job analysis.

Currently, there are various institutions performing fire investigation and identification, such as fire stations and police stations as well as institutes related to fire safety, etc. And the manpower working at the institutions reaches a large number of persons. But there is no objective index on the expertise of the persons. In this paper, we suggested the examination criteria through job analysis and the enforcement method of the exam system. And we developed suitable exam subjects and exam content specifications for qualification of fire identification and estimation that investigate a fire cause, combustion, escape circumstances and fire facilities at the scene of a fire, survey the fire damage and analysis fire cause, etc. It will increase the public trust to develop national technical qualification items of the fire identification and estimation engineer.

In this paper, a multipactor test for the space qualification model of the X-band dual-mode high-power channel filter for high-speed data transmission of geostationary satellite observation payloads was conducted and compared with the 8 dB margin required for design. It was confirmed that analytically required margins were met through testing and that satisfactory test results were obtained. The design and test of the multipactor are tested according to the ECSS standard. Based on this, it is suggested that if the margin of design is sufficiently secured, it can be used in the development of the filter for space qualification model without any test.

Proceeded with a research with basic data about the qualification standard improvement scheme about the environment school architecture in which a comparison analyze the specialized field of BREEAM system of LEED of the hit environment building qualification standard G-SEED of the domestic and U.S Green Building Counci evaluated with the certification system of the world top class and Building Research Establish, essential item, and mark distribution and weight in this study at this and which I hit with a domestic afterward. The school facility with a hub among the equipment receiving the hit environmental qualification standard, and the range of this research does LEED of the domestic green building certification system February is revised in 2013 G-SEED and which US and BREEAM in UK with a range. The way of the research checked the environment school building certification system and situation hit home and abroad, and a comparison analyze the division of the specialized field of each country qualification standard, essential item, and mark distribution and weight.

The goal of this paper is to estimate firm performance of hospital coordinators through a survey on employees of medical institutions placed in Busan and Ulsan. The survey for this paper is constituted by 34 questions of 4 groups related to firm performance, qualification requirement, general fact and a certificate of qualification. The survey was carried out from September 12th, 2008 to September 24th 2008 and 388 question sheets collected finally and used for result analysis. In the result analyses related to hospital coordinator and firm performance, we found some principal outcomes such that 88.6% of respondents approved that hospital image by patients and customers is raised, 87.7% of respondents approved that degree of patient's satisfaction on hospital services is raised, and 81.5% of respondents approved that employees recognized importance of services on customers, by hospital coordinators. In the result analysis on differences in firm performance by presence of a certificate of qualification for hospital coordinator, there were meaningful differences in degree of patient's satisfaction, financial performance and degree of employee's recognition on importance of services. From the all of the above results, we verified that establishment and improvement of educational process for hospital coordinator should be performed through researches on degree of patient's and costumer's satisfaction for hospital coordinator, degree of hospital coordinator's satisfaction for the job and surveys of requirements from related industry.

The valve assembly used in nuclear power plants is important safety-related equipment. In the new standard, the physical attributes are measured using a valve diagnosis test, which is used in the expansion to other non-tested valves using a quantitative test-basis methodology. With a motor-operated actuator, the state of stem's lubrication is related to physical attributes such as the stem factor and the friction coefficient. This study analyzed the numerical transient of fluid and solid lubrication with a squeeze film effect due to the loading rate on the stem and the stem nut using the experimental data. The differential equation that governs the motion mechanism of the stem and stem nut is established and analyzed. The flow rate, the fluid and the solid contact forces are calculated with the friction coefficient. Finally, we found that a change in the friction coefficient results from a change of the shear force in the solid contact mode during the interchange process between the solid contact mode and the fluid contact mode. The qualitative understanding of the squeeze film effect is expanded quantitatively for forces, thread surface distance, velocity, and acceleration, with consideration of the metal solid contact and fluid contact.

In the fields of reliability application, the most commonly used test methods for reliability qualification are zero failure tests since they require fewer test samples and less test time compared to other test methods that guarantee the same reliability with a given confidence level. An economic zero failure test plan is developed that minimizes the total cost related to perform a life test to guarantee a specified reliability of a product with a given confidence level and a numerical example is provided to illustrate the use of the proposed test method.

As the expension of metropolis and increasing of housing site, GIL(Gas Insulated Line) comes to the fore as an alternative to overhead transmission line avoided by local resident. The certification and experimental test for the GIL is now in progress in under ground test lab, Go-chang. For the test, we propose a method of PQ(pre-qualification) test which is essential for development and field application in this paper. The test following this method take about 200 days or 300 days under the circumstances.

This paper is aimed to design for qualification structure and developing Vocational Education and Training Program of Water Treatment Plant Operator. Also job analysis was performed by the experts of education and related field though Developing A Curriculum(DACUM). The qualification structure and developing Vocational Education and Training Program of Water Treatment Plant Operator was designed and policy suggestions are made for the substantiality and activity to the government. This study is performed expert interview and job analysis The results are presented the summaries of job definitions, job models, areas of vocation activities, curriculum for education and training and guidelines for making questions in examinations.

Life time and number of use of liquid propellant rocket engine (LRE) should be carefully defined since those are crucial parameters affecting development costs and period. The present study surveyed the development and qualification records of LRE for space launch vehicles, especially concerning about test numbers and duration. It was shown that a single engine for expendable launch vehicle is tested with tens of ignition and several times duration of flight at least.
