We have developed three evaluation checklists of educational softwares for users such as, learners, teachers and parents, not for the software develops or designers. This study has especially focused on CD-ROM titles and softwares on the internet. The followings were selected as the essential attributes that the educational softwares of high quality should possess : ease of use, technical support and interest of learning for learners, educational value and smartness for teachers, packaging integrity, investment value and childproof for parents. The evaluation checklists were developed on the basis of evaluation criteria which were concretion of the essential attributes. The validity of the evaluation checklists was supported by a theoretical study for the development of ckecklists and the actual development process. The interrater reliability and the retest reliability were confirmed by statistical methods. Thus, the developed checklists can be a useful tool to evaluate educational softwares. This study will contribute to improvement of the software quality and help users in selecting educational softwares.

This study is aimed at categorizing the CAl programs through analyzing the 82 science CAl programs developed by KEDI( Korean Educational Development Institutes ) and the 19 science CAl programs developed by the teachers who won the prizes in the first national educational software contest. The findings are as follows. 1) The main types of science CAl programs developed by KEDI are hybrid design type of tutorials and simulations, tutorials, and hybrid design type of instructional games and drill and practice. The other type of programs are very few. 2) The main types of science CAl programs developed by the teachers, who won the prizes in 1st educational software contest, are tutorials and hybrid design type of tutorials and simulations. There is no other type of programs except only two simulation type programs. 3) The science CAl programs developed by KEDI as well as by teachers who won the prizes in the contest are biased in two or three types, and the trend is severe in the programs developed by the teachers.

The Council of Educational Facility Planners, International: CEFPI included about 20 countries (now another members are continuously registering) have some decision making of the master plan for the educational facilities and buildings in constructing/consulting for the world education. Through the research & development of the educational facility & building designing by the Council members who are the professional, of the nursery to higher education. At the same time they will have some master plan for the connected school & university facility's & building's designing/constructing system, having for the White-, blue-, steel-, and idea color job's educational facilities. The Council will be Given a desirable 72nd Birthday 1995 with the 21st Century's Educational Facility Master plan.

This study aims to investigate the farmer's educational performances Influencing educational satisfaction. In general, the goal of agricultural education is to increase farm performance such as income, sales and perceptions. A survey was used to collect data from 588 farmers to the country extension office. The results of the analysis are as follows. The variables that have a significant effect on satisfaction in this study are as follows. interaction between instructors and farmers, passion of instructors, effectiveness of lectures, educational support, and educational facilities. However, the adequacy of the lecture and the diversity of the contents of education did not explain the satisfaction variable. Discussions on the improvement of farmers' education were made by considering the rejected variables. In conclusion, farmers' education in the field should secure educational diversity. And farmer's education in RDA should develop a new curriculum. Farmer's education in RDA should further strengthen the informal learning.
