In general. social cognition for a disabled person seemed that he was limited aspects of emotion and psychology. Thus he was rejected. avoided. worthless and not accepted. People who have been raised in an ethnic collectivity often acquire from that experience not only basic conceps and attitudes toward health and illness but also fundamental styles of interpersonal behavior and concerns about the world. The effects of this enculuration carryover into health- care situation and also become an important influence on personal activities devoted to health maintenance and disease prevention. Our Korean culture is a state of tradition Confucianism. respects his honor and external feature. Therefore recognition of a disabled person is more specipic. This study uses Walker and Avant's process of concept analysis. The concep of recognition of disabilty can be defined as follows : Recognition of disability is a person's conscious process of sensation. perception. memory and thought and is constructed from value. attitude. emotion and expierince which is dynamics. and in everyday life is feeling that basic activity is not free and occurs interaction of envionment. Attributes of disability recognition are defined as 1) It is feeling that basic activity of his daily life is not free in everyday life. 2) It is a person's conscious process of sensation. perception. memory and thought. 3) It occurs interaction of enviornment. 4) It is constructed from value. attitude. emotion and experience. 5) it is dynamics ( changing but not stasis). Nurse is always suppoted and pushed him. She plans institutional and situational surroundings.

There is a growing tendency that it gives the first primacy to inquiry learning as lesson style from lecture or simple experiment in present primary. middle and high school. But in fact. inquiry learning is difficult due to space limit, lack of laboratory, instruments and program for inquiry learning. Therefore, it is very important for science camp which stimulates much interest in science to be activated by doing of scientific activities in out-of-doors. This study is to investigate the present operational status and educational effects of science camp in which Korean and American students and teachers found. The science camps held by Seoul YMCA Chong-Ro BR. and Dongdaemun BR., Bun-Dong middle school, and Cho-Sun IL BO and Inkel corp., were analyzed. The 284 students and 12 teachers who take part in science camps in Seoul YMCA Chong-Ro BR. and Bun-Dong middle school, and 197 students who attending in 6 schools in seoul were questionaired. The 37 American students and 16 teachers in Pennsylvania, were also questionaired, Most students and teachers thought it useful regarding science-program which proceeded at science camps. And it was thought that science program had much relation to science class in school, especially science-camp made it help to arouse interests on science.

Chronic Cochlodinium blooms in the southern waters of Korea have brought about considerable economic losses for about a decade, This paper aims to reframe current perspectives on the outbreak mechanism and the remediation schemes through a thought experiment in a context of mass balance and mathematical ecology. Far different explanations emerge from a careful examination of the scientifically unnoticed clues and a through discussion on the phytoplankton conservation equation. Logic of the eutrophication-induced red tide subjects to criticism. It is strongly recommended that the current remediation scheme to exterminate the target species should be rerouted to an environmentally sound competition enhancement tactics. Finally a novel convergence-float-aggregation hypothesis is proposed as an outbreak mechanism.

This study was intended to grasp the actual condition of adult women's wearing foundation garments for the Korean adult women in their 20s to 40s. For this purpose, questionnaire research was conducted for 639 adult women in their 20s to 40s living in Seoul and Kyonggi Province. As for the reason for the purchase of foundation garments, It was found that the highest proportion of the responding adult women would buy brassieres when they were needed because the old ones were threadbare, followed by the purchase of brassiere when they caught their eyes in shopping around. As for the reason for the purchase of girdles, the highest proportion of the responding adult women could buy girdles when they were needed because their old ones were wornout, and next when bargain sale began at the department store or the large shopping center. The highest proportion of the responding adult women thought the source of information on foundation garments as the window display, followed by magazine. The adult women in their 30s collected information on foundation garments through the window display when buying brassieres or girdles. As for the product evaluation criteria of foundation garments, the highest proportion of the responding adult women thought highly of the feeling of wear in brassieres and girdles, followed by dimensions in brassieres and bodily correctability in girdles. As for the place of buying brassieres or girdles, the responding adult women showed it to be the department store. followed by the discount store and the well-known agency.

