본 연구는 돼지 미성숙 난포란을 체외에서 성숙, 수정시킨 후, 체외배양액내에 NO Scavenger인 hemoglobin과 억제제인 L-NAME의 첨가 배양이 돼지 체외수정란의 체외발육에 미치는 효과를 검토하였다. 체외배양 44시간에 NCSU 배양액에 hemoglobin을 각각 0, 1 및 5$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$가 첨가된 처리구에서 상실배기 이상 발육된 수정란의 체외 발육율은 각각 52.4%, 57.6% 및 57.4%로써 hemoglobin 첨가군이 대조군에 비해 다소 높은 발육성적을 나타냈으나 통계적 유의성은 인정되지 않았다 (P〉0.05). 체외배양 96시간에 NCSU23 배양액에 hemoglobin을 0, 1 및 5$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ 첨가한 처리구에서 상실배이상 발육된 체외 발육성적은 각각 66.2%, 70.8% 및 62.8%로 1$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ hemoglobin을 첨가한 처리구가 다른 처리구보다 다소 높게 나타났지만 통계적으로 유의차는 인정되지 않았다 (P〉0.05). 체외배양 44시간에 NCSU23 배양액에 L-NAME를 각각 0, 10, 50 및 100mM을 첨가한 처리구에서 상실배기 이상 발육된 체외발육율은 각각 65.2%, 73.5%, 70.1% 및 58.8%로 L-NAME를 10mM첨가한 처리구와 50mM 첨가한 구가 무 첨가구와 100mM 첨가구보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 성적을 얻었다 (P＜0.05). 각 처리구에서 생산된 배반포기수정란의 세포수에는 커다란 차이가 인정되지 않았다.

Object : This study was designed to research whether the protection and inhibitory effects of cardiovascular diseases in L-NAME induced rat or ECV 304 cell lines through the Cell morphological pattern, Tunel assay, LDH activity, heart rate, blood pressure and immunohistochemistric analysis by Boonsimgieum water extract Methods : Nitric oxide(NO) play an important role in normal and pathophysiological cells including as a messenger molecule, neurotransmitter, microbiocidal agent, or dilator of blood vessels and artheriosclerosis, hypertension, myocardial infarction, respectively. Endothelial cell products can modulate the magnitude of a response to a vasoconstrictor, as evinced by the greater constriction after endothelium removal or NO synthesis blockade. To investigate that Boonsimgieum in the potential contribution of the levels of nitric oxide generated by endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and the mechanisms of protection against NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), human ECV 304 cells, which normally do not express eNOS, were expressed by L-NAME. L-NAME stimulated rat or cells were found to be resistant to injury and delayed death following the Boonsimgieum. Inhibition of nitric oxide synthesis abolished the protective effect against L-NAME, thrombin and collagen exposure. Interestingly, such effects have been observed during stimulation with agents such as phenylephrine and KCl on L-NAME mediate rats, were damaged by the NOS inhibitor L-NAME. Result : As the result of this study, In group, the anti-apoptosis and necrosis in the cardiovascular system have a potential capacity for prevented, protected and treating the diseases of cardiovascular system, against the necrosis of rat and ECV 304 cells with Caspase 3 and calpain expression by L-NAME is promoted. Conclusion : these results demonstrate neuroprotective and memory enhancing effects of ZIBU, suggesting its beneficial actions for the treatment of AD.

Caligys latus Kim, 1995는 C. latus Byrnes, 1987의 신참이물동명으로서, 전자의 학명을 폐기하고 새로운 학명인 C. parvilatus를 부여하였다. 아울러 이 종의 수컷을 처음 기재하였다.

Naturalized words of clothing terms in Joseon Dynasty could be found on the foreign language study books such as Chinese language study books; "譯語類解Yeokeoyuhae", "譯語類解補編Yeokeoyuhae-supplementary book], and "華語類抄Hwaeoyucho", Manchu language study book; "同文類解Dongmunyuhae", Mongolian language study books; 蒙語類解Mongeoyuhae", and "蒙語類解補編Mongeoyuhae-supplementary book", Japanese language study books; "倭語類解Oaeeoyuhae", and "和語類解Hwaeoyuhae", and the study books of over two kinds of foreign language; "方言類解Bangeonyuseok", and "漢淸文鑑Hanchungmungam". This study focused on the name that was related with headgear, socks and clothing from those foreign language study books. The name which was originated in Chinese language is Cwan, Yanggwan, Dugeon, Samo, Bokdu, Jungja, Okjam, Cwanja, Hwa, Johwa, Unhye, Jobok, Danlyeong, Wonlyeong, Changyi, Dunja, Hosu, Dansam, Dopa, Bigye, Peak, Yodae, and Pumdae. The name which was originated in Manchu language is Camto, Nyeolku, Dalogi, kulimae, and Mahulae. The name which was originated in Mongolian language is Tyeolic, and Dugeule. There are two kinds of names that have been used continuously during the whole Joseon Dynasty. The first ones borrowed just name, for example, Cwan, Dugeon, Mahulae, Okjam, Hwa, Dansam, Changyi, kulimae, and Yodae. The second ones loaned the name and object, for example, Yanggwan, Samo, Bokdu, Camto, Jungja, Cwanja, Jobok, Dalogi, Danlyeong, Wonlyeong, Dopa, Tyeolic, Peak, and Pumdae. It was observed that among Korean names that have been used from the Joseon Dynasty, Unhye, Dugeule, and Hosu were used as broader meaning in the Joseon Dynasty. It was names that had not used during the whole Joseon Dynasty were Johwa, Nyeolku, and Bigye.

