Because of difference of syntactic construction, Lee dong- baek's divides into two parts. Though each parts show different principles of thinking, they aim same communicational purpose. The first half of that quotes set phrase of Chinese classical literature and folklore shows principles of expression that represent object by present cultural well-acquainted informations. It reflects process of thinking basing on cultural identity in pursuit of harmonious communication with listener. In the latter half of the work, the object is presented by mimesis and sensuous description. It implicates intention of making correspondence between linguistic sign and object, and shows principles of expression that present more directly by strengthening the motivated between sign and object. Based on discussion above, I hope we will find a clue to make contents of Korean expression education. We will convert these principles of pursuing cultural universality to make sympathy in communication and pleasure of that, or of representing object substantially to make correspondence into the contents of Korean expression education.

The current mathematical education calls for a learning environment from the constructionism perspective that actively creates mathematical objects. This research first analyzes JavaMAL's expression 'move' that enables students to express the agent's behavior constructively before they learn vector as a formal concept. Since expression 'move' is based on a coordinate, it naturally corresponds with the expression of vectors used in school mathematics and lets students take an embodied approach to the concept of vector. Furthermore, as a design tool, expression 'move' can be used in various activities that include vector structure. This research studies the educational significance entailed in JavaMAL's expression 'move'.

This study examined the texts of the Late Joseon Dynasty's YEONJEONG GASA, whose authors are unknown, to list the contents of education which can be provided by conventional elements. Most existing discussions on expression education have focused on creativity. However, the perspective creativity based on the concepts of modern individualism and difference believes that creation can be done only by special professionals with inborn abilities and is likely to jeopardize the possibility and need of expression education to reduce the scope of expression education. On the other hand, conventionality has been related to "cliche" and "old-fashioned" and considered the counterpoint of creativity with lacking originality and aesthetical or educational valuelessness. Nevertheless, conventionality is valuable as cultural custom in that it is closely related to the contemporary culture, thoughts, and language. Also, it is the power that creates new text and induces sympathy in receivers. The Late Joseon Dynasty's YEONJEONG GASA by unknown authors include typicality of circumstances, schematism of emotion, and formula in conventionality. The positive aspects of conventionality - familiarity and intimacy - are the basis of sympathy and become the power that encourages the public to participate in creation and enjoyment within the frame of creativity. Ultimately, conventionality of YEONJEONG GASA allows learners to experience the pleasure of expression and has an important meaning for expression education as it provides them with the opportunity to perform expressions to extend sympathy.

The purposes of this study were to demonstrate whether a Physical Rhythm Education Program can alter children's rhythm perception and rhythm expression. To solve the questions posed by this study, 60 5-year-olds and 60 6-year-olds (a total of 120 children) from one child-care center in Kyunggi-province were selected. An experimental group participated in the Physical Rhythm Program which was carried out 10 times over the course of 4 weeks. The results indicated that the Physical Rhythm Program positively improved the children's rhythm perception and rhythm expression. In particular, the Physical Rhythm Program was more effective in producing effects upon six-year-olds' rhythm perception and rhythm expression (verbal, instrumental and physical expression) than five-year-olds' rhythm expression (instrumental and physical expression).

In this study, we discuss ways to environmental values education from sentences on environmental education textbooks. Values education is very important territory in environmental education. But school environmental education has some different idea about how to teach that. One way is to teach directly. The other way is to teach in a roundabout way. These days many researches said that roundabout way is better. The purpose of this study is to find out good ways to values education in environmental education. So we analyzed sentences on four environmental education textbooks of middle school. The analysis is limited body of textbooks. And we found immediate appropriateness expression for values education. The study results are as follows. There are 420 immediate expression in textbooks. That is 11% of whole expressions. And 6 big Units of textbooks have not difference about that expression. Most last sentences of class are immediate expressions. So authors of textbook will have mind about good values education method. One method is to use many interrogative sentences. Interrogative sentences help that student have values of themselves.