This study investigates the life of Benjamin Hobson(合信, 1816.1.2-1873.2.13)-the writer of five books of western medicine which influenced the establish of "ShinGiCheonHeom(身機踐驗)"-in order to expand our base to study "ShinGiCheonHeom". Findings and results of the investigation are as follows. 1. Treatise on Physiology("全體新論") excited a deeper interest among the Chinese literati and was so eagerly sought after that a reprint of it was made for sale. The income of works of Hobson's probably excited a deeper interest among the Korean literati also. 2. We found Hobson had written many works. Among those we must pay attention to A Medical Vocabulary in English and Chinese("醫學英華字釋"). Through this book we can reach agreeable translation of "ShinGiCheonHeom". 3. Evangelism and philanthropism promoted activities of Hobson as a doctor and as a an introducer of western medicine. But ignorance of oriental medicine-Hobson thought medical science in China was at a low level-lied in these activities and passion to do it. Nowadays we must wipe out thought of this way through the scientific way.

The dream is a well-known experience in the routine life. It is the image and thought being occurred during the sleep, and the complex reaction of our mental world to the event of everyday. In particular, there are so many opinions of the reason why people have a dream and this thesis is telling about the physical and pathological changes in the human as one of that various opinions. The aspects of this thesis are often founded in the diverse texts of oriental Medicine, including the Internal Classics(내경), and there were some cases that regarded the dream as diagnostic object and put to clinical uses. These attempts were not only tried out by particular orient thoght, also the ancient Greeks thought that the dream would represent important informations about the health. But, these ideas have been treated lightly by the impacts of the western medicine since the modern age. Straightforwardly, before the psycho-analytics was not development, most of the doctors and scientists regarded the dream as things like dregs of mind. The central operating bodies of the dream are the Spirit(신) and Hon and Beak(혼백), and the Spirit(신) is more essential part between the two.

148 male and 153 female college students attitude toward weight control, diet behaviors and food habits were investigated by self questionnaire. Among the students, underweight students were 11.0$\%$, normal weight students were 63.5$\%$ and obese students were 25.6$\%$ by RBW standard, and underweight students were 16.0$\%$, nromal weight students were 70.4$\%$ and obese students were 13.6% by BMI standard. However, more than 10% of male and 38$\%$ of female students thought they were obese even thought their body weight were normal. Female students tended to overeat when they were stressed or in a bad mood and generally all participants had poor scores on the dietary attitudes test, however, male students had significantly higher scores than female students. Female students tended to choose food more for its taste. Collegestudents are in early stage of adult life and their dietary attitudes, food behaviors and life style will continue to their later life. Therefore college students need more good nutrition knowledge, positive dietary attitudes, modified life styles to prevent and treat collegestudents obesity. Magoksa is famous for its location and history, compared to other traditional temples in Korea, as seen in remarks of Monk Doseon in the Shilla Dynasty: "This temple is where the three disasters can not penetrate." In contrast, the reality is that active researches are not conducted, especially on spatial studies. Magoksa has its unique spatial characteristics that can not be found in other temples of Korea, but the existing studies on Magoksa have focused on style or design aspects, and the research has placed importance in a survey form due to the lack of historical materials. The reason for approaching Zhuangzi's philosophy in studying Magoksa's space is because of the fact that it has affected Zen Buddhism and Pure Land Buddhism of Mahayana Buddhism, and that Magoksa was completed by Monk Bojo of Zen Buddhism. It is expected to deduce the meaningful results due to the reasonal aspects of mutual elements by studying Magoksa as a Buddhism temple through Zhuangzi's philosophy in that context. In pursuit and reinterpretation of the essence of Korean traditional architecture, it is important to consider morphological, stylized aspects, but a variety of methodologies might be also presented in understanding the philosophical aspects.

Soft-tissue chondroma was very rare in incidence and thought to be benign. Recently, we operated upon a 13 year-old female with a chondroma of the middle mediastinum, which was incidentally detected in chest X-ray as mediastinal mass, measured about 10x8x7 cm in size and completely resected via thoracotomy.
