PURPOSE: This study examined the level of awareness of the guidelines of the physical therapist specialization system. METHODS: This study was a cross-sectional survey of 364 clinical physical therapists working in hospitals. A structured questionnaire consisting of 17 questions was used. The questionnaire consisted of standards and management for the institutionalization of physical therapist specialization, intentions to acquire specialized physical therapist qualifications, specialized fields, and general information of the research subjects. RESULTS: At least five years of clinical experience and a bachelor's degree or higher were required to obtain a specialized physical therapist qualification. Many physical therapists said they would accept the qualification of a specialized physical therapist. Training and examination were appropriate for acquiring specialized physical therapist qualifications, and it was desirable to manage qualifications at the national level or the association of physical therapists. As for the specialized fields of physical therapy, musculoskeletal physical therapy, pediatric physical therapy, and nervous system physical therapy were prioritized, and electrotherapy was not recognized as a specialized field. CONCLUSION: A detailed discussion is needed on the system and cost for acquiring a specialized physical therapist qualification and economic benefits after acquiring the qualification.

The aim of this study was to analyze pilots' safety consciousness and grit level, and the correlations between them. Participants were 142 pilots for pilot qualification (n=78), certification 1 (n=12), and 2 (n=52) level. The data were gathered from questionnaire for safety consciousness and grit scale from April to August 2022. Statistical treatment were processed (by SPSS 21.0 for windows) by descriptive analysis for all variables. One-way ANOVA was processed for analyze pilots' safety consciousness and grit scale by their groups. And the correlations were analyzed for investigating relations between them. Statistical significancy was set as p<.05. The results were as follows. First, pilots' safety consciousness showed higher trend in certification 1, qualification and certification 2 as considerable. The grit scale showed higher trend in qualification, certification 2 and 1 in order. The grit and its subfactor passion showed significance (p<.05). Second, the correlations among factors showed significance(p<.05). Conclusionly, safety consciousness was importantly recognized to the certification 1(F-4/5) pilots and grit to qualification pilots. The limit of this research was in small sample size, although need further study for practical using.

Flight simulators are crucial devices for aircraft piloting training and simulation, requiring regular inspections to maintain performance and operational quality. This study explores the development of an automated inspection system for flight simulators to automate quality inspections of control loading systems (CLS). While quality inspection of the control loading system (CLS) is essential for flight simulators, manual inspections are common practice. To address this, we developed an Auto Qualification Test Guide (Auto QTG) using artificial control logic and sensor data and applied it to the militarily simulator. Experimental results demonstrate that Auto QTG successfully automates quality inspections of CLS, enhancing accuracy and efficiency. This automated inspection system is expected to contribute to improving the operation and maintenance of flight simulators.

In this article, the current state of the international and national systems are critically compared and discussed with the intention of proposing improvements to the Korean national system. The Korean Welding Society has revamped its system so that its certificates might be recognized by the welding institutions in foreign countries such as the European Welding Federation (EWF) and still be recognized by the Korean Government. Their desire to join the system of International Institute of Welding (IIW).