This paper proposes the approaches to the evaluation of learning using concepts of artificial intelligence. Among various techniques, deep learning algorithm is employed to achieve quantitative results of evaluation. In particular, this paper focuses on the process-based evaluation instead of the result-based one using face expression. The expression is simply acquired by digital camera that records face expression when students solve sample test problems. Face expressions are trained using convolutional neural network (CNN) model followed by classification of expression data into three categories, i.e., easy, neutral, difficult. To substantiate the proposed approach, the simulation results show promising results, and this work is expected to open opportunities for intelligent evaluation system in the future.

This study investigated the relationship between musical understanding and expression, the purpose of music education. It also intended to present the theoretical basis of integrated early childhood music education by examining into the necessity of it as a method to help young children with musical understanding and expression. The results of the study showed that either of the understanding and expression of music should be necessary and there is a mutual promotional relationship between them. It was found out that real musical understanding can be formed not by mechanical skill, but when the relationship between notes is understood with various experiences. Therefore an integrated early childhood music education became necessary as a principle of educational method to help young children with musical understanding and musical expression. Concretely it was found out to be necessary in terms of the characteristics, interest and concern of young children, the use and development of multi intelligence and the translation of the same knowledge into the same level.

This study was to analyze the related contents by securing 32 volumes of 8 types of physical education textbooks for grades 3, 4, 5, 6 that are being used in the school field for the revitalization of dance education. As a result, the 3rd grade expression area organized textbooks focusing on movement language and expression elements. For the 4th grade, most textbooks suggested gymnastics using balls, hoops, and ribbons. In the 5th grade, Ganggangsullae and Mask dance were suggested in relation to Korean folk dances, and Tinikling and Gustaf's skoal suggested in relation to foreign folk dances. had been In the case of 6th graders, the exploration of expression elements and the expression process were presented in relation to thematic expression, and the subject expression was made possible with a focus on creative gymnastics. Also, line dance among practical dances was presented in most textbooks. Despite the importance of the expression domain, field teachers at school are complaining of difficulties in teaching and learning due to various internal and external problems. The need for activation is raised in that the expression domain can exert effects in all cognitive, mental, and affective domains.

The purpose of this study was to conduct content analysis on expression activity section in the physical education textbooks of 2009 curriculum revision and provide a basis for future middle school physical education. in order to accomplish the purpose of this study, 5 different kinds of physical education textbook. The physical education textbooks were examined through the comparative analysis and previous studies conducted for selections of the analysis bases. The results were as follows. First, textbooks devoted the space from 14.1 to 17.3%. In deployment and configuration of the section, each textbooks were used variety of methods, photographs and illustrations for motivations and advanced learning. Second, the instructional objectives were presented 4-6 each text book including expression activity concepts, understanding expression methods, personal competence reinforcement through creative activity, and watching performances. Learning contents were to focus on the concepts of aesthetic component in the esthetical expression, to highlight creative component in the modern expression, to express characteristic dances through understanding of the culture in the traditional expression. lastly, the middle assessments hight the understanding of each contents but small assessments focus on attitudes of character education.

This study aims at searching for educational quality of abstract expression from the expression 'Yeok-goon-eun'[亦君恩/ also the king's mercy] which appears frequently in the classics. I clarified that the expression can be used to mean not only eulogy and missing the king, which is a conventional phrase, but also cynicism or excuse for oneself, curative response and so forth. In other words, the symbol, 'Yeok-goon-eun', has a variety of meanings according to readers and contexts. Like the example of the expression 'Yeok-goon-eun', the expressions of the classics in itself imply deep meanings to experience. They do not correspond to contemporary words which are familiar to current readers. Thus, the expressions of the classics have to be experienced by learners. In specific, 'Yeok-goon-eun' provides the present learners with special experience such as perception and attitude about the world, relationship between the nature and human beings, and cultural practices which attribute to the other. Such perspective of experience has been focussed on that the expressions in the classics have the world of understanding and recognition which is quite different from the present beyond the side of communication and delivery. It offers significant viewpoint in relation to value and quality of classic literature education.