지명에는 해당 지역과 그 지역주민들의 삶에 관한 정보들이 녹아 있다. 특히, 오래전부터 이어져 온 고지명은 더 많은 공간적 속성들을 포함한다. 본 연구에서는 전통 지명의 하나인 고지명 '두모'를 연구대상으로 하여 그 분포와 특성을 고찰하였다. '두모'는 Nam(1996)에 의해 연구되기 시작한 지명군으로, 어원적 의미를 살펴본 결과 지명 자체에 산이나 물과 연관된 지형적 입지 조건의 의미를 내포하고 있었다. 그리고 전국에 걸쳐 비교적 균등하게 분포하는 가운데, 85%가 인문지명으로 사용되고 있었고 그중에 73%는 취락명이나 행정구역명 등 취락지명이 차지하고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 두모계 지명의 마을 220개만을 가지고 두모계 취락의 입지와 지명의 확산을 심층 분석하였다. 그 결과, 두모계 취락이 주로 남 동향을 취하고 배산임수의 지형적 조건을 갖추고 있었으며, 마을의 확장에 따라 두모계 지명이 분화되면서 여러 개의 두모계 지명이 함께 분포하고 있음을 확인하였다.

Place names are generally composed of first half and second half, whether the originality of those names comes from Korean or Chinese. The first half, modifying the second half, represents the naming flexibility of the name, while the second half of the name points out its directive object, which refers to a branch of the name. For example, 'Myeong' in 'Myeongryang' and 'No' in 'Noryang' represent their naming flexibility while 'Ryang', constituting the second half, points out the name's directive object. The purpose of this study was to investigate the etymology of place names, 'Myeongryang' and 'Noryang', by figuring out the meanings of those two elements. In order to search for the meaning of the second half, 'Ryang', other examples presented in the related literature have been examined. The finding indicated that 'Ryang' means 'dol', or 'do', which refers to 'moon(door)'. Furthermore, it is found out that the meaning of 'Ryang' has been transferred from 'dol' or 'do' to 'moon(door)', furthermore, to the straits. Upon looking into the origins of those names on the field, it is interpreted that 'Myeong Ryang' has been meant as a door in which huge and rough waves cry out, and 'No Ryang' has been meant as a door in which huge and rough waves rise up.

Many overlay texts are artificially superimposed on the broadcasting videos by humans. These texts provide additional information to the audiovisual content. Especially, the overlay text in news videos contains concise and direct description of the content. Therefore, it is most reliable clue for constructing a news video indexing system. To make the automatic person indexing of interview video in the TV news program, this paper proposes the method to only detect the name text line among the whole overlay texts in one frame. The experimental results on Korean television news videos show that the proposed framework efficiently detects the overlaid name text line.

The study aims to examine the brand image for developing place name and local brand to create effective development. The data were collected purposive sampling technique by face-to face interview. 154 of resident and 152 of visitor in Seocheon county were used for analysis. Collected data were analyzed by ANOVA and factor analysis. The study found that it was deducted as passionate, comfortable, conservative image through exploring factor analyze that was about brand image's individuality in Seocheon county. And, it had an order that was Konmoe (29.2%), Solli(20.8%), Soya(17.5%) on resident, Konmoe(30.9%), Solli(19.7%), Munitgol(16.4%) on visitor, in place name favorable degree of the nature village. Results suggest that place name be utilized by brand individuality for place marketing effectively.

Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were orally administered with NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), which inhibits or blocks the production of nitric oxide from L-arginine in vascular endothelial cells and vessel tissue. We examined the effects of nitric oxide on some physiological changes such as blood pressure and heart rate, and confirms the apoptosis induced by the suppressed nitric oxide activity in the kidney. This study was performed to investigate correlation between the activities of nitric oxide and apoptosis by immunohistochemical changes of apoptotic control proteins with regulated chronic inhibition of nitric oxide. In the kidney from L-NAME-treated group, immunohistochemical reaction to the antigens of apoptosis inhibiting proteins such as bcl-2 and bcl-xL, exhibited a time-dependent reduction. The expression of apoptosis-inhibiting proteins such as bax and p53 increased expression in proportion to the duration of treatment. The most sensitive apoptosis regulating proteins to L-NAME were p53 in stimulation and bcl-2 in inhibition, respectively.

This paper aims at the examination on the fallacy of the name of 'Dadaepo-gaeksa'. The results are as follow: The so called 'Dadaepo-gaeksa' was one of the official buildings of Dadaejin, the naval forces in the late period of J osun dynasty. The building was moved to Molundae near the original site in 1970. And two years later, it was designated as a cultural asset. However it's real name is 'Dadaejin-dongheon', because Dadae-jin gaeksa was demolished about the time of the foundation of Dadaepo-elementary school. Otherwise, Dadae-jin donheon was used as a school building from 1904 to 1970. Futhermore, the architectural style of the existing building is different from the general gaeksa's in the period of J osun dynasty. Therefore, the name of Dadaepo-gaeksa needs to change into Dadaejin-gaeksa and to restore as its original style.