민간자격증은 민간(民間) + 자격증(資格證)의 개념으로 이해된다. 즉 자격증의 발급주체가 민간이라는 의미이다. 민간자격증은 따라서 민간과 대칭되는 국가자격증과 구별된다. 국가가 자격증 발급주체가 되는 국가자격은 국가기술자격법(일부개정 2005.12.30 법률 제7830호)에 의한 국가기술자격과 개별 법령에 의한 국가자격으로 분류되며, 시험은 국가, 지방자치단체 또는 지정기관이 실시한다. 자격증의 범위는 거의 모든 산업에 망라되어 있으며, 새로운 자격증에 대한 신설도 계속 늘어나고 있다. 2006년도에 처음으로 실시된 제1회 민간경비 자격시험은 (사)한구경비협회장 명의로 공고가 되었으며, 취득자격은 신변보호사 2급과 3급이었다. 2006년 10월 25일 시험이 공고되어 12월 20일 합격증이 발부되기까지의 과정 속에서 발생했던 다양한 문제점에 대한 대책을 제시함으로써 민간경비업의 발전을 위한 민간자격증제도의 활성화를 기대하고 합격자에 대한 일정한 처우개선 및 활동영역의 확대, 개발을 통하여 진정한 의미의 발전을 꾀할 수 있는 여건을 마련하고자 함이 본 논문의 핵심 부분이다. 40개 대학 822명이 응시하여 응시자대비 92.8%인 763명이 합격하였다. 이들에 대한 적절한 처우의 증진은 단순한 개인적 처우의 개선이 아니라 민간경비업 전체의 발전을 위한 계기가 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 노인스포츠지도사 자격 취득과 관련하여 실효성을 살펴보고, 개선방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 2015년부터 2017년까지 전라남도 노인스포츠지도사 자격 취득 연수프로그램 참가자를 대상으로 하였으며, 총 113명이 설문에 응답하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 이에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인스포츠지도사 자격증 취득 당시 응답자는 스포츠분야에서 일하고 있다는 응답이 가장 많았으며, 다양한 능력을 겸비하기 위해서 자격을 취득하였다라고 응답하였다. 둘째, 노인스포츠지도사 자격 취득에 따른 기여도와 관련하여 취업과 업무능력 향상도에 따른 기여도에 있어서는 '그렇다'는 응답이 가장 많았으나, 임금상승이나 승진과 관련한 기여도에 대해서는 그렇지 않다는 응답이 가장 많았다. 마지막으로 자격증 활용정도와 관련하여서는 활용도가 낮다는 응답이 가장 많았으며, 그 이유로는 자격 취득자에 대한 혜택이 없기 때문이라는 응답이 가장 많았다. 따라서, 노인스포츠지도사 자격증 취득이 앞으로 업무처우에 있어서 중요한 기준이 될 수 있어야 할 것이며, 이와 같은 제도 마련에 힘써야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 전문가 인증을 위한 제도로서 전문가의 자격수준을 높이고 전문가로서의 사회적 인지도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 논의되고 있는 사서자격인증제도 도입에 대한 논의를 집중적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 첫째, 문헌정보학 교육과정 인증제도 도입에 대한 논의를 하였다. 둘째, 인증제도 도입 시 고려할 사항에 대해서 논의하였다. 즉, 인증제도를 논할 때 우리가 고려해야 할 사항이 무엇인지에 대해 깊이 있게 분석했다. 셋째, 국내외 인증제도의 구성요소를 조사·분석하고, 사서자격인증제도에 적용할 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의하였다. 넷째, 문헌정보학과 인증제도 도입 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 분석결과를 기반으로 국내 문헌정보학과에 인증제도를 도입할 때 문제가 될 수 있는 것은 무엇이고 어떠한 내용들이 검토되어야 하는지를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 사서자격인증제도 도입을 제안하기 위하여 세부적으로 사서자격인증제도의 목적, 인증 기준, 인증기관, 대학과 문헌정보학과의 대비 등에 대한 내용도 구체적으로 다루었다.

2011년도에 개정된 기록물관리 전문요원의 자격은 기록관리학 석사학위 이상을 취득한 자와 기록관리학 학사학위 취득자 및 역사학, 문헌정보학 학사학위 이상을 취득한 자 중 기록관리학 교육과정을 이수하고 기록물관리 전문요원시험에 합격한 자로 전문요원의 학력범위가 확대되었다. 그러나 기록관리 전문 인력에 대한 상세한 자격이나 전문성에 대한 내용이 규정되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기록관리 선진국들의 사례를 바탕으로 기록관리 전문 인력이 전문성을 인정받을 수 있는 제도를 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 우리나라의 기록물관리 전문 인력 전문성을 확보할 수 있는 핵심 요소로 표준교육과정 개발 및 인증, 자격 인증 시험 및 등록 제도의 도입과 실무 경력 및 업무 수준에 따른 인정 기준을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to identify the legal concept of a license and a qualification for health care personnel. We analyze the appropriateness of the qualification for the first-class paramedics and the sufficiency of 3-year job experience in substitution for college level academic major. Method: We reviewed Laws on Healthcare which stipulate academic and career qualifications for healthcare personnel for whom college-level academic training and job experience to get a license. Results: There is no legal consideration which permits major and educational background substituted by job experience. Only third-class hygienist who graduated from a high school or the equivalent with 3 year job experience can apply for first-class hygienist' national license examination without educational requirements. However, it is nothing to compare with first-class paramedics because the work of hygienist is not directly related to patients care and there is no need of doctor's supervision for hygienist' job. Paramedics have a major role in saving emergency patients in making prompt decision, applying appropriate emergency treatment, securing intravenous route, managing intubation, applying defibrillator, and etc. Conclusion: Ministry of Health & Welfare should grant license to paramedics and annul replacement of academic major background. In addition, it is imperative to broaden the scope of paramedics' job so that they can guarantee patient's life saving in emergency situation with quality major curriculum of college level.
